My girlfriend and i spent 4 days in New Orleans and this spot was absolutely one of the highlights. The atmosphere was so phenomenal, service was great and all staff members seemed happy to have us coming in. We went back to back nights and the live bands were both spectacular. Drinks were good and not overpriced and the location was perfect right in the middle of bourbon street. Highly recommend to anyone visiting! Shout out to the MC the 15th and 16th, we loved her energy and she keeps the crowd involved and dancing while the live bands take a break!
We took a quick trip to New Orleans recently and had to visit the world famous Razzoo’s. It did not disappoint, and we made a point to stop by all for days of our trip! The vibe is awesome. Drinks are strong. Staff is super friendly and fun. Courtyard is amazing. We saw why so many people recommended this place to us.We can’t wait to be back and check it out again!
Razoo is awesome. Went several times last time I was in NOLA. Been all over the city several times, and I’ve never seen a bar with all these features: multiple (4) bars (helps with traffic), lively dance floor, HUGE outdoor courtyard/patio, FIRE FOUNTAIN!?!, and super fun shots. I wasn’t there for live music, but I’ll def be going back next time I’m in town to catch that. And the patio is truly one of a kind. Best bar on Bourbon street by far. 10/5 stars a must-go
This is my fave place on Bourbon. The crowd is always having a great time and the mood and vibe here is always so happy! Great drink specials and the music is awesome! The staff from the bouncer at the door to the MC to the bartenders-everyone is awesome! We always meet the best people here from all over! Never disappointed!
I went today on July 8th and the bartender working in the inside on the top level (Caucasian man) completely ignored me the whole time. There were people who came after me and he served them, but not me. I was very patient, and not rude. But, he still ignored me. I left, because Im NOT going to spend my money where Im being ignored. It was over crowded too. I dont recommend this venue at all!
Best place on Bourbon Street for sure. One of the managers, Oso, does a great job of making sure everyone has a great time. It seems like a great guy. Roxanne and Megan are some of the most friendly and attentive bartenders I have had the pleasure of being served by. The security staff is friendly as well. 5 out of 5 forsure
This place changed my life. If you are in town for a bachelor party over a three day weekend and don’t hit Razzoo at least 2 times a day… you are doing it wrong. Make sure to try every different color of the test tube shots and get a hurricane on your way in and out to properly experience NOLA at its finest.
Theres many options on bourbon street. I liked a lot of the bars. However, one that stands out above the rest is Razzoo. The ambiance was simply the best on the street! This spot was full all day! Great music, the mc Popsicle does his job very well, he knows how to keep the crowd in it. Gotta give props where its due. Staff all super nice, the shot girls so hott especially Lea!
Best spot on Bourbon!! Been to Razzoo dozens of times, and it’s always a great time. When I lived in New Orleans, it was a go-to stop on a fun night out. I recently went back during a friend’s bachelorette weekend, and it was as solid as I remember. The staff is incredible, super friendly. When they heard it was my friend’s bachelorette, they went out of their way to make the night memorable for our group of 12. Dance floor is a ton of fun too, and when you need a break there’s a great courtyard in the back. Excited for when we can get back there
Razzoo is our go-to every time we’re in the city. I had my bachelorette party here and the service was 10/10. We had a great time. Hands down the best bar on Bourbon and highly recommended!
My friends and I stumbled upon this bar while crusing along Bourbon Street. The music was FIRE!!! we danced the entire time there. The emcees were electrifying. They both knew how to get a crowd excited! We did not try the food but the drinks were good! And I cannot not stress enough about the good music. If you are a tourist and looking to lacs up your boogie shoes and go dancing this is the place to go!!!!!!
Definitely my favorite spot in Nola, every time I’m in town I end up there almost every night. It just feels like what Bourbon represents ! Fun, good crowd, good music, great bartenders. Will be a lifelong place for me !
Razzoo is a unique place that holds a special place in my heart!Hands down one of the best spots on Bourbon Street. Live music, poppin dance floor and some dope outdoor space. Cant wait to go back. 10/10!!
Best bar on Bourbon street that has everything you need. Great live music, great drinks. The dance floor is always rowdy, and the outdoor space in the back is perfect to hang and chat.
Best bar on Bourbon Street by far! Top notch entertainment, great drinks, friendly staff and they keep the party going all night! A must stop in New Orleans! Clean bathrooms too!!!
I really enjoyed the Phunky Monkeys. The singers and horn players did some awesome covers of Earth Wind and Fire and Whitney Houston. Definitely one of the better music venues in Bourbon St.
