I’ve always had a positive experience here. Easy to schedule and reschedule, ask questions, and get exactly the service you want. I’ve worked with Elaine and Chris, both are excellent. I just had a 2 hour massage for the first time and I feel like a new person! Chris listened to what was going on with my body (shoulders, hello desk job) and did extra, specific work that will have long lasting benefits (not just a standard all body massage, although I still got that within the time frame!). Well worth the cost for their specialties.

I booked a last minute massage, because I was very tight and my body was sore. Brittany took such special care with me to really try and work out my knots and aches. She made sure to give me instructions on what to do in the following days, and explained as she went what areas were really the most problematic. Great treatment massage!

Wonderful! This place is clean, welcoming, and cozy. Shannon was my massage therapist and she was incredible. Kind, asked the right questions, checked on me a perfect amount of times during the massage while maintaining my relaxation, and generally had a great demeanor. I will be back!

My experience sadly wasn’t great. The massage itself was good but I arrived 15 minutes early and when called back right at my designated appointment time, the room wasnt set up for my service. For that reason and by the time I changed, we didn’t get started until at least 10 minutes into my 60 minute appointment. I hoped my massage therapist would clock this and go a few minutes over, but they didn’t and I felt robbed of a quarter of the massage I had paid for. In addition, the walls were thin and as I was in the first room in the hall, I heard loud conversations happening in the waiting room the entire time. I could hear every single word. I wanted to love this place as it is close by, but sadly my experience left a lot to be desired :(

This was my first massage in over a year. When I got on the table my whole body hurt. Its now the next day and I am Superwoman again! The technician was expert in her application, knowledgeable and caring also. Intake was easy. I look forward to my next service. Thank you

Chris here is a magic worker! I’m still in awe at the improvement in my back pain I had been certain was beyond repair. The staff is also always kind and attentive.

Absolutely amazing massage!! She was very knowledgeable and explained what was happening and how it will provide relief, but would need to have a couple more sessions in order to workout some of the sections. 10 out of 10!!

I have had a headache for a month and Emile gave me the first bit of relief Ive had. The massage was torturous with trigger points on my neck but also relaxing with some regular deep tissue massage.

I have had back and neck issues for a couple of months. I made an appointment and when I entered the office, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting area and the professional of the staff. The therapist (Brittany) was very knowledgeable and pinpointed some of my problems with accuracy and solutions. I would definitely recommend Lakeview!!👍👍

As a Veteran, Ive been working with Lakeview for over a year on some chronic back issues. When I started I was walking with a cane. That is no longer needed, and I can literally walk with my head held high again. Cant approve strongly enough!

Shannon was absolutely wonderful! She was very thorough beforehand in asking questions to the ensure my experience fit my needs. The massage was exactly what I wanted! Have truly never felt better

I cannot leave enough stars for Brittany! I have had my fair share of Deep Tissue massages, but she is by far the absolute best! She finds all the knots that you didnt even realize you had and gets to work on them. My range of motion is dramatically better! I have never had a deep tissue massage that was truly therapeutic until now. I am going back soon for sure! Thank you so much Brittany!The place itself is so beautiful and relaxing. My messàage was wonderful. I just didn’t get some of the knots worked out in the lower part of body in the 1 and 40 minutes.

Chris was extremely good and talented. I was stuck and having trouble breathing because my neck and trachea were pinched. Chris very gently but determined was able to access my tissue, unstuck my neck, and allowed me to breathe again. However, be alerted that you’ll be back for more sessions 😬.I cannot recommend him enough, excellent and healing hands!!!!Thank you Chris!!!

I have been coming here for maybe 2 years now, and I don’t know what I would do without this place! I live in Lakeview, so with the location only being 1 minute away, it fits into my busy schedule phenomenally. My massages are covered by insurance, so it is very affordable, enough to leave tips twice a week! As far as the employees here, I have seen almost everyone, and I like all of them. They all have different styles and can address whatever need you have as long as you communicate to the wonderful front desk or your massage therapist.

I received a much needed deep tissue massage from Emile. He was very professional and knowledgeable, along with providing perfect recommendations to achieve my personal fitness goals. Ill definitely be back!

There is an intentional relaxing and refreshing atmosphere and you’ll feel it when you wake up day of your massage. There are multiple massage options to choose from depending on your need. It’s spotless and they quality products. Get in there. Your body needs it.

