Dropped by this vape shop and was genuinely impressed by Cameron and Hugos service and expertise. The entire staff here (Tony, Cameron and Hugo) go out their way every single time. I often times find myself spending time just chatting and catching up as on all things vape and non-related. Talk about great customer service! I had a problem with one of my vapes and Cameron just replaced it there and then without issues! Not only that, but Hugo regularly remembers me, knows what flavors I like and tells me about new products I might be interested in every time I go! Sadly, its hard to find good customer service these days, but these guys go above and beyond! LOVE THIS STORE! Best out there!

I am from Ohio on vacation. I stopped in a vape shop for product. Vape USA was the name of the shop. The atmosphere was incredible and inviting. They have a military theme and offer discounts to first responders and the military. Oh by the way, they had exactly what I was looking for! The service was second to none...very genuine and knowledgeable. I wish they had a shop of this caliber at home.

Very nice brand new store conveniently located in the Greentree plaza. The owner, Tony, is kind and personable, gets to know each one of his customers; and the whole staff is super knowledgeable. Great variety of products and they have a first responder/veteran discount. Their decor goes perfectly with their name...red, white and blue. Vape USA is our new go to place!

In the midst of browsing online for disposable vapes I found Vape USA. Unbelievably convenient location located at airport in Immokalee in Naples Florida. The owner Tony probably one of the nicest guys I’ve met along with his manager Cameron, very knowledgeable when it comes to vapes and very pleasant to deal with and pleasant atmosphere all around. Not to mention the cleanliness of the store was 10 out of 10, I will definitely be returning to give them more business. 100 out of 10 strongly recommend.

The first things you notice when you walk in the door is the clean lines, low clutter and overall cleanliness of the store. You are greeted by very friendly, knowledgeable and professional staff within a few steps in the door. You are even offered a beverage while you shop! The staff did not push any products on me, only helpful knowledge on each device and type of juice they had for sale. No house blends on the shelf- only company blends by companies I have grown to love and trust over the years. The pricing of the coils and juices was amazing as well.

Just came into the store today and had the opportunity to meet the owner Tony. I came looking for CBD oil Tony was able to help me right away. Wonderful experience he gave me some CBD sample products to try to see how it would help with any pain and sleeping problems Im having. Such a welcoming and great environment with a great and knowledgeable owner. I highly recommend anyone to stop by and see what they can do for you.

Was told that there was a 7 day return policy. the lid for the vape kit came off. Would not fix or take as a return citing user error. Nice when buying. Uncooperative when having and issue. I will pay retail if I get good service, but I didnt get good service or any help at all. Additionally, the way the owner set it up for me gave me a cough. Tony replied to me, but what will he do? I doubt he would let me return the kit and cartridges.

Theres another guy claiming to be the King down here, but this place is USA all the way!

I live in NY where theres a flavor ban so I’ve fallen out of the loop on brands and flavors out there. They picked a great salt nic for me based on what I said I enjoyed. First time shopper and bought a thc-0 cartridge yesterday. cart broke in half in my purse today (same place i always put them) came into the store for a replacement and they told me there was nothing they could do even after i brought broken product in. will take my business elsewhere in the future very unhappy with service given

Is that the people are not only accommodating but they also keep it laxed on the sales spectrum. For example, most place will pressure you to buy things they’re trying to get rid of. Heard an ad on the radio always looking for new vape juice to try. Store has a very modern feel. Bright and clean. Complimentary beverages and lounge area are bonuses. Pull up a seat to the sample bar and try flavors from a very decent selection from tabaccos fruits custards more they also have a selection of CBD products, something for everyone. Got a bottle of Heisenberg, might have found my new favorite flavor. Definitely recommend this place.

I consider it to be the best vape store in all of Naples, very expensive, professional treatment and options to stimulate the customer, you pay cash and have options for a spin on roulette where the gifts are very attractive.
