Do not skip the hot stones!! My first visit, got off to a rocky start when the masseuse spent the first 10 minutes dry rubbing and didnt hear me the first time I asked her to go softer. I also didnt really get a chance to acknowledge my problem areas/didnt get much time on the lower back. But I left feeling incredibly relaxed and lovely. Will definitely be back for the great prices and hot stones.

Well took my mom to go get a full body massage. Walked in and she said the girl was going to be late . Went to the room got situated. FYI you can hear through the walls of the other store. music wasn’t even hearable . Massage wasn’t great . Yeah now I know why it’s cheap. Never going back -horrible experience…take it from me ! You won’t like it.

Cant beat this price! Make sure to tip them well because they are great! Kathy was very skilled and kind massage lady. I really needed the treatment felt so good. Loove the hot stones too. Will come back. thank you!

Fantastic. Adult daughter and I had 1 hour massages. Started out with a heated table, then Tom used his hands, forearms, and weight to massage all my sore spots. He used a great oil that didnt have a heavy scent. Hot stones on neck and shoulders were next. Then he used a warm damp towel to wipe any excess oil off. Thought my time was up when he asked me to turn over and massaged neck, shoulders, legs and feet. Soft music playing in background. Daughter was on next table. It was wonderful. Only small issue was he had to stop and answer the phone. For this high quality work at a decent price, the phone call did not ruin my experience . I will be going back. Such a great place and close to my house.

I have gone to Ruby Spa for several months and always get a great massage. I told Jenny today that my lower back was sore and she worked on it for several minutes. Even though it hurt a little bit, my back feels much better tonight. Jenny is the best and she knows her skill . . . I always get a 90 minute massage! Besides a great massage, the price is reasonable.

Ive been getting monthly foot massages for 10 years decidedand decided to try this place last week due to great reviews. Their 1 hr $45 ft massage was the worst ive ever had. Chairs are not flat but inclined...therefore, no flipping over to your stomache which is normally expected. She spent 20 minutes lightly rubbing each foot which was a waste. No legs or glutes or traps and neck. Normally the best part of a foot massage and normally $30-$40. GROTTO SPA IN CARLABAD OS THE ABSOLUTE BEST IVE FOUND

I found this spa to be questionable in their cleanliness. To start off the front door looked grimey , then the hallway rug was very dingy. Once, I got in the room, I was immediately concerned about the blanket. I actually had a rash on my stomach after the massage. I dont recommend this place.

Very good 👍 massage, they the massuse, really get into your muscles and bones. Inside is clean and quiet, the staff however dont speak good English, that can be awkward at times, staff needs to learn English better to communicate exactly needs of customer. Right?? But overall very good , well go back again.😎😎🤗💵

I travel all over the United States and every time we stop in different towns I always try to find a nice place to give me a good full body massage this is the second place I went to since I’ve been here in Oceanside California area and the massage was nice but I have had better the two places I went to here in Oceanside area nice and friendly but the ladies pretty much seem to all they do is rub your body I would like to find a place that’s going to give me a nice deep tissue massage work my whole body my upper back my legs the whole 9 yards will I go back to this place again yes but I will be looking for another place that does a real nice full body massage

Tried to use an expired Groupon at 40 weeks pregnant and they said they would not honor the amount paid for the voucher, which is illegal. The promotional value expires, but the amount of money paid never expires. Not amused.

I go here for a foot massage at least once a month for the last three years. I have only been disappointed once, and that employee no longer works there. I always feel relaxed when I leave and they are so friendly.

Great prices and they always seem to have availability. It is your typical Asian place, so nothing fancy inside. But they are an upstanding business, no funny stuff at the end.

Clean place Melissa I believe that was her name she did a pretty good job I will definitely come back .. she took me right away but I made sure to call first if they had a spot yes they did so as soon as I came in and had everything ready for me