Best spot on Bourbon! I never leave reviews, but had to for Razzoos because of how amazing this place is. There is a massive outdoor patio and bars and TVs everywhere. Its always busy but never feels too full. Great DJs and performers. Should be on everyones New Orleans hit list!
I went to Razzoos with my friend and it was an awesome experience. Great live music and lots of energy and a back patio area to hangout and talk with a patio bar. Its a great spot to check out on Bourbon!
The absolute best bar on Bourbon! This place is a must! Beautiful outdoor patio, fantastic drinks, and a great dance floor with live music. Couldn’t recommend enough!
Great Party place plenty of places to sit down. The Mcs keep the crowd going and dancing. This is place you can dance we found on Bourdon St. Its mix crowd and various types of Music Top 40s, Reggaeton, and Country.
Had a ball here! The dance floor was packed, had a great crowd, the music played was excellent and diverse. A little something for everyones liking. Definitely was a great vibe!
I freaking LOVE this place. Came here for a bachelorette party and had the best time. Great service, authentic Bourbon Street experience and delicious food. Can’t wait to come back!
I went to razzoos for a bachelorette trip! Had the most amazing time! The staff and drinks were great! I deff reccomend people to visit when coming to New Orleans! BEST BAR ON BOURBON
The best bar on bourbon street! Awesome atmosphere, great drinks and a huge outdoor courtyard area in back. Our favorite place!
Loved the music and dance floor. Also the outdoor space is a great place to relax. One of my favorite spots in NOLA
Went for the first time and it was cool. There are bars you can hop around to. They had karaoke on Friday. Just had a flatbread pizza and it was good. Drink specials all weekend.
Clean and fun environment!!!!! Great time with great music! Will absolutely go again when I come back to NOLA
OMG Razzoo, what an amazing club... We were there easter weekend, thirty of us for a Bachelor party. Clearly after going to the other bars on bourbon st. We realize that Razzoos is the best bar on bourbon st. for many reasons, the entertainment is phenomenal. Mc bbc rocker and the Dj kept the dancefloor and stage on fire with great dancing from the Mc (his salsa dancing my lord) and the music from the dj... You have to witness this.. We were there every night ,friday, saturday & on thursday/sunday they have a band there, cant remember there name but incredible singers. I will be back in august for the red dress run.... Im looking forward to being right back on bourbon street in this club!
The lady with Curley hair last night kept the vibe very well with her crazyness! She kept this place running! Make sure to keep hiring her to be there as she deserves it!
Went down there for mardi Gras and Boi I tell you; I had a good time. Good drank and good people. Securities were very friendly. Coming back next year from Dallas
Prob my favorite place to drink and dance in NOLA! Always a great vibe, music and drinks.
Had a wonderful time at Razzoo, and very much look forward to returning on my next trip to New Orleans!
The most respected club on Bourbon St. Hints the reason they have been around for so long!! Great People!!
If you are on Boubon street you need to check this spot out. The live music and the outdoor patio are exactly what you need when you are in the Big Easy
Razzoo is my favorite bar in Bourbon Street and must for us when we are in NOLA. The live music always hits, along with the vibes on the back patio. Can’t wait to go back ASAP.
A very good band was playing. They got the crowd going on the dance floor.
Great little fun place to dance! We just went here for my friends 55th birthday after lunch at commanders Palace
My husband and I went to New Orleans for the weekend. We chose Razoo over and over. It was truly top tier.
Did not eat but good drink options and great venue to listen to music!
I visited this spot back in August for my birthday & had a BALL! So much of a ball that I lost my whole wallet that included my bank cards, driver’s license, and insurance cards. Just a few days ago I’ve received a letter in the mail with all of my items in good condition. I would like to thank the entire staff at this establishment for reaching out and returning my belongings. The vibes were great along with the drinks. I would definitely return!
Incredible place, came here multiple times during a weekend in the city and had an absolute blast. Don’t miss it!
I was in New Orleans for Mardi Gras and stop in at Razzoo Bar & Patio. I had a great time here. It was a lot of fun and a great experience. The people were friendly as they were having a good time. The staff was friendly and did a great job. I was drinking Hurricane that were a great price @ $9.50 each. Next time Im in New Orleans I will be stopping by again.
I like this place to meet people from all over the world the waiters very good attention I think the prices are high and as a customer we must understand that it is a very touristy place and it is obvio that the prices are high
Best atmosphere on Bourbon Street!!! Wonderful staff. Love the outdoor patio.
I ordered shrimp po boy sandwich. The gave a lot of shrimps and the fries were delicious. It’s not a 5 stars because the shrimp were not cleaned.
The catfish is thick and Juicy. Atmosphere is bumpin! Daniel was an excellent server!
