I called on a Sunday morning looking for availability for a facial & a massage for two people. They were very accommodating & worked us into their schedule. When entering the facility you immediately smell bliss. The staff was very friendly. We filled out a couple of forms (so allow yourself a few extra minutes beforehand) and got called in. My facial was wonderful & my massage really helped loosen my very tense back. I, unfortunately, cant recall the names of the individuals that provided the services - I was too much in Zen-mode. Very peaceful & relaxing facility. Will be going again.

Eden Spa is a delightful hidden gem in downtown Naples. The staff is super friendly and very professional. Owen has hands filled with magic and I felt so relaxed after my massage. Giovanni was very accommodating to our bridal party and we will be back for sure!

After hurricane Ian turned my life upside down, I have been nonstop for months and severely in need of some “me time.” I’m SO HAPPY I scheduled with Catherine (aka Bunny) for a facial and laser hair removal for my underarms. First…let me start by saying that I’ve never met such a kind hearted, warm, beautiful, and caring person! Bunny instantly makes your feel comfortable, puts a smile on your face and makes you feel a sense of peacefulness. She began my facial with guided meditation (I’m not one to relax my mind easily) which released all the negativity and stress I’ve been withholding. She took her time with my facial ensuring I was comfortable and leaving my skin glowing! I’ve had many facials, but I can confidently say that this was the BEST facial I’ve ever had!!! There’s ALOT that Bunny does that sets her aside from the rest, but let me just tell you…her hands are magical! She mentioned that she was a massage therapist for 20+ years and she incorporates her skills into esthetics treatments. Bunny massaged my neck, shoulders, arms, hands, fingers, legs and feet. She also placed hot towels on my feet during the massage. She truly provides the complete package of relaxation and beauty!! Something that you don’t get anywhere else. I literally felt like jello after, it was exactly what I needed! After my facial, she began my laser hair removal to my underarms. The laser she used was brand new, state of the art technology and completely PAINLESS! It was quick and comfortable. After only 1 treatment, I don’t have any hair growth. I’m so happy I found Bunny and Eden, especially with all the options here in Naples. I won’t be going to anyone else after this incredible experience! The spa is breathtaking too! Thank you SO MUCH Bunny for making me feel beautiful and releasing all the negativity that life has piled on top of me lately. I cannot wait to schedule with you again soon!!!

Such an amazing experience! I went for my birthday on 12/29 and booked for a Dermaplane facial and a Hot Stone Massage and both services exceeded my expectations! I have never gotten a facial before and Li made sure to educate me on my skincare routine and the right products to use for my skin. Wengen did my massage and she did what she had to do!! Literally the best. I highly recommend this place. I will be back when I come back for vacation again!

Such a lovely experience. We made an appointment for 10 AM Saturday. We didnt realize they opened at 10 but they were ready for us and very friendly. Bunny (Catherine) and Salomon did our 90-minute couples massage. I got regular pressure and my partner had Salomon do deep tissue. Quickest 90 minutes of our lives it was so wonderful. The place is very clean and serene, ample amount of parking out front and super wonderful staff. Massages are definitely Naples prices but on par or a little less than chain massage places in the area. Absolutely will be back. Much better experience and massage than Woodhouse which is up the road and pricier (Woodhouse does have steam room and sauna if thats what you want).

Such a beautiful spa close to downtown Naples! Just went recently for a massage and it was perfect! Stella was amazing! My upper back has been bothering me for a while and she did a great job putting it back to life 😊 I already scheduled my next appointment! Definitely recommend it!

I went to Eden Med spa for the first time today. I got a dermaplaning with a facial with Catherine and it was absolutely amazing. The spa itself is very welcoming and makes you feel right at home as soon as you walk in. Catherine was fantastic and went the extra mile to make sure I had a great experience, she was also very knowledgeable and gave me great advice. I will definitely be back for other treatments.

I was booked for a facial and my husband for a massage. Being new to the area I’ve been skeptical to try out new businesses but I’m so glad I chose Eden Spa for date night.We were greeted by Giovanni and Li. As soon as we arrived they made us feel welcomed and comfortable. The spa offers a coffee bar and a real bar to unwind before or after a your appointment.The whole place was definitely a vibe, I fell in love with the decor and aesthetics.Bonny did my facial and I left feeling refreshed and calm. She was such a sweetheart with the most angelic voice. My husband said Li really helped him relax he even fell asleep and snored.My husband and I are still talking about what a nice time we had and look forward to our next visit and trying out all they have to offer.

