Cowboy Coast Saloon

Our first night down in Ocean City, we decided to stop at the Cowboy Coast for dinner. The place was pretty nice and fairly clean for being 6 pm on a Saturday in August. I had the Beer can chicken with corn and mashed potatoes. The chicken was perfect, from the seasoning to the warm, moist inside. The corn was a little rough, and the potatoes okay, nothing to brag about. The wife had a steak medium rare, and she gave 9/10! It was cooked perfect and seasoned just right! Our server was polite and on top of everything we needed. We would definitely eat here again.

The staff was very friendly, the service was quick. The food is tasty and hot. The only downside is that the cook needs to cook the fries a little longer they were too hard (underdone)

Kind of confusing when you walk in - no signs telling you if you are to seat yourself. It is sort of an outdoor concept with a roof. Food, service, and atmosphere was good. Price was pretty high. I think we spent $120 for four people (tip not included). No great food, but not bad either. My son did have a pasta and shrimp dish that he lost his mind over though.

Horrible experience at this place. We were serve reheated nasty dry baby ribs with no flavor. Mash potatoes horrible, and cole slaw even worst. Over priced food at this dump. Save yourself money and time by not eating this nasty food.

Came for a weekend event. I dont think this would be a go to for me otherwise and it seem to cater to a certain group of people. The drinks were pretty good and the food provided was just ok. Now the mechanical bull was fun to watch.

First time here and was very impressed with Cowboy Coast. The food was very good. My ribs were good and my wifes steak was very tender and flavorful. Beers were cheap and the bill overall for five people was reasonable. After your dinner, each person has an opportunity to ride the mechanical bull inside, which was a lot of fun. Only suggestion would be a dedicated cocktail menu. Definitely recommend!

My wife and I went there for karaoke on Wednesday night.Then we made the mistake of ordering food. First they brought my wife the wrong sub she had ordered a Philly cheesesteak and they brought her a shrimp salad sub. (I realize theyre easily confused 🙄They brought her the right one and it was absolutely horrible so is my meal but it was so forgettable that I cant remember what it was.Go there for drinks and karaoke but I wouldnt order food.

We had a lovely time at Cowboy Saloon! Enjoyed great drinks and service from a bartender named Steve!! Ate good food and had nice entertainment with the music, scenery, friendly people, and definitely the mechanical bull! Nice friendly family atmosphere! We would definitely return!

The bar is fantastic and the service is top notch! The bull is definitely a fan favorite and there is also a live Dj. One huge problem that I encountered while there was the floor was beyond slippery! At one point, even falling, not the best way to enjoy your night. Luckily I walked out unhurt but sore. 😬 Pride hurt more than anything. 😂 Just be careful!

The only issue I have is the online menu doesnt have the same stuff as the restaurant menu. Waiter stated it hasnt been updated in 5 years

Our Waitress Emory was So Sweet & Kind , it was not crowded we actually had the place to ourselves great Ambiance The Food Was 10 stars Seriously and The Prices were very Reasonable, Definitely will be our Regular Place in O.C.

So much fun. Good mix of music on Friday night...which was also ladies night! Bull riding was fun to watch...the Djs played a good mix of hip hop, rap, and hip hop country. Was there for a bachelorette after party ages 20s to 40s crowd and everyone loved it. Definitely worth it and would definitely go back!

Not a Country Bar. Very disappointed. The food was ok, but they advertise that the DJ will do a mix of country music and hip hop/dance. The entire night was a mix of everything, BUT country music.

The food looks good but it tasted horrible. Everything tasted cold and it didnt taste fresh. The only good think they have was the Bbq sauce thats it. I will never go there again. And not only that, we were sitting there waiting for the bill and they allow people to smoke there while other people eat its really unpleasant.. I will NEVER recommend this place at all!!TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!

Its listed on Google as a restaurant but once I arrived it has been out of buisness for quite a while. The whole inside was torn up.

We were drawn to the this place by the old western appearance outside and it fully exceeded expectations. Phenomenal service by bartender Russ who recommended cocktails for us, took personalised food orders and chatted to us the entire time. Food was outstanding, drinks were great, the mechanical bull was so much fun, and the total bill was far below what we expected. Incredible service. Thank you for making our last day in Ocean City so special.

Food was great. It was a bit expensive but if you eat dinner there, you get to ride the mechanical bull for free. Otherwise there is s $5 charge. Therefore, if you want to ride the bull, then the dinner prices are reasonable. Took my family and everyone from ages 6-38 rode the bull and had a blast. The bull operator controls how fast based on the rider. We went around 5:30 and was just late enough. They had a live musician playing all types of songs and was great! I would recommend for something different.

We have had so much fun here! We have seen local bands, djs and national superstars like the Eli Young Band They have wonderful bartenders. The last one we had helped me figure out what I wanted despite the fact that I had no idea what I wanted. They have a mechanical bull, beer pong, and very comfortable chairs. Whether youre looking for a quiet, intimate place or a wild dance party Cowboy Coast delivers.

I never write reviews, but I have 5 hrs in the car... Zero Stars!This place was awful! We had a party of 13 and walked right in with no wait time and no other customers in sight. This should have been the first clue. 6 of our 13 ordered steak and no one liked it. I ordered med rare, it came out well done. My 12 yr old ordered med rare also, and it was blue. Like not cooked at all. He took my steak, and I sent his back. They popped it back on to cook, and it literally shrunk to a 2 bite filet for $ 43. The cook wouldnt make me a new steak without me paying for both. No manager came out to rectify the situation. It was a complete dump and a total tourist trap. Dont make the mistake we did-skip this place.

If you’re looking for decent food , DO NOT GO HERE. One of the worst meals all 6 of us had ever had. The service was terrible and the whole place seemed dirty. If you’re looking for a fun place to only drink and sing karaoke , it is good for that. I would give less stars if I could. We ordered chicken chili,that was cold and a loaded baked potato, it came with some shredded cheese on top, I had to ask for the other toppings that they charge extra for , I knew that and ordered it ‘ loaded’ which was an extra 4.00, it wasn’t baked all the way through and was terrible.I didn’t even finish that or the soup, The boneless wings was a good sized portion but were reheated and dry, probably previously frozen. The flat bread that we ordered was all soggy and not baked through , the grilled chicken salad was nothing special and expensive. All the food can be purchased at any fast food chain and would be better .They cater to the bar crowd not for people Looking for a decent meal.

Terrible experience. The person working the front door was incredibly rude. The flyer for drink specials was not honored. They pull you in with drink specials but the bartenders make drinks that do not qualify and you get charged the usual price. The atmosphere is mid and not worth full price drinks. If you think you’re getting a deal on drinks they will trick you into paying full price. Their deals and specials are just to get you in the door but the service is no good. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! There are lots of other bars to go to that honor their specials and have better atmospheres. Don’t ruin your vacation going to this place!

Nothing on the website saying they are permanently closed. Very disappointed. Based on previous reviews I wasnt expecting much, but I was at least expecting them to be open. This business is closed.

The Cowboy Coast Saloon was amazing! Food was top notch atmosphere for our family was perfect! Our server Brooke was absolutely amazing kept checking in with us the whole time she worked hard to make the dinner for our family an amazing time! Highly recommend you try them out while in Ocean city MD! Great job Cowboy Coast Saloon staff!

