NEVER EVER support this shop - the owners and managers are straight up liars. I came in a week before 420 to get a cheaper item while on vacation. Within 30 minutes of going out of my way, unused, to clean the first time around… The item breaks cleanly right at the joint. they care more about expired disposable vapes in literal tubs at their shop more than they do about their customers. Unless you’re going to get ripped off for a $10,000 mothership. Avoid these absolute idiots. They may have a few pieces of glass to hold onto, but they are rude, unprofessional, and had the absolute audacity to offer me , nothing but a standard discount in order for me to buy something else knowing that I was leaving Out of town. And this was on 420 where I was going to come in and look to spend some serious money because it’s the holiday and I had a coupon for them as well. They have lost my business and everybody in surrounding area should never support this type of behavior. I’ve owned and managed and worked at half a dozen shops and galleries and this is terrible. 0/10 - As you can see in the photos, the item literally is going in the trash and they took my money with the most facetious attitude I’ve ever seen for a returning customer looking to get some support For a unused brand new piece that broke while cleaning it after purchasing. With photos documenting everything. Nonsense. Zero out of 10.

Vibes are always off here. Always. The dudes working the counter are always weird, ask way too many questions. Everyone here feels like a cop. Just always bad vibes here.

Bought a vape today around 1pm (1-27-22) HUGE brand. I didnt test it out and when I went to use it, it was stuck in that package and smelled like acetone or what Im assuming is that the battery leaked out. Anyways I gave them a call to see if I could swap it out because, well, they sold me something that didnt work and maybe cared about a regular patron of their shop, however, they told me that they wont do returns or exchanges and that they recommend testing it out in their shop before you leave, which yeah, theyve told maybe once before when I have shopped there to do. I have had issues there before where I have bought a defective puffco peak pro and had to contact the manufacturer to get a exchange.Tldr; they wont exchange a disposable vape so now I wont shop there in the future. Whether they care or not. not reaching a compromise is not good for any business.

Been here twice since I moved to naples and its a great store. Staff is very helpful and prices are great for me, but Im unaware of other places. They work for me and have great hours.

Bought a lost Mary. Found out that it doesn’t charge. Went back in, told them & they just keep regurgitating the same line “ no refunds and that’s why we tell you to open it up and make sure it works here” thanks captain obvious. And again, it does work! Like I said, however it doesn’t charge.He didn’t have the highest IQ so I’m trying not to hold that against him, when he just kept repeating the same line that didn’t relate to my situation at all.I hate bad customer service, and this was as bad as it gets, a shame cause I liked this place. Review is from our perspective, Decent location, products are slowly becoming a different genre catering to more of the younger crowd. Not a bad thing but it creates a different experience. We are looking for more of a information based location. CBD store vibes. But this place has Awesome staff and very helpful if you talk to the ones who are around often.

This store was pretty busy when I stopped by. But the clerk was still very attentive and provided great service. They offer a large and diverse selection of items for sale. The store is clean and has a good layout.

They have a great amount of merchandise from disposable vapes to incense to bongs. The staff is super friendly and helpful, their incense smell amazing and theyre a good price. This is a one stop shop for all your smoking needs.

The lady that helped me went above and beyond the norm. She knew that she was talking about too! Took her time in explaining to me all I needed to know and even more. Hands down best smoke, glass, Cbd, Delta nine, eight, 11 or whatever other THC legal compound on the market large variety of Delta, eight edibles oils, cartridges and more. Excellent selection of disposable vapes for a good prices. Best Harry glass shop in Southwest Florida they have five dollar “tobacco” pipes all the way up to $10,000 “tobacco pipes”. If you haven’t been, it’s worth a stop they even have exotic snacks and drinks from Japan and all over the world stop by and check this place out.

This is an excellent glass shop. Stopped in while passing through Naples, Ben and the rest of the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. My dog was traveling with me and was equally as welcome inside the store. Their selection of glass is massive and impressive.

We have the best shop in sw fla. I came in today for a few things, one being a new downstem. The dude helping me ( really wish I had gotten his name to give him a shout-out) made sure I was 100% sure I had the right one. Its great customer service .Yeah its a smaller shop with less staff. Have a little patience and they will hook you up just fine.

Knowledgeable staff. They are very helpful with the equipment needed for different consistentlys i am trying out.Had no trouble starting my new adventure with their perfect demonstrations

I love this place. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable about a wide variety of products and also the prices are the best around. I use Kratom to curb addiction cravings and anxiety and they offer an additional 10 percent discount for being a repeat customer. Everyone here really makes you feel like your patronage matters. I will continue to shop here over anywhere else for all of these reasons and more.

Awesome glass pipe selection, many of all sizes to choose from. They will be delicious machines with abilities to erase grieves & breathe release into scenes... Or maybe wheeze...