Popped in this spot on a Saturday night. One of many bars we checked out while visiting Nola for the first time. It wasn’t a busy night at all. Pretty empty inside, mostly just staff. I was immediately impressed with how they have drink prices clearly displayed above the bar. Drinks are ridiculously priced on Bourbon but these appeared to be pretty competitive. A “super premium” was $12.50 and you could make it a double for another $7. So, I proceed to ask this female bartender what exactly is considered “super premium” and she says,”you know…anything like Hennessy or Ciroc.” Huh?First of all, there was a male bartender that I initially walked up to but for some reason she stepped over him to initiate the sell. She had a funky demeanor off the break and now as a White woman, you explain “super premium” to me, a woman of color, as Hennessy or Ciroc? Complete turn off. I immediately replied by stating that I don’t drink nor care for either of those dead to her face. Her attitude was stank, but I can one up stank any day. But, I got the drink cause whatever had her in a bad mood, I figured why not make it worse. Yep, #teampettyI am not leaving an open tab so I asked to cash out. She says $19.50, hand her my card, and see the price has increased for about a $1 then additional tax. I questioned why the additional charge for using my card and said I’ve noticed this occur at a few establishments so is this a Nola thing? She said she didn’t know what it is and why they up charge for credit transactions. So I said you can’t charge fees without displaying so she then points to this sign on a pillar that clearly states there is a 4% surcharge and why. So did this dingbat never read the sign? She doesn’t know “anything about it” but there is a sign right there. Again, stank! The male bartender invited himself into the conversation and she conveniently eases away and leaves the bar entirely. The guy was super cool and explained the 4% is what the credit card charges them per transaction so that’s why they charge us. Oh ok! You charge the customer the cost of YOUR doing business. What the heck? I don’t promote businesses like this. For the record, most people spend more money when they swipe. You are way more smart with your choices when limited to cash in hand. Be a smart business. If your POS system fees interfere with profit, incorporate that cost into your prices. Don’t penalize the patrons!Anyway, the stank bartender really left a sour taste in my mouth so I spoke to the manager. First, complimented the male bartender who understood the questioning of the fees. Like don’t hand me a bill then swipe my card with a whole new total without telling me. Second, I explained that his White female bartender explaining “super premium” as two liquor brands stereotyped as Black people preferred was insulting. Whether she meant it as a stereotypical response — it was insulting. The manager was cool. He listened and provided insight, to include she having a Black son. Sigh. The good old “I’m not racist, I have Black friends” defense. Note, having a biracial child does not eliminate unconscious bias nor prejudice. Please understand that. Knowing she has a biracial child just makes me think she was even more deliberate in mentioning Hennessy and Ciroc as “super premium”. Lame.Would I come back to this establishment? Maybe, just to have this lame female bartender make my drinks and not tip. Since she likes to stereotype…I’d love to play along and NOT TIP HER.I wish establishments understood it’s people like her that cut into their profits because now you lost two customers and gained another bad review…all because a rude staffer to pay to provide good customer service, not chase off patrons with their bad attitudes and bias.
Boogied all night long!! Such a fun spot, easily the best on Bourbon!
We went to have a good time, and a good time was had both nights.
Brought my buddy big timmy here after he got out of the cooler. legendary night
Great place good music nice patio you can even smoke on back patio. Definitely a must see when in NOLA
Great place and fun time but be VERY careful with your belongings if you go here. Four people in our group were pick pocketed (phones, wallets, cash). I met a group of women at the airport that also had their phones stolen at the same bar on the same night (all six of their phones). I suspect this to be an in house situation as I can’t imagine someone from the street walking around with 20+ phones at the same time. We didn’t have any issues elsewhere in the city. Such a shame since it’s a fun place but totally not worth it and made traveling the next morning a nightmare.
I stop at Razzoo every time Im in NOLA. Only place worth dipping into on Bourbon street.
If you’re in the French Quarter and do not stop in Razoo’s…you missed out big time. If you’re lucky, you’ll catch The Phunky Monkeys entertaining the crowd. Everyday is a party at this place. Everyone is always having a great time and no one feels out of place.
Other than the slow bartenders which I understand they are working in the heat
Literally the cringiest most manipulative bar on this street. Stay away they even get the women to try and get u to buy them drinks. Totally take advantage of people through lies and social engineering. If you like getting used, youll love this spot!
Theres a lot to be said about Razzoo Bar and Patio like the outdoor patio, the live entertainment, dance floor, great staff, and just the entirely great atmosphere... but you had me at four dollar shots. Was here with a party of six and we couldnt resist round after round of these four dollar shots. I think a buddy had fourteen, alone.Couldnt tell you what they were, but, I can tell you that Razoos was one of the best spots to be on Bourbon Street!