Only hung out at the bar but the bartenders are great and entertaining... Drinks are good... A rage price for orange crushes.. Was here last year and came back this year... Will definitely come back every year I come down. Met the owner... Hes a really cool guy!

Great place. Food was great, staff was friendly, Kayla the bar tender was personable and awesome to deal with all night. Best part, in a world where everyone frowns on smokers, you can smoke at the bar!! We will definitely be returning to this saloon!!

Went for dinner with the family. Our broccoli was raw. We paid for a fillet that was all fat. I brought these things up, but the server just said, “Oh.” They were completely out of wine. There was no drinks menu. And they were also out of red velvet cake and cheesecake. Get it together.

We had a decent meal with good service. We both had salads with meat. I was disappointed to see that the menu on their website was significantly inaccurate, including both offered fare and prices. For example, chicken on a salad is $10.99, not $6.99. There is no brisket. I suppose near a beach, it doesnt matter since they dont really count on repeat business.

Has a great selection of BBQ, Steaks, some seafood , burgers, country bar atmosphere but often has rock shows, karaoke, moderately priced food and drinks

Food is delicious. Everything is well cooked and tastes amazing! I had the chicken sandwich and it was so juicy! Our steaks were great, the burger was amazing and the kids loved their chicken tenders. Overall the meal was phenomenal and the waitress was great. Yes there was a wait but they communicated every couple of minutes and were so nice before we got seated. The waitress apologized for being short staffed. Will be back next year.

First off the hostess had a nasty attitude and acted as if we were bothering her. The server looked and acted like she was all over the place. The food was mid at best. The ribs and fried I had were cold and so salty I developed a headache because of it. This was first time to Ocean City, Maryland and they capped it off with the worst experience I had there.

Great experience. Had many drinks (other people even bought us some). Meal was excellent. Best BBQ that I have had in a long time. Our bartender/server, they are all called Dirty Dan, was fantastic. He made sure that we were entertained for the evening. We were seated by the mechanical bull. This was even more entertaining. We had a great time and I suggest everyone to go there at least once while on vacation!! Thank you to all for a fantastic evening!!!

Worst restaurant I have ever been to. My daughter and my grandchildren and I went here for dinner. She never got to eat her food was made wrong. Corn was burnt to crisp kids fries were hard as a rock. When she complained we were told the owner says you order you pay so she did 337$ later and no apologies or discounts. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

Terrible experience. Went with my children and grandchildren. Waited 30 minutes told out of porterhouse choose ribs 10 minutes later waitress told us they were out of ribs. Asked to speak with manager and he was surly and said order chicken or pork. An hour and half wasted we left wirh 4 hungry grandkids.Sign said steak ribs chicken. Guess they dont care. Went to brass balls saloon on boardwalk and ribs were delicious and excellent service. I have never complained before but cowboy coast was awful and manager was worse. Cant say abiut food because they didnt have it

We ordered a cheese steak sub and a shrimp po boy. Steak was burnt. Shrimp in Po boy was as hard and unedible. French fries were dark brown and burnt tasting. We heard good things about here but will never eat there again.

Good place to eat with indoor and outdoor seating. The service was great. The food came pretty quick and the portion size was good. From my understanding the place converts to a bar at night.

I came out to Ocean city on vacation with my family, and this was the worst, most racist restaurant I’ve ever been to. We were so excited to have a taste of Southern steak and food, but starting from the host, everyone was disrespectful. She sat us on a dirty table. No waitresses wanted to serve us, we could see all of them saying they didn’t want to serve us, after about 20min they sent the only black man working there to take our order when we weren’t even in his section. He gave us great service, as for everyone else the disrespect was showing. Never experienced this in Ocean City Maryland before, do not recommend you guys to go.

Absolutely the best cheese steak and fries Ive ever had. The people working there were all friendly, and the food came out quickly. I very highly recommend this place

A saloon lol... was nice, but since we came off season was rather empty ....got Buffalo wings which werent bad. Food is regular Maryland fried food. The whole weekend I was there in OC didnt see a lechuga in site type of place

At first looked promising. We wanted to eat, no tables were available, we were told we could eat at the bar, we had a few drinks, then we were told we couldnt anymore. The hostess was the worst hostess ever, listening to her music, etc, we left. Worst place Ive been in many years. Garbage simple

So we came here for steaks , got them ordered (medium)& they came out Medium Well. The steaks were 75% fat. We asked to speak with the manager, he came out and said he can talk to the owner after arguing and saying they were cooked to “medium” how we asked. He came back and said all they can do is apply a 10% discount even though we took 1 bite of our food. Asked to speak with owner, manager said they can only speak to us not the owner.NEVER GO HERE. DO NOT RECOMMEND.!!But the host Debby was absolutely GREAT! So helpful.Spent 65$ On 1 bite of steak which they took from me after I complained. That’s not how you manage a restaurant if you would like returning customers!

The one star is for the waiter, he was great! Marked up prices, almost $40 a steak, not done to choice no side salad (?) and the sides are served in a Dixie cup! I dont mind paying for a good steak but our one steak literally was about 4 bites of meat! They handed us a paper menu, which we could only assume was for bike week because it doesnt match the online menu, nor do the prices. Not a place Ill ever go again.

We had mediocre service and then after an over generous tip they kicked us out from our table. I understand wanting to turn tables, however we tried to get there early in order to beat the crowd. I requested the manager but the server doubled down and told us her shift was ending and she was leaving and for us to leave ( at 8pm). Go to literally anywhere else if you want good service and not to be thrown out to make room for the 20-25 crowd.

Best ribeye Ive had in a long time. If you like rare steak these guys will do it. If you like a great cut of beef (not as rare) my wife says her filet mignon was good too.Mine was so good and rare I actually asked for (and got) a hug from the man in charge of the kitchen, Jordan. Beth was our waitress and she was awesome. They had a bachelorette party going on at the same time we were there and they still never missed a beat. I cant wait to go back.

This place sucked. It was awful. Don’t go EVER. Food was incredibly tasteless and dry. One of my party members food was extremely over cooked and when sent back was told it would be “a long time” by the owner who was distasteful to say the least he was a major a hole. And then my party member didn’t have his food and after complaining was told to leave. Not all of us finished our food and they forced us to pay and kicked us out. This one at least the second time it happened that night cause one other family experienced the same.

Menu online is different from actual menu. Staff said they are using a limited menu at this time. We got New York Strip steaks and were not impressed. The mac and cheese is great the mashed potatoes are definitely not instants, but lacking flavor. For a $36.00 steak I expected much more. Would not highly recommend this place. If you want to pay a high price for mediocrity this is the place to go.

This place is awesome. They have a pretty decent menu considering with a whole virus situation right now and the prices are very reasonable. Our server Jennifer was outstanding. She was very friendly and very prompt on everything. She made us feel so welcome. My husband and I will definitely be back and we will definitely be asking for you Jennifer. Thanks again for the great service and keep up the good work guys because everything was delicious and a great start to our vacation.

Did not stay! Their website advertises line dancing and we planned our evening in OC around our plans to go line dancing. When we arrived the host was confused and had to check if they had line dancing then told us that the website was not accurate.