Incredible results with my facial!! My skin feels so amazing and looks younger, brighter, firmer in just an hour. Fresia was so helpful at treating my skin and very knowledgeable, caring, and inquisitive!! I was shocked with the before and after. Thank you and can’t wait to come back! Giovanni and Li made my experience at Eden Spa so wonderful!! Upon entering the spa, I was blown away by their hospitality. The spa is beautifully decorated and truly feels as though I am in the Garden of Eden. The greenery and relaxing vibes set the perfect tone prior to my classic facial. I was offered options of water, tea, coffee, and beverages which further satisfied my experience. Once in my private suite, Li performed my 60min facial which was spectacular! Her techniques were gentle and careful, yet she applied the perfect amount of pressure when needed for massaging my décolleté, arms, and upper back. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Eden Spa and will be returning back as a regular client. I cant wait to experience their additional services!

I had an absolutely amazing experience! Genesis was absolutely wonderful. This is probably the best pedicure I have had in a long time. The salon is spa like and private. The one to one experience was extra pampering!!! I highly recommend Eden Spa for a relaxing and enjoyable pedicure experience

I don’t usually write reviews, but it’s worth noting I absolutely loved this place! I got the classic facial with PQ age evolution and let me tell you the results after just one time really showed :) Ingrid was amazing at what she did and explained the whole process to me as well as answered all of my questions! She was so kind and inviting. Ingrid as well as the rest of the staff there really cares about their customers! I highly recommend this place :)

Highly recommended. I had a massage and a facial. The atmosphere is so relaxing, and the employees are very personable. They cater to their clients, and it is evident as soon as you walk in the door and are greeted. Very clean facility and efficient. The added coffee station/beverage section including alcohol selections is an added plus.

Highly recommend. Their masseuses are experts in their craft, leaving you with a sense of relaxation and relief after the massage. They are the best in Naples!!! Wow! My husband and I received the 80min hot stone and CBD massage, it’s was amazing. If your looking to go somewhere with you significant other I definitely recommend here. The room was very relaxing. Complimentary bottles of water and glasses of wine were offered pre service. Will definitely be back!

I recently got a hydra facial done here and it was fantastic. The whole experience was so relaxing from start to finish. My skin was so glowy when I left. Highly recommend. I’m looking forward to trying out more of their services.

I went as a birthday gift on my birthday (January 15). I received a massage and a facial. The lady that did my facial was an absolute angel and was so sweet. Now for the massage I was asked what kind of pressure I would like and was given 3 options. I replied deep. I got out of my massage and facial to and up charge on the massage (50.00). Not very relaxing end if u ask me. I explained the miscommunication and how I wasn’t told about an up charge. The manger and front desk lady didn’t care and was rude. I told them that I got a gift card and still requested I pay. I told them my confusion and the continued to say how I asked for deep and that why would they ask if I had a gift card when I walked in. Their tone was really rude and belittling in my opinion. I feel after reading my pre forms they should have asked if an up charge was ok on a gift card that was for a different one. I was under the impression it was just for pressure and even told them it was my first time. I wish that facial lady worked at another salon because I would go back to her in a heart beat.

Love it here!! I’ve visited Eden Spa for the best massages and facials but was so surprised at all the other services they offer! They have a fitness class which uses the XBODY EMS program with a neat muscle stimulation suit. I’ve never tried anything like that so I’m curious and super excited to try on my next visit. I have been coming to them for about 10 months now and always a great experience. Ive tried a few people due to my busy schedule cannot always get the same person but consistently theyre all very skilled at facials of all kinds. I think I will stick to Andrea from now on, she is really wonderful. My face is glowing and I feel pampered. Their spa is a true retreat from its vibe to the decor to the service, all amazing.

It was my first time at Eden SPA, and let me tell you, the first experience was 11/10! The second I walked in I was stunned with the whole environment inside - very cozy and relaxing looking place. Has a nice lounge and even a cocktail bar, so you can have a drink while waiting for your appointment or after! I came in for a Hydra Facial and wow, I can’t believe how my face came back alive like I am 16 again! Andy was amazing, she was super knowledgeable, friendly, professional and explained everything to the smallest details, and on top of that it wasn’t just a regular hydra facial - she does a customized facial routine for everyone depending on the skin type and its needs! Best SPA day I’ve ever had thanks to an amazing staff and especially Andy! Recommend 10/10!

