This location is spectacular. From customer service to repertoire and inventory they have what your looking for. Now I can ofc be picky and find some brandz they dont carry, but alas they have many options to choose from. Hardware to joose and even pen modz to delta 9 productz .This place has what you need. A definite must stop in your cloudy adventure. Jay an Tyler were most helpful!!

I go here all the time. This is the only vape store in town I will even go to. I love the people who work here. Always kind and friendly.

This place is amazing. Always has anything you want or need. The prices are very reasonable and the people that work here are incredible. They are so helpful and respectful. They give you a generally good experience. So yeah go to them, because others in town do not do it like them.

So glad I stopped in there for the first time a few months ago when I needed to buy just a single coil for my tank. Decided right then and there that was now my go to store! They are very helpful and friendly! I like how all of the juices no matter what brand, etc are all the same price. Prices just go by the size of bottle you want. Huge selection of flavors. Definitely recommend this place to anyone who vapes.

Thought this shop was great until today. Went in 2 days ago and asked for coils.....he gave me a brand I had never used or heard of....i specifically asked if they would fit my device he assured me it would!! The next day i went to change my coil and it didnt fit at all....wouldnt thread on and was too tall for the tank to even go back together. It was after hours so I called today. I explained what happened and he rudely said ok? I said well I was sold a product on your recommendation and was assured it would work and it doesnt i would like a refund or exchange...he said sorry but once a product is open i cant take it back.....i get i cant return the one that is used but what about the other two still in the foil untouched. Again cant do anything about it. Just lost a customer!!!!!!! I will not be back. Ill take the 30 minute drive to Roccos!!!

First time there and I wasnt disappointed,they had what I needed and ordered what they didnt have. If you have hard to find or discontinued tanks/glass hit these guys up. Friendly and courteous staff.

This place is great all of the people that work there go out of their way to help. Chris I dealt with him today he was very knowledgeable about what type of products they have. I will be going there from now on. They have a great selection of vape juice and they will let you try as much as you want for as long as you want. Great place great service. Also purchased a new cap from them much better then my current one and decently priced for everything I got.

Its a nice place, its comfortable yet professional and the prices are really fair. They have a good selection. My only gripe is that parking is rough, but they cant do anything about that so still 5 stars.

I’ve been vaping for about 8 years and have been to many shops but once I found Cloud Neun I’ve not went anywhere else. The variety of juice is unbelievable and the staff, especially Dana, has always been helpful and a pleasure to do business with! Never going anywhere else!!!

Awesome place to go! I love hanging out down there. Friendly staff, big juice selection, and they have a pool table and pinball machine as well. I will go hang out for hours at least once a week!

I purchased a Full spectrum flashlight on amazon and I didnt realize It didnt have batteries. It was a specific vape mod battery I needed and after running all over town i couldnt find it. I stopped in asked for the battery and the staff was super nice. After placing the battery in I couldnt tell if it was on as it only shows up on a Night vision camera. One of the employees just happened to have onr and confirmed it worked. I know that its stupid but its really the little things.

They’re friendly with you until you show them they sold you a broken piece then they want you out of their store. Stole my money and gave me a malfunctioning vape then argued with me saying I broke it... won’t give those ungrateful people money again.
