Found the best price on the Tyson vapes that I like, and I signed up for their rewards program. Very friendly staff and lots of easy parking at this spot. Its a large store with a lot of stuff inside you should stop by to check out. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome i came in when i had a flat tire in their plaza, the manager let me borrow his ferrari so i could make it on time to a appointment to adopt 100 puppies.

The staff is always knowledgeable and friendly. You are always greeted as you walk in. They take their time making sure you are comfortable with your purchase. Not the cheapest but with the personal touch they provide I would rather spend my money here.

Bought a vapetasia disposable on 11/17/23 and 3 hours later even after charging wouldnt work. Nobody working explained they arent reliable. I called this morning and an employee explained they are unreliable and thats why they have customers test them before they leave and no employee had me test mine just took my money and sent me on my way. The employee I spoke to said I can come in and spend more money after I wasted $20 on a different device. Great prices, great tasting liquids and exceptional customer service! Bobby noticed that one of my batteries was defective and took his time explaining the hazards of this. He took his time to help me find a flavor liquid I liked (I am super picky) and I didnt feel pressured to buy anything I didnt need and he provided valuable information that resulted in solving a costly problem with my tank that I have been having for months now! There was also a younger guy with red hair who just started a few months ago (I dont know his name) that helped me pick out the perfect mod for me! The entire team worked well together and created a welcoming atmosphere. I will definitely be going there from now on!

Since the doors opend at DEV is my preferred experience, excellent service makes a difference. DEV has premium liquids like Phillip Rocke, Bombsauce, Cassadega and theyve got 2 in-house lines(also premium) . If youre trying to quit smoking or want to upgrade a device, come see John & DeV staff. BOTH Locations are welcoming, well stocked & really know their stuff to assist their clients best. I rebuild and they always have wire, cotton, batteries & tools. Very nice mods, RDAs and disposable options.

Went in thinking that my batteries for my Focus V Carta were shot. Not only did their associates named John and Matt hook me up with two new batteries, but they were far cheaper than the manufacturers set and they charged up my manufacturers set until they worked again. They knew exactly what I wanted and exactly how to fix the issue, with no needless sales pitch and no time wasted.

Prices are good and the customer service is great always friendly staff and want to help. The shop always seemed clean to me and have plenty of inventory .Plus for 1$ you can try any house flavor. They will always card you as they should. Support local shops like this its are community .

Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Good selection and decent prices. I had a great experience there and will continue to go here for all my vaping needs. They are also very professional and follow required ID procedures, I actually needed to go get my ID from my car! Great place!

This place is a great local vape shop. You might be able to get slightly, and I mean ever so slightly, better prices on an online shop, but the employees know their business. Ive tested many flavors here, I have bought many different liquids, coils, kits, etc from this place. I can tell you, from around the country, these are some of the nicest, most informative employees youll get. There is a reason physical store prices might be slightly higher than online; you can test flavors, you can get one on one info from different employees about mods, kits, and find out differences between salts and liquids. I come by every week to two weeks, can tell them my liquid and flavor and mg and be out within 5 minutes if I need to, and they still remember me. If you are in the area, please give this place a good chance, they either have what youre looking for or they are willing to help you find it. Plus, they have a customer loyalty program which has helped me more than once!

Very good service. A few months ago it wasnt so good but since the store change and staff change I loved it. Havent stopped in since they changed up the store and the device was excellent. I think his name was Logan. Built me a coil that was phenomenal. Will be stopping in again just for his service.

Horrible ... never will I set foot in here again!!The employees act like you are bothering them or you should be helping them! Not to mention there frequent return customer appreciation program where if you spend $100 you get five dollars off is a complete con game. They let you take as long as you need to get to the hundred dollar mark but once you do you can’t use that five dollar coupon that day and then they start a 30 day clock where if you don’t make it back your just out of luck and lose it and start you back at zero!!....with websites selling everything they have in that store for 50% or more less than they have it marked up to you would think they would try to keep as many customers as they can .... if you shop there I’ll try looking on line at all of the very reputable websites so you can see how much you’re really being overcharged and how much money you’re really losing ...... should’ve just gave me my five dollar coupon and kept the customer happy !!

