He is very welcoming, knowledgeable, and always makes sure I have my hard to find juice in stock along with all the accessories I may need. I found my new VAPE home. Im ashamed that I didnt grab the gentlemans name that helped me. He was patient and informed about multiple devices; their pros and cons; machine maintenance. I havent received customer service like this in years. This will be my vape shop!

Pretty down to earth guy behind the counter . If he doesnt carry your replacement glass he has other great affordable options to choose from while you wait for your replacement glass to come in the mail. He calls them weekend warriors

Nice! They have elf bars - was happy when I walked in and saw they had a few layers of disposables. They had these Hyve bars and they had great flavor! I’m talking like I didn’t even feel like it was a disposable! Had me so surprised ~ opted to get all the great deals !! Had tons of juice selection to!

Well, was in the area, thought I would stop and get a quick disposable. Ended up not getting 1 but 3 Vapes to go. Was able to get in and out which I absolutely love, no hassle or bargain, or attitude. Customer service was amazing, greeted me, asked me what I needed, show my ID and BAM! Tap to pay with Apple Pay, - had me open it even to make sure it worked, and I was on my way with a Thank you and a goodbye. I can’t tell you how many rude and just awful vape businesses I have gone too.. this one is Not one of them! So surprised and so sad that I don’t live closer! If I’m in the North- I’ll be back!

Friend told me bout this place across from the cannery with great deals and discounted prices for all the vape products. I knew I wanted some disposables, wasn’t sure what they had, glad I went though! Had exactly what I wanted, but was excited when I saw there were deals on the disposables. Vape juice, oh you bet! They even have salt nic, so I’ll probably be back for a unit and some of that. They are in a real easy location too.

I was so amazed at the service I received when I came to this store. I ran out of e liquid and needed something just to hold me over.. They had amazing deals and discounts right out the door.. So friendly and home feel in service I honestly could not believe it. They have everything coils, tanks, disposables, mods, batteries, and 70 lines of liquid.. Ill definitely be back! I have been purchasing from this store for over 3 years now, actually closer to 4. They are the most helpful shop I’ve ever been to. I absolutely adore the environment, small place with tons of options. Plus they take time and give honest opinions, not based on what they like. They really cater to you and what you enjoy. I never feel pressured to hurry through anything; they want me happy with my choice.They patiently walked me, then a neophyte, thru choosing & operating the kit I bought & still use.Sometimes advanced users are watching Pete wrap them a new RDA coil or do various repairs. These folks are friendly & inclusive as well. I always feel well cared for.

Wow! Talk about great selection of Vape 💨 products and E-liquids. They told me they have over 70 premium brands that they work with. I’m just happy that they have great prices and the coils I need. Also saw they have those puff disposables that I need when i’m in a bind. It’s hard to find those puff bars now a days. They have these cool grab bags in store for a money crunch as well! Got a good 60ml mango 🥭 juice for $10! 💥 Boom 🤯

Love this place. High quality juice, lots of options, updated tanks and mods and coils. Cody that works there is always very kind and helpful and has a lot of insight, so if you need help, talk to him! And they dont charge extra to try their juice before you buy!!!! Try anything you want!

The customer service was terrible. Ive had better customer service at every other smoke shop Ive been to. They have a variety of juices behind the counter. Ive been here twice and both times, Ive had the worst customer service. The gentlemen who helped me had short one line answers to everything and I felt rushed since the gentlemen was getting irritated by me asking a few questions. If youre new to vaping, I would NOT come here.**The manager of the store was nice enough to get back to me so I may give Vapor Town another shot. I appreciate that you care and I changed my review since you took time out of your day to respond.**

Ive been in the store twice now and both times I have been ignored. The appearance of the people working there is that they arent really interested in selling products to the random customers that come in. When you do finally get someone to help you, it has resulted in monosyllabic conversations that provided no help, and no real desire to spend money. Hope your experience is better.

So i was looking for a pod system cause I was tired of carrying my big mod around in my pocket! They have this pod system that looks like a car key! It was awesome they even helped me figure out which coils I need and had a 15% off Eliquids for giving back to the community - awesome 👏 this store is a gem 💎- If you have ever been to a vape shop it definitely struck me for a surprise!