It’s a great spot, good music, fun vibes
Staff is awesome! Food is always great. Definitely a cool restaurant. I met Megan, I believe she is the manager but she knows what’s going on.
The absolute best party spot on Bourbon. Nothing comes close. Just keep in mind its also one of the few places on Bourbon that wont let you bring in outside drinks. So if you plan on getting a hurricane or hand grenade, start with that and then hit Razzoos.
Was an awesome time for a work awards trip. It was my first time in New Orleans and I thought Razzoos was the best of bourbon street. I had a lot of fun. I had a different experience with the shot girls than some are saying but. every day and shift and people are different. First place i head to when i go back. probably even before the hotel lol
This bar really stinks. Music ain’t bad but you can tell nobody have ever done any cleaning here.
Band was fun! Great to dance.
$5 shots on bourbon street !!! Really the best and most cost efficient bar
Had a great time in this bar drinking some cheap beer and listening to a very lively fun band. It was pretty full and standing room only so we didnt get to enjoy sitting at a table. Nevertheless, it was much fun and spent a couple of hours here.
Had an amazing time here. Went three days in a row which mean I really loved this place. The live performance is outstanding. Entire crew is amazing. Great ambience and personal touch that sets NOLA apart from Las Vegas for music lovers. Recommend this place to everyone. Don’t forget to drop few bucks in the jar for the band. They are just amazing. All of them work really hard to keep you entertained.
STAY AWAY IF YOU DO NOT WANT YOUR VALUBLES TO BE STOLEN. My brand new iPhone 14 Pro was stolen while here in the early morning of 10/2/22. I will give a disclaimer that I am a very careful person and have never ever had anything stolen before. I came here with my friends during a girls trip. They did not make us show ID to get in. Seemed like they were letting anyone walk in. I was standing by the front of the stage by the stairs where there was an employee guarding the steps and picking girls to go up on stage and dance. They kept pressuring my friend who is a professional dancer to get up on stage and dance. While there I noticed my purse was unbuckled, which I thought was strange but nothing was gone, so I thought I accidentally forgot to close it (even though I always make a point to close it). I buckled it, put it in front of me (its a cross body purse). But while dancing it must have gone to my side or behind me for a little. Quickly I noticed once again by purse buckle was undone. This time my iPhone was missing. Someone there was watching me and made multiple attempts to steal my iPhone. No one said anything nor did anything. As soon as I discovered my phone was missing we made our way out to leave. I told the bouncer guy at the front (who was not checking IDs) that my phone was just stolen, he didnt do anything, just told me that I was SOL, which is what I expected. Anyways, beware of this place they welcome criminals in and let them roam unchecked and who knows if maybe it is in house job. And in general be careful on Bourbon St.
We saw the Phunky Monkeys play there last night. WOW!! Listing to them perform Purple Rain was the highlight of my trip. I wish we would have had more time or found the band playing earlier because I could have listened for hours!! The band was well round and played several genres of music. If you are going to NOLA, make time to go to Razzoo Bar and Patio and watch the Phunky Monkeys, you won’t be disappointed!
A great place to enjoy yourself and dance like no one is watching.
This place is the best! So much fun!!
No place like Razzoo. Love the people here.
A fun time with a nice, mixed crowd. Good music for dancing with a good blend of old and new stuff. Or you can just stand back and be entertained by drunk people taking to the stage. Cool patio area in the back if you want a little more space to move and breathe further away from the music and the stage show. Just be sure not to pick up the shots unless you want to pay for them.
I enjoyed the music. But the staff there tree black folks like there second class citizen or dont exist. Hard to get a drink. I didnt enjoy the attitude of the bartenders are the doorman. One of the bartenders try to give me a very high beer and take my beer and touch the other bartenders arm and also one of the bouncers on to ask them where theyre not this beer was cold I took a sip of this beer and it was his heart so I had to argue with him to give me a cold beer Annabelle that he gave me was not cold but it was cool and I drink part of it and left. Thats why I have the rule of thumb not to tip on the first drink if the first drink is good I will take the next drink.
This place was really fun, even for older folks like my wife and I, who went in to avoid a long rain storm and stayed just cuz we liked it. Singing employees on stage really got the crowd involved, and you can get up there with them, too. The test tube shot girls werent too pushy. $4 a piece and my wife had many (I think the pretty colors lured her in!). 3 bottled beers for $7.50 was cool for me. Its rowdy, yall!
We spent 4 nights in the French Quarter & ended up here every night. The Phunky Monkey band played here every night (some nights for over 5 hours!) and they are amazing! Such a good time! Only downside to the bar is the over aggressive shot girls/guys who will try to force shots down your throat.