I always feel better after a session with Emile. He knows exactly how to get knocks and tension out. After a back injury he soothes that area as well. After fours years and trying a few other people, I always find my way back to Emile at Lakeview Massage. All the staff is friendly!!!

Been going to Lakeview massage since they opened. It is by far my favorite place to receive treatment. All of the staff are incredibly professional. I’ve had massages by Elaine, Andrea, Ingrid and Emile; all of whom work wonders. I have an appointment scheduled twice a month and if time allowed I’d be there every week. They offer a wide range of techniques and modalities to suit all needs. They have even been able to accommodate my recent pregnancy so that I can continue to receive top notch care.

Excellent service and communication. Ive been seeing Elaine for years and she is a master at what she does. Will definitely be looking into purchasing a package or membership.

I just left Lakeview Massage and therapy. I was desperate for relief after 6 weeks of physical therapy, X-rays, MRI’s, etc.for excruciating neck and shoulder pain. I googled “massage therapy near me”. After confirmation from my bone and joint doctor, I called them at 5:55 pm yesterday to schedule the earliest available appointment prior to surgery. They booked me with Elaine this morning. Her expertise and knowledge of the human muscle system is extraordinary. She skillfully focused on my problem areas until each muscle relaxed and we were both satisfied with the result and relief. She’s kind, compassionate, funny and obviously passionate about her work and her clients.The spa facility was immaculate, calming and tastefully decorated. I would have normally paid more attention to the “spa decor and experience” but I was in too much pain. I’ve had massages all of the world and I can truly say that Elaine is one of the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. Today is the first day in 6 weeks that I don’t feel like I have a nail in my shoulder.I was so impressed that I joined for monthly massages for 6 months and got a $20 discount on a 90 minute massage. Next month will be after a surgical procedure and hopefully I can just enjoy the relaxation and self care.I highly recommend this little unassuming spa on Harrison Ave. Thank you Elaine and Jess.

I had a wonderful massage with Rachel. I like this office’s atmosphere. It’s simple and tranquil. There wasn’t any outside noise coming into the massage room. The front desk staff are kind.

Theres no way to leave zero stars but if I could I would. When I pay for a service that is supposed to last an hour, I would at least like to get my moneys worth. My massage was scheduled at 9am and I arrived 10 minutes early at 8:50am. By the time I got to the back and the masseuse was ready it was already 9:12am. Once I was finished I looked at the clock which read 9:58am. So in total the massage was 46 minutes. When I went to tell the receptionist that my, what was supposed to be 60 minute service, was actually 46 minutes... her only response was that they are very busy and schedule their appointments on the hour. Therefore if I was at 9am the next persons appointment would be at 10am. Im typically not one to make a fuss over such minute details, however this situation in particular was very frustrating to me. When you schedule your appointment either online or by phone, you are under the impression that your service will last a whole 60 minutes, as that it whats advertised. In my opinion, you get what you pay for and if Im paying for an hour Id like an hour and Id like to not feel rushed. Massage therapy is supposed to be relaxing and give a sense of peace and ease. This was definitely not that. Very dissatisfied.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Josh for adjustments and also frequenting massage or acupuncture when possible and everyone is phenomenal. I literally leave my adjustment feeling normal again! I didn’t even know what normal could feel like until a few months in and now I go every 2 weeks and couldn’t see it any other way. Dr. Josh couldn’t be better- very gentle and genuinely kind.

You absolutely have to go to Elaine. Its the best massage Ive ever EVER had. She is so sweet and professional, and she always listens to my concerns beforehand. Every time I go is a picture perfect experience. I am definitely a client of hers for LIFE.

Love this place. Here every week and rotate each week between Ingrid and Andrea. Both are very professional and amazing therapist. They customize your massage based on how you feel that day and make sure you walk out feeling like a million bucks.

I have always had a fantastic experience when receiving a massage. They’re on time, professional, and work with my chiropractor to maximize the benefits of both treatments. They are not merely giving a relaxing massage (although it is), they are working on the specific areas which will help me feel better and move better. Booked a session and the receptionist matched me up with Zazie after chatting about what was bothering me. She did not disappoint. Zazie used several different techniques to give me a truly relaxing and healing experience. I only have a short time left on my contract in New Orleans, but if I’m ever back in town, I’ll be booking her again!