If you are worried about your own safety, do not come to this bar. I just let a bartender/employee know that I did not feel safe. He does not care. Stay out of areas that you’re not allowed to be in regardless of your feelings of fear or lack of being safe. They don’t care about you here Especially if you’re a woman.

Like many restaurants they are short staffed, however in our party of 9, 7 dishes were cold, and one came out 10 minutes after the others (a salad). We saw our waitress socializing and had to have someone walk over to tell her we still didnt have the salad. The manager brought it with no conversation. When the waitress asked if we were happy with everything at the end of the meal and we said no, she didnt ask why she gave a loud and sassy answer that they are busy. We also saw our waitress giving attitude to people in the outdoor area.

Best Porterhouse Ive ever eaten. Loved the whole vibe. One of the highlights of our little excursion. Our server Ana was the best.

The food was AMAZING, highly recommended, cowboy juice was delicious, servers were amazing. Only negative would be the hostess, she was not very welcoming/annoyed and seemed as though we were a bother due to a seating wait and we agreed to stay. But over all experience 10/10.

I would rate this no stars if I could. I noticed on the comments someone posted 4 days ago (which was when we were there) that they added $40 extra dollars on to their bill when it went through their credit card. Same exact thing happened to us. Charged us an extra $35 after the charge went through on the credit card statement. Someone at this restaurant (either our waitress or the guy who told her we could not pay for the shirts we got separately from our bill). I would NOT suggest going here (or watch your credit card charges) and I will be reporting this to the better business bureau!

No one was there to let us know if we would be seated or to seat ourselves. It seems like the waiter forgot everything we asked for (Which wasnt much) and it just seemed like there was a lot of tension between the workers. My first experience was great. Thats why I went back this 2nd time, but Ill never go again its completely different, food sucks, and staff isnt educated on menu and seems to have tension with one another!

We knew this place because we had it one block from our hotel. We went 3 nights in a row! Its really amazing! If you like country music, this will definitely be your place! We had lots of fun! If you arrive until 8:30 p.m., women dont pay coverage, so yes, it costs $ 20. They have a mechanical bull! This place certainly fascinated us! a detail no less important in the 3 nights that we went. we had a hard time getting ipa beer, they only had 6 cans in the whole place! 😩 I know not everyone consumes it! but come on guys! next time we need to get more! 1st, the host lady was very rude. Next, the cover charge of $20 was too expensive & credit minimum of $15 was also too expensive. Even though I kinda had fun wouldnt come here again.

Very disappointed. For $38 steaks, all three came out overcooked and with cold sides. The server was not very attentive, so it took a while to get anything rectified.

I visited this restaurant last summer and decided to visit again on 7/22/21 and we had a party of 5 and the hostess placed us at a tiny table with no arm space so we decided to ask to move to a picnic table before we moved our seats etc. our server Grace was seemed angry about it for some reason and gave us attitude. We all ordered our drinks and asked for fried pickles as the appetizer and told our server how we would be paying separately on our checks and she said rudely “ok well you will have to tell me how at the end” we get our under cooked fried pickles that had no crisp at all and we ordered. My mom asked what other sides are optional to put in place instead of fries and our server said with an attitude “they’re right ther pointing at the menu. I am completely unhappy with our experience and i don’t know if i would ever return. The bill and the band was awesome but the service was absolutely terrible and the waitress should at least put a fake smile at work . If she would have at least given a decent service i would’ve tipped very well. Better service = better tips and she gave the bare minimum.

Since they only serve all their drinks, including beer in plastic cups, we chose to leave even though we were really Jonesn for some great steaks and barbecue. 🙄

Decent-ish versus good service made this a 3 star versus a 4-5star. The food was decent. Security staff was very kind & knew the area to recommend places for the rest of our time here in Ocean city.

I took my 4 kids here. After getting our soft drinks, we started to order. 3 of my kids are teens but eat like toddlers as far as food choice. They could only find something on the kids menu: nuggets and pizza. The waitress stopped me and said only 10 and under can order off kids menu. I asked if they had adult portions of those items. She said no. We had no choice but to leave. We had to pay for the drinks. I asked for to go cups and never got them.

This place was great! I came with a group of girls for some bachelorette fun. The drinks were great. The music was great. I would give a 5 but the man who operates the mechanical bull is the absolute worst. I was in line for a VERY long time so I was able to watch how he operates. For the staff it was a smooth ride. For some men and women it was normal. But for others he’d jerk the controllers violently. That’s why they fall off in less than 10 seconds. A total waste. I didn’t fall. I was so disappointed that I jumped off before he made me injure something. I get married in 3 days. It wasn’t worth it. But if I could press charges for that type of abuse I would. I broke 2 nails holding on. He was visibly angry. He was rude and dismissive. We were there on 7/9/22. Aside from the mechanical bull operator everyone was great! We had a blast. He needs to be re-educated in his profession. I’ve been on mechanical bulls. I’m not overreacting. He’s going to hurt someone.

MUST READ TRUE FACTS: I saw the place driving through Ocean City so it looked awesome, fun and the food sounded ok. We walked in and there was only a few tables and a lot of empty room and hardly any people. So we ordered our food. It took an hour just to get fried pickles and an hour and thirty minutes to get 2 pulled pork sandwiches that where cold. On top of that there was horrible waiter/waitress service. My other friends sitting at another table ordered at the same time, they never got anything and they ordered before us!! Also not to mention they where out of a lot of other things we wanted and there response was “we’ve been like this all day” no sorry no nothing. We got the manager got our money back and will never return again.

I love this bar!! ❤ I was there last night. I had an awesome time! They had Bull Riding, but I didnt have the guts to try it. They also had karaoke. I got to sing 2 songs. Would loved to have sang more. Had a very good crowd and a lot of singers. I got to meet new friends. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. I would go back there whenever I happen to be in the area again.

Food was delicious. Im very picky about my cole slaw and it was great. Service also fantastic. Will return next time in OC.

Got the filet steak. The steak was mediocre. Not worth $36, truthful it was only a $22 steak.Along with that the potatoes came out cold. Not room temperature cold, refrigerator cold. Asked for warm mashed potatoes and they brought room temperature mashed potatoes back. Server didn’t pay much attention to us until the end when it came for payment/tip. There is an extreme shortage of workers right now so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. My families food was good otherwise.

Nice party atmosphere but the food is subpar for the price. Overcooked steak and ribs that were inedible, but the chicken was very good. I felt bad for our waitress a lady almost had her almost in tears over the food. She was a nice kid,who did a great job and the food wasnt her fault

Very clean. Food was great. Is crab cakes ahead in 4 days. Pullef pork has great flavor. Drinks were great. people were great. Family-friendly for dinner. party friendly after dinner. You got to ride the bull. Friday night is Ladies night, they Ride the bowl for free. We enjoy the dinner and had a great time

My biggest complaint about this place is that their menu is so much smaller than what they have online. With so many restaurants to choose from I went on line and this restaurant had an extensive menu, something for everyone. When we got there, complete disappointment to find their menu was very small. We still gave it a shot. My shrimp po boy wasnt good at all, first my whole meal was cold and my po boy was just a little lettuce and tomato (doesnt constitute a poboy). The only plus was the waitress was very nice. But this place is not worth it at all especially with so many places to choose from

Best bbq in Ocean City! Such a unique restaurant too. Im sure this place is a lot of fun when theres no health crisis. The place is huge, with a large outdoor bar in a courtyard and a mechanical bull too!! The food was cooked perfect. The baked beans, the mashed potatoes, the smoked cream corn.... the best Ive ever had!!

