My favorite Vape shop in town. The crew is knowledgeable and very friendly. Never felt pressured to buy something because they explained everything and guided me to what would be best for me. I love there blue fish flavor its actually delicious an havnt found a better flavor anywhere else.

Excellent customer service and lowest prices Ive been able to find compared to all local vape stores. The staff goes beyond expectations by helping me with my vape such as changing my coil and replacing my glass. Never making me feel like Im being a burden, its actually the exact opposite. This is my favorite vape store and being a family owned business they strive to give the best service! I definitely recommend this store. Please go check it out. You wont be disappointed.

Love this place, its the only vape store Ill shop at. Everyone there is very knowledgeable on their craft and current events surrounding the subject of vaping. They make all juice in house so can specialize strength and thickness for your flavors. They also use traditional nicotine or salts (which I prefer as they deliver a lot smoother of a hit to the nicotine oil). I love going back to try new flavors and havent found one I dont like yet. High Tide, Bimini Twist, Dock Master, Sharks Blood, all shore themed names with uniquely balanced flavors of fruit,citrus, chocolate, sweet or savory as well as traditional cigarette flavored juice. If youre looking for deals on mods or juice or need parts and pieces for your hobby then definitely check them out. This place has been a staple for over a decade now and I for one would love to see them stay!

Blown away by this place! Had a terrible experience at a shop right up the road moments before and it was the complete opposite experience here. Incredibly polite, knowledgeable, honest, extremely surprising (still!) great prices, and the house juice, I am just blown away. I highly recommend anyone and everyone to go here to purchase everything from your new mod and tank, to coils, to your juice!! Never have I found a shop with house juice as tasty as theirs before! Ive lived in Pennsylvania, North Carolina, Texas, Louisiana, and now Florida in the past 1 and 1/2 years and have been to MANY shops all around. Yet I have to say Pelican Vapor is easily my personal favorite thus far and I will always be happy to take my business there. Thank you guys so much, you are a rare but wonderful find! This place is a one of a kind vape store. Been coming here from the very beginning and Ive not found a better place for flavors and quality! And the staff are super friendly and professional. With a great verity of mods and flavors the are unmatched in costumer service and making sure you find whats right for you. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to get out of the funding of big tobacco companies.

Your location is more suited for locals but I had no problems finding you! Very clean nice store with excellent employee. Had company but broke away immediately to engage his customer, very important in retail. My boom wax tank coil burnt out so I decided to buy evolve plus wax pen. Very pleased with the product and perfect size storage on bottom! I will visit this store when I’m in the keys again and if Colorado was not so saturated, love to see one there where I stay in the summertime. Thanks for helping out when in need!!!👍

I have never shopped for vaping merchandise in Naples before. This was the first time in this particular vape store as well and I can say that I was not disappointed after reading the other reviews. The staff were great, nice and helpful. I am pretty picky with my juices, but after some taste testing which I did a bit of I have to admit, I was thoroughly impressed after I brought my flavor home (Hammerhead). The prices are good and the quality and taste of the house-made juices is top-notch. Great experience overall and Ill definetly be back in the future!

Ive been to most of the vape stores in Naples. I just found Pelican today. These guys have the best juices in town. They custom mix for you on premise. Great prices. Difficult to find - theyre in a self-storage lot. I dont work for them and not affiliated in any way. Also, great selection of parts. Highly recommend.

Love these guys! Been going solely to this store for about 5 years now I think. I dont ever even think of going elsewhere the guys that work here actually vape and are up to date on the products! Also there juice line is extensive! I have turned all my fam and friends who vape onto this place.....and they all have never went elsewhere either

Super impressed with this shop.and the staff. Just started vaping and had questions. Staff was friendly and took their time answering my questions and demonstrated methods to help with the coughing I am experiencing. Recommend their Sea Horse flavor at lower nic level to also help. Great recommendation. Juice is flavorful and less.coughing at the mix level they made. Great experience!

These guys are fantastic. Courteous and helpful. Lowest prices (at least on the items I typically purchase) in the Naples, FL area. They dont stock a lot of their E-liquids in Max VG but if you call before you drop by the store theyll mix a bottle for you!

Believe the reviews, these guys are awesome! Unfortunately you cant order direct from the website anymore but Preston helped me place an order over the phone and he answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and patient! Definitely the best vape shop around. They make their own custom e-liquid and you can buy in quantity to pay a fraction of what other places charge for their liquid. I love this place! They personally mix, test, bottle & sell ALL of their products, and thats why I love it. They have tons of different flavors to choose from & will even custom make you any flavor upon request. Theyre very friendly & informative on the products. This is now my go-to place after sampling vapor oil from almost every other vapor popping up around Naples. I highly recommend this place.

Sweet prices and sweeter flavors...I had a couple bad experiences with other shops that sold me bland to tasteless liquids that also burned out new coils on virtual impact. Pelican Vapor not only had the more important quality but it was for le$$. Ill only be going there for as long as they remain there. Informed and friendly staff, great selection of flavors and availability, excellent pricing for brick and mortar stores, overall amazing experience compared to most other vape stores in south florida. Didnt feel intimidating like many other stores, will return for more juice/coils.

As a seasoned vaper I have been to pretty much every store from Ft. Myers to South Naples. These guys have the best deals on equipment and juice. The staff is extremely helpful and will get everyone from the beginner to the advanced vaper hooked up. They have the latest mods / atomizers and will even tailor a juice flavor to suit your tastes. Im only on my third year of Vaping but, This place does have the best juice in town. It seemd to be the perfect mix, not too thin, not too thick. The flavors are pretty on point also. I am a personal fan of the strawberry dragonfruit. I have been vaping that for about a year! a year!

They threw in a small bottle of juice. I chose Blue Lemonade and the flavor is light and tasty with a citrus finish.This is my 5th rig and my 5th experience purchasing a rig. Ive gone through other local stores and internet shops and I am happiest with my experience at Pelican Vapor.

Everyone there was nice and knowledgable but I bought liquid from them and it tasted ok in the store but once I got home and tried it, blah. It clogged up my coils and had horrible spit back. The flavors werent good at all. They hardly produced smoke at all with my expensive tank. Never again.

Pelican vapor is easily the best shop in town. They have a massive selection of products and stay up to date with the newest devices and news in the Vaping world. I was leaving Marathon and lost my vape in the car. Easily found the Pelican with directions from google. Young man was helpful and I was able to exactly replace my Nord. It even came with a small juice! Finding Pelican saved my day. Oh, my husband found the lost one, but I always need two. First one actually broke first day of vacation so now I’m back in business!

STAY AWAY !!! FAKE COILS!!! Went to this store to buy SMOK coils, before I purchased I asked if they were fake, and he assured me they were not. Got home and scanned coils they were Authenticated as a completely different Smok Product, NOT AUTHENTIC SMOK COILS, sneaky fakes stickers and all. Went back to store to resolve situation, even scanned another box off the shelf in front of both workers there. same FAKE STICKER on all the coils. Was told they do not need customers that expect REAL Products, SO IF YOU WANT REAL COILS and expect to get your monies worth Go Somewhere else or Reputable ONLINE RETAILER

I never been here and I walked in asked for a 100 ml they only had 120,, they also only had 80 30 I like 70 30 he goes in the back and makes a batch for me (really wasnt expecting that) would recommend 37$ after tax for 120ml bottle well worth

Pretty cool place. They sell Stigs there. Its hard to find because it is ran out of a storage unit . Considering their low overhead expenses their prices should be much lower.
