I looked at a Mustang convertible in I believe 2009 there were 3 minor issues with it I mentioned them to Louie and he said he would have them fixed in 2 days 2 days later they were repaired and I bought the car. I still own it today and the only thing Ive replaced was Brakes and oil changes.We just went back and bought a second vehicle a Mitsubishi Eclipse for our Daughter and she loves it he gave us a great deal and I will most likely be buying a Truck from him in the near future.He is honest fair and up front about the vehicles if he Repod your car you must have given him a damn good reason many times when I go in to look at the inventory I hear him on the phone trying to work out issues with customers, If you have problems call him if you see something you dont like about a vehicle ask him about it and he will work with you. He is one of the nicest and most honest used car dealers in the area and is absolutely worth taking the time to go and talk to if you are in the market for a vehicle. RUUUN!!!! Run far away from this dealer! I am a college student and i bought a car from this man for 3800 and not even 30 mins after buying the car, it started smoking and over heating with my one year old daughter in the car. I came back the very next day and requested my money back and he refused to give my money. So i settled with letting him fix it and went without a vehicle for a whole weekend. Louie reassured me that he fixed the problems discussed, then one day later it over heated again. This man is not trust worthy. He also manipulated the numbers on my papers to best help him. Please, Please, Please be careful when dealing with this car dealership. I just want to try to protect the next hard working person from getting SCAMMED.

This guy is most dishonest. bought vehicle from this place. now needing key for vehicle. sent both voice mail and text to him. replied that he would not do anything more to help me. told me he had my title ready, when I went to pick it up, he had me fill in where dealer was supposed to fill in information. I played along and took it to tag office as he suggested. of course they knew that could not be accepted. had to make 2nd trip to ocala and then he said that he had my title ready for me to come and pick up on a saturday that I would have to repay tax, tag, and title fees over again. I filed complaint, ended up having to still pay tag and title fees again. still dont key to vehicle. asked when bought car about 2nd key, was told 85.00 that is fine. still need key, my neice lost first one, and she is in ky. with the car. I need key to be able to get car. would pay the 85.00. feel like Im being victimized for sure for just being honest and doing what this dealer asked me to do. wanted me to meet him on saturday and i could not because my other vehicle in shop, and have had no use of the kia. when I told folks at office in ocala what he did, they dealt with him but I still have had to pay more fees, they had to come to my home from the ocala office where leesburg tag office faxed my complaint and then he lied and said he didnt have another title made out after he told me to come to ocala that it was ready to be picked up. I still need key to this 04 vehicle. kia amanti. a shame after paying 4500.00 cash and fees twice that I still can not get a key to the car. Have also tried to contact salesman originally bought car from, george, he said he no longer works for this dealer. that is why I had to make two trips to ocala, instead of being able to deal with local salesman in leesburg. I live in fruitland park and was going to buy a 2nd vehicle from this place, but not now . also looked up on carfax after the fact and the vehicle I purchased had been in an accident, which I asked the salesman if it had been involved in accident and he told me no.

BE WARNED! This guy is not honest. I was suppose to only owe 2000, then it was 2900, then when I called him out he lowered it to 2600. He manipulated his finance company (that Im not even sure exist because he refuses to give me their number) to repossess my vehicle when I was only 6 days late on a 150 payment because he claimed I owed HIM (NOT THE FINANCE COMPANY) this extra 900 or 600 dollars for fees. Well I had my own tag and I had to buy a tire so those fees were suppose to be at most 80. THEN THE WORST was for 14 days I was unable to get a hold of him and no one in the office KNOWS ANYTHING.... Just dont bother because whatever you agree to with him will change...

Absolutely love this guy! I got my mustang from him (paid cash) and he dropped the total cost of car by 2500! Sure Ive had to replace a couple minor things, but what do you expect from a used car lot. Overall, he gave me an amazing deal for my car and he was a blast to talk. He was a real guy. Very disrespectful and very unprofessional. Owner, sits in the back of a vehicle while we tried to ask questions and all he could say to our questions was every used car has its problems if you dont like them dont buy them every car we looked at was either wrecked or trashed an the prices were ridiculous .
