I would give this business 10 stars if I could! I had such a great experience there. I was greeted the second. I hit the door. The store was immaculately clean was merchandised to perfection.. The gentleman behind the counter was friendly, personable, professional, and knowledgeable. I went in looking for a specific vape that I’ve had a very hard time finding not only that they have that one, but the gentleman showed me was expensive alternative and saved me a few dollars he also hooked me up with a little charging cable and got me signed up for rewards . As the general manager of a large store for a major music instrument retailer, I would hire this guy and have him on my team in a New York second .

Prices are unbeatable and the selection goes on and on. When it comes to selection, if you can think of it I bet they’ll have it. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about their stock too.

Got a disposable vape, tried it in store and it worked. got out to my car and it stopped working. immediately brought it back in and one of the workers put their mouth on the bottom, blew their breath into it, gave it back to me and told me it was fixed. not even 10 puffs after that it stops working again. tried blowing in the bottom, charging it, everything. i call the shop and they won’t allow any exchange or refund. total waste of time and money

Love this place. Everyone who works there is awesome! The owner is really nice, keeps things stocked, and goes out of his way to make sure customers happy! Would recommend

Bought a $35 torch from them. Got it home and it didn’t work. Definitely an anti-customer store, as “store policy” is set by poor management. will do my shopping elsewhere from now on, and I highly recommend everyone else does the same.

I asked about the hours a couple weeks ago due to holiday. I was told always open until 11. I showed up at 10:30 and they’re closed. What a bummer.

The owner of the store was extremely rude. When I tried entering my number to their reward system when I bought my first disposable they said an account with my number was already created with another name and I’d have to wait a disclosed amount of time to be apart of their rewards. I didn’t really care about that but it goes to show how they operate. I purchased a CBD vape and didn’t want to try it in store as I’ve been shamed for smoking. I brought it out to my car and it didn’t work. He wanted me to pay $50 in total for another vape since I chose not to try it inside. I calmly explained that I didn’t want to smoke on camera and he saw me leave go in my car and come back. I was on camera the entire time but he didn’t care. There was also a clear level of liquid visible on the side of the disposable and I had been in seconds prior. The vape also didn’t light up at all. If he connected it to a charger he would’ve seen it blink and stop and continue to be off. He threatened that if the girls had been working instead of him that I’d be getting nothing. I expressed my appreciation but held my boundaries as calmly and respectfully as I could. I will not be paying $50 for a small disposable. I understand not being able to give free vapes out but I don’t understand the “I told you so” attitude. I was trying to make good choices. I thought he could try to fix it before turning me away. Other places have. He made me feel as if he’s after taking from others rather than genuinely helping others quit which is his job. I thought trying to make their customers comfortable and wanting to come back would be his priority but instead he chose to argue with me about my boundaries and past choices. I understand I should’ve tried it in the end but I didn’t know or feel comfortable beforehand. I know there are places that will help truly support and not judge you. From past experience Gas Stations I’ve bought vapes from have been clear that once you leave the store they cannot refund or help further. Vape shops have always helped me fix my vapes and make them work in the past. The vape shop near n 21 street in Newark 5-10 minutes away is much better so far. I won’t be back here.

The guy behind the counter told me to stop talking and was a total prick. Yes I gave him the wrong phone number first I told him I was sorry and I am dyslexic. Supper rude would not recommend

DO NOT SMOKE CIGARS HERE!! Discriminated against me for being a cigar smoker. They have a “smoke lounge” that’s advertised for free to use. I go in quite often, buy a cigar, and go in the smoke lounge to smoke. Employees complained that the cigars “stink” and I spend too long in there smoking. That I’m only spending $8 when I come in. Cigars take 1-2 hours to smoke. Would not recommend doing business with such discriminatory people that say one thing and do another.

This store has a really good selection on all sorts of items. I only go in the for one or two things but it seems like you could get about anything you might need here. The staff are always very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. Really great place overall, 10/10 would recommend!

Great shop w/ a variety of products and good service

This owner is awesome.. I bought something. took it home and realized I really didnt know how to use. went back and the owner showed me how. I than left my Debit card in the machine, the owner called me. very honest. also if you sign up for reward, you get about $10 for spending $100 .. not quite sure. but you can ask them . Nice Honest People right here.

I dont know what people are complaining about. I have only been here a hand-full of times. Helped by 2 completely different people. Both were laid-back, knowledgeable, and helpful. Vape Palace is an all-in-one Smoke shop. They have more stuff than you can think of or know about.I honestly only wanted to write this review to say thanks for recommending a good vape. If you are local in Newark. Stop in and try them out. You will probably become a regular.

Best shop I’ve ever been too

Extremely rude and unprofessional. Right when I walked in with my brother and aunt we were all stared down by employee. No hi or welcome in, just a death glare. He wouldnt even let us decide on a flavor before he kept rushing us to make a decision. My brother was ready to check out and he told me if I didnt get my product right then that I would be making it harder on myself. I did not get what I wanted at all because of how rude this kid was and then he yells at us on our way out. I will NEVER shop or recommend this place to anyone. Try literally any other vape shop close by. Not worth your time or energy. Thanks for your service.

The Vape Palace has amazing deals on several items and also has a rewards program! Karim is always super welcoming and very helpful when choosing a vape or a piece of glass he’s got it! They even have you try your vape before you go just to make sure everything’s all set! Best vape place out there!

It was my first time there. I was the only guest in the store. I knew I wanted a vape and CBD. I asked the guy for a the vape I wanted and I said I need to look around to see what CBD I want. As soon as he had to walk across the store, he started saying I’m making everything difficult. He acted like working at a vape store as a grown man was the hardest job in the world. These people do not want your money. They just need somewhere to be during the day.

Was about to make this my only vape stop until I decided to take my time reviewing the products they had available in store online with reddit reviews to make sure I was purchasing what I wanted.It seems the manager who openly complained about his job and who also told another customer to just read it, when asked about their rewards didnt like how long I was taking, called me suspicious and said if Im not buying anything I had to leave, after being asked 3 times if I needed help, and stating that I was okay each time. I stated that I was buying, and after a conversation so brief and disrespectful that I could barely communicate with the ignorance flooding my way, I had to walk out.Now if you get a nice lady cashier youll have a great experience, sadly Im not returning.

Always have love this place. Their rewards program is phenomenal. Unfortunately they tend to close earlier than posted on there Google profile. I hope they sort this out soon because I would love to continually frequenting my favorite Vape store.

Definitely worth checking out. Theres a little for everyone here and the woman who helped me (forgot to ask her name) was very nice and answered all my questions perfectly. Got some good recommendations for future options and the environment was very welcoming. Will definitely come back when I need more.

As a new Vapor, the staff was very helpful and informative with helping me find the perfect vape for me. The Raz Georgia Peach is a hit and has even helped me kick my cigarette addiction back by half the amount I usually smoke.

Clean store but not as many selection as the other vape shop I go to. Prices are crazy cause I can get the same vape at 740 smoke and its $5 to $8 cheaper. I wont be back to this shop. 740 Smoke is a lot better then this shop.