Went to pick up a few things havent went in years . I asked to try a new juice he said sorry 1.00 a try your kidding .use to be a happening place but 4 college kids standing around....nothing to do .so I didnt try any new juice because if I didnt like it it cost 1.00 ..Im sorry you lost my business I use to love coming in and always chat around the vape bar ...never again..but u did get 7.99 for a tip ...:(

Great staff, extremely helpful, best place around IMHO. I especially appreciate their willingness to educate, edit: now 18 months smoke-free thanks to them!I also must add that I was personally offended by the racist BS spewed by some supposed mystery shopper below.Ive never seen them be rude to anyone - perhaps this person has such a chip on their shoulder that they EARN rudeness - play stupid games, win stupid prizes - but they have never in the hours Ive spent there treated me or anyone else differently due to race or any other reason...Further, they once again proved they are the best TODAY - I asked for help with a tank that was malfunctioning, & despite neither of us knowing if it was the one I bought 8 months ago or last month, (I have 6) ,they made sure I left with a working tank. Went to the newly opened Claymont store yesterday (8/2/15). Great service, knowledgeable staff, and (as far as I can tell) good prices. They were helpful as soon as I walked in and told them my situation (20 year smoker trying to quit), offering me options for a starter kit that was well within my budget. After picking the kit I was directed to the bar to pick out the flavor of juice I wanted to start with. I could have stayed all day sampling, and they definitely would have let me! Its great to see new, local businesses popping up and I really, really hope these guys are around for a long time. Thanks, Delaware Vapor!

Good store. I had been misled into thinking it wasnt for me, but once I checked out for myself I realized how wrong Id been. Great staff, great service, competitive pricing for good products. Delaware Vapor has become my #1 place to go for my local vaping needs . I wish I had known about them from the start.

Great knowledgeable staff...! Every time I have an issue with my DNA 200 they are always there to help me get it going again even if its just resetting it. I really enjoy the perfected line of high VG juices...papas potion and melon champagne are my ADV! I just wish you could buy them in 100ml bottles. Highly recommend them for a beginning to advanced vape user!

Cool place, chill vibes and very helpful staff. They were knowledgeable and helped me pick out new flavors. They have an insane amout of flavors and product and they let you sample so youre not left with an ejuice you dont like. Other places Ive tried are impersonable and seem annoyed at your presence, especially when youre new to vaping... not here. Positive experience the whole time. First vape shop Ive been in where the people that work there arent pretentious 20 year old kids that treat you like trolls on some online game because they know more about mods than you, but couldnt explain ohms law if their life depended on it.Service is fantastic, selection is great. I highly recommend the pear berry flavor. Im done trying out different shops, Delaware vapor is my go to from now on!

I was very surprised to find a pack of coils for a brand new tank here while visiting from out of town. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a spot to check out new gear.

I fricken love this place! I’ve been to other vape shops and they’re not like this one. There’s another Delaware Vape shop closer where I live and whenever I need anything I still travel to this one instead. The employees are so chill and actually listen to what you want. Especially Taylor and Adam. Both of them always greet me with a smile, ask how I’m doing, and even check up on things I’ve told them. I could spend hours in the shop just vaping and talking with any of them !!!

Great selection, decent prices, great product quality. I am in the area a few times a month and Delaware Vapor is by far the best vape shop I have been to, from Baltimore to Delaware. I go out of my way to visit this store and they are always friendly and helpful. The last time I was in, John helped me out with a problem with my tank, come to find out, it was operator error and vape juice quality. John was attentive and made some good recommendations for vape juice. The buy 2 get 1 free is a great deal too.

Great shop! Huge selection of e-liquids, salts, some CBD additives and there is a sampling station ($1 to sample a large variety) with disposable vape tips. Very knowledgeable staff and very friendly. Not pushy at all with sales. They really want to help people stop smoking cigarettes and take pride in what they do. Definitely reccomend, and I did recommend to friends.

I bought a expensive vape from them just over a month ago and it started to come apart. I took it in and they said they could not do anything for me... They are more expensive than on line, but everyone seems very nice thats why I have always returned, but after this, Ill take my business some place else, maybe a place that values their customers..I WILL NOT RETURN...just read the rest of the bad reviews...cheap product, over priced, no warranty, so if none of these matter to you, than this is the place to go!!!

Just beyond awesome shop.Once I found some juice had bad ingredients. Showed them, the MGR took a plastic bucket & removed ALL their products, without even blinking - & gave me free juice as thanks.If I could give them 10 stars I would!

They have a decent selection of whatever vape products you need, hours are pretty good, staff is usually pretty nice and helpful, but their prices...umm yeah. Dont get me wrong, I get that a brick and mortar store needs to have a mark up, i get that! But their prices are a little steep even with that in mind.

Needed to get a new mod as my old mod was having issues plus looked like it has seen better days. Guys that were working were fantastic, friendly and knowledgeable.

I liked them. Fair pricing and getting to try tons of vapors is cool . In store is great and shipping is super fast . You could probably save a few bux ordering from china but id rather pay a couple dollars to see it in person , and literally a couple dollars . The people here make the store. They are all very knowledgable and passionate about vaping. The offer classes for thise who want to make their own coils. The variety in the house brand of e juice is amazing as well as having a large selection from other manufacturers. As a newbie vaper they are very helpful in all aspects and answered all my questions and made great recommendations. This place is amazing. This is what customer service is all about.

