I really really love this vape store I wont go anywhere else if I can help it but I wish they were open maybe Friday Saturday till 10 or least 9. And I think they should start listing some juice flavors and like maybe pictures of the bottles not everything not all of them but just pick some maybe like 10 and maybe have like favorites of the week or favorites of the day or something like that discounted whatever thats what I heard some vape stores are doing starting to do thats why I give it a 3 out of 5 ⭐ but otherwise this is the best vape store dont go anywhere else in my opinion Ive tried others and Ive had problems Ive been here for several years and never had a problem other than just those two minor inconveniences I guess you could call it

Rude and unprofessional workers., they were more interested in the program on TV than providing customer service. They had no common courtesy of helping a customer with a walker when there was no-one else in the store . One of them kept burping loudly as he drank his breakfast. Just disgusting and disappointing behavior. They both need to be in a different line of work, definitely nothing people oriented.

Super kind and understanding staff. Answer the phone super quick. Really clean! Can’t wait to try some more of their in house juice. ❤️ they also take Apple Pay unlike some other vape shops.

The guys here are always super great to chat with and know their stuff, I usually just grab my delta 8 and my basic disposable nic but they are always really helpful if I ever have questions or just want to chat for a bit.Great and welcoming environment and wonderful clientele as well. All sorts come in and never an unhappy customer leaving from what Ive seen. Great stuff. Just cant be beat. So why not Save on Vapor?♥️🐭♥️

Fantastic service. Very knowledgeable about products. Good prices. I went to Lotus down the road and the green hair girl behind the counter didnt seem to care about my business. Her smug attitude and lack of stock at Lotus brought me to Save On Vapor. I am glad that her poor customer service skills and lack of stock brought me here. Amazing customer service, I have been to many vape shops (I’ll even compare to high end luxury jewelry stores I’ve managed in this case) in many states and none come close to the service that every single employee has given us, every visit.Their quality is amazing, affordable, and they take care of you like family, and most importantly they actually listen to their customer. I am so impressed at the level of customer service I got. Both these men were very talented with their amount of knowledge. Like seriously these guys are good!The bad reviews on this company gave me a giggle. That’s retail for you, miserable butt heads.This is the place to go folks! They even brought a box with a freaking pillow for the newborn puppy I rescued. You won’t get that service anywhere else.The bearded man also didn’t try to sell me the highest prices item. Been coming here for 6 years now, never had a single bad experience. This past Sunday I went in for a new 20w Eleaf battery, Monday it just quit working, didnt drop it or do any thing just died. I didnt get their names but the guys working Wednesday night didnt think twice about replacing it and giving me a new one for free. Thanks bc I couldnt of bought another one today otherwise.

Very helpful staff, very knowledgeable. From the moment we walked in we received great customer service. James was awesome and helped us newbies out by explaining everything and not trying to up sell me on unnecessary upgrades. Will definitely come back next time I down that way in Naples.

My husband and I have been purchasing products from Save on Vapor for 5+yrs now and they are great! The staff is ALWAYS very friendly and helpful and their products are of the best quality. They are very knowledgeable in each & every product they carry & it shows!I purchase their Relaxation liquid(a Melatonin blend w/0 nicotine)& it has helped me tremendously! Instead of having to take a Xanax every night to relax myself & get to sleep, I puff on my relaxation juice for a bit and its lights out.This product is the best!!We highly recommend Save on Vapor for any & all vaping needs.

Highly recommend their in house vape juice…it costs a premium, but they don’t use any questionable ingredients like diacetyl and keep several nicotine strengths in stock.

Figured Id edit this a little more because these people always take care of me. I usually disappear for a while from vaping and then come back and these people make me feel as if Ive never left to begin with. Steven/Stephen (not sure on spelling bro my bad) set me up with some awesome gear as well as a great digital charger after I decided to be a dumbass and leave my batteries on an analog charger for like 12 hours straight. James has always been cool to talk to and has helped me out with many mods even before they moved to their new location. The blonde lady (Ive spoken to you a million times and never got your name Im sorry) is extremely friendly and always helpful every time I come in the store. Thank you everyone for being friendly, honest and beyond knowledgeable on your products. I usually think reviews are lame but I wanted to give credit where its due. Also, the Timmy kid who wrote the one star review is most likely some self entitled Naples child whos mommy and daddy gave more attention to their money and yachts than his snowflake ass. Hey Timmy, lick my bawls!!!I dont know who Bill Neece is that posted the 1 star review but hes probably another irrational customer that used the same coil for 3 months then threw a hissy fit when he got a burnt taste. Or possibly a competitor who is butthurt that wanted to bash the company. Either way, stop whining and posting bad reviews because you feel vindicated through being an internet warrior; no one cares and youre still retarded.Now then, Ive been coming to this same store for about a year and a half now. Each time the staff is extremely friendly, helpful and the epitome of knowledge in their trait. Lowest prices in town, amazing products and exceptional juice quality. They also give me a military discount as a veteran of the Marine Corps. I will continue to do business with them and wont be looking for any other shops in town because these people are as good as it gets. Plus I got a compliment on my blue challenger so thanks for the ego boost haha. Ive also met the owner in the parking lot once when I was leaving the store. Although the meeting was brief he was very nice and professional. I love this place and the staff. You guys rock!!!

Very friendly and knowledgable staff, the store is very well stocked and they have some of the best devices and juices around at a fair price. One stop shopping for all my vapor needs. Ive tried lots of different local vapor stores Save On is my favorite by far, I dont even bother with online ordering anymore, where I never knew what I was getting until it was to late. I have been to 3 other vapor stores in the Naples/Ft Myers area and this business has shown me patience, courtesy, quality products etc. Being that I am new to vaping they have been a wealth of knowledge and helped me through several user error situations as well. They really make you feel comfortable there, and that they sincerely appreciate your business. These guys get it !!!