Nice selection and helpful staff. I wish the glassware was labelled a bit better... prices must be asked and some pieces are sturdy quality while others feel a bit thin. Prices are reasonable for the area. Incense and other merchandise are great for gifts.

I’m in a wheelchair and their staff are awesome they come out to the car to assist me . I’ve been buying from them for about 3 years now and as long as they are in business I’ll be buying from them . Great prices friendly people lots of variety of products. Thanks a lot guys

I would make this a 5 star if the staff was more customer focused. I understand its a smoke shop, and its cool to chill BUT if youre always smoking your D8 products in the store or smoking before you clock in, its hard to remember your guests. Treasure Chest does not have the volume of a big city vape shop, I would expect the staff to remember their frequent shoppers.

I went in there for the first time yesterday and I was very pleasantly surprised. The store was very clean, the merchandise was well stocked and nicely presented. The employees were delightfully helpful. We will be back.

Great service. They are always willing to help and gladly answer any questions you have. They have calmed down and now have reasonable prices for a plethora of high quality products. It is always a fun experience and I never leave dissatisfied from ethier location.

Its not what your expecting! Wonderful shop with lab tested CBD Hemp Oil. Helpful staff and a light and bright store. Located on Golden Gate Pkwy and Santa Barbara, its right off I75 and easy to get to. Of course they also have any kind of smoke supply you could need as well. Love the stunning glass. Give this store a try, you wont regret it.

I come in at least once or twice a week to this location to buy what I need. I’m usually buying kratom or CBD products. On Black Friday I went in there to get my products and I had enough to get a gold coin. They told me they were out of gold coins and they would give me one the next time I came in. The next time I came in they still were out of gold coins , But told me that they had me and would get me A gold coin when it’s possible. Today I came in and asked if they remembered that they owed me a gold coin and every single employee acted like they did not know me or about the gold coin that was owed to me. Are usually love the staff and that’s why I go into the store but I was just taken aback by how it was handled. They acted like it was me being a hassle

It is a great place for tobacco smoking products and other devices. Great store brand products at great prices. Also has a reward system so every time you buy $50 or more you get a coin... So if you buy $103.00 you receive 2 coins. Coins can be redeemed for store brand products. Great place... Stop by.

Stopped in this afternoon to replace a faulty torch I had bought a while ago and my boy Ben hooked me up with a better one and filled it up with fuel before the exchange! What service! Also found some Formula 420 at a time where 91% alcohol is a rare commodity. Always my spot for whatever I need, perfect shop.

Honestly the best place whenever it comes to your smoking needs. Treasure chest has a very wide selection of quality good product as well as the staff who are very knowledgeable and also very helpful whenever trying out new options. I personally will always come to this location due to the amazing customer service here.

I bought a 5 day detox kit for concentrates which was $80 there but $33 on Walmart online. The guy with the long braids was really great helping me find what I needed but for some reason the guy at the register was so rude and unfriendly that it almost completely ruined my whole shopping experience. It wouldn’t kill you to put a smile on while you work especially with customers.

I was looking for a tapestry, had a great selection, the employees were so friendly and helpful. The price was right. The glass art is amazing. I dont smoke but would buy the glass as art for sure.

One of the associates sold me the wrong pods for my device, I brought it back unused. I wanted to swap it out and buy more things they argued with me, argued with my wife, and made the experience very difficult you just lost thousands of dollars because of a $10 mistake/problem that you did not want to fix!! great way of doing business in Naples!

The Treasure Chest, I believe, Sells Fake/Replica Vape Products! I bought a Fume Disposable Strawberry Banana for $26 and it tasted burnt and didnt last an entire day. HORRIBLE!!!

They sell you the wrong product, but no returns. Manager told me all I had to do was drop his name. After almost 2 months they finally got what I needed in. Only to have attitude and asked next time to make sure Ben is available....how the Eff do I know when BEN is working? Worst service ever. Ill order my stuff online for a quarter of the price from now on.

Okay the treasure chest is the best head shop to go to they have everything that you need including CBD ...anything related to cbd.... they also offer the kratom which is new to us but I can tell you that I highly recommend taking the Kratom the manga da for the daytime and then they have something red vein for before you go to bed in Kratom is helping me with my pain I was in a car accident a lady ran a red light and Im absolutely cannot take any kind of opiate which makes me sick so Kratom has helped so much as well as CBD I alternate between the two and theyre very good and I take the Kratom capsules what you can buy packs there but you can also order them online but the treasure chest has really really good prices and a really attentive staff! Dont go anywhere else this is the place to go Ive been to every head shop there is from Ohio down here in South Florida in Fort Lauderdale even so the treasure chest here in Naples is top of the line!! So get your shoes on and go check it out
