The salon is amazing, installations brand new, following all the CDC guidelines to keep everyone safe, the receptionists were very kind. Fabio did highlights on my hair and I couldn’t be more happier with anyone else, he was so patient, kind, very detailed, my hair came out even better that what I expected, the result was incredible, marvelous, stunning, definitely recommend him to anyone who is looking for a change and great results with hair colors. FIRST OFF ASK FOR GRAZIE !!! 20/10 experience!! I cannot say anything but good things about the salon from walking in to walking out (from the bathroom to the massage chairs while you get your hair washed). This is a beautifully well run business. The owner is not cheap with its products or salon perks. I can tell. A little background. I am Asian, I don’t speak Portuguese/Spanish, but I never felt in any way that when the employees were speaking in Spanish were they ever talking negative about their clients. As for the hair, I have Dark black Asian hair and I wanted to go ash brown! In the past I have went to other salons (high ends, in a persons home, in other countries) but never have I ever received a hair color that’s been right on the money.The stylist: from the moment I walked in she opened me with open arms, as you know again I don’t speak Spanish but never once did she ever make me uncomfortable. When she even talked to one of her colleagues in the salon in Portuguese she even apologized which was not necessary. I was always asked if I needed anything. Drinks, food, water and etc.Color Choice : She did a test strand on my hair of course before proceeding to make sure what she was dealing with as in because I wanted to go from previously colored dark black hair to light ash brown. We then decided on a color based on the picture I had even showed her.The process: She took her time. I mean took her time and it shows . From every piece of hair. She blended it, toned it, and then gave my hair a treatment. My hair color was beautiful even before the blending and the toning it. If you want precision go ask for GRAZIE. She is a perfectionist. Beyond words. I usually leave salon with an orange tone or brassy because again my hairs really dark and I’m usually told it’s going to be more than 1 session, but with her she did on FIRST SESSION. My hair feels healthier than it did when I walked in. I love long hair and she was respectful to cut ONLY 1 inch which I loved. She was so patient with me. It was like GRAZIE was in her zone like a painter working on her masterpiece. I highly highly recommend her.The front desk receptionist (I didn’t get a chance to catch her name) was also very nice from the beginning.I’m very observant as I was there for a color process treatment so I was there for some time. I saw everyone’s encounter. As new clients/ prospective clients walked in , customers looked more comfortable going to Grazie, she’s very welcoming. I was recommended to her from two separate clients.While speaking with Grazie, I asked her how long has she been doing this because from every detail she was going over. It was as if she knew all my concerns regarding how to blend the hair. She’s worked at a high end salon on 5th Ave in NY before moving to NJ and was assistant stylist to the hair stylist of who does Beyoncé’s hair which just shows you she was always on her feet and her precision is on the dot.Pictures below!If the owner or manager sees this please translate it to Portuguese because the salon is a 10/10 for me and 20/10 for Grazie

Texted to make the appointment. For some reason the appointment was not added to their system. Had to wait for very long time because they were trying to squeeze my time in. They did not mention the first session was only for consultation and i had to come again for the first treatment. When I was personally in store, they told me no spot for the actual treatment. No apologies at all. If you would like to be treated like this, then come here.

Superb experience at HL medspa, the staff is friendly, relaxing ambiance and very clean space these are things I value as a client, I totally recommend getting any service done. I had a facial done by Luisa and I’m very satisfied with my results, my skin is radiant and refreshed.

Please careful with their diamond glow facials. I was left with hyperpigmentation & now scars which will take months to resolve. If they are unfamiliar with certain skin types its best not to perform the service and ruin someone’s skin. I know at least 4 others who have had similar experiences. With their facials & pen service. Very upset & disappointed.

I came in for the first time to get a hair wash and simple blow dry. The front attendants were really nice, asking me if I wanted a cup of coffee or glass of water while I waited. Karina attended me and she was really nice and easy to get along with. She was very considering of how I wanted my hair to look and let me know every step she was taking with my hair. She also offered coffee and/or water. I felt so comfortable, GREAT SERVICE. Well deserved tip ❤️ Definitely will be back!

I met Lazaro Lambertucci recently and had my hair highlighted to a beautiful sapphire blue and have been getting compliments daily as result of his work, he is an amazing and caring professional with an outstanding knowledge on his field! He is truly one of a kind when it comes to keeping it real to what can and should be done to your hair. If you’ve ever had your hair treated poorly at a hair salon, this is most definitely the place to go so he can help you treat your hair the proper way bringing health back to it ! I am beyond happy and pleased with how I was treated by him and the staff! I cannot speak highly enough of this salon! House of Leilans is the definition of perfection when it comes to atmosphere, what a beautiful place ! I couldnt be happier with my hair! Not only did Lazaro not rushed as I have found to be the norm in most salons, but he took the time to make sure I was completely satisfied with the cut, color and style before I left. He showed that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Thank you, Lazaro and will be back soon!!!

I went recently to get a balayage done and although it was my first time going to this salon, Fabio made the overall experience simply amazing! He was attentive, professional, and has a great personality (which matters most when you’re in there for 5+ plus hours, haha) I was thrilled with the service and can’t wait to book again for a keratin treatment. My best friend had hers done the same day and it turned out flawless. A monsoon wouldn’t be able to disturb those gorg locks. If you go for color or keratin, ask for Fabio. Simply the best!

This place is sort of magical. I got my hair colored, cut and styled at an amazing price. Staff are very professional and clean. This place looks so chic and modern with such affordable prices. Shout out to Fabio and his team for making my hair look like Beyonce!