If I could give it a lower star than this I would.Terrible experience. When the 2 out of 3 of my party got our food we had no silverware and when we got some after 20 mins some of the wraps only had a knife in them.My friend hadn’t got his food for at least an hour and when we asked they said they “messed it up” and had to remake it.when we received the steak it was so raw it was cold. After we finished our first drinks we sat there without drinks even after asking multiple times. This place charges top prices for mediocre food and terrible service. EDIT:Still sitting and waiting for the bill and they are letting people smoke WEED IN THE RESTAURANT.

Food was okay except a lot of things are not on the real menu get. One guest could not get a salad because “most” items were not available. Our server Jenna was very nice. The positive is we did get our food quickly.The hostess seemed nice at first, but then I guess we rubbed her the wrong way. Not sure what we did to her that her attitude changed. She kept turning her head and looking at my wife. It was very strange looks that she gave and it became uncomfortable.I had to sit at the end of a long table with a chair. It was inconvenient because people kept running into me due to it being a high traffic area. At one point, the hostess thought it was funny.Probably will not come back the next time we visit. Mainly because of the hostess!

Great food, good service, easy to walk to central location. We felt very safe in the patio with masks worn by everyone out of a seat. Food was pricey, but honestly we will probably go back the food was good enough (dont mind paying more for a great steak or smoked brisket).

This is not a restaurant. It is a bar.Service was just ok.My meal came out with a hair on it. She took it back and truly looked like the same plate of fries.I got the cheesesteak. Well it was missing all ingredients except the meat and cheese.And I am sure that the bartender, who was our server, was high on something!

The service was terrible. We upgraded on sides and did not receive them till after our meals. Drinks got screwed up and not what we ordered. Some food was really burnt. The salt & pepper shakers were filled with water and we didnt know that so it poured all over the food and couldnt eat it. We were never asked to refill water. I know servers can be understaffed and I put that into consideration but there was too much wrong for one visit. We waited for 40 min to be seated and we only ate the food due to being very hungry.

Pat from security did an amazing job with the bull!!! We went during the day with softball team . It was a blast!!!! And bartender JP was awesome and understanding. Great drinks while waiting for food and watching the bull ! Thank u for a memorable evening!! #velocityfamily🧡💙

Love this place when visiting OC! Bartender Trevor made me an amazing (still nameless) drink when I asked for something fruity but not tart! Absolutely loved it and cannot wait to back next year! Food was good, as well!

They try to over price the drink when you drunk. You can easy come here without .... not good music. Go here if you its your last chance

The owner is an absolute sweetheart and is all about customer service. Came for a Bach party and we had the time of our lives. Highly recommend the bartender Rob, he kept us laughing and made some bomba** drinks!

A sign stating to seat yourself would be helpful. We were inside but outside too, it was great.The fried pickles were thin cut and delicious.The crabcake sandwich was great, and the pulled pork needed more bbq sauce, but was definitely worth it. The music was extremely loud but nice.All in all, I enjoyed the experience.

Waitress was horrible, gave everyone wrong drinks, she stated they had no sugar for the lemonade?, AND when she totalled up the bills, she rounded up our totals!!! Ribs were terrible 😩, waited another 25 minutes for a salad...something is horribly wrong there; we wont go back!!!

Its bad!! Terrible management. Wait staff present tried but its apparent the leadership in this place is lousy. Took an hour to be seated for the meal. Then no one came to table. Not even a we are short staffed heres the menu. No eye contact or hello or anything. Multiple tables. I saw a somewhat designated manager but she was talking to security and bartenders - paid little interest to the tables not being tended. She and entire security staff even went out front for a group selfie. After 30 minutes I approached her and she did send someone over after 7 minutes. I was shocked she wasnt helping or filling in. Reduce your tables for Christ sake if you cant serve people with the staff you have available. Part of the driver of my terrible management comment. We were eventually served. Food was ok. Bartenders drinking behind the bar. Medium burger was burned. FF were hard. Sound in large room sucked. You could see guys working on it. There was a stench in the air and the floor was sticky. Hard telling when the bull and mat around it was cleaned. Not a good impression. I recommend you not go but its worth a stop in to see this sh#$ show. Youve been warned.

Edited to add: they’ve now added $40 to our bill and charged our card $130 instead of $90…Went with my family and expected just a bar vibe with good food, in turn, I got a warm salad and my dressing (supposed to be honey mustard) took an additional 10 minutes and got ranch instead. The fried pickle chips are coated in a sweet breading and is off putting compared to vinagery pickles. rest of the food was subpar. Not worth the $90 and damn near walked out without paying since we didnt get the check yet, something ive never felt like doing.

Im giving this 3 stars for the food alone, which was great. The service, however, left much to be desired. It took 10 minutes just to give our drink order. There were no beers on tap so I ordered a Bud Light which was served in a regular can and was lukewarm. My kids were getting fussy with how long it took to get our food but when it finally arrived it was great as previously stated.

The WORST service in ocean city! Waited 10 minutes before anyone even came over to take our order and another 20 to get food. My husband and I both ordered the cheesesteak. The only good thing about it was the bread and the cheese, the meat was fatty and flavorless. The lettuce and old and wilted, the tomatoes were too soft like they were going bad. My husband asked for jalapeno and his and was charged and extra $3.00 for them. Our server never came back to refill our drinks. The music is WAY too loud for a dining environment, not to mention its outdoor seating and you have to deal with the elements and all the bugs while trying to enjoying a lackluster meal. So if youre looking for a good place to get a good meal Id suggest staying far away from here.

Waitress was very nice. Front manager very nice. Kitchen and general manager need to go back to school. Put a waitress on the floor by herself on 1sr night, no training. Kitchen took back steaks and rinsed them with water and sent them back out. After we sent them back again after undermining manager food was sent back out with no sides at all. Horrible place to eat.

Servers were great, food and atmosphere 2 stars. Where to start, called Cowboy Coast Saloon, decorated like an old British fort! I didnt see any western decore, food was terrible unless you want it drenched in sauces. Again mostly burgers no entrées under 40.00 per person.

The food is ok. The brisket ($23) is not fork tender as advertised, but was seasoned perfectly. An order of the salmon ($18) required additional bbq sauce because the inside was not seasoned at all. So, the cost doesnt match in my opinion. The smoked cream corn and mashed potatoes were perfection. The hostess was warm and accommodating! The server was attentive. The environment was friendly. Id return but only with a burger type appetite.

Horrible service! We have eight people and walked down to the restaurant to make a reservations- because we couldnt get in touch of anyone over the phone. Afterwards, however, the hostess called me back and said they cancelled our reservation and are not seating anyone else for the entire night!!!??? What kind of foolishness is this???? Absolutely terrible!!! Mind you...I am a lawyer by trade and my family was very respectful and just wanted to eat dinner. We found this very disrespectful and poor service. We will never spend our money here or go there ever. They were not expecting a huge event or were they crowded. We strongly feel this was a racial issue. ZERO STARS!!!

