Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Employees are always welcoming. Ryan helped me setup a rewards account. He gives great service anytime I stop in. Anyone who shops here often should take advantage of the rewards program. I would definitely recommend The Vault at Hilton.

I’m in this shop several times a week and always receive wonderful customer service. The employees who work here are very friendly and well informed about their products and are more than willing to answer my questions. They recently had me sign up for a rewards program that allows me to save money with every purchase to use for a later time. They often have deals and specials on their products. Overall, I’m very happy with this company and the service I receive here.

I shop at this location frequently and always have a great customer service experience. I’ve gotten to know several of the employees there. Ms. Wolfe is typically working in the mornings when I come in. She’s always helpful and friendly, and makes a point to ask me how my day is going. She and the other employees there are great about answering questions and offering advice on new products and letting me know when things are on sale. The store has a nice variety of stuff that is reasonably priced.

I visit all of the vault locations, but this one is my go to. Its a perfect balance of new and exciting products, while not being overwhelmed with a large selection. The staff are always helpful when Im shopping for new products, and always suggesting the most cost-effective alternatives to save me a few dollars whenever possible. They also just implemented an awesome rewards program, the redeemable points stack up VERY quickly!

Would give more stars if I could. I’ve been coming here weekly for years and they always have just what I need. Overpriced, no selection and the military personnel are forbidden to shop here due to shady dealings (according to Channel 3 news). Need I say more. Oh and on this date I was actually visiting the Dominos beside it, but Ive been to the Vault in the past and my opinion hasnt changed.

They keep their exotic flower in a small refrigerator beside the counter. I found so much mold in my product as a result. I could of gotten sick had I not noticed the rotten bit. This is so unsafe.

Terrible terrible terrible! Went to purchase a product for my wife for Christmas. Took the vape home and it didn’t work!! Went back to the store to seek help. Guy behind counter was great. Worked with me for an hour and we figured out that it was a bad base. He called his manager who REFUSED to swap it out. She says that I have to go through the manufacture which will take time. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift. She offers my 15% off if I want to buy a replacement product, why would I do that if the first one didn’t work?!? My next phone call is to the better business bureau! People should stand behind what they sell. Do NOT go here unless you feel like wasting your money!!!

Vickis attitude STINKS! At first I figured maybe shes just having a bad day but over my next 2 visits I noticed her attitude seemed to shift depending on who shes assisting. My wife and I WILL NOT step foot back in this location which sucks because now our options are to go to the next closest vape shop that closes early or go to their J Clyde location where I actually feel welcomed and my business is appreciated.

Drove all the way out there from Suffolk to get a very specific Mod! We arrived here 30 minutes before closing. The guy who helped us made sure we didnt leave there without any of our questions answered!

So im driving and i see this place, walk in and explained that i dont know anything about vape but i wanted to try it, the guy asked what price range, i said nothing to expensive. I said what do you suggest? He grabs a model from the shelf and said this is what i woukd suggests for a beginner so he opened up the box an showed me how to use it. I was satisfied, paid and left. The next morning i go to work and the screen goes black. This is in about a 12hr window. My co worker googled the model and said this particular model has that problem. My co worker said to go back and explain, they should know and help you. When i got off, i went back to the shop. I walk in. A young lady who was there the day before but wasnt helping me greeted me. I explained that it has been less then 24hrs and this vape is broke. She said that she is texting headquarters in hopes of fixing the problem. She hooked the vape up to her computer. She messed around with it for about 20min. Then she looks and says her manager is coming so the manager will handle it. The manager walks in and is explained. The manager says hold on, let me check something. Walks in the back, 3min later she comes back and says to me yeah, alot of those models are having that same issue, the makers of that model have received alot of angry email regarding that model i say ok? She says you are gonna have to call the company that makes the model, explaining what happened and you will have to fill out a form and they will help youSo i spent 100 bucks to take a suggestion to buy a product thats already known to be defective, the absolutely nothing. No help, no refund, no nothing..please dont go here. Unless you like wasting you money. Im very upset how i was tricked into this vape only to be told im on my own..very bad business.
