Very pleased with the service received today. The store representative was very knowledgeable, patient and helpful. In addition, Im a big online shopper and their pricing was of course higher than online retailers but after shipping time and cost it was worth the few extra dollars. In addition to that, they have an awesome loyalty program that gives you a $5 coupon after 5 transactions in the store. I will definitely be going back when I need more service or supplies! Have been going here for over five years now. Always been given good service. However today’s service topped all others. The employees here are always knowledgeable and helpful but the associate working today takes the cake. Bri was a wonderful employee who took the time to find the very last replacement glass they had. She was very helpful, and I can’t wait to get the same great service next time I’m in...hopefully not for another broken glass though... that’s never a fun experience.

Decent selection, friendly staff. But those prices on some juice is a bit much. 1 60ml cost me $31 and some change. Yet I purchased the same juice line and 4 bottles for 35 online shipping included. I understand making a profit, but tell me how much does it run you guys to buy wholesale from distributors?

Very friendly and helpful. Finally got the perfect vape mod. They listened to what I was looking for and made the perfect suggestion. Ill be honest though, I dont get my e liquids here as I found perfect liquids at another chain. I did buy a second tank for my vape here. I will continue to go here for accessories.

Out of the three confirmed people who work here, Steve is by far the coolest. If youre a good guy, hes gonna treat you like family. The goth chick and the other dude are pretty abrasive and youll likely end up waiting until your boy Steve is working to go inside to re-up and hang for a tick.

These guys in here are great, very knowledgeable, very friendly ,and just flat out great business people. They go out of their way to make you happy, and if you have a problem with any of their products, they make it right. No questions asked. This is exactly why they will always have my business. Horrible customer service experience and terribly rude staff. Dont have a clue about doing business. Came in for a major purchase, will never visit again. Dont make the same mistake!The goth chick mentioned earlier is incredibly abrasive. If you dont want to leave with a burnt coil taste in your mouth, shop elsewhere!!!
