Love this place so so much. I have been to lots of vape shops and this one not only is more affordable than the rest of town BUT they make you custom juice! Completely custom. I have had them mix for me and it’s delicious and they can modify it as well like if you want more flavor in it or less. If you’re looking for a new shop to go to, THIS IS IT.

I love this place! The staff is very kind & know their stuff. Their vape juice is the best tasting Ive found, and the options are numerous. Free based or salt nic, how weak or strong, its up to you. I dont think their prices are bad considering the custom bottle of excellent quality oil you take home.

Unbeatable prices, and had the exact kind of vape and pipe Ive been trying to find for months!!! HUGE selection of disposables. And had plenty of extra goodies available. The couple working were extremely helpful and sweet too. Debated on not leaving a review as we almost want to keep this spot just to ourselves. A hidden gem for sure. ☺️

Customer service was really great! They have really good guys that work here. And they have a great juice selection to choose from as well. They also either sell vape juice that comes from other companies or they have a menu to where they can make you all types of different flavors from scratch. And they make it right then and there. And they can make it to your own personal nicotine level. Its a nice little shop.

Very helpful. I was in the market for a new tank bc the coils mine took were becoming obsolete. I asked about the current technology out there now and not only was I well informed, I walked away happy with a new tank and coils that will hopefully be around a while.

Love this shop for a number of reasons. #1: the owners & staff they have working for them are very knowledgeable and amazing. They are very friendly and personable. They also go out of their way to make sure youre happy. To save time on a busy day I usually call and place my order in advance and they will have it ready for me when I arrive. Im looking for another house right now, but I will still use this shot even if I move further away.

I have been to your store, I would be happy to share my Google Maps Timeline with you. I did not leave a written review to be nice.I entered your store when an employee asked if I was over 18 and did I have ID with me. I am over 40 with salt and pepper stubble.I told the employee that I was over 18 and he still wanted to see my ID.At that point I left your store as I didnt feel like an argument over something petty and rude. Everyone has a bad day and I thought maybe it was his that day.

This is a great place to get juice etc. The people that own it work there and are really nice and helpful. Their juice is top quality. They go out of their way to help you if you are new and also with the CBD which I just got some for my mom, they actually took the time to research their products and gave me the perfect amount for her. I highly recommend this shop.

Outrageous prices!! $50 for 120ml of house juice!? Oh and, they don’t tell you until after they mix it. I asked but he “didn’t hear me.”

I didnt like my trip there a month or so back and hear nothing but bad from friends and family that visit.Prices are high relative to other shops around town. $5 for a single kanger atomizer. Their staff is often preoccupied (and I was there alone) and unprofessional.In regards to their juice its price and quality is fine. Its a bit on the less viscous side of things and everything I tried was particularly sweet. No complaints from juice but given the amount of options in the valley I wont be returning and will point friends and family towards better options.

Pretty cool place, they have many tanks ready to go with all the different flavors you would like to try before you buy. They also sell CBD there as well and my wife felt great for 6 hrs after we stopped there! I will be going back soon and I would recommend them to friends.

Awful customer service. I felt completely ignored by the staff, I even tried to have a conversation with the staff, and was looked at like a leper. If I was just getting into to vaping I would have been completely turned off to it. A very elitist attitude by all staff members. The prices are way to high compared to other competitors in the valley. Ill definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

Id take a star for not carrying any premium juices, but their in-house, made-to-order blends seem to be of the highest quality, and very tasty. Brought in a faulty mod today, and the owner, after looking it over and even cleaning it up, took a matching part from one of her display models and replaced a bad one on mine for free. She saved me from having to buy a new device today. Thank you, Vape NV!

Not only is the staff laid back and friendly, they are very attentive and take the time to address each customer making sure to completely satisfy the reason for your visit. Their prices are actually competitive if not on the low side compared to most especially when your getting the quality your getting from Vape NV. I called in to see if this store had any nautilus 2 atomizers. The folks at this store went way out of their way to not only get 1 in the store for me, but to get me a choice in colors as well. Their customer service was polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. This will be my new vape store from this point forward, and would encourage any vapers to give them an opportunity be your go to store.

Not only do they have the best products. They have the best prices. They dont try & just make a sale. They work with you to help get the best vape for you. I never tried or had CBD until they suggested it for me. Only thing that stops my migraines. I got the cbd pills and they have improved my over health tremendously. Friendly knowledgeable and nice. I ordered the eGo ONE Mega Kit from Vape NW web store and the item arrived defective. I contacted the customer service and the rep was rude and unprofessional. He refused to send the replacement and when I kindly asked him to issue the refund he said that he was not allowed to. Ive been communicating with that store customer service for a week with no success.