Cool very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Can test out any flavor in the store. Well even make you a cappuccino for free. Plus all their flavors are inhalable (ie dont cause the mad health problems of many cheap e-liquids. They helped me fix shittily made coils and other little things for free too. Great folks in that shop. And I saw something saying limited selection here. That guy must be high. They have a VERY big selection. Like 100 of their own flavors and like 15 different companies stuff.

Travis took great care of helping my wife, myself and a friend pick out our first vape machines. He took his time to show us how to care for the machines and proper use of them. He let us try several flavors untill we found the one we wanted. Great service!

I have to say these guy know their stuff. I have never had a bad experience at this store. The staff always greets me as soon as I walk in the door, and are always happy to help me find exactly what Im looking for.

Decent vape shop with decent service. I went there because it was close to my job and I forgot my juice at home so I figired Id give them a try. A short wait later i was talking to a youmg man about what salt nic flavors they offered when I was handed a laminated menu and told this is what they carried. When I told him the flavors I was interested in (which were not on the menu) he said that he had something in the back for me. He brought up two flavors, that were nowhere to be found on the menu bit were exactly what I was looking for, and I decided to purchase them both. When I told him i would like these two he said loudly Would you like these two juices that I have suggested for you? As if he were trying to impress the other customers... No big deal, not rude in any way but rubbed me the wrong way a bit. Decent sized shop but I wont be going back.

By far the best vape store in Naples. Friendly, knowledgeable staff and the best tasting liquid in town. Constantly had problems with my e-cig, until they showed me what I was doing wrong. No problems since! I recommend them to all of my friends.

I visit the store for coils every couple weeks. Everyones always friendly and Im in & out in 2 minutes. On one occasion I received the wrong coils and they were more than happy to swap them out for me. They deliver now too.

I went in to save on vapor to buy vape juice and a new vape. The two guys there helped me and went above and beyond rather than just ringing me up. The thing that makes a vape store good is their customer service, knowledge of vape products, prices, selection and good vibes. That being said, without a doubt this is the best vape shop I have been to.

There are several vape shops in Naples. Ive been to some sketchy places that I would never set foot in again...THIS place is my absolute favorite. Its clean. Legit. The guys here know their product. They wont try to sell you some upgraded junk that you dont need. They will try to fix your device for you... Even if you didnt buy it there.If youre a first time buyer or a pro... You need to check this place out.

They have been very insightful on oils, whats in them, and everything surrounding vaping. Not familiar with pricing but the place is clean, people are friendly and knowledgeable. Some of the line of flavors they carry are delicious.

I purchased a pen and 2 cartridges last week - feels sketchy that I didn’t receive a receipt. Paid with credit card. Is there something to Hide? Partially my fault for not insisting on a receipt. Just sketchy.

Driving down Pine Ridge, I ran across Save On Vapor. After visiting several Vapor stores in Naples and Bonita Springs, I went in and was pleasantly surprised. Not only was the place extremely clean, the staff and owner were friendly and helpful.Any questions I had were answered without hesitation.Smoking cigarettes is just not good, not only does it smell, it just is not healthy! For me, switching to Vaporizing has not only aided me in getting off cigarettes, I do believe it is a healthier option.If your vaping and want an exceptional place to get supplies I would highly recommend the Save On Vapor Store in Naples on Pine Ridge.

Very limited selection of flavors and they carry nothing stronger than 6mg. Get dont have any house flavors. The staff was nice, there was just too much, we dont have that, we dont do that, and we dont carry that for me.

Recently visited save on vapors and not knowing the area I was a little skeptical seeing as im on vacation from Columbus ohio but from just walking thru the door I knew I made a great choice the gentleman that helped me was super polite and very detailed in explaining the different flavors they had ended up with just drip it jungle joose and deff one of my new favorite all day vapes thanks

If you want to quit smoking this is the best place to go. I was kind of wanting to quit but had many questions about using a vape. I wanted to quit but loved smoking. By going into save on vape they answered all the questions I had an took the time to teach me proper way to use the system and were very patient with me trying all the different choices of flavors to choose from along with what type of vape system to choose. They are extremely knowledgeable and are really patient with helping you make a decision. I am now 3 months without smoking still using the vape however knocked it down on the nicotine level a little at a time. I am at 18 and 12 mixing 3/4 18 1/4 12 taking it slow to eventually have no nicotine. Hopefully this will work. And for those of you that drink and smoke you can do this I promise because I have. 😉 Good luck and go on and at least try you can still smoke while vaping, so give it a try youll be surprised!!!!

I found the owner to be rude and bad mouthed other shops in town for no apparent reason. Then I found out that the equipment they advertise as made in the USA is made in China. And the liquids are not FDA approved? I guess anyone can register ingredients with the FDA, it means nothing if they dont approve them.

I came in wanting to learn about Vapes with nearly 0 knowledge on the subject and the guy at the counter really really helped me out and taught me everything. I havent bought a vape yet but Ill definitely go to them for buissness.

Honest sales. Will tell you which of his items if mods or rda / tanks are replicas and which are authentic. Ive never been in a vape store that was so honest and upfront. Love this guy

I called around ahead of the storm looking for a replacement glass for my Aspire tank that I broke Wednesday morning, everyone in town seemed to be either closed or they didnt carry Aspire products ( must be too inferior for them) I called save on vapor and they told me they did have a replacement glass I knew that if I didnt drive down to Pine Ridge and buy the glass I wouldnt have a vapor through the storm, so kudos to save on vapor and shame on the local stores who didnt have anything (that inferior Aspire product)or wasnt even open on Wednesday morning before the storm