My massage was terrible. He moved so fast over my body that it felt rushed, he used his elbows way too much and I had a head ache for 3 days after. I added the cupping which was a joke. I’ve had massages for 15 years and never had anything like that.I’m giving an extra star because my husband did enjoy his massage. The atmosphere was nice as well.

From the moment I got to Eden spa it was a five star experience. They welcomed me with my choice of beverage, and the owner even offered to take pictures of me when he noticed I was struggling to take pictures of myself from my phone while I waited for my appointment time to begin. From first site I was blown away by their breathtaking venue. The service I received was a 90min deep tissue massage from Jessica. She had hands of an Angel. I never experienced a massage so wonderful. I especially loved when she even massaged my face. After my massage was over I was offered another drink and was offered to continue to relax in their beautiful, breathtaking lounge which I did. I loved that I wasn’t rushed out after the massage was over. The owner and his wife was great to talk to. I wish I could give more than five stars because this business truly deserves it. Im telling all my friends and family to come here! I can’t wait to return and try their other services that they provide.

This place is nothing short of AMAZING!! Beautiful, clean, professional and just blissful. I’ve been going for laser hair removal and it is like no other. There is very minimal discomfort to no pain at all and the prices are affordable. It is a great gift idea too because they offer many different types of services. Highly recommend!!!!

Love this place! Every service Ive had here makes me never want to leave. Had a Hydra facial with Emily and it was amazing! Very relaxing! I also had a 60-minute massage with Salomon and I cant explain how incredible it was. He also made sure to teach me how to stretch so I could make sure I realized some pressure from my back. I visit the spa every month for my laser apt with Bunny. She is a sweetheart! They use Alma soprano Lacer and it is painless. It also makes sure to protect my skin. I had an EMS training session that opened my eyes to different ways of working out. Defiantly doing it from now on! I also get a Micc shot every month and I will run out of room if I tell you how beneficial it is for me; Totally recommended! Just booked my apt for Botox. I had a consultation with Jill and she educated me about how being preventive will make my future self very happy! Cant wait to share with you how it goes :)

One of the best massage places I’ve ever visited. From the moment you walk in the door, you can tell that they really took time to make it welcoming. They offer you water immediately and have you wait in a comfortable lounge area.The massage was really great as well. My massage therapist was able to find all the trigger points and broke out years of tension in places I had no idea where it had built up. Price is quite reasonable.Highly recommend for a relaxing and therapeutic experience. Will definitely return!

I had a 90 minute massage with Jily last week and it was the best massage I’ve ever had. She created the perfect environment where I was able to completely relax. This isn’t easy to do.I enjoyed my time so much that I extended another hour. Pure bliss!

Two of the best services Ive ever had are here in Eden Spa. The ambiance is so chill and cool. I would love to come with more friends and get pampered again soon. Gina gave me the best facial customized for my skin needs. Im breastfeeding so I wanted to make sure no harmful chemicals were used. She was gentle and the extraction did not hurt. Thanks, Gina! She is also known for specializing in acne and dull mature dry skin. I fell asleep and woke up feeling and looking rejuvenated.I had the best massage I’ve ever had with Marissa. She found the hidden knots and took the pain away.Overall, Eden spa was sparkling clean. The facial and massage were the best Ive ever had, and the ambiance was amazing.

This is a great new spa in Naples. Angela and Li provide a terrific massage with plenty of attention to the problem areas in my back. To me is very important when therapists address your specific problems and not just execute a generic routine. The location is super convenient and the facilities are modern, ample and spotless. I was looking online for a new place to get a massage and Eden Spa popped up. I have been having terrible pain in the right side of my neck shoulder and back from work for about 3 weeks and I can’t tell you how much better I feel after receiving a massage here. The woman I was scheduled with was running behind so Tony (I think may be the owner) was kind enough to start on my back (free of charge) and I still received the full 50 minutes from the woman who I was scheduled with. Both therapists were friendly, attentive and amazing at what they do! Great new place in Naples and can’t wait to go back!

Called Eden in hopes of getting a massage as soon as possible as I had a migraine due to tight muscles. I was able to get in within 2 hours and had a deep tissue with Marissa. Marissa was AMAZING! She was able to quickly identify the muscles that needed attention. I came in with a migraine and left without one. The space is clean, calming, relaxing and quiet. In one week my husband and I were each there twice. We will be booking the next time we are here.

I was searching for a spa in Naples to have a facial and stumbled upon Eden Spa because of the positive reviews. I had originally picked an acne facial but when I arrived Kim who was the person that performed my facial assessed my skin and picked the classical facial, which was actually cheaper than the acne facial. At that moment I realized this spa was not all about money but what services the customer actually needs and would benefit from. All the staff was very professional and knowledgeable of the products. The decor of the spa is tastefully decorated and chic. I highly recommend Eden Spa and look forward to my next service.

