Bought hookah tobacco. I specifically asked for a fresh one. Got home and noticed its expired more than 3 years ago. I didnt open it and came back to store next day to exchange it, but they declined. Beware of expired products.

I come here often for any smoking necessities. Curt is usually who I see and he’s very friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Always has a smile on his face and makes for a delightful experience each time

Won’t give prices of things over the phone but had better price on the atomizer I needed when I came in the store . The employee mani was just doing his job the owner doesn’t want him giving prices but this policy should be changed because if your prices are lower you are losing business. Mani was great

Great prices very nice people

Normally I shop at rhe castleton location but yesterday I came to the one in noblesville because it was closer to where i was .I bought three items but have a complaint about one . I bought the red and white box of Premier Supermatic regular cigarette tubes (they didnt have my nornal brand ) when i got home and tused one , I tasted chemicals right away and instantly thought it was the tobacco I got but it wasnt . it all smelled fine but when i smelled the tubes they smelled like incense. I have never bought a box of tubes that smelled like this. Either they are burning incenses in the store or it was shipped like that. Either way, I wont be buying these again .