The Selection is great 👍🏻- Always able to find the vape items I need. They have a juice I love 💕 which is Pacha Mama - Fuji Apple - My new goto flavor after my Humble one ☝🏼 was no longer being made .. R.I.P. - Also they have grab bags which are super fun to pick through. I was able to get a 60ml bottle for $10 - A real Deal ::

Wow! So surprised at the great selection of e-liquid! Glad I stopped in on my way to get on the freeway to head back to Utah. They even had my Smok Prince coils that I always have a hard time finding. Ended up picking up a Falcon tank and got some alternative coils called Compaticoil for the horizon M1 ability and they are awesome! Love the flavor and the idea of an alternative coil on the market to help with things in the vape industry. Service was great and knowledgeable to the point that they were able to even suggest great juice ! Glad that they vape as well!

Thank you for a great Experience- I just started vaping as didn’t know what to pick or even what I was doing. They made it so easy for me to understand. They broke down the items and how the juices worked. I was able to get everything I needed without feeling stupid. I’ll be back and recommend this to anyone looking to Vape.

If there was a way to rate this place without any stars or negative stars I would. Every time Ive gone in there to buy the type of juice (they sold me on) they no longer carry it, or dont remember what it was, even when I show them the bottle I BOUGHT FROM THEM! They also have a punch card system ,when you buy bottles of juice, 6th bottle is 50% off and the 12th bottle you buy is supposed to be free. Well they refused to honor that when I bought my 12th bottle and claimed they never said it was free and basically called me a liar I will never go back. Theres so many more vape shops with better customer service. Its sad, because they had my business up until that point. She had the chance to make it right and chose not to.

Service here is usually great, sometimes it can feel a little like amateur hour, but even then its still not bad. Prices here are some of the lowest Ive found in North LV, and they tend to have what Im looking for whenever I come in. I would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a vape store.

Looking for a nice CBD LIQUID to mix in with my eliquid : they have KOI - nice brand - they have great prices as we all know anything in the CBD or THC field is always expensive:: Oh and they had disposable Puff Bars which helped me a lot because I was itching for a cigarette and this helped me from wanting one. I highly recommend this store.

Absolute worst shop in North Las Vegas. My experience with these guys has extended back about a year. First, their authentic tube mods are clones, I went in with my girlfriend roughly 1 year ago to purchase a sigelei for her and she decided she wanted a Manhattan Mod. Well, they sold her a Fuhatan and it had problems ranging from the button sticking, to the mod getting red hot after extended use. Second, after a recent experience; the batteries which they claim are authentic, are Chinese crap. The batteries I purchased for my girlfriend in person seemed to be legit, we talked to the younger lady working the shop; discussed a return policy (because of the previous problems) which she proceeded to say Keep the receipt, if there is a problem just bring it back. Well, she went back today and they told her All sales are final. So, this is why I would AVOID VAPERTOWN:1) All their products seem to be purchased from ebay or some other wholesaler and sold at a premium price (their batteries specifically)2) Theyll tell you ANYTHING to get your money and you walk out the door because REMEMBER, all sales are final....3) They are not that knowledgeable when it comes to vaping. The lady behind the counter couldnt even tell me that a TrustFire charger is the lowest of the low when it comes to quality.Remember people, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

After a long road trip from the east coast my tank and mod had broken. I went into Vapor town because it was the closest store to my location and they were very helpful and knowledgeable, and I purchased a better setup than I had for the same price I spent previously.

TERRIBLE customer service.HINT TO OWNER.......IF YOURE NOT GOING TO SELL MERCHANDISE IN YOUR STORE AT THE PRICES LISTED ONLINE, USE DIFFERENT WEBSITES. Its deceptive to use your brick and mortar address for your online store. Thats why walk-in customers expect to pay the online price at your store.Example: If I go online and check Lowes prices online vs. Home Depots prices and choose to go to Lowes, I expect to pay the price listed on Lowes website at their store. Dont be so friggin cheap, use different websites or list both prices,To everyone that price checks online before they buy, expect to pay at least triple the price at their store then what you see on their website. Then, when I said something about the pricing, the guy at the store tells me that if I dont like it, theyll refund my money and I can go somewhere else ......so thats what I did, I got my money back and went somewhere else.

Thanks for helping get a new vape. I didn’t think it was going to work. After you guys explained everything out with all the details I was able to decide on a vape. Lots of liquid to choose from and I now know which coils I’m going to need for my device.
