If you’ve ever thought about joining a gym- this is the only one you need. It’s a highly supportive and diverse community, with opportunities for group classes, Pilates, and the best personal training I’ve ever experienced. They have an incredible team of physical therapists and massage therapists- it’s really a one stop place for your fitness and wellness needs. By the end of 2020 I lost over 130lbs, was able to summit mountains, and found my love for lifting. I can’t put in to words the transformation I made with Truve, and I’m so grateful to my personal trainer, physical therapists, and members of the gym who cheered me on.
The trainers and physical therapists at Truve are wonderful and it is a very friendly and welcoming place for people of all ages and abilities. I haven’t felt rushed or judged there at all, which is wonderful. However, the gym is filthy, and has gotten worse over the last few years. I’ve stopped referring people-as it’s just not a hygienic environment. And it’s unpleasant to see clumps of hair on the floor and have dust balls and dirt stick to my clothing when I’m working out, (not to mention stained mats in the showers, very dirty bathroom stalls, etc.) I am committed to my trainer, otherwise I would find someplace else because for the money I spend there, the lack of care for the physical environment is discouraging. A regular, daily cleaning service is much needed.
Truve is an amazing place to be for everyone! As a practitioner I got to share space with incredible people -- fellow practitioners and clients alike -- and had a great experience. I am grateful to have been surrounded by some of the best, most compassionate, and inclusive community of people. The line up of practitioners are super knowledgeable and genuinely care for others no matter who you are. Alison was the sweetest to work with and helped make my time at Truve more than worth it. If youre looking for a space in Oakland to be supported in your journey, whether professionally or personally, Truve is the place to be!
Truve is a really welcoming and supportive community. All the instructors have been really great. They offer a variety of group classes and personal training. I really like that the classes cater to people with different fitness levels. Would definitely recommend trying this gym out!
If youre looking for a 1-stop shop for strength training, conditioning, injury rehab, or even just breaking into your first set of workouts after a long time off -Truve is the place to be! Alison is a phenomenal trainer whos been able to foster a true sense of community across the gym.Whether youre coming to a general class, personal training session, or just stopping by to say Hi as you grab coffee next door - youll always feel welcomed and can expect to get a good workout in while in great company.
Boutique, community-based workout studio in the heart of downtown (plus you can go get coffee next door)!I am at my fittest when going to Truve’s classes, and cancelled my YMCA membership to come here. Good variety, LOVE how they help you customize the moves based on your desired difficulty. We also met so many amazing people from this class and have seen them through life stages: grow families, build businesses, change homes. It’s really a special place to find a community. Which can be so hard!Allison, the owner of the gym, is a constant friendly face as well. You can tell she loves the people she serves and she’s passionate about her work! She will push you hard in classes but also takes feedback if there’s something you’d like to see in her studio. She actually played matchmaker, when my now-husband brought me to a Truve class, and is 100% one of the reasons we are together today!
I found Truve when searching for workout classes. What I found was community, friendship, and classes that really kicked my butt!I’ve gone to a broad range of classes at Truve and all of them focus on form, strength, and functional fitness. Special shoutout to classes hosted by Dee & Alison. At Truve it’s not about just burning calories. Instead, they’ll create a custom plan to your goals and help keep you accountable (& text you if you miss a class to make sure you are doing ok 😂)In highly recommend Truve for people starting their fitness journey & others looking for something new to supercharge their routine!
Truve is a true melting pot of different people on different fitness journeys, all working to achieve their fitness goal. Truve is a welcoming place, with excellent trainers and a wholesome environment and I’ve never felt out of place, regardless of how consistent (or in my case, inconsistent) I have been in my fitness.
What a gorgeous space, with so much attention paid to amenities and equipment. alison is knowledgeable and kind, supportive and friendly. shell kick your rear into shape, in a fun and rewarding way. she was ableto modify my exercises to accommodate my weak wrists and back. its a workout, but a very therapeutic one that makes me feel stronger and healthier. i trust alison and her staff implicitly!
