I don’t usually write reviews but I Purchased this “wook thc-0” pen for $65 wasn’t tasting like all the other O pens I have had from other shops. Took the sticker off and it’s a complete different brand and it’s delta 8???? Looked up snic disposable and I guess it’s a fake and wook isn’t a real brand online.. very disappointed…

Went to buy cigarettes, the cheap ones, bought 2 cartons, the price was WAY over what it should be, about 50.00 more. Do yourself a favor, stay away from this place!

A go to get a vape. Anywhere I’ve gone $22-$27 for a regular vape but this place here after tax came to $38. What a ripoff. I wouldn’t step foot in this place again if they were the only ones in a 20 miles radius. I truly hope you guys will not support this business and the way they rip people off.

Extremely overpriced. I purchased one vape at Lotus smoke shop for $25. The same vape here is right under $40. I just ordered the same one online for $13. I have never seen a store rip people off so much.

This place is overpriced. They charge for one tin of Zyns $6.99. You could buy a tin for $5.45 at Publix, which is nearby. Total Ripoff!

First time I went there the guy was very nice but pushy on just trying to sell me something and since I was already there and he had a brand I preferred I spent around $60 on a 1g cart… upset with how much I had spent I hadn’t gone back for months but ended up driving by and stopping in and after mentioning my last experience to him he said if I buy 3 I’d save more 🤦🏼‍♂️. Anyone in need of good prices/quality products head over to mermaid food store it’s well worth the drive. Mike the owner of mermaid won’t up-sell you or over charge like this place does or treasure chest does🤫👍🏼.

An absolutely amazing shop! The location itself is very clean and the atmosphere is so welcoming. The selection is amazing with anything you may need. Pebblebrooke also has the friendliest and most helpful staff out of any smoke shop I have been a customer with. You guys rock!!

I’ve known this place was WAY overpriced but continued to come back bc of convenience. My last straw was the smallest one hitter, not even an actual bowl, a one hitter for 17.99. Literally laughed in their face and went down the road to mobil and got an ACTUAL GLASS BOWL for $10 which probably would’ve costed $45 at this smoke shop. Take the extra drive to go anywhere but here. The glass pieces don’t even have a price tag on them feels like they make them up as you come in and ask for them

The very nice lady that greeted me at the door was so polite and kind her smile just radiate and made me smile. It was the best experience I had shes very knowledgeable about everything cigars vapes to quitting smoking and etc.. All the medicines and CBD extract you need are all here the best store in Naples by far. And if you guys wanna come, come see Sarah, she will help you out best in the Bizzzzz

Went to this shop looking for my brand of cigar but they do not have it. The two staff members were so nice and willing to help me that I ended up buying a different brand, similar to the one I smoke. I do recommend this place and will be doing more shopping there.

Take advantage of being the one the only shops in the area. Way overpriced. And relabeled products. Be careful. I recommend going out of your way to avoid be taken advantage of.

I’ve never had a bad experience. The lady (forgive me, i never got her name) is the nicest shop owner around and I always feel very welcome. She is extremely helpful when I am trying to find new products or find alternatives. Highly recommend!

Staff is very pleasant and friendly. All product in the store is extremely over priced. Bought the cheapest vape pen that they had for 25 and it didn’t even work. No return policy so I had to swipe it out for a different over priced one. I have another vape pen that I’ve had for 6 months that I got for half the price at another store. Everything seems to be marked 30 percent up.

This place is the best to get all your smoking needs. Everyone is nice and helpful. The glass work is beautiful and not badly priced. The delta 8 and cuddles products are amazing and high quality. Well recommended to all smoking enthusiast.

This review is just pertaining to the vape juices and to how ridiculously and expensive they were all overpriced at, the gentleman in there was very kind, but if I had to go here again... it would be my last resort from here on out especially in these hard times. Just had my first experience at this shop and it was wonderful. I live close by so its fantastic to have a shop thats closer to where I live. Very clean and organized. Staff is very kind and helpful. I will definitely be coming back more often!

Run. The grimiest vape shop I’ve ever been to. I live across the street and I will forever drive the extra 20 minutes to go to treasure chest. Half of these reviews have to be fake. All the products at this store are literally 200% of retail price and the owner knows it. Tried to haggle with you, upsell you, and just all around terrible customer service. Other vape shops in the area completely destroy this stores prices. Come here for emergencies, but don’t let it be your vape store if preference, there are better options.

Called to confirm they had a type of replacement pod and was told they cant say how much they charge and I would need to come in. However on separate visit in person they charged me $27 for vape oil that runs $15 normally in other stores. I would stay far away from these guys

This is exactly what we needed out here! Im so glad we have now a smoke shop to head to without needing to go to golden gate or bonita for supplies. I was able to get all what I needed with help of the very kind lady managing the store. Extremely happy with the service provided and I will be back for more.

