Bought this Kream 7g dispo yesterday and honest to god it’s one of the best things I’ve had in a long time and I smoke a lot, I’m definitely gonna have to see if the other stuff they have compares. People were amazing and so helpful, coming back today!Alex of Hackettstown Puffcity

I love puff City and Newton. My favorite part is seeing Cameron, whos very helpful, kind easy to talk to, knows his customers, makes you feel welcome, any straight nose his stuff. When I go there and talk to him I feel like at peace, like Im at home. Cameron really makes you feel welcome. Lets put it this way if Cameron was in the Sussex puff shop, I would go there just to see him! His customer service skills and people skills Rock!! I could really go on and on about Cameron. Such a sweet guy, I really enjoy our many talks.not to mention their prices and supplies are on spot.. I get all I need in one store.

I dont go every week but when my fiance, brother in law and I do go we spend lots of money. Staff is amazing and highly educated on the products they sell. The staff is not afraid to tell you the flaws, defects, and strengths of each think they sell. Very good environment.

Outstanding Store, Luke and Cam always are great, they ask how you are, they make business personalized and fun! I never leave the store let down or unhappy, they always have the best Juice, best prices, and are more than appreciative of their veteran customers! I’m in there multiple times a week, always leaving laughing and smiling. Sure any head shop can sell stuff, but the employees are what make this place so great and the owner has done an outstanding job of employee selection. Been coming here for over a year now, the BEST shop around and in town. Best prices, best location compared to the one in Sussex. They know their stuff, the facts, and as they develop relationships with the customers, they start to know what they like and dislike making recommendations that they know you’ll love. Give those two a raise because they always always ALWAYS go above and beyond when it comes to customer relations and satisfaction!

Jared is a very helpful, kind, and funny employee. Always makes my day when I walk in and he makes me laugh.

I’ve shopped in both locations which are both welcoming, Newton being closer and more convenient. I always have a great experience here. Luke and Cam are both great! Never had a bad experience at either location but I would prefer Newton over the Sussex location due to the guys at Newton being more friendly and personable!

Great variety of many types of smoking paraphernalia..if it can be smoked you can probably find it here. Definitely very knowledgeable staff and very courteous with answers to all the questions you may have. A definite recommendable spot for any level of smoking aficionados..

Maybe the cashier was just having a bad day when I went there. Barely spoke and when he did he was rude. I will change the star rating if my next time in there I dont feel like Im interrupting someones nap. Otherwise the quality of products you carry are great.

Going to puffcity is an amazing experience, everything from the friendly staff to the friendly owner who always greets you with a smile. The kids cam and luke are incredibly knowledgeable helping out with all of my problems and umit always treating everyone like family. would recommend this place to everyone.

A well-stocked store with good prices,h but the manager Cam is the real highlight. He has always been very helpful and considerate towards both me and my mother (who is a more regular customer). If I need vape-related products, PuffCity Newton is the first place I think of.

I moved to Stroudsburg PA and keep coming back to Newton New Jersey so I can visit puff City because the cashiers Cameron and Luke really know their stuff. First time shopping yesterday since moving to the area. Got an injector, bag of Good stuff and two boxes of tubes for just over $40. Will definitely be coming back when my supply runs low.

This is the only store that i can find all i need. They have plenty of products and a very friendly staff. There is a corner that you can sit, chat and spend some time. It is a clean, decent place. I highly recommend to go and see.

Well, normally I have a great experience but this time.. not so much.The guy behind the counter ignored me. He took everyone else before me, even though I was one of the first ones in the door.He was rude.Also, my husband bought a delta 8 cart, which is not supposed to be CBD oil.. the cbd oil packaging has delta 8 stickers on in, but its not delta 8 at all. The back of the box confirms there is no thc in it. False advertisement.And I dont have any of the receipts for proof of purchase because he didnt offer me one.08/08/20

Great place. Highly recommend going before 4/20. Reasonable prices, awesome staff and product selection. Comparable to Utopia in Easton, PA. Its a damn shame NJ is going to force this place to struggle with the new laws against vape products. Great glass pieces, broad variety of vaping products as well as other items.

They will not refund your money for anything. They sell you something that doesnt work and leaks, and replace it with something that is worth half what you originally paid for. I was a regular customer for years. Never again.

Looking back at this as a whole.The guy behind the counter after 10 minutes of me getting on his nerves he pointed me out to Sugar Drizzle.That Cuttwood Sugar drizzle was what I needed.I got the 12 mg. I stopped smoking cause of that.The first week or 2,I was just angry but It was tolerable I didn’t cave.Nice glass rigs also if you are a Medical patient.Looking back with a clear head,Go there first before you try any other store!

Employee was too engrossed in his conversation to even acknowledge us, or the other customers that walked in. Then when he was finally done it seemed almost like a hassle that he had to help other people. Would not recommend shopping here.

I have three Vapes that the battery only lasted a cpl weeks, I go in to return or exchange and the kid who works there dont know nothing about these things says sorry ask sales are final. Dont waste your money w somebody who dont stand behind there products. One star was to much for these idiots!!!

Great selection of juice. Only place I go for juice. I can walk in and be recommended a new juice and I havent had a bad juice flavor yet. Cam and Luke are fantastic guys

Have to say this is one of the top vapor shops in Sussex county!!! Love them great service know what there talking about and always helpful. They even have a place in Wantage and that ones ehhhh compared to the one Im Andover.
