The men who run this store are rude and misogynistic. They lie & dont honor warrenty. A product I bought from them broke and they refused to replace it. They told me to go get the charger and they would replace the full product. I came back with a male friend. Then they decide they will only give a refund and told me they would never sell us another electronic as if it was my fault it broke after 2 weeks when there’s a 3 month warranty.They only spoke to him, accused me of cursing them, and didn’t make eye contact with me once. I went to another smoke shop to rebuy the product & I am pretty sure this shop was selling knock offs because the one I got from the new shop had a paper inside that verified authenticity which this shop didn’t provide.

I’ve been coming here for awhile and I always have a good experience! They always have what I’m looking for and are quick to help! I mostly see Nick and JR who make me feel welcome there (even just saying hey when I walk in/remembering my name) which means a lot to me! Nick is always happy to help, even when I take forever to make a decision, and JR always listens to what I want and makes good suggestions to make my experience better! Overall this is a place that (I feel) wants you to leave a happy customer and I always do! I would absolutely recommend coming here!

Overall I love this place but the woman behind the counter is very rude. She refused to sell me a vape. Even though I go in there every week almost. And tell them I dont have an ID. And there is never an issue unless it with her. I think its ridiculous and unprofessional that she recognizes my face and still says no.

They have everything you need. Best prices around. Great people. Joe and Nick are awesome. Nice, knowledgeable and very personable. They will spend the time to make sure you get what you want and need. Laid back environment, very comfortable and very accommodating. Dont hesitate to shop here. After trying other stores where they just try to sell you anything to make a sale, I only shop here now.

Honestly if I could give it 0 starts I would I got a vape from here twice that was 25 and after for days it started tasting like cotton and when I went back and told the guy he was like I’m not responsible they sell fake vapes that cost them lest then a dollar and sell it for 25

Friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Great place to go if you want to switch from smoking to vaping and dont know where to start. The staff isnt pushy, and care more about seeing you up with the right products than selling you things you wont need or like. Much better than the other place by the bridge that I wont name, who are so pushy, you dont want to go back. Its worth driving a few more minutes to go here.

Very very friendly... Reasonably good selection of cigars with some high-end as well ... dont know much about vaping things but they seem to have competent help and a very very large selection. lots of Lotto all customers seem genuinely happy maybe theyre all winners :-)

Ive been to plenty of vape shops in the NY area and this one is one of the best... No, THE best. Knowledgeable, friendly, and intuitive staff - theyve always homed in on the perfect flavors for me as well as the right equipment. Top-notch selection of juices and hardware. Prices are competitive and everything Ive bought has been authentic. Great shop for pros and beginners alike. Suggestions for beginners that Ive overheard have been spot on. This is my go-to vape shop.

Ive been there a few times. The guy Joe that works there is always on point (guy with the sun glasses). Ill only deal with him. Hes knowledgeable and fair priced. Easy to talk to and gives you straight honest answers.

Great selection of regular and salt e-liquids, for a great price especially for being a brick-and-mortar store. A lot of places say smoke and vape but they only carry Naked100 and a few more. This place has a lot of different brands, even more than some websites Ive been on.

Great experience with this Vape shop....went in there looking to get some sort of starting kit but I wasn’t sure which one. I just knew I did not want to smoke cigarettes anymore. The guy that runs the Vape part of it was patient with me, explained things I was unsure of, and answered all my questions without pushing me to buy anything. I’m satisfied customer that happily will drive past four or five other shops to get there when I need to stock up.

Jeremy, one of the employees behind the vape and vape oil counter, is a wonderful, helpful, polite person to deal with. He asks you what youre looking for, and then suggests the perfect product or products for you. All of his customers leave satisfied with their purchase. I am over at Shreeji Smoke Shop at least once a week saying hi to Joe and Nick and checking out what new things they just got in. I have been going to this shop for years and have never left disappointed. Whether you need vaping products, smoking products, Lotto, snacks, drinks, this smoke shop literally has it all. And if they dont have what you need, the Owner Nick is always willing to order for you. If youre looking for vaping products make sure to ask for Joe. He knows what you want before you know you want it. And hes never wrong! That man knows his stuff! What a good guy working there helpful polite funny and Very respectful I wont go anywhere Else now dont recall his name but and older guy working alone. He got me exactly what I wanted price was far and its now my go to spot. He even shook my hand thats a type of service you dont see no more.

Very Friendly staff and owners! Decent large size store containing a cigar room, various types of vapes and pipes. And has a sit down area for quick draw and lottery/ scratch off customers.

I bought juice here in a faulty bottle and it spilled in my pants pocket the next day, which ruined them. To make things worse, the manager wouldnt take the return because the bottle was half empty. Of course it was half empty. They justify it by pointing to a sign saying no returns. I asked for the owner, but hes in India. I was referred here by word of mouth, because they do have a nice selction, and guy behind the counter is helpful. But Ill be sure to provide word of mouth myself, starting here. The bottle retailed for $25, and while their cost should have been lower than that, now it may end up being a lot higher.

I love coming to this vape shop. They have a wide variety of baking flavors at reasonable prices. Joe is remarkable. He very personable and knowledgeable. Great place for a person new to vaping.

They are well stocked but the time I went there, the guy that should have waited on me decided to assist his co-worker helping two young ladies that had just walked in.

First of all Smoke & Vape DO NOT go together!95% of us who vape do so because weve QUIT smoking. Either your pro vape or pro smoking.... You cant be both...... Obviously this shop has no loyalties to the vaping community and is only in the vape game to make a quick buck! If youve quit smoking, then go to a vape shop that supports your quitting! Not some schmuck that will sell you a vape and a pack of cigarettes in the same breath.