I love this place. All the people are nice and welcoming. Super diverse, all ages, genders, physical abilities, and services offered. I’ve been with Melanie for almost 2years and it’s always the best part of my week. She is an amazing trainer.
I have been going to Truve for classes since 2017 and I remain a loyal fan. Classes I have taken include TRX, dance, various iterations of Bootcamp and HIIT. The instructors are now friends after all this time. Come and check it out
I was curious about Truve a long time before I finally decided to get in touch with Alison, the owner, and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made. Alison, the trainers, and other practitioners at Truve are true professionals. The facilities and classes are great, and everyone is friendly and helpful. Its a place you feel welcome and want to come back to. I also love the fact that Truve offers free community classes and has done so for longer than I have been a member. Alison has a true commitment to the Oakland community, and this is just one of the ways she shows it.
I’ve been training with Ashley at Truve Fit for about a year and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. I have had several personal bests cycling and the balance work has helped my golf swing as well. The place is always welcoming and there is parking!
Anytime I visit for work, I get in a few workouts with Alison at Truve! Very clean facility, friendly, and welcoming for all levels of fitness. Alison is extremely knowledgeable with nutrition as well, which I love! No fad workouts or crash diets. They even have virtual training sessions, which have helped keep me on track with my busy travel schedule! She genuinely cares and will cater to your individual bodys abilities and helps you reach peak health.
Truve is the most unique gym Ive ever been to. Everyone is so friendly, the classes are great and they give back to the community. Alison who is the owner is also a trainer and she gives the gym her all. She makes sure that everyone feels taken care of down to the little things in the bathroom.I moved out of Oakland and I really miss this space for getting stronger physically and mentally. There is really nothing like Truve anywhere.
Truve is the best gym/wellness facility in the whole east bay. Over the years I’ve used a lot of their different services from the spin classes and boot camps, to the acupuncture and physical therapy - all super high level products and service! Alison and Dennis are the best part of Truve because they create such a welcoming community and experience for everyone. Highly recommend.
My husband I have been going to Truve for 5 years and have enjoyed the welcoming community! We used to only go to the free Saturday classes. Now we both go for weekly classes and personal training. I am in the best health of my life because the trainers help you meet whatever your goals are in a safe space by demanding you show up for yourself. Shout out to Alison, the owner, who trained me through my pregnancy. I believe my prenatal, delivery and postnatal were easier because of her training. She is extremely thoughtful, welcoming and has built a positive culture of personal wellness at Truve that starts with community.
If you are one of the many of us, trying to get back into shape after Covid, Truve Fit should be your first stop. A key factor of whether you will stick with an exercise program is the having a frictionless environment.Truve has validated parking at the Hive so you do not have to be driving around in circles trying to figure out where you can park safely and get into the class on time. When you walk in through the front doors, the vibe is very chill so you do not feel anxious walking into class. Most importantly, the other people working in the gym are extremely supportive and will become your community quickly. Having all these things in place makes a fitness routine so much easier to establish. There are even free community classes if thats how you prefer to give this place a try.The instructors are excellent. Classes are capped at 10 for general fitness classes, and three for Pilates. As a result, their instructors can give you abundant corrections and attention so you avoid injuries and develop great form. If you are worried that you dont know how to use a Pilates Reformer, you can hire a private trainer for three classes to learn the ropes like I did. This is the premier gym in Oakland for rehabilitation from injuries. I am a 7 year cancer survivor who has had numerous surgeries. Each time, Ive had to fight back to regain my health, strength and flexibility. My last surgery was major, set me back the farthest, and happened during the height of the pandemic; recovery felt close to impossible until I walked through these doors. Not only have I converted fat into muscle, lost weight, gotten so much stronger and gained so much range of motion over 5 months, but I can keep trying new things like TRX Bootcamp that turned out to be fun. Truves got a wide range of things you can try to keep from being bored. Also, you can go buy fresh baked bread and pastries at Firebrand Artisan Bakery next store or empanadas at Javis Empanadas caddy corner after you finish your workout. Truves location is fabulous.