Extremely fun. Always a good time.
I was in New Orleans in early march for a festival and this bar caught my eye on bourbon street right away. The girl who works in the afternoon is amazing and fun (I never caught her name). We stopped by everyday on our trip. If you want fast bar service, patio out back, variety of music played, and a laid back fun environment. This is the bar to go to.
One of the best live music venues on Bourbon. Get up close to the band. Place is full of energy. They have a great courtyard bar area with plenty of space. you never have to walk far or wait long for a drink. Always great entertainment and great drinks. They allow outside drinks. So stop in and check out great bands such as the phunky monkees.
Lea was amazing! will return soon!
I went there almost every night of my stay, enjoyed every bit of it! Great musicians, artists and non-expensive drinks made it wonderful each time! Warning: The hurricane is not their great drink so watch out!
This place is a wonderful bar and patio and does not serve food. That would be Razzoos Cajun Cafe.
#EssenceFest Darren Wheeler events all weekend!!
James was awesome!!!! He was outgoing from the second we came to the door! We came back the next day and he remembered us! Friendly staff is always a plus and the shots girls were on point! Would definitely come visit again! Thanks for the laughs James!
Staff was not friendly and kicked my friend out because she was Mexican. Followed out and poured water on her head. WillNever go back for any kind of friendly fun vibe. Will find other more friendly happy culturally acceptable places in New Orleans !!!
Best dance floor on bourbon street
The MC, was a great entertainer... The best on Bourbon St!! Dancing and having a blast with total strangers... Nothing like it anywhere else. Drinks are a bit pricey so look for specials. MC Rico, O-H. Thank you!!!
We were in town celebrating our sons 21st birthday. The bouncer there is so dumb he couldnt do the math and then wouldnt admit he was wrong when we pointed it out that he was 21 and his ID is real.
We arrived at 2:30 on the afternoon of 12/31/2016, we were sitting at a few of the tables by the door, spending quite a bit of money, having a Great time. Had no problems with security until later in the evening around 9 - 9:30 when one person from our party stepped out to smoke and there was a different security guard, and said RUDE security personnel would not accept his Tennessee Identification because it was paper, well Mr security do your homework, because that is how Tennessee issues them and then they mail you a laminated one, but you never know when its coming in, also when I went out to smoke and stood right beside same Mr. RUDE security personnel he then would not let me back in because I did not have my identity with me and when I asked him to just grab my husbands attention, his RUDE response dont mess with me Im not in the mood then I finally get back in and with the party of 5 That we had and spending a lot of money we are asked to leave our tables because they were making it VIP seating, as far as I can tell when you have a party spending hundreds of dollars that had been there all day I would think they were pretty good VIPs, so thanks to Mr RUDE security personnel, we will never visit club Razzoo again, to be treated the way he treated us and spoke to me, who was not drinking or intoxicated. So just beware of RUDE staff
This place has 3 for 1 drinks on certain nights. Mega cheap. But its clear they lure you in to buy additional shots served by the girls doing around with drinks which you pay for. Still a great deal. Only trouble is you need to carry three drinks at once. Girl was singing on stage to songs like karaoke and getting people excited she did a good job, this place was jumping
This is my FAVORITE place but was disappointed on July 1st, missed my favorite band perform not sure if playing times change and didnt like the fact of being Hustled by waitress with SHOTS, bought a 1 shot but she was slick by giving me 2 (looks like 1) then youre charged for 2!! I come to this every time I come in from Texas😣😡🤬
Incredibly talented performers played every night we visited. The energy and music is tons of fun. Only giving 4 stars because the 2nd night the bouncer wouldnt let us in with our almost empty daiquiri.
First time in New Orleans and we stopped at Razoo and experienced The Phunky Monkey! The band was fantastically phenomenal and I danced to baby got back on stage with the band! We had a great time! I’ll return for sure!! Nice atmosphere
The best place in town!!! I mean it!!! This place rules! I have been there for two nights in a row and the ambiance is great every night! Live music or live entertainment! Seriously make a stop here and you will love it too!!
When we visited New Orleans we went into numerous bars up and down the strip and Razzoo was by far the best. They were playing hip hop/crunk music the entire night. They had an entertaining female and male host entertaining the crowd keeping everyone hype in the middle. Girls were walking around giving shots in oversized, fake syringes. When you got too hot, you could step on the back porch and still drink and dance - as there was a bar on the back and little portable fire type heaters - and the music was able to reach us in the back as if we were inside. They should change the name to just Razzoo instead of Razzoo Bar & Patio cause it definitely has the protentional to be more than just a bar & patio - that phrase lowers your expectations before you even walk in. It definitely reminded me of a club, and not just a hole in the wall bar.We were pleasantly surprised...
