I recieved exceptional service. I came into the shop not quite knowing what to look for in a water piece. Carrie was able to provide several options based on my criteria. She was very knowledgeable and we were able to find the perfect piece. The shop was clean, well organized, and well stocked. The prices are competitive with others in the area. I went in to browse 510 vape batteries and was helped by Cassie. She was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. After 20 or so minutes I made my purchase with confidence. Unfortunately I had selected the incorrect model and after 4 days, returned and was again helped by Cassie. She made the return seamless and within minutes, I had my new battery and was out the door. I would highly recommend this business, not just for their great selection of glass and accessories, but for the incredible customer service that is so hard to find these days. Thanks Cassie!

Shopped online , got confirmation email with receipt , two confirmations, though after driving forty minutes after receiving confirmation was not able to take home purchased item as system showed pending though receipts showing paid and shop app as well showing paid could not pick my purchase. Wasted time go somewhere else not here.Update. I have emailed response. Though it was indeed taken from my account and disputed. But thanks for the public prompt response though not had in the store. But chalked up to lesson learned and wish you well.

This is the only place that Ill spend my money. Ive gotten a steady supply of Kratom since theyve been opened, and theyve always had the brand and type I was looking for at an awesome price!!. You wont find a better group of people, or prices! Especially on the Kratom. !Also, the glass speaks for itself.
Not a bad-looking shop, but terrible customer service, Im afraid. Even when you almost expect lazy, apathetic behavior from many shopkeepers these days, this shop is exceptional in its poor treatment of the customer. These folks are the classic example of why Amazon is running the show. It should be easy to please a local walk-in customer. Too bad.