As I sat in the Physical Therapy room while the amazing Dr. Dayna helped me with a pinched nerve in my neck, I thought to myself, Truve really does have my back -- LITERALLY this time but in so many ways over the years. The owner, Alison was able to make this appointment happen next day, when it would usually take a week to get seen. She has also set me up with the most affirming, challenging, badass personal trainers to support different wellness goals Ive had.Truve has offered free community classes since the beginning with new exercises, good vibes, and partner/group activities so that were not tempted to duck out before weve done our reps :PIts such an amazing spot thats constantly evolving, but stays really true to its roots of helping the whole person (and the whole community) thrive. I always feel welcome, engaged, and supported, and the classes are always a great mix of challenging but accessible.Ive been to a lot of gyms and Truve is one of my absolute faves.Thank you so much, Truve, for having my back in more ways than one ;)
Alison and the folks at Truve are the best. I’ve been working out with them for 5+ years. The group class offerings are excellent and the personal trainers are all wonderful. Alison worked with me throughout my pregnancy, keeping me mobile and healthy leading up to birth. When I was ready to come back postpartum, she worked with me carefully to rebuild core stability and strength. I highly recommend going to Truve if you want a personalized, friendly Gym experience.
Truve has been my fitness home for more than four years, including through the pandemic. Truve, and owner Alison, made me a believer in boutique-sized fitness classes. I love the variety of classes offered and the kindness of the instructors/trainers. Every exercise comes with encouragement and adjustments for your fitness level. Whatever your relationship is to working out, Truve meets you where you are and pushes you to get stronger and healthier in a body-positive environment.
I first discovered Truve Fit a couple years ago. Like many, I came out of “sheltering in place” with a few added, unwanted pounds. I figured it would be a nice change to workout with a personal trainer, and I found Truve (and a few others) on Yelp! I immediately scheduled new client calls with a handful of trainers. After speaking with each potential trainer, going with Alison and her team at Truve was a no-brainer. It was clear she was down-to-earth and very flexible. I met a couple of her other trainers as well, as we figured out my schedule and who had availability. At first, my intention was to have someone come to my house, as I am normally not super comfortable at gyms. Truve was different. Everyone was super friendly - no douchey gym vibe here! After my first workout, I immediately felt comfortable and was happy to workout at Truve.Truve also offers a variety of other awesome services that I use. Amanda is, hands down, one of the best massage therapists I have ever seen (and I’ve seen many!). After seeing her once, I quickly got on her schedule for bi-weekly massages and just recently increased them to weekly (to coincide with an abnormally stressful time at work). She’s exceptional and tailors every massage to what I need and how I’m feeling at the moment. She’s also super sweet and always makes me feel comfortable and at ease.I’ve not yet tried acupuncture at Truve, but it’s the very next thing I plan to try out. I’ve been meaning to try acupuncture for some time now and was very pleasantly surprised to learn that Truve offers this service, as the quality of practitioners working at Truve is very high across the board. I have no doubt I won’t be disappointed.Over the years, I’ve been a member at a number of different gyms, but Truve Fit is like no other. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, the caliber of practitioners at Truve is exceptional, and the space is awesome for group classes or personal training. Parking is also fully validated at no cost - which is an added bonus!Definitely try out Truve Fit; you won’t regret it.
Truve is THE most amazing studio/gym I’ve trained at! I’ve trained at various boutique gyms in the SF Bay Area and Seattle, but have yet to find a space that offers the same vibe or attention to detail as Truve. After training and conditioning with Alison, I’ve gotten so much stronger, started lifting weights, began eating more, and really started to love and appreciate my body. This isn’t just a gym, but an inclusive community space for health and wellness. The variety of classes offered keeps things fresh and exciting and I’ve enjoyed personal and group training sessions with various trainers (including owner Alison Campbell), spin, body sculpting, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, TRX, etc. The space is gorgeous! Truve also supports the local businesses and artists, often displaying their work at the studio.