Terrific time and a true NOLA experience.
Love this place! Always a party
We had a great time dancing at Razzoo. Ended up stopping in 2 nights in a row
If you like a mixed crowd, drinks, dancing, music old or new. We have it!! Far from small, 3 bars and mini bars too. Shot girls are always walking around to make sure you have what you need. Real shots of strong liquor are easy to attract people trying to get theyre buzz on. We love pleasing our customers and we are always up for something new. Excitment is definitely here! Our back patio is soothing with fire and water. Beautiful view, PERFECT picture taking area. Tourists will love this hot spot!!Not to mention tables for relaxation and mingling. Bathrooms are large and roomy. Need to pamper yourself well, Razzoos has a person that has almost everything a woman can need in case of emergency or maybe just want to freshnen up. Shes there if you need her. Friendly environment. Dance stage. DJ is always up for request on songs. Looking for somewhere to party and dance I recommend Razzoos as the one place thats different from any other!! Come check us out on Bourbon Street. Where whatever happens on Bourbon stays on Bourbon. Louisiana is known for some of the best clubs and nights clubs around. Louisiana born and raised.
Performers are so talented and fun and staff is so kind! My group had plans to spend the night walking around the street but spent the entire night here! Truly an amazing experience!
I don’t go out much but I had A Blast here! My family visiting from Cali enjoyed it here! The Stage was very lit 🔥! Nothing but good vibes and plenty of laughs. Maybe it was the drinks! 🤣
I came here for my brother’s bachelor party was having a good time until I met A woman who was grabbing our gay friend who I am assuming is a local who began to grab my genitals and my wallet at the same time and proceeded to take the money out of my wallet and continue to hold on to my generals with a hard grip. I told the bouncer about this while the female in question followed me outside the bar and he did nothing about this and upon my return one minute later there was a new bouncer on the door who knew nothing about what was told to the previous bouncer. From what I have heard and what I have witnessed in person I assume this occurs in all of new Orleans specifically Bourbon Street and everyone should watch what is in their wallet and who is approaching them because local thievery and security will do nothing about.
It was ok. The music could have been better... Could have transitioned songs better and it was weird how they kept completely changing beats in the middle of some songs... It kinda messed up your rhythm if you were dancing.
This was my engagement 🎉. The host and the hostess they was great. The causician lady she was great. Made me and my hersband felt welcome 🙏 and very comfortable. I love New Orleans and everything about it💋💋. I will be back for my birthday 🎂 3/10..
Great vibe! They have a live band in the evening, which was amazing. Bartenders make the best drinks. Highly recommend.
First night I went was cool. Next day the front bartender was a not cool at all. Nothing but attitude for no reason.
I came into this establishment. The first time I ordered a top shelf drink bartender was friendly and nice. In addition to my drink, I asked for a cup of water I asked the bartender if I could get no ice since there was a dog panting outside. I informed her I would pay extra or but bottled water. She smiled said dont be silly. I tipped her over 20% for her nice gesture. I left and gave the dog water which he drank the full cup before I took a sip of my vegas bomb drink. After spending time in the bar, my friend informed me some guy was stalking her outside and if I could ask him to leave because as a tourist and young women she feared her safety. I did what she asked. When returning to the bar, I informed the security at the door the situation. He replied he didnt care and next time I need to show my ID to leave or I wouldnt be allowed in again. I apologized over and over. After finishing our drinks and dancing to a few songs I ordered another drink. The bartender remembering me asked, would you like another water no ice for the doggy. I said, thank you so much. Yes please. Before leaving again, I informed security that I was coming right back in but to give the pup water WHO WAS RIGHT NEXT TO HIM. He informed me that if I did that I only condone to let him and dog stay in front of his business and that I couldnt give the dog water. I told him I informed the bartender that it was for the dog and even offered to go back in and pay if it was a issue. He said, no the bartender does not know anything that this is his bar and his rules and that if I gave water to the dog again that I would be arrested on site. Because it was my fault that the man would not leave because I was giving the dog water. I again apologized and said I did not mean to disrespect that I was only trying to give the dog water and that as a establishment it was their responsibility to remove patrons in front of their establishment that they did not want there and not my fault. He then informed me I was not allowed in and I was kicked out and that he was calling the police. I saw a state police officer outside and informed him of situation. I informed him that never in my life at 28 years old have I ever been arrested and word for word what happened. He said the security had no right to say that as nothing I did was ILLEGAL. Me, and two of my friends had purchased multiple drinks from this establishment this night and the bartender was extremely nice and friendly. Security with their false threats and attempting to scare patrons because they are not capable of their job. I will never go here again. I will use all social media platforms and all animal right sites to inform of this horrible treatment BY YOUR SECURITY OFFICER SUNDAY NIGHT. I hope you replace this man and enforce harsher standards to your establishment if you do not want this DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF YOUR BAR. It is not my responsibility as a customer to make this guy leave. This is why bars and restaurants hire security. This man did not do his job at all and instead threatened me to be arrested which like I stated he had no platform to do or legal right to do. I hope that this issue is followed up on. Not only did the security do this he was too concerned with his personal cell phone and issues and was directly taken out of me. I suggest you to hire the good officers of the Louisiana state police as your security is worthless and drove hundreds of dollars away on just this night and thousands in the future.P.s. the blonde bartender was one the best customer service I had in New Orleans which is why we chose to choose to continue to order at your establishment. The music was great and everybody inside was friendly and was attentive to their patrons. Multiple people including myself after this incident went across the street , to the swamp, which according to staff were informed that the security officer has said this to people before and they had other customers that said similar stories.