Olmes makes me feel spectacular! Ive trusted him with My hair the past 8 years when he owned a very prestigious hair salon In Ecuador every time I traveled,thank goodness he is close by now :) He is very knowledgeable of the hair products and always makes me feel welcome.

High prices. They really work well but they get extreme with prices that are too expensive and every time I go I always pay more, I started paying 380 and now I pay 435 without cutting only highlights, 2 weeks ago I went and when it was time to pay it was $ 410 and then in seconds they crossed out and increased $ 20 more and I said why? The stylist looked at the one at the front desk and it seems that it was for her and she did a strange action, I am very sorry but I did not pay it because 430 more tip is too much, a cut $ 50 in the end everything very expensive …… why ???????????

I think if youre Brazilian, youre used to it, but seen from another perspective… Staff is sooooo unprofessional, they talk about random subjects ALL THE TIME and you can’t understand. I had no idea what theyre saying about me or my hair. My experience was extremely painful (no joke...I was crying!) And she didnt know how to explain what the hell she was doing on my hair (as she didnt know the product’s name in English) The place is clean and nice but not worth the aggravation…

I expected a lot from this place because it looks so fancy, but looks are deceiving. I did not feel like I was treated in a professional way despite the fancy water and all. I was left unattended by the hairdresser for about an hour while he was attending another client which to me it just looked like he was socializing with a friend. If there is one thing I hate the most is when they try to squeeze in another client while they are taking care of someone already. No customer service. The color was not done correctly probably because the hairdresser was going backa and forth between two clients. I went back to get it fixed because for the price I payed I figured I should get a good outcome. It didnt happen and I never went back again.

Fábio Vilar the best hair dresser I never had!!!!! All love and caring!!! He treats you like family, someone that u can call friend after the first visit!!!! I always had hair breaking problems after doing highlights but not with him!!!! His hands are gold! Highlight recomended!!!!

Just recently got my back waxed by Kaylla. She is the definition of a 5 star professional. She made me feel very comfortable, we started taking and before i knew it, it was over. Very painless and easy. Also the wax she used made my skin feel better then ever. NON irritated and smooth. Unlike my last experience elsewhere. Will be comming here as long as i live in the area

Never going back again!!! Went there to get my hair done, I had to return 3 times to “make it look right”, still looks terrible, I have orange patches on my hair and when I go in touch with the person that did it, he dismissed me by simply saying, I spent to much time on ur hair I pass!!! And I have msgs to prove this! Not to mention I spend over 500 dollars going to this place!!Never again I’ll step a foot in this place!!!

I had a very horrible & extremely painful experience here. I came in asking if a certain look was possible. The hair stylist said yes but I had no idea he was going to make me go through 3 bleaching processes in a matter of 2 days. During the second bleaching process I kept telling him my scalp was burning. It literally felt like someone had set my head on fire & the owner kept on being pushy & telling me to wait an extra 10 min. I didnt know 10 min would turn into a freaking hour. Secondly, my scalp had been chemically burn in different areas. What pissed me off the most is that the owner herself did nothing to reassure me or stop her employee from putting more bleach on my head. This salon is definitely a NO for me.

The receptionists are rude. One of the receptionist treated us so so bad. It’s sad because we used to get our eyebrows waxed with Natalia and she is great but because of the poor reception they have, I won’t go back there anymore.

I had 3 laser sessions on my armpits. The procedure is good, but I experienced very inconvenient situations on the part of the establishments beauticians in every session. Ive had acne since I was a teenager and have been undergoing treatment ever since. Nowadays I have many blemishes for which I already undergo appropriate treatments with my dermatologist. Without me even commenting, they brought up the subject in an inconvenient way, being the first topic when I sat down on the stretcher. I felt bad about such attitudes, I hope to improve.

I have never been so happy and fulfilled in a beauty salon! Being Brazilian, I was very afraid of making any radical changes anywhere, even more so in another country. Arriving at this salon, I met Grazielle, an extremely high-quality professional, who did everything and more than I had asked for. And then I did my makeup with Natália, who I also loved. The products are top-notch, the environment is clean and pleasant, and the professionals are very attentive. I will definitely be back many times. Thank you for this princess day. Worst management and experience every time I went to the salon. Yes, I gave the salon more than one chance and every visit I had a problem.I live 1 hour away, and I always booked my appointments in advance, it was never fulfilled. Several scheduling mix-ups, they deleted my appointment instead of the client who cancelled, overlapping more than one client at the same time, delay, confirm then cancel.Manager fights with employees in front of customers (in this case me), the manicurist always has unforeseen events and cannot honor appointments, the reception is a fiasco, terrible at doing the simplest service: managing customers schedules .Recommend: Never

Hairdresser Grazielle attended to me very well and explained all the treatment my hair needed. In 2 months of following the treatment and taking care of it at home with Kérastase, the quality of my hair has completely changed. I recommend Grazi and the products. Rating 10!

I was impressed with the work of manicurist Josiane! I had already done nail extensions in other places, but she was the only one who did an impeccable job! Punctual, super polite, careful with details! Everyone praised my new nails! I loved!!!

And that was when I found Drika Santorini who gave me confidence and with great competence managed to achieve the color I always wanted. Ive been a client of the salon for two years and today I came across the worst hairdresser, Im not going to say professional because it wouldnt be fair, given the amount of sloppiness and rudeness. To begin with, she was 30 minutes late and didnt even apologize and to top it off, she simply didnt finish the service. claiming that it was impossible to cut my bangs, since according to her she couldnt identify what a bang was. I paid for the cut but didnt receive the full cut. I really like the salon but its a shame to have a hairdresser of that level on staff.