I have been a Truve member for over five years now. Although Ive been in and out (due to COVID and personal reasons) Ive had 2 trainers that Ive really loved and I feel familiar with the other trainers through individual classes or just witnessing their trainings with other clients.Truve isnt your typical gym. Your experience at Truve will always cater to your personal needs. I was first introduced to Truve by a friend who recommended a trainer. I needed help getting back on track after cancer treatment and my trainer took the time to really get to know me and my body. Although Id see my trainer twice a week, I would also attend community workout classes or Truve events. I also met one of my favorite acupuncturist through Truve. The team at Truve is highly knowledgable and experienced, from training athletes to helping people rehab from injury or illness, youll most certainly find someone at Truve who can help you.Whats great about Truve is that you find yourself building a community with the people at the gym. This makes your fitness journey more meaningful and less stressful. I highly recommend Truve to anyone looking for support with their health, because this gym isnt just about working out, its about the overall health journey and experience.
Truve has been my go-to studio for group fitness, yoga, personal training, and massage for the last 5+ years. Alison and the whole staff are so welcoming and knowledgeable with a diverse background of expertise. Every fitness class is different so I’m never bored and the instructors do a great job of offering modifications for wherever you are on your fitness journey. I’m so grateful for the Truve community!
Truve is more than a gym, it’s a place to build relationships, explore a variety of classes, meet new people, and get stronger. The owner knows every member’s name, and actually cares about you. The instructors are all passionate about health, are inclusive, and will challenge you. I found Truve through ClassPass, but ended up canceling that subscription to become a member because I loved their classes so much. They offer a variety of classes at different times of the day to make it accessible for everyone. The owner is involved in the community, hosts family events, and really strives to make the gym a second home. Can’t recommend this place enough!
Truve is a fun, warm and safe place to work out. I just love Alison. She does a Saturday Community work out early in the morning. WHO DOES THAT?! Certainly not, 24 Hour, Planet Fitness or any other. If you need a little motivation and need to start out small, head out to the Saturday sessions. When you get ready and are serious about taking your body, mind and spirit to the next level, talk to Alison. ❤️
As a wellness professional and trainer, Ive seen ALOT of gyms and boutique studios and TRUVE is by far one of the best Ive ever seen. Top notch group fitness classes and personal training by professionals who are qualified and care about their clients goals AND their overall well-being. And, the staff and owners go above and beyond to offer a friendly, family-like feel to everyone who walks through their doors. If youre looking for a fitness studio to call home I definitely recommend TRUVE.
Truve is one of the most amazing places to create health & wellness with outstanding teachers, an extraordinary community to support you, and an incredible flexibility & professionalism that truly differentiates it from any other gyms I have known or worked out at. Truve has truly and fully become part of my life. While all my adult life, going to the gym and exercising have been so difficult for me to sustain or stick to, I actually look forward to my work outs and classes and even plan my work & trips around them because it actually has helped me become healthier and feel better. Can’t tell you what a game-changing decision it has been to be part of Truve. Thank you Truve and thank you Alison for providing such an inclusive place for those of us who are not born-athletes or gym-lovers to still thrive and feel that we belong.
Alison is an amazing trainer. She not only gets results, she offers nutritional advice. Truve is also an amazing place to work out. It’s a beautiful space with everything you’d need for a well rounded workout! I encourage you to try one of their classes!
Truve is a fantastic gym that focuses on inclusion. You will see all body types and abilities here. Positive encouragement from trainers and fun, effective classes. You can go on your own, but there’s also a chance to join a community here. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.
