Massage Envy

I used to love this place when I first became a member in 2019, but unfortunately, my experience has turned sour. They have stolen sessions and money from me and refuse to respond to any of my emails or phone calls. This includes Lauren Skipper, the Regional Manager, and Joe Szablewski, the Owner. I strongly advise you to stay away from this establishment. The leadership is poor, and they consistently avoid addressing the truth. If you face similar issues, consider consulting a lawyer to reclaim what youre owed. This includes the Belle Meade location as it is operated and owned by the same people. I was promised a call back for my missing sessions and was told sessions disappear often and they have to go back and track what happened to it. Thank God I recorded that conversation with the manager at Bellevue! I have all I need when we get to court.

My recent massage was just plain awful. From beginning to end. She was late to getting me from the waiting room and ended the massage early. The massage itself was one of the worst Ive ever had. I almost got up mid way through because it was that bad. The therapist didnt even have a good vibe to her. Seems as if she didnt want to be there at her job. Completely disappointed

The massage was amazing. The only problem Ive had is even I scheduled my next massage I woke up sick and called 2 tines and left a message that I could not come. They stated I never called and still charged me half of the cost of the massage. The massage was 5 stars. The customer service 1 star. I give them a 3

Let me just start by stating this place USED to be amazing however if i could give it negative stars now I absolutely would.I called to freeze my account due to moving in august, the lady who i had spoke with seemed to understand however i got a call a few weeks later over a payment for September that shouldve never been charged. Ive gotten 3-4 calls from them as well as even calling back myself when disconnected and nobody has resolved a single issue nor tried to even work with me on resolving said issue.Ive taken the time to completely cancel my account and apparently the 2 credited massages i paid for before hand all due to horrible service.I suggest NEVER buying a membership for this place considering im the 2nd person in my family to cancel with them this past year.

On Saturday April 29th, I had an hour long appointment that started at noon. Granted, it was a gift voucher but I was only given a 40 minute massage which ended at 12:51. Although I personally didn’t pay for it, the person who gifted it to me would be very upset.Additionally, while leaving after my massage was cut short, I walked out the exit which makes you walk past the front desk. As I walked past the “welcome” desk I said “thank you ladies” to which I was met with silence and zero acknowledgment. I was purposefully ignored. I would understand if they didn’t hear me but I made sure they did. Quite frankly it was the most unprofessional and disrespectful experience I’ve had at a “business.”One would think that Massage Envy is a place people can go to relax and refresh with an overall positive experience.. That simply isn’t the case.The two working the front desk were a mid-age woman with black hair who had her Pitbull present and another blonde woman with two bottom lip piercings.

I’ve been to many Massage Envy’s locally and I really like this one. I found my favorite masseuse, Toni, here after searching for over awhile! I had to skip my massage recently causing me some pain but they were able to put me on a wait list and get me in which I truly appreciated.

I have been a loyal customer for massage envy for around 10 years now. The first 5 with Massapequa ME on Long Island which was wonderful and kind as well and then with ME Bellevue. My Massage therapist Vivian left recently and now I am moving on to a wonderful new friends private practice. However I wanted to leave a review. This place has been like my family away from home for the last several years. The front desk people all feel like my friends and their service feels natural and perfect. To the point it doesnt feel like service. It feels like them being their kind welcoming selves. Vivian, also was incredible and I wish her the best! I have massages with several other people. Mrs Ray, Eric, Jessica, and few others and all were wonderful and unique. ME has been my happy place for this last part of my life and when I really needed it, its been there and given me so much mentally and physically. I cant say enough sincere heartfelt thanks and love for ME. And I will forever be grateful for places like this. -Adam

Suzanna, the front desk receptionist, helped explain soooo much about a massage program I have been looking into. I am so thankful for her and her knowledge about the program. She was very kind and polite when I asked a bundle of questions all at once, and she did NOT hesitate to answering them and being honest. Thank you so much for having someone so kind in the program that doesnt mind helping out to others who want to join! If I could give more stars I absolutely would!

Ritchie is awesome!!! I was happy to get an appointment with him within 24 hours. He worked on my back and shoulders without being barbaric. Its official, he is my person at Massage Envy. The entire staff is really nice and friendly. The massage from Ritchie though, I sat in my car afterwards listening to the rain and almost fell asleep. I got an enhanced muscle massage. Oh my goodness...no words to express how amazing it was. Thank you Ritchie! Ill be back soon.

Eric is amazing! He puts you at ease with a calm, relaxed atmosphere. If you want conversation you can have a very pleasant discussion. If youd rather not talk, you get an hour of complete silence. His technique is superb. He listens carefully to any problems you are having and knows how to address them. Hes balanced and thorough, and winds down to a logical end. You might be disappointed when your massage ends but you wont be taken by surprise.The crew at the front desk is welcoming and friendly too.

Having been a loyal ME client since they opened the Cool Springs location, I have had many good to excellent massages both in the Nashville area and when traveling to other cities/towns. The onset of Covid certainly caused issues with being able to book regular massages, as so many other have experienced. That said, I am glad for the therapists and clients who are now able to book an appointment in spite of Covid continuing to impede oppotunities to be on a regular massage schedule.Today, I had a morning session with a therapist at the Bellevue location who I had seen previously. Always liking this therapist, and still do, my complaint is that I underscored where I needed deep tissue focus during my session. It was a 90 min massage, so assumed lots of time to work on my major pain points. I asked my therapist if adequate time had been reserved to focus on my tight neck and shoulders as those had not been touched. The answer was yes; however, before I knew it, my 90 minutes was over, I still had a stiff neck and tight shoulders. When closing out my payment, I was asked how everything was, so I shared my disappointment as I was leaving, and heard the proverbial oh, Im so sorry. I have to say, I hope ME genuinely want to know what clients think about their experience, because I always share., and rarely is it less than glowing. Moreover, I want the THERAPIST to listen to the client rather than go thru the motion, which is what I experienced. Until now, I have never given anything other than 5 star reviews. I want to give 5 stars in the future. Lets see who reads & cares about this review..............In the meantime, be kind and relax.

Friendly staff and the service was great! Carrie was awesome, she worked all the kinks and knots out of my back and neck...... I feel like a brand-new woman! Thanks Massage Envy for having such great staff; no matter what Massage Envy I have gone to around the world I continue to have excellent service!!

Practically running a scam with membership “deals” this company basically stole from my 70 year old mother. Their subscription plan is flawed. You can just outright lose the prepaid “credit” multiple ways and they pitch it like you’ll lose all prepaid credit upon cancellation to keep you in their system. No refunds!“We already got their money what are they going to do?” Avoid this den of snakes. I don’t know how they can sleep at night taking from the elderly. Shameful.Oh no a 1 star review. Hope a bot post a generic response to email their support so they pretend to care.

In my humble opinion the best thing about Massage Envy is that they are consistent! I have always walked out a satisfied customer. There have been a few times that I have gone to other places whether that be for price or that massage envy was booked. The times we have done that both my wife and I have been disappointed. Massage envy also does prenatal massages that my wife was able to enjoy. My advice is to book in advance so you can make sure you get it in and tip your masseuse.

Awful as you cannot get an appointment any time this century at any location. Used to be good. Plan to cancel my subscription

Convenient location with plenty of parking! The staff is very friendly and the interior is very soothing and clean. I enjoyed my massage and will definitely be returning.