While it is a chain, this particular Razzoo was THE place to be on New Years! The best Happy Hour Deals (3 for the price of 1), the best entertainment, and the most lively crowd. Well Done!
Wonderful vibeShots were amazing
Lots of room to dance, patio area was really nice, giant jenga to play. This place plays good music to dance to, it will get crowded early on the weekends and will stay crowded. Good deals on drinks.
This bar does not accept a paper real id they also are RACIST and do not accept federal Tribal IDs like they are legally obligated to by federal law. I guess this bar and it’s staff don’t care about tribal sovereignty and basic ID rights
Went with some friends last night and everything seemed fine until i walked out the bar and when i tried to go back in the middle aged caucasian bouncer stopped and asked for my id. I thought nothing of it since Im 29. He looked at my id and told me it was fake and i couldnt go back in. I was shocked! I then took out another id to show further proof and he would not even look at it. So i walked to the other door, showed both valid ids and proceeded back into the bar which we left a minute later due to the rude uneducated treatment from your staff. We wont go back, you should really teach your staff a little more about the different kinds of ids issued in different states.
I was ther in 2019 July. I had the time of my life. The Mcs, music and the growd , its definitely a party. Cant wait for covid to be over . Razzoo is my inspiration to visitng New Orleans againI love it!
Came from Houston to New Orleans for the first time with friends, read reviews about this place and went two nights in a row. Both times were a great turn out good music and right on Bourbon street.
Awesome DJ Princess! She made sure we had a great time and very inclusive! Loved it last night!
Great drinks, welcoming environment. Especially enjoyed the variety of music!
One of the best places to be on Bourbon, to dance and have fun. Wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the live music and dancing. Weve been to every club on Bourbon, give this one a try.
We just went here on Friday the 13th place was awesome had a great time. Would give it five stars but went back last night and you were closed 😔 what happen??? Best spot on Bourbon street
Came from out of town it was fun!!! Loved the music and the vibe! Will come back💃🏽🤩
Such a great place to be at . The vibes are great, good choice of music for everyone and our bartender Meagan was the BEST !!!!
Party was Crazy Good at @ 4pm. Spent 3hrs in there like it was nothing. The DJ & the hype people made the party Crazy live. Razzoo is the place to party morning noon or night. Going back tomorrow.
BBC ROCKA makes this place! He is amazing! Great MC... he is incredible!! Came back every night if our 4 day trip here and he was great every time!Jeffrey and Christina Montalbano
Words can not express the pleasure it was to be in this club. The Hype there was amazing 😉 and. It too mention the DJ was very cultured and in style. First timer on bourbon street and after seeing all others had to return to Razoo to finish the night
I came here for my bday and had an awesome time! Love the back bar area and the live band! The staff is very friendly! I will visit again when I go back to New Orleans 💕
Phunky monkey played while we were down for a batchelor party and the place was electric! Only thing is there is a $10 minimum on credit card purchases, other than that, awesome atmosphere and a great time, definitely worth a stop.
3 for 1 drinks, karaoke entertainment and A great atmosphere. Wish we came a little later since there werent a lot of people but definitely a great place to grab a drink and enjoy the Bourbon Street nightlife
Beautiful place just dont go dressed as a biker. They escorted my husband out for no reason sayin he said something racist when he didnt say anything to anyone in the bar at all he just looked out of place. This all took place of course when i went to the bar alone so my only conclusion is either they wanted him gone because he had a cut on or someone told security things happened in a attempt to get me stranded and alone. Stay far away from this one
This is one of the most sanitary bathrooms probably the most, in New Orleans, Bourban Street. Angela and Dee give superior customer service. I tried not to cry after the heartfelt bonding. A must visit. ❤️
Today, Wednesday, January 26, I mistreated tourist clients at the door of the bar. we do not recommend it. There are better bars down the street with good service and energy.