The food is horrible, read on. We should have kept walking when we saw the sign kitchen help needed. The waitress we had was very friendly. We mentioned to her that the floor was extremely slippery and her reply to our comment was they must have used the kitchen mop to clean the floor and they should redo before they get busy. My wife and I cringed when people walked by and almost fell. Especially the lady with a cane. The food on the other hand was horrible. Im not sure how they are still in business. My wifes brisket was very tough and tasteless and I had the half chicken and ribs. The waitress noticed how bad my ribs were and had to bring me a second round without me even asking. My chicken was so dry I couldnt finish it, it was almost non edible. The only good thing was the salad and fries. Will never go back and wont be surprised to see them out of business sooner than later.

Wouldnt have taken my daughter if I understood the atmosphere so caution to families with young children...heavy drinking, adult bar with scantily dressed women. The food was good and our server was amazing. Staff let us exit to the parking lot to protect innocent eyes and minds

Our server was very nice but the food was not good. Steaks were not available - which was the whole reason we came here. We were told they could only order 30 steaks a week. The fried pickles didn’t taste very good - just tasted like breading and were bland. Pulled pork was very salty, as was the chicken in the Southwest Chicken Pasta. The mashed potatoes were very dry - almost like they had just scooped out the inside of a baked potato and put it in a bowl. The Fire Grilled Chicken Sandwich had too much dry rub. Just overall disappointed.

My husband and I went to oc for our honeymoon and stumbled across this gem. The food is amazing. Tyler was our waiter and he was outstanding! I highly recommend the Filet steak. It just melts in your mouth and tasted better than any high end steakhouse steak. We also got the cowboy juice and with just two of those we were feeling pretty good.i highly recommend checking this place out!!

I had the one of the best rack of ribs ever. They were so delicious! My husband had the ribeye cheese steak sandwich which was very good. Atmosphere and wait staff very nice. Pleasant evening dining there.

The server was very nice however when we got there we were told the kitchen was closed for 30 min and asked of wed like a drink. Then they kept serving steaks and other food to others sitting there. The atmosphere was not very friendly when we first arrived either. Would not recommend!

Eh - food was alright, nothing special but good. Atmosphere was cool with fun vibes. The mechanical bull was entertaining to watch. Servers were efficient & attentive. Dining space was eh.

The staff in the front of the house were great - friendly, helpful, accommodating, and attentive. The atmosphere was what I would expect to be typical for a beach saloon - nice mix of indoor and outdoor space, loud patrons, etc. The food was not good though. The burger that was ordered medium-well was all but burnt and served on a hard bun. Many of the shrimp on the fried shrimp platter still had tails that had been battered and fried. The slaw on the BBQ chicken salad was off putting and sour tasting. The cheesesteak subs had too little meat and far too much beer cheese sauce, which also tasted abnormal. The only things that did taste as expected, good even, were the fries, the kids chicken tenders, and the shrimp po boy.

Terrible service. Salad came out late when requested early. No dressing. Drinks were watered down. Attempted to charge for draft beer. Wife saw them pouring it from an opened can. Had to change waitress mid service. Steak was average at best.Was not offered any sort of comp. Just informed waitress was new. It was busy. Normal excuses. Picked this place out for our anniversary and could hardly have been anymore disappointed. 😓Didnt want to fight with them in front of my wife during our anniversary. So letting others know of our experience instead.

We waited much, much longer than told for a table, which is understandable to a point - but once seated, it was as if we didnt exist at all. After a 30 minute wait for anyone to even approach our table with menus, my husband got up to say something. Finally a server came over to give us menus and take our drink orders. Imagine how long wed have waited if my husband had not taken action?! Shameful.

Food is good. Portions are big. The restaurant is open air and offers little reprieve from the heat and humidity. Overall a decent experience.

Place was a fun atmosphere, country music DJ, bull riding, we had a blast, little issues with our dinner but the staff was quick to fix it. Would return again.

Bishopville apparently no longer considered local? A cover charge just for there to not even be toilet paper in the disgusting bathrooms? Don’t waste your time here it’s filthy.

The wings were excellent. I had a ribeye steak which was cooked well but the sauce on it didnt go great with it. We asked for the drink of the day for the happy hour special and then got the check and was charged full price. Our waiter recognized his mistake by telling us the wrong drink and forgetting they had a special and fixed our bill which we appreciated very much. Overall very good experience and would definitely go back.

Nice big place for a beach town. The brisket cheese steak was tasty and decently priced. Beers seemed a little high priced for cans. The sound system for live bands could use some love it was hard to hear & understand the vocals the night we were there for both bands, instruments sounded fine.

The food was good for the most part. They didnt cook the steak as ordered but the taste was on point. Cream corn was nasty though. It was overly smokey. We thought the prices were high but not for the area. Every restaurant in the area was expensive

My sister and I had the best time. Merica was our bartender and he really made sure we enjoyed our first time in. Well be back!

My family and I stopped here for lunch and the food was awesome! I had the crab cake sandwich and the lump crab was falling out of the bun! Cole slaw was tasty on top. My kids had ribs, brisket sandwich and the cowboy burger and all 3 are the entire meal. Husband had a burger he said was really good. Service was a little slow but there was just one waitress working and she was very nice. Ed even powered up the electronic bull so the boys could test their riding skills!

Pretty good venue for normal events. We were there for a huge event and it was unbearably crowded and hot. Not nearly enough bartenders on hand to manage the crowd. My food was terribly overcooked, but my boyfriends was good (we had dinner before the event) but all in all, the staff was great, the drinks were good, and the entertainment was excellent. We went again for a smaller event and had an enjoyable evening :)

Terrible. They let me and my wife walk just because I wanted crispy chicken in my salad instead of grilled. I get that it’s busy out here so most places try substitutions at a minimum but that’s really not a difficult thing to swap out. Then I even tried just getting a regular salad and paying extra for the chicken tenders and she wouldn’t even let me do that. So I decided to go elsewhere. Funny thing is, as up tight as she was about the rules once I decided to say screw it she told us not to worry about paying for the sweet tea I had gotten.

Steak tasted like lighter fluid. The serve was horrible took an hour to get out food and the waiter came twice to check on us.

The food on the website is not whats on the menus now. Theres only ten things. the service was kinda slow. You have to seat yourself and the entrance isint specified. People there refuse to help when asked about where the entrance was. Cheese was liquidey and the fries were tolerable, though very greasy. Couldnt finish my cheesestake sandwich because it didnt taste very good. They use big meat chunks on the cheesestake instead of shaving them. Would not recommend. We wont be going back here.

Best wings in town, great sauce and juicy! Four of us ate here and everyone loved their dish. Food was fresh, from scratch snd service was great! Will return. Fun western environment!

If country is your scene then this is your place to go. When I’m at the shore I like to be at spots that give that beach/island feel. This just isn’t it. They draw a large crowd on the weekends and it has a large party vibe, but it’s just not my scene. Drinks are okay but are on the weaker side. It’s personal preference but this place just isn’t my cup of tea.

Great food here in a casual atmosphere. Delicious Apps, BBQ and Porterhouse are fantastic. They are also one if the only places to eat after 9pm. They also have a mechanical Bull if your feeling up for a ride. Definitely be back here on our next visit. 👍

The food was delicious. Our server wasnt the most attentive. But the bar tender was awesome. I ordered a steak and asked for medium well but was sent medium rare twice.