Joining Truve surpassed all my expectations and hopes. Alison has blessed us with her impeccable work ethic, passion for community, and supporting others in reaching their goals. A true leader in every aspect, Alison will not take your bs or tears and kick your butt in the right direction. If she is too spicy there’s plenty of excellent trainers and programs within Truve to choose from. Group classes, private and buddy sessions are offered. Also offered are free community classes, weekend activities, traveling abroad, and more. The biggest takeaway is that there is no competition for space, weights, or creepy people watching you! Go sign up already. Do it now. Ok thanks
I joined Truve because they have the best variety and times (for a pre/post 9-5 work schedule) for group classes in the Bay Area. Group classes are super important to me because they are something I really look forward to and enjoy, whereas, for me, solo exercise often feels boring or a chore. I now regularly go to Spin, Bare, TRX, Dynamic Movement, and HIIT at Truve. All of the Truve instructors are great! They create a super welcoming environment, help correct form, suggest modifications, and generally create a fun and supportive environment. I havent worked 1:1 with a personal trainer, but from conversations, and the free classes that trainers, Blair, Mathew, and Ezekiel and Hannah teach, I can confidently say that their personal trainers are super knowledgeable and approachable. Truve, with their WEEKLY FREE community classes, is a community gem. Id love to go on a group hike too if they bring that back. :)
Truve is an amazing and unique gym and studio. It is special for many reasons but what stands out most is it’s mission of making fitness and every facet of wellness accessible to everybody in the community. It has personal training, amazing group fitness classes (I have tried the dance class and absolutely loved the teacher!), an entire physical therapy practice (The doctors of which helped me to heal my ankle and be able to walk again), massage therapy and bodywork Practitioners (I have had deep tissue massage from two different petitioners and thai from another- all amazing), acupuncture, and so much more. everyone there is so friendly welcoming and knowledgeable- and it is so unique to have these different modalities collaborating with each other. 10/10 recommend!
I was looking for a personal trainer after realizing that I needed to get healthy & happy again. I gained about 40-45 pounds over 4-4.5 years. I reached out to a ton of Oakland trainers & only 3 actually got back to me & two were from Truve. I think this says a lot about the trainers who work there and return calls even if they may not be taking new clients. Luckily, Ive been able to train with Alison, the owner and Im very happy with the progress Ive made so far. Not only do I go to Truve for personal training, Truve is an amazing gym that has a ton of different classes and there is plenty of space. Im so happy to be a member of the Truve Family. Everyone who works or goes there is friendly and its a comfortable, motivating & supportive environment. The space is big and the gym is kept clean and tidy. Most important, Truve is a gym that truly cares about giving back to the community and making fitness available to everyone. They provide free community classes each week which is really awesome. Truve has designated parking spots (YES!!!) and great class times for someone working 9-5. Im so glad I found Truve & Alison!
ASK ABOUT WHY ITS CALLED “TRUVE” :) It’s such a meaningful reason & definitely captures the purpose of this one-of-a-kind gym. Alison and her husband are not your typical gym owners, but they’re philanthropists as well. Each year they used to plan a week long excursion to Costa Rica just to bring the TRUVE family closer and to bring tourism to CR. They’re always helping the families who live there in any way they can. I loved the fitness retreat so much! Every single moment of it. The whole gym is a vibe and everyone in it is so loving and supportive.
Ive been going to Truve for 5+ years and couldnt imagine going to any other gym. Im in my mid-30s and have never been stronger thanks to Truves holistic class offerings of HIIT, strength training, yoga, barre, pilates, dance, and more! All the trainers and instructors are extremely knowledgable and motivating, and also offer modifications for any exercise you do. Truve is a place where anyone can find a warm and welcoming fitness community!
I love Truve. It is a great gym with welcoming staff, wonderful trainers and state of the art equipment. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a gym.