The Eden spa of Naples is by far the best place I’ve ever been for a massage. From the ambience to the customer service, the whole experience was top notch and extremely relaxing. Qian Li has the hands of an angel(but with the right pressure lol). I will be back with my wife for a couples massage.

This place is a hidden GEM! I went online and found Eden Spa and the fact that they use Skinceuticals (and got great reviews) is what won me over. And then I got there and WOW! The inside is charming and cozy and Li, the owner, is magical! She did a Lymphatic Facial and ERMERGER! I feel so pampered and refreshed and relaxed. Also - they have a bar. I got microneedling done with emily and she was fantastic, she definitely knows what she’s doing cause the process was painless and im already starting to see results within one session.

I had one of the best massages I have ever had at this spa! It was so good! The spa is absolutely beautiful, so zen, relaxing and exactly what I needed for a good relaxation and to cut the tension I was feeling!

Occasionally, I buy a Groupon to try out the services of businesses near me. Some times I end up becoming a regular customer, other times, once the Groupon is used, I’m done with the place. I found Eden Spa and purchased a package of 4 LHR. Called, scheduled, no problems. Catherine gets 5 stars, the owner gets 1. I had my 4th (and last) appointment scheduled and had every intention of going, and perhaps schedule more visits since usually 4 sessions are not enough for LHR. On the day of the last session, I was taking care of my husband who was convalescing from surgery and needed me 24/7. No, this isn’t one of those ‘my dog ate the homework type of excuses- one can always ask Dr. Connor about it. So, it escaped my mind to call and cancel the last appointment within the required 24hrs cancelation notice. As soon as I had a chance, I emailed the spa on the same day of my appointment explaining the reason why I had missed the appointment and asking to reschedule for the following week. Never heard a peep from them - no calls, no emails. So, when things calmed down around here I called to reschedule and was told by Gabriela that she could not reschedule my 4th visit because it was marked as ‘no-show’. I asked if she could make an exception due to the circumstances and she said to speak/email the owners. I left my number and asked her to talk to the owners and to have them call me back. I also emailed them again explaining the situation but…..crickets….So, I gave it one more shot and called the spa 4 days after calling/emailing. Well, wonder if I had purchased more “non-promotional sessions I’d find myself in the same predicament. Yes, I missed the 24hrs cancelation window, but emailed as soon as I remembered considering that LHR was the last thing on my mind that week. Inconsiderate and inflexible. Already found a new LHR spa to finish my treatment. Wish them well.

I went there twice in 3 weeks and had great massages both times. I highly recommend. The massage was firm but also pleasurable.

We spent an afternoon at Eden spa to celebrate two big birthdays in our family, and Li and her staff took such good care of us. They all went above and beyond to make sure we felt pampered, relaxed, and special. Every detail is 100% spot on.

I called on Labor Day 2022, expecting to receive a VM and only leave a message. Instead, one of the owners, Gio, answered. I talked to him and then his wife (the other owner) about what i was looking for. They were very thorough. On the day of my apt, i learned from the aesthetician, that detailed notes were left for her on what tools and procedure to use for me based on my conversation with the owners. The facial (what i was after, though they offer many services) was amazing and the aesthetician was perfect as well. I had never been to thiz up and coming business but want to spread the word. The vibe in the lobby area on the inside is a clean, perfectly situated outdoor space. They have spent thought, time, & money creating the space. Im so excited to go back!

I received a massage from Qian Li. I was extremely satisfied with the pressure, attention to trouble areas and feeling of relaxation. She was able to detect areas of my body that would become a health issue if I didn’t act on them soon. I can’t wait to go back again.

I have been struggling with increasing soreness from consistently doing crossfit for months. After getting a 90 minute massage from Li at Eden, I realized it must be a necessary part of recovery. Li is an excellent massage therapist.

I was overcharged and it was a horrible massage. I actually stopped the girl 25 minutes into a one hour massage. Only wanted to charge me the full amount I refuse to pay.

I asked for the massage therapist to wear a mask and she wouldnt so I had to wear one the whole time. Also when you check out they force you to choose a high tip and I didnt want to do that.

Was a wonderful experience. I had a pedicure done my nails came out beautiful and it was very affordable. Excited that I found this place, will be coming back to try out one of many other services they have to offer.