Also, if you are trying to quit smoking cigarettes, bring in your last pack of cigs, at least 1/3 to 1/2 full, and you will.get a deep discount off a bottle of house juice. They have classes on Wednesday nights on how to rebuild coils for your tank/mod. They also have all kinds of specials on juices, and they have a store program where you get a $5 off coupon everytime you have spent another $90 (I think, might be 10 more or less) in the store, just remember to always bring your ID so you can purchase your vaping needs.. I LOVE DELAWARE VAPOR!!**UPDATE- 05/2018**I STILL LOVE THIS STORE! I have now been a regular customer since September 2017, and I could not be happier. I visited today intending to pick up a vape pen like I used years ago. The vaping scene has changed a lot since then. I went ahead and purchased a product called Phix and I gotta say it was a great descion. The staff there is very knowledgeable and helpful in deciding what I needed to get based on my needs. I didnt feel rushed and left there confidently knowing Id been taking care of. Thanks a bunch Adam and staff!!

The shop is nice and has a lot of difderent flavors, but the person at the counter was unpleasant and uninterested in interacting with us. I used to bring foreign friends who come to visit me in and smoke to the shop so they could convert to vaping, but after this unpleasant experience, Ill be driving to the vape shop on Kirkwood Hwy.The attendant made it so difficult that we actually just left, without trying anything. He was just too stuck on telling us that there is a new law and we had to pay less than U$ 2 per person to try the flavors, and then telling me I couldnt put the charges on my card, for whatever reason he wasnt able to clearly explain. But what was clear was how much of a hassle dealing with us really was.We just mentioned that it all seemed too complicated and left. What a disappointment, especially after Id told my friends that this was the ONE thing I really wanted them to take out of this visit, since its so much healthier than smoking. They were ready to buy juice and equipment, and I was ready to pay for the sampling, so I guess theyre not interested in doing business... 💔

I have never bought a vap before and I have been a smoker for about five years looking to quit. After much research and trying other methods I found vaping is a helpful way to get to the end result. I work in the Hospitality industry and customer service is what I do and hold it to the highest standards and these guys killed it! I was helped by Bobby, he really knows his info and answered all my questions and never seemed bothered by my many questions! I highly recommend there place and I will continue to conduct business with them with out question!

Look I WAS a steady customer until now. Around 3 months ago I went in to buy a istick, they were sold out. So I went on a waiting list but the istick came and went and they never called. So I went in and they up sold me to a smoktech product 80$ but money wasnt a issue for almost a hour I asked them about products and my main concern was if it was durable. He told me some small things that have come up so much to my surprise with in 90 days my product about melts in my hand and even worse I bring it back for help and they tell me to contact Smoktech because there selling there 60w for 20$ now, what that has to do with my issue Idk, except to tell me I was upsold to some overpriced piece of junk. He did give me a second options to take it home open it up, take it apart and re-Soder it. So its kinda upsetting that was the store manager too. All nice people you can have drinks with outside that there just a low level vendor and not a good one. Always out of what product you want and dont trust there word when they upsell you to something twice as expensive unless you have deep pockets. Sad cause a cousin told me how the owner Andrew cares about customer service since he was in his garage but words are just that Words. Actions speak loud and I had more trust in vendors in Iraq cause you knew what they were about.

So glad I found this place! I had originally been introduced to vaping by Headquarters Smoke Shop on Main St. DE. I regret every dollar I spent there. Delaware Vapor has a real e juice bar...not just a corner of the store window where they happen to keep their e juice. Headquarters really had no idea what they were talking about Im coming to find out. I spent maybe $400 at their store and I still did not have a working pen. They would tell me some tank would work with some pen, and it wouldnt. When Id bring it back no one still knew what was wrong, but they also informed me they didnt take returns on any of those items. Delaware Vapor gives you a 30 day warranty with your items. These guys know everything you need to know about vaping, and theyre more than happy to share that info. They offer a coil building class on Wednesday nights, and the young man, Dillon, who helped me knew exactly why my pen wasnt firing right. After I purchased some real vaping equipment, he then took me over to the couch with all my stuff, and went over everything I got and how it works. I really cannot emphasize enough what a nice place this is. This is now my go to spot. :)

John answered all my questions gave me quality suggestions and we had a conversation about the vape industry that was super insightful and makes me a better more informed customer. Ive been going to deleware vapor for a while.always had an amazing experience. Today the girl taught me sooooo much and gave me options on upgrading my setup..I had dumb questions and she answered and told me everything. I cant spell her name but she was dressed as thing 1. Every time I leave it leave satisfied!