Truve is the best gym I have ever been to.. Has great trainers, well organized and clean gym.Hands down, Never disappointed. :)
Ive been coming to Truve for 4 or 5 years and still havent gotten bored. Alison and the other instructors constantly challenge me and Truves outdoor classes during COVID have become the highlight of my week. They also offer virtual classes, and Alison often has fun challenges that you can opt in to. Highly recommend for people of any ability level. Huge thanks to Alison for being such an awesome business owner and leader in our community!
Truve is doing the best job humanly possible during the Covid crisis. Classes have been held online since it started, and once they were allowed to have outdoor classes, those started immediately. Alison Roessler Campbell, the owner, does a fantastic job as a trainer and is incredibly supportive of all her members during this unusual time. So if you are looking for a fitness center that has found a way to keep people in great shape during the pandemic, this is the place to go!
If youre looking for a gym that makes you want to work out, where you gain strength and confidence, and if you love to laugh while during burpees, this is THE GYM for you. Alison has created a supportive and welcoming environment for people at every level of their fitness journey. Im so grateful to have a place for safe, outdoor workouts, and a trainer who continues to push me to do my best.
I’ve been a member at Truve for little over 6 months and this has been one of the best facilities I’ve experienced. From when you walk in someone either at the front reception or one of trainers always greets you with a welcoming smile and a “Hello.” The space has some many options to meet your health + wellness needs (TRX, personal training, yoga, community boot camp classes, physical therapy, massage and my fav Pilates). The space has full service bathrooms and amenities…The diversity of members, body types makes this space not pretentious and exclusive…it’s truly a space where you can focus on training and wellness.
Highly recommend getting Kalen as your instructor!! Super cool guy who motivates you to do challenging workouts while respecting your limitsOverall, the vibe in True is pretty chill. Music is nice too :)
The personal instructors are like 1/4 therapist, 1/4 trainer, 1/4 nutritionist, and 1/4 physical therapist. It feels like a honest, fun, accountable relationship. They are not in it just for your money but care about whatever results you are interested in and your whole health. Even when I fall off the wagon for a while they meet you where you are if/ when you come back and gently guide you back on track.
This place is amazing! I hadn’t done Pilates for a number of years and decided to bring it back into me exercise regime but didn’t know where to go. I looked at a number of places and Truve has a special combination of great vibe and top notch instructors. I highly recommend it!
A spectacular gym that can meet all your needs from personal training, Pilates, strength and physical therapy. The owner Allison is an incredible trainer, instructor and a beacon of the community. The people and classes are so motivating and I would highly recommend it to anyone.
I love coming here to workout. Ive been looking to get a personal trainer for a while now. Im glad I came here. The owner took time to help match me with a good match. Getting started was really easy. I had a chance to make sure that I was comfortable with the match before committing to anything long term. I love that I get to pursue my personal fitness goals with a professional who understands and respects my goals.
Great quality classes, staff, and equipment. Started by attending the free Saturday community classes, then became a paying member. Still a paying member five years in, and two years after after moving to the other side of the country. I watch the classes online now, and the regularity helps me stick to a routine. Highly recommend!
Im a newer member but Im stoked to be here, after weeks of looking at the schedule telling myself Id go I finally did it, signed up for a membership, and have started attending some classes. I felt very welcome even though Im a total out of shape beginner. Allison and the other instructors have made me feel like I belong here which helps me motivate myself to go. So enough about me, the classes are great! There is a ton of variety and you can really find anything you need here-yoga, Pilates, barre, boot camps, suspension, weights, cycle, and what I really like are the variety classes that you may do a 20 minute spin class, 20 min weights, 20 min core and stretching. The variety keeps me motivated and entertained right when I think I cant do that task for a moment longer it switches up. So cheers to your health, whether you are a newbie like me or an athlete Truve will meet you where you are and motivate you to do your best
I love Truve. Its all I have ever wanted in a gym. Great classes, great instructors, and class passes! I hate being stuck with a membership that I know that Im never going to utilize so the class pass gives me flexibility. Definitely check it out!
I have joined virtually several times. Alison responds to questions & suggests modifications during the session so I can participate at my own level.Shes patient & an excellent trainer.