I was rather disappointed with the food. However as a nightclub this place is awesome. If I had just went there to party I would have given it five stars, but we ate there before the club started and the food and service were both subar. We had a group of seven and not a single person was happy with their food. We all ordered different items from the menu.

Nice entertaining venue with bull riding lots of space and bars.Music is ok.Outside areas to smoke is a plus.

We went here two times. The first time was so good we just had to come back before leaving. The second time was not the same. Our waitor was very rude. We asked what kind of draft beers they carried. He told us they didnt have draft beer. Even though the sign clearly said $1 draft beers for ladies. So we said forget it and just drank water.  We were so disgusted with our service the second time around. Very disappointed, even though service was excellent the first time. The only thing good about our second experience was the food.

The food here is amazing! Loved the atmosphere and how nice the staff is. We will definitely come back. Only thing they need to work on is getting the orders completely correct, other than that, this is definitely a great place to eat a delicious big meal with friends.

Food was decent. I’ve had much better BBQ elsewhere but that’s not the complain I have about this place.1-hostess was missing so we waited about 10 minutes before getting asked “How Many”. The bartender was asking if we have been helped yet. Hostess decided to hang out with a friend and ended up walking around the building and did whatever she did. Then came back and asked “how many” and then found a table for us.2-food was decent BBQ. But I ordered becausemy food and I was missing an item, usually no big deal. Ask the waitress about it when she dropped off the food. Nothing happened. About 2 mins later, asked the waiter about it. No big deal. About 5 mins later, asked about it again. Nothing. Another 5 mins (I’m halfway down with my meal) and he said he will go check on it. I just stopped caring at this point and the waiter knew and I was ready to go and just pay the bill. But he brought my item out. My wife’s brisket was burnt and was a bit dry.3-the kitchen has to shut down they couldn’t handle the food orders. Probably 4 families seated after we were seated but they could not keep up. Another family just stood up and walked out. We ordered around the same time and we were halfway done before they even got their food. They were also seated a good 5-10 mins before us.Let’s get to the good part of the restaurant-corn on the cob was good and water was good.Save your money and go elsewhere. If you don’t mind the issues and decent BBQ, this is your place.

Went here tonight to grab food on the way home. The staff was nice but we waited 45 minutes for a to go order. Then when we got home the brisket was basically so over done it was 4 pieces of beef jerky.As a side note, the outdoor bar was swarming with people who weren’t wearing masks. I guess it’s not a pandemic here.

Went there for my girlfriend birthday and had a good time. It also wasnt far from the hotel, drinks and food was good

Food was good and priced like you would think. The beer was cold and the girls were plenty. The bull was fun to watch the dj spun some good tunes. The band was decent also.

Called multiple times and it went to voice-mail.Sent my husband over to get carry out because their hours said they were open. Employees said despite their sign they werent offering take out or carry out.Ended up going in anyway because we had the craving for steak. Everything was dry and over cooked. Server was excellent tho. Attaching a picture of thier sign in hopes someone can bring clarity as to why they arent offering it.

Russ made us a great drink called blue Bugatti. Highly recommended if you like to have a good time

People were nice but food was horrible. We ordered soup but there was hair in it. We said excuse me once but no one came. Then we yelled it and still didnt come. Finally we got their attention. They redid it for us with exta crab. The wind blew almost all the menu away and we had to keep picking them up.

Great food. I commented to the executive chef that giving me a knife with the ribs was a complete waste as they were the fall off the bones variety. The sauce is very good; the barbeque beans would be worthy of a main dish billing; and my wifes brisket was flavorful and tender.The prices are more than reasonable, especially for a seasonal vacation destination.

Unfortunately we were not impressed. Rap party in the kitchen outperformed our county experience during dinner. The food was good but the drinks were weak. Boring decor and not very clean.

When we arrived we weren’t told there wasn’t a full menu so we waited an hour for a seat. Then when we were told there wasn’t any menus or steaks we got what we could and it was horrible we had the wings and shrimp as appetizer. The wings tasted like lotion and the shrimp tasted like plastic. Shortly after eating the wings and shrimp my sister threw up in napkins which they didn’t give when we were seated. We got everything for free but still horrible food. The only hood thing about this night was when we left without having to pay.

First time at location. Very spacious, cement flooring, outside location with different sections. Bartender mixed drinks with spoiled orange juice..but the shocker was he stated yeah, I thought the orange juice looked weird yet he continued to serve drinks using it. He did however accept all 3 drinks back

Amber is the best manager ever ! The staff is so friendly and will tend to whatever you need ! The bull was FUN! And the redneck Olympic Games were a BLAST! We stopped in for one drink and stayed the whole night bc the atmosphere and people were so nice and fun!

We tried it twice during our week in OC. The first issue is that they advertise drinks on Wednesday starting at .25 and going up every hour, but unless you SPECIFICALLY ASK for that price, you dont get it. The first night was ok... But, be prepared for flat out RUDE bartenders. We went back a second night, thinking maybe the horrible female bartender at the front bar was just having a bad night the day before (both myself and my daughter, who was with us, have tended bar on & off for many years, so we get it), but that clearly was not the case. The second night was ladies night and packed. We stood in line while the previously mentioned female bartender was rude and argumentative with EVERY person she served. We, of course, went to the other side of the bar thinking the young man over there HAD to be better than the other girl. We were wrong. He served a girl across the bar TWO wrong drinks, told her to just drink it, it tastes the same, and when she refused, he angrily dumped her drinks and literally tossed the new ones at her. I COMPLETELY understand the stress of bartending in a crazy busy bar with annoying 21 year olds that cant handle their liquor; however, youre being paid to do a job. If you dont want to or cant handle that job, do everyone a favor and change careers. While it is slightly amusing to watch drunk people fall off the mechanical bull, I can NOT recommend this place. Over-priced drinks, over-crowded bar, HUGE line for the rest room, the crowd is 21 (we were there for less than an hour and security broke up THREE fights), and the bartenders are not only slow, but VERY rude. Go to MR Ducks, Pickles Pub, Fagers Island or The Purple Moose, instead.

Location is closed indefinitely really wanted to experience it.

Our experience was the worst. I asked for the porterhouse to have extra seasoning and it had none. We ordered a steak and cheese it came late and we was told the kitchen missed it. I would not recommend this place at all. The service was trash. We were here for wine on this beach and this experience was horrible.

If i’m being honest, this was the worst place you can go to eat. at first, the scenery is very nice. when it came to service. it took 25 mins for a drink. and another 30 for food. the steak was only fat, and tuff. the pulled pork was cold, and the wing sauce was only oil. my water had a white residue on it. and not to mention... all six of us were unsatisfied. i hope this helps. save yourself a trip and please don’t go here.

