Edit: The reply is exactly where this place needs improvement. I was never reached out to btw y’all. A misunderstanding about an ID? What? She never mentioned an ID, instead, falsely accused me and told me to leave. Again, no misunderstanding :). Take your money to a better shop until things can be made right.The female worker likes to lock the doors early and run to Walmart, and falsely accusing returning customers of reselling products to minors and “not going to serve them”. Which is her right, but I never did such a thing, defamatory action on my name is not okay , and I will take my weekly visits elsewhere. The place needs new staff. Not to mention the terrible attitude and having children in the vape shop

Call ahead of time to let the attendant know I would be coming to pick up a product, I only live 10 minutes away. By the time I made it here, there was a note on the door saying be back in 15 minutes. Would have waiting, but it was snowing and sleeting. This is the third tike this has happened to me.

Service and selection is good, but make it you afternoon stop …EVERY time I go in the morning the door is NEVER unlocked. The sign says they open at 9 but this is the FOURTH time I’ve been it’s 9:45 the lights are on and no one is there. make this your afternoon stop

Great place and friendly service with every visit. Been visiting this location for a while now and the customer service at least for me has always been spot on. Will be returning.

If I could them zero stars, I definitely would. Drove an hour, got to the store and it was locked/closed, no one in the store!! Store hours Friday and Saturday 9AM-10PM, thats a joke, hit or miss, whenever they decide to come in, I guess. ILL NEVER GO BACK. Went around the corner to Vapor Haven, and they laughed. Vapor Haven just got a new customer. 5 stars for them definitely. Skip Vaporwize....

Rude. There’s a way to talk to people and whoever the female employee is that works night shift definitely does NOT understand how. You literally cannot be located in New Albany, Mississippi and not have hospitality. I’d suggest getting her out if you’d like more customers to come in.

Drive 45 min to come here says its open but theres a sign on the door that says be bak in 20 min. Ive sat here for 35 min. ILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN

This is the only vape shop in NA I’ve been to where the employees are rude. Not sure what else I expect from someone pushing 40 yo who still works at a vape shop. There’s plenty of other places to get a vape where you’ll be treated respectfully.

Same as the guy before, sign saying theyll be back in 10 minutes. I dont have all day to wait around for people who dont want to work.

My all time favorite vape shop in the area! ALWAYS friendly and helpful service and great prices. They have just about every flavor you can think of on top of the multitude of other products they offer. Highly recommend!

Best flavors and best customer service hands down! The beautiful young lady helped me find everything that I needed.