Alison and the whole crew at Truve are the best in the bay! Great, clean facilities, and tons of class variety taught by excellent instructors.
I recently had my first experience at truve. everyone I encountered was very nice. the space is spacious and clean. I had a one-on-one with kim p. for pilates. it was my very first interaction with pilates and kim was extremely patient, understanding and supportive. she made me feel at ease and very comfortable.
I took two great classes (TRX + Barre & World Beats) that left me sore the next day. The studio is much larger than I expected and has a variety of services from classes, pilates, spin, spa, gym equipment, etc. If I wasnt moving, Id definitely join this gym. Its conveniently located, great instructors, many amenities, clean and feels more welcoming than most other gyms.
My 5 stars is derived from the service I recieved. Alison is a 5 star trainer. The facility is clean and spirited. I highly recommend Truve and Alison Campbell to anyone looking to up their game.
Love this gym! Couldn’t imagine working out anywhere else in the Bay Area. Great experienced trainers/practitioners that offer all of the fitness/massage/bodywork/Pilates that you could ever want. Recommend highly.
Truve offers spin, boot camp, yoga, Pilates and many other classes in a really beautiful space, seven days a week. There is also individual training sessions available, for those looking to go it alone. They offer one week free trails, so there is no risk to trying it out yourself!
Went here for personal training sessions with Alison. Make no mistake, she will make you work! That being said, she has great knowledge of anatomy, and a wide breadth of exercises to strengthen problem/injured areas (knees, elbows, shoulders, etc.). Highly recommend her to anyone looking to get in shape.
I love Truve, such a great fitness studio with fantastic instructors and a super clean space to comfortably workout, also in a vibrant area of downtown Oakland
I cannot say enough about this place. Ive worked out with a lot of trainers in a lot of gyms and taken A LOT of classes all over the bay area. From the moment I walked in I instantly felt comfortable. All the trainers and staff are professional and friendly. I dont ever feel like I should be a certain shape or size. Its all geared towards getting stronger and feeling comfortable in your own skin. Ive also never laughed more working out than here. I look forward to training here. The facilities are state of the art (pilates reformer, spin, studio classes, pilates mat, dance classes, every gym toy you will ever need) and the amenities are where its at. They provide everything from face wash to gum in the locker room. You can workout and head off to your destination without skipping a beat. Its a complete health & welleness center...estheticians (facials, waxing, lash extensions), massage therapists (thai massage, swedish, deep tissue), acupuncture, nutritionists and even spray tanning. What can I say? I might be slightly obsessed.
I go to TRUVE for the acupuncture. The gym is set up for 1 on 1 training and group aerobics and yoga. The Acupuncturist is named William and he is an amazing healer. Genuine, caring and skilled.
Truve is my absolute favorite place to workout and get a massage. I love the TruveFit camp, TRX, Kettlebell HIIT. The community is also one of my favorite parts
Amazing local gym and neighborhood community. Huge variety of fitness classes and wellness offerings all in one place, staffed by genuine and supportive instructors.
I love Alison and her team. It’s a consistent top notch workout. I always feel like family from day 1 ❤️
Excellent facilities. Top notch trainers.
Amazing physical therapist. Diligent about getting clients healthy and pain free
Conveniently located training facility. I tried a TRX class that was a great workout (first time trying TRX...). The instructor was helpful and motivating.
Wonderful classes that challenge you. The staff are friendly and k owledgable. Full service locker rooms with all the amenities. PARKING!!!
Great People….Always Positive Energy 💪🏿👍🏾
Friendly staff and great classes, plus they really strive to be a part of the community. Highly recommend!
Allison has built a special place for the community to find great affordable training.
Great teachers and beautiful space. Very welcoming and inclusive.
Great people great fun great way to stay fit!
Theres so much variety in the schedule and whenever I go I feel welcomed by the staff, almost like family.