After a long 3 hours on the road from Philadelphia to O.C we stopped here to eat before checking in to our hotel needless to say they had the back patio opened (which you can enter by the parking lot) but were told we had to go around the building to properly enter and then wait about a few minutes to be seated. There were only 3 familys and 2 waitresses with only one of the waitress doing the seating and taking orders while the other one did nothing. I think its pointless to have the customers walk around the building and then wait to be seated when the back patio doors are opened and theres no one in the front entrance to even seat you! The overall food was bland. The waitress got my order wrong came to tell me they no longer had what she thought I ordered and even so when I corrected her and told her what I originally wanted, she proceeded to say it wasnt available. What I dont understand is how it took so long to serve us but another family that got there 20 minutes after received our order first. Then to make it worse only 3 of my family members received there orders and I had to wait a good 30 minutes for mine! Our sodas were flat and the fries were on the stale side. The only thing good was the burger but even the burger lacked in seasoning which ketchup greatly compensated. Overall I dont recommend this place. Staff was not at all friendly, bathroom was nasty and they should have a staff that actually Works as opposed to twiddling there thumbs! FYI we saw a couple who entered thru the patio side and were already inside the restaurant told they had to turn around and go thru the proper front entrance. That couple did the smart thing and left!

After a long night of traveling out of town and looking for somewhere to eat, my friends and I decided we wanted to eat at this restaurant. Because it was getting late, we spoke to the host on the phone who told us we would have plenty of time to eat upon arrival. Clearly this was a miscommunication error on the host’s part because when we showed up, we were told that food was no longer being served. If that was the case we could’ve went elsewhere. So we got up to go speak to the host, but before we could even approach him, security stopped us. We told him about the incident and he said he couldn’t help up which was obvious bc we never spoke to him, we spoke to the host so he got aggressive when we insisted that we speak with the person who gave the information to us over the phone and out of nowhere he bursts out yelling and everyone in the restaurant was looking around so we ended up turning around to leave and he shouts, “YOU’RE GOING THE WRONG WAY!” At this point, we were very uncomfortable and he was very unprofessional. We still never got to talk to a manager or the host, so I’m leaving a review in hopes that someone on the staff sees this and addresses the rest of the staff to be professional and respectful, especially to patrons willing to spend their money at this entity.

We had VERY POOR SERVICE! We waited for a table for at least 30 mins but once we were seated we waited another 30 mins to be greeted by any staff. Then just got drink orders. Waited a long time for the drinks then had to request menus. Any request took FOREVER! The food was not great and was cold when we got it. It was not cheap. I will not return.

I only went one time, the area where the bull stood smelled like urine, the chairs designed are not meant for customers to relax and stay a while, the chair were high seated with no bar stools and very uncomfortable; most of all if you are not a smoker you will not be able to enjoy the place neither, the smoking was really bad esoecially around the bar and band area, over all i give the experience 2 thumbs down for the high seats with no bar stools, the urine smell around the bull area and the smoking

This place is absolute trash. Service is awful and the ribs were beyond bland and lame. How on earth do you mess up ribs at a BBQ place. Steer clear this place is a nightmare and I was HIGHLY disappointed

It was OK. The prices were to expensive for what we got. The wait staff was friendly but slow. My drink was awesome while my husbands was not he got a simple Jim bean and mountain dew and it tasted like a regular dew. The building was clean and really neat.

The cheese steak sandwich and shrimp Po-boy sandwich were skimpy and mainly just bread with very, VERY little flavor. Server was very nice; but food was cheap and not worth the money!

It was a good time I enjoy all music and the dj there this past Saturday on 6.4.22 did all of that.. country hip hop pop played it all. prices were good as well it was a 10$ cover charge

The drinks were watered down, asked for Sprite and was served nasty seltzer water, our plates seemed to have been sitting there pre cooked.and dry as heck. Then when my order made its way out it wasnt cooked properly. Horrible place to eat at. Dont waist your time with this place your better off getting fast food.

Food was really good but I feel horrible for the wait staff. The owner is an individual who will not speak to the customers when there are issues. It took a really long time to get our food because this owner said our party was too large. I will not be coming back. We tried it based on mixed reviews and Im sorry to say it leans towards the negative reviews

Bar tender was rude when we only ordered one drink and told us to take our drink elsewhere. We then got water and tried to stand somewhere else and got yelled at by another employee for standing near the door, we told him it was water, he said “too bad sit stand somewhere else”. They kicked us out of every spot we tried to stand and wait to get seated. Don’t go there, not one polite employee.Edit: We also saw the bald bartender pull out his bottom teeth, rinse it under the sink water, then put them back in.... then prepare drinks without washing his hands.

First time I have came by to dine in with my friends was excellent service didn’t feel unwanted. After that day always wanted to come back then yesterday I was very disappointed the bartender treated me with so much attitude and disrespect as if I’m trash or dirty. I asked her a simple question she said “hoe would I know I’m just a bartender” I was born and raised in America just because I’m Hispanic doesn’t mean I have to be treated with so much disrespect.I will never come back. I know I may be one person but as a bartender host a server shouldn’t treat people like that.

New Year’s Eve was a great time with an awesome band!

We went to the cowboy coast saloon last night for dinner with our kids. Two of our kids have food allergies and the chef was amazing. He checked all the ingredients and made sure that there was no cross-contamination. The food was excellent and the mechanical bull was a blast!

We wanted to give this venue a try since my group of four had never been there. While waiting for our drinks to be made we were treated very inappropriately by a bartender that hadnt even waited on us; the bartender proceeded to glare at us and eventually told us to leave. We paid $40 to get in, only to be treated rudly and told to get out by this bartender. The bartender ruined our 1st trip so we left and went elsewhere. I wouldnt recommend this to ANY of my friends.

The food was fantastic but the service was somewhat lacking they got something wrong then forgot to fix it then when they gave me boll after 15 minutes i finally had to flag the girl to take my check it was her tip going down by the minute. I would recommend the food though everything was very good.

Best wings Ive got to try in ocean city so far. Got bacon wrapped shrimp and a burger. All the food was excellent. The bartender was very nice and friendly. Will definitely go back again.

We went there for dinner on September 17th at 4:30 after we were seated no one came to wait on us. After 20 minutes we just left. Very poor service so sad for a business especially on bike weekend!😢

Wish I could give them 0 stars! Sign out front read 75 cent drafts, but waitress said they only sell cans of beer. That is, after we had a waitress come over. Ordered an orange crush. Orange was bitter and tasteless and was 80% vodka. The only thing I did like was the crispy buffalo brussel sprouts. Terrible service. Terrible drinks and overpriced

My husband and I ate here twice now once in June and July and enjoy everything about this place and we had the same waitress both times; she’s very sweet and so was the staff . Will be definitely going back.

I love to read the reviews before I try a place. I dont understand why Cowboys has a 3.8. Staff was great and the food was awesome. Ribeye was on the money as well as the crab cakes. Definitely will be back if I ever come back this way.

Gr8 service and no complaints about the food. Would of liked to experience the party night life and think it would of been one of our better experiences. But we were on vacation n didnt want to drink n drive.

First time here was yesterday 9/11/17...Food was so delicious!!! New York strip was cooked Well done and still nice and tender....the loaded potatoes and stringbeans were the BEST i ever had!!!! Everything on one big plate instead of in several different dishes taking up so much table space like Texas Roadhouse..This is definitely my favorite Steakhouse now... gotta get back there SOON before they close for the season!!!!!!!

Ordered 2 dinners exactly the same first one came out ice cold and she finished hers before mine came out raw 10 mins later!🤬

The server was really nice and sweet HOWEVER... I’m pretty sure the food and drinks sold are mostly all pre packaged and frozen. Wife and I found hairs in our food and and brisket was DEFINITELY pre packaged. Wouldn’t waste time or money on this place.