Not a bad shop in terms of products, but EXTREMELY overpriced. This is the closest smoke shop to me and I rather drive an extra 10 mins (with these gas prices too) just to avoid going here. Wish your prices were reasonable, youd likely have way more customers.

I bought 3 of the 4000 puff HQD vapes from this store and one was defective and they tell me all sales are final and there’s nothing they can do about can’t go bring it back and turn it in for one that isn’t broken. I understand business but this is not how you treat a customer. I will not be coming back here ever again. She was so nice taking my money but when there is a problem they don’t want to help you.

Bought a Juul from the older lady a couple of days ago. Tried to turn on the device and it wouldn’t work; so I charged it for an hour and then three more and it still wouldn’t work.I went today to see if I could get an exchange or refund and she was nothing but rude. Customer service needs to be improved before it’s too late. Also the policy that one has to try the product in store doesn’t make sense as the Juul needs to be charged before use.

The employees there are so nice and they have kratom and delta 8 plus they have a good collection of nicotine disposables and vapes and vape juice. Also there is a cigar room with a variety of cigars

All the disposable vapes are over priced.. i had a vape clamming to have 3k puffs malfunction on me that i paid 32$ for and they told me to contact the manufacturer? never heard a of a vape store doing that. you sold me a messed up vape so replace it? what kind of customer service is that.

With my old vape store being out of my favorite vape juice for weeks I decided to stop into Pebblebrooke Smoke & Vape to see what they had. Amazingly they had my juice and for far cheaper than my old vape store. They have a huge stock of disposable vapes, and Linda is the sweetest lady who is beyond helpful. This is my new store and I love them!

I wanted to support a local vape shop in the Estates, but this isnt the one. The employees arent knowledgeable about vaping, the mods, tanks, coils, etc. The juices are a joke. The older lady has flat out lied to me and been a bit of a snot. I would rather drive into town to a real vape shop and not be lied to. I know more about vaping than the workers in this place. The owner is a nice guy, but he needs to hire some people who know the products. Add a manager who is customer-centric and this could be a great asset to the Estates!#VapingFor9Years

Let me start with this is a very clean vape shop. They have a variety of really good juices. If you are a newbie when it comes to vaping this shop is not for you. I am not sure why they would staff the shop with staff who do not vape or have knowledge when it comes to vape products. I was really excited this vape shop opened up right near but unfortunately after a third time of products malfunctioning and no help, I will not be back. The lady that works there is very sweet, but again if you are new to vaping she does not know her stuff. I purchased two vape products Novo 2 and Novo X both products were producing burnt taste. I called and asked the shop to help me understand if it’s something I am doing wrong or is it something with the vape itself-Again this is where knowledge about products come in handy. I was helped by the lady (manager) looking at YouTube videos and doing the exact same thing I did. I was clearly frustrated. I asked to exchange the vape I just bought for a different product since obviously I wasn’t being helped and I have purchased a lot already from them (replacement pods, juices, two vapes, etc) No exchange for a different product or refund. I am now stuck with two vapes that I bought that clearly aren’t working properly and no knowledge on what is going on. If you go to any other vape shop, the staff know their products and if you aren’t happy they at least exchange the product that better suites your need. Again clean place, variety of vape juices...but if your new to vaping stay away.

Place has anything you need and Jonny has been very helpful every time I go! Highly recommend asking for him if you chose to go here, hes much friendlier than the others who tend to try upselling you instead.

Extremely welcoming right when I enter the store. And they always let me know about great deals going on. Plus, they give me recommendations on everything which I very much appreciate.

Terribly customer service. Bought a delta 8 pen and tried it out to make sure it worked and it didn’t. Asked to trade it in for another one that worked and was told I couldn’t because I just didn’t charge it at all. A day later and 12 hours of it on the charger and it’s still not working. Waste of $40 this place sucks

Website mentions tobacco shop/products but they dont actuallycarry any loose tobacco or tubes to roll your own. They do have a few brands of cigaretres for sale so I bought an overpriced ($8.90) pack of Marlboro that are extremely stale. Sales person was friendly but a bit pushy wanting me to purchase CBD products or e-cigs. Only place google mentioned being open on Sunday that carried what I wanted but didnt. Wish I hadnt gone out of my way for stale, expensive cigarettes.

They employees are always so helpful and nice. I’ve been in a few times and I love how easy it is to talk to them and ask for help. Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.

I get most of my vape products fron here. Quality, options, and price acting as a factor together makes this particular store very much preferred over other stores.