Today was my first day in ! I live up outside philly and have a local vape store I use. I needed juice while down here with my boyfriend and we stopped in. I forget the guys nme who helped me( bearded) but he was so pleasant and informative. He answered all my questions and help me pick out a new vape. The store was clean and beautiful , I felt like I coulda hung out there all day ! This will deff be my spot whenever I’m in Del !

Ive been to this place a few times and I can say I will never go back. They have a good selection of juice but too bad its overpriced. I have been to all the vape stores in the area and Delaware Vapor has the most expensive prices out of any of the other vape stores in the immediate area. I didnt have a problem paying a little extra because many of the juices are only available at Delaware Vapor and not the other stores in the area. Of course, when I wanted to try the juice that I was contemplating buying, I was told that it is a dollar to sample. Alright, not a big deal, most vape stores charge a small fee if you want to sample the juices. Well, apparently this place charges a dollar per person. My boyfriend and I both wanted to try the same juice, but I was denied because I refused to pay a dollar for myself, when he already payed to try the same exact juice. I understand that with all these new regulations vape stores have to charge you a small fee to sample juices, but I have never heard of having to pay 1$ for one hit of juice and for one person. For instance, Wesleys Vape Shop (right down the road from Delaware Vapor) only charges 25 cents. 25 cents for one person, and as many hits as you want. Wesleys never charges me anymore because I am a repeat customer. 4ten Vapors (also right down the road) charges 1$ for unlimited hits, and they also dont ever charge me because I am a regular customer. I can promise I wont ever return to Delaware Vapor. The staff isnt exactly pleasant as the lady wouldnt stop staring at me while I am reading the juice menu. I dont have these problems at all the other vape stores in the area, so personally I would stay away from this place and try the other vape stores which have better prices and much friendlier staff.

I love my new vape and their juice is so much better than what you get at a gas station. Definitely will be back

My husband bought a vapor box for 100$ it broke after a week.....goes in they nothing for him expect tell him he should buy a new one thats more expensive and better....had the second one for 15 we take it in tonight and with it still being under warranty were expecting they would replace it...keep in mind my husband babied this thing..even bought the rubber case and the clip and the rubber band for the top....he didnt drop it he didnt do anything to it....and no they wont do anything about it said its user error...everyone stood stood staring...not one employee tried to help not one manager asked how could we make this better or assist us in any way shape or form.I will be telling everyone not to go there. They have the same products online for half the price..so heads up fellow vape users beware of delaware vape in peoples plaza.

This is literally the only business review Ive ever felt the need to put online. Ive worked retail, so I get why employees typically dont give a sh×t -- the pay sucks and people are awful. These guys, though? They actually seem to care about the stuff they sell.Its weird.The staff at the Philly Pike location has...× fixed my vape - no charge - after I dropped it.× fixed my vape - no charge - after I dropped it again (oops.)× hooked me up with free atomizers after noticing mine needed replacing.× gave me a large bottle of juice for the small bottle price because they didnt have any smalls ready to sell.× patiently explained electricity to me. Then explained it again... like, five different times. (I hear watts, ohms, amperage, and voltage and my brain shuts down.)× allowed me to sample an obnoxious quantity of juice.Vape stuff can definitely be cheaper online, juice in particular. But, thats not always the case and good service may be worth the brick and mortar markup -- especially if youre new to vaping and dont know what you need.NOTE: I noticed a few complaints that the store wouldnt accept returns on defective or broken merchandise. Thats pretty standard for consumer electronics, period. Coffeemaker, iPod or clearomizer - all tend to be covered by a manufacturer warranty. Save your packaging and receipts in case something goes wrong.

The staff helped me figure out what was wrong with my vapor pen, and actually gave me a atomizer for free and didnt push expensive accessories that were not needed, their prices were great and vapor bar had all types of flavors and brands. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

Dropped my ecig and the battery compartment would not open. Took it to Dillon at the Delaware Vape Shop and they fixed it in under a minute at no charge and gave me a case to carry my battery around in. Definitely going back. Thanks, Dillon!

I would so give 0 stars the service I got sucked I got a vape pen and vape juice and the guy never informed me that I couldnt use it in the vape pen I got and then I was trying to screw the thing back on and the tank busted I didnt use any pressure or anything but yet it was my fault and refused to replace it and then tells me it wasnt made for vape juice and yet again would not return it so I lost out in money cause they dont know how to do there jobs and I got screwed out of money and they dont care at all so thanks for nothing I will never ever be back to that store the service was poor and to me rude and dont care bout there customers or making them happy at all

I went in knowing nothing about vaping 2 weeks ago and was a cigarette smoker of 12 years interested in quitting. I traded my pack of cigarettes with a couple in it for a 8 dollar credit towards my AIO, Cool Cowboy 30mil. 6 Nic, and 1.5 coil for 36 dollars.