Just an awful experience, the waitress ignored all but one of the women in our group. What kind of place doesnt serve draft beer at The tables, maybe the horrible waitress just didnt want to work for her paycheck. The service was slow and none of the food came out together... I suggest finding somewhere else to go.

We were here with my family after mid-day on June 28, Sunday as we were checking in at the Holiday Inn. My son has a disability and with underlying issues and because we saw they have an outdoor dine in and nobody seemed to be outside, we decided to choose the place for our lunch. We were wearing masks and our server met us and he was very nice. With Covid-19, we expect for him to wear face mask when serving customers. HE WAS NOT AT ALL! While the servers inside were all wearing masks. Even if we are outside, talking to us with our orders facing down to our faces, how will we know he is safe or we are safe? I did not want to do this but I want others to know to dine outside, BE CAREFUL. We presumed each one of us maybe asymptomatic.

Inside or outside seating spacious restaurant. Full bar menu. Food was good as were the portions. Service was good and attentive. The menu had a nice variety of food from salads to ribs. The chicken was great!

I would give a ZERO If there was an option. The bartender seemed to be having a bad day or something and wasnt friendly at all. The hostess seemed like she was full of herself. Told us our wait would be 30 mins...we waited an hour, then asked how much longer, she avoided the question and didnt give us a sturdy answer, not even an apology! We left. Never will we go back or recommend it. Mind you, this is a Tuesday evening, we went a few blocks over to Philips, theyre much busier here and we walked straight in the door and got seated within 15 seconds. Go to Philips restaurant and dont even bother wasting your time on that cowboy crap!!!

Terrible. Service was very slow, only a few tables being served by a few waitresses. Our waitress was slow, waited 15mins for the checks to be brought out wrong (didnt complain) , then waited 20 Mins to get our change. The food was brought out to some of us cold, most of the food was terrible, super super salty, and a lot of their menu was not available after ordering. Terrible.

Far and away the worst experience at a restaurant. Starter salad came out and had to wave waitress down 15 minutes later for more dressing. Never checked on us. Steak was overcooked and when I notified the waitress the manager came out to debate with me. Obviously hes never eaten a medium steak bc a very thin line of red isnt medium. Baked potato was cold and didnt come with butter. Had to ask another waitress to get us freezing cold butter on our cold potato so that didnt work either. Once we were done our awful meal it took over 20 minutes to get the check. Waitress walked by repeatedly but never once checked on our table or even looked in our direction but did decide to have a 10 minute conversation with her friends at another table while we sat at a fully cleared table. If you have a choice between this place and overcooked hotdogs at 7/11, go with the hotdogs.

Not much good to say. The food was below average, but the service did their best to make up for the unappetizing food. The brisket was dried out and the crab chowder was missing crab. The kids pasta was penne with Ragu. The server did an excellent job making up for the food. The Cowboy Fries were the only highlight of the night

Good food and quick service was impressed thought it was going to be a dive bar but was pleasantly surprised

Fun place! I havent sang Karaoke in YEARS, but the staff and atmosphere was fun!

First time at this location, the attention to new walk-ins was less than professional, short staff no hostess, so I feel the bar tender who was facing the entrance should have created be customers and she didnt, the security person addressed us and was extremely friendly and helped us after waiting over an hour for a table the only person that has any conversation with us was the security person, pleasant young man, not even a wait staff or manager was helpful at all, couple of people had left because of the lack of attention, the waiter after being seated did his best to keep us happy, the food was delicious once we received it, conclusion retrain the bartender or fire her, get a manager that intermingles with customers and helps them out, and clean the place up, the kitchen staff get a phenomenal job, fix the front end and youll be great the owner should look into a manager that handles customers, overpriced for the experience we had,,

First time visiting on my bachelorette weekend. Had a blast riding the mechanical bull but Davion really made my entire weekend. My best friend lost her phone, we left the bar at 2am because they told us that it would be best to come back the next day to check for it after cleaning. Davion found the phone, called my number (I had called a million times previous to this) and dropped it off to where we were staying at. Absolute most genuine person I have met down here! Give this man a raise! Hes the best ever. ❤️

Food was just ok, the beer selection was terrible. The service was mediocre and the bathrooms were dirty. And Im not a terribly fussy person! We did tip the waitress well as this place is obviously horribly mismanaged and shes a young foreigner whos likely had poor training.

Ive ate here twice..never really impressed with it. The first time it was so busy it took forever to get seated. The second time it was completely dead but the food isnt anything special. The steak is good. Service isnt great.

Fun and lively. We came when they had 25 cent drafts. Pretty watered-down beer, but 25 cents cant even buy you a bottle of water in this town so enjoy your wattery beer, I sure did.

We were told our wait would be 20 minutes which baffled me as I counted 9 open tables and ended up being almost 40 as I watched 3 groups wall out waiting. I stayed cause it looked like a quality place but all fluff. The chew off the bone tough ribs were super salty and pepper and the sauce was something store bought just awful and the home made slaw if thats what it was was drowning in some tasteless cream. Not that Id think it was a good idea but the pizza was a French bread style with las sauce (or equivalent) like something you get from a backyard festival which I expected but still. Fries were decent but as I waited for our food I watched 3 more groups walk out. Not to mention when asked if why I didnt like the food her reply was well Im very sorry to hear that. In any other town or restaurant they take it off the bill but apparently theyre hurting (even though they shouldnt be) but just awful service with awful food. Something else I noticed that Even on a Saturday night with Ocean City absolutely packed, there was hardly anyone there not even enough people drinking to fill up one small bar (and I think they have 4 total).

Food was very good. Kate was our waitress and did a pretty decent job. I would not recommend going to this restaurant. The owner would not even address the delivery of the good which took around an hour. Go somewhere else.

This place is very good I loved the food I ordered the filet steak and it was great! The mashed potatoes for a side I would highly reccomend they were delicious. Our server was very chill he even gave us free fried pickles😁 & we got right in no wait.

Worst service I have ever had. Waiter did know the menu. He was also very pushy when we were ordering and when we were asking for the bill. We also sat at the table for about 10 minutes before he came to take our order.

We seen Gretchen Wilson here. Staff was really awesome. Great space with open area! They have a smoking area...They get great bands. So much fun. We have more fun here then at secrets.

I was just at this place with my family and could feel that we weren’t wanted or welcomed so we left immediately. The staff are extremely racist and we wont be back!!

Nice bar with a good location prices are a little higher then expected but usually having karaoke or bands playing there. I seen walk of shame play there. They put on a good show bit there was also only 7 or 8 people when I was there

The only clean place to eat in ocean city. Also, if you want to have fun, you dont need anywhere else than here.

I got thrown from their mechanical bull and landed on the UNPADDED wooden bar surrounding the bull. bruised five ribs, sprained my wrist and my pelvis. paid thousands of dollars in medical bills. this was after begging the bull operator to please take it easy on me because I had a big job coming up. so, yeah, I’d say one star.

Nothing like whats on the website. Restaurant is not country at all Saloon is. Bartender couldnt even tell us when the music in the Saloon starts. Food was great, but menu is limited from the website. Very misleading.

This place is very racism very disrespectful & poor service also the hostess let us seat dirty table. The food is good but all the services we got it makes the food nasty.