Dysfunction was awesome! I had so much fun dancing here since the DJ played some classic dance hits!
It was my birthday & we were having a good night. & then some girl poured test tubes down my throat saying it was from ‘the girl just next door’. She shoved them down my throat. Half an hour later they came back with a $64 tab. I have never in 7 continents of the world experienced such an offensive display. & my best friend Tommy is currently telling me - let’s just leave ‘we haven’t got a black eye’.
Spent a few hours at this joint. A little awkward with the lady yelling on stage like a drunken toddler, but hey, I guess thats part of the appeal. People loved it, and the outside patio is a great area!
This was the First bar we went to.The so called MC was just a clown, which of course, lets just Girls up the stage! He was rude to a lot of guys who wanted to go up there (luckily I didnt even try). Afterwards a security controlled this and he balanced it pretty good.Bar Staff wasnt pretty motivated either. And btw to the guy who is the Boss of this very important stage, while you send people away, other ones just jump on the stage from another side :DAnd a Wodka Red Bull 17 Dollars? Me as bartender myself can just laugh about that sorry guys!Unfortunately pretty bad first Impression of New Orleans Nightlife!
I was threatened by the host guy he told me I would get punched for the way I was dancing on stage, that is no way to treat patrons very rude and unprofessional. After that I did not feel comfortable and welcomed at all.
Love this place ! We went there 2 nights in a row cuz we had so much fun! The awesome live music keeps the club packed and when the band isnt on this guy entertainer is a riot!!!
Awesome happy hour specials all day until 8pm. We had three domestic beers for $6.25 or imports for $1 more. Always a sweet crowd
My friend and I were one of the few poc (people of color) at the bar and when I asked the DJ to play Rihanna he replied, if I have to and then proceeded to play nothing but white 80s music... Seriously? You have 7 people at the bar and 2 of them are asking you to play a specific artist of color, why would you NOT play that artist? Whatever Monday night DJ, u lost more than u gained cuz no one was coming in.
A Caucasian bartender yelled at me because the gentleman I was dancing with consented to buy me a drink then denied me once the drink was poured, then he broke into my apartment after getting in a fight and slept in my bed without consent.
I will forever go back to this bar as long as KRSTALLLL! is there, she is hands down the friendliest, best bartender on bourbon street. DO NOT get rid of her
Best drinks and music on Bourbon.
This place had good music and fun crowd. The music being played was fun as well. They were adapting the music based on the globally diverse crowd present in the bar
I love the vibe in Razzoos and the hype girl is the bomb! Everytime I hit New Orleans I make sure I hit Razzoos. Let not forget the shots be on point.
Horrible bouncers. They kick out people for yawning but let in people who can’t stand on their own. Extremely rude and aggressively pulled my friend back by the back of her dress.
I give it a one, only because the bouncers/doormen need a personality. A friendly inviting face helps to invite you in. Not a mean, your parents are MAKING you work here, Im mad at the world ugly face.
Fire spot, 10/10 would go back
Nice place for dancing.
Loved the place. Music was awesome and we have been dancing for hours together and there is good amount of crowd.
This bar is absolutely terrible. They denied multiple real id’s. Worst bar in Nola by far, do not come here.
This Is A Great day/Night Spot... Perfect if you are bar hopping on Bourban st!
Its a party for sure!
Went to new Orleans for girlfriends 21st and when we tried to go into razoos the security gaurd was to ignorant and could not do math and told her she wasnt 21 and after pointing out her bday was literal 2days prior he still would not allow us in. Very bad experience and didnt even make it inside
Great party atmosphere
Went this pass weekend had a great time good vibe. Music crowd was great love it!!!
Such a really fun place!! The MC’s are awesome, really know how to get the crowd engaged !!! We loved our time here
Overly expensive drinks, dirty place but it is Bourbon.. great for drunk bachelors and bachelorettes. Its kind of hood in here sometimes so be ready to back that azz up
Shout out FaceTheStage and the guy rapping with him on stage lol hell of an entertainer
Both my friend and I got our phones stolen here. They literally grabbed it from my purse and his front pocket.
The outdoor patio is banging!
All around amazing. Definitely come here.
One of my favorite bar in New Orleans. Nice place to spend your night time with people and music.
Great place with awesome live music! We loved the show and the atmosphere.
