I had a wonderful massage with Jean at Massage Envy. She was prompt, friendly, listened to my concerns. Checked in as the massage went on if the pressure was okay! I have deep muscle cramping and soreness. She was able to work those tight spots and give me relief! Thanks Jean!

WOW !!! What a wonderful experience ! I went in for my first hydro facial and had the best experience ever. Alex was my esthetician and she was so informative with every step and the entire place was so professional and soothing I didn’t want it to be over. The hydro facial literally removed some lines and cleared my pores. If I saw this much change in one time I will definitely be back for more !!! Jean has shown me and my body that there is relief. Had me in tears yesterday cause of the relief she provided in my head neck and shoulders. I have been seeing her for a little over a month and my quality of life has definitely improved. Two thumbs up, 5 stars, top of the line… however you want to say it, you would be correct.

It was a spur of the moment kind of day and ended up with a place for real healing, can’t wait to go back! Would definitely recommend Debra, thankfully, I was able to fill one of her cancellations. Membership is worth it and hope to book with her again! Otherwise, will be goin back as much as my budget will allow it!

Dani is amazing!! She is very personable and works on all my hot spots. She is a top notch Massage therapist. I book my appointments months out so I make sure she is part of my well care!

Debra was amazing, she listened to my issues and used deep tissue techniques to get to the root of my problems! The deep tissue was exactly what I needed and she was extremely knowledgeable. I was able to get in last minute due to a cancellation she had that day. She is completely booked up, if you ever see a cancellation or a chance to get in with her take your opportunity!

Love being a member! Staff is always kind and attentive, they are incredibly knowledgeable and skilled, and lastly, I appreciate their clean and fragrance free establishment.

I didn’t realize that ordering an exfoliating foot add on would be done during the massage, I thought it was an add on and would be after the hour. I feel slightly cheated out of my hour. Massage felt good though.

I consider Cassie part of my care team for my multiple myeloma cancer. She knows the aches and pains that comes with it and adjusts accordingly. Also very aware of problem areas that we must avoid aggravating

Been a member of Massage Envy for many, many years. This was by far the worst massage I’ve had. Not horrible….but very substandard. This particular therapist has an unusual technique that’s Hard to describe…..but, at least for me, it was useless.

My appt only lasted 40 minutes not 50. Also, my aesthetician did not describe what she was doing at each step of my treatment

All staff members are friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. I’ve had fantastic experiences with every therapist I’ve worked with at the Maple location, as well as at the Legacy location. I had the opportunity to work with Kayleigh on my recent visit and experienced a Hot Stone massage. She was absolutely AMAZING and recommended follow-up treatments to support healing for a recent injury. ME provides a wide variety of customization options, and treatments (massage, stretching, and facials) are consistently top-notch. I’ve been a member for over a decade and haven’t once been disappointed!

Jamie is awesome! I always look forward to my massages with her. My back had been killing me so she focused on that area and targeted the spots that had the most tension. I was very relaxed during the massage and felt SO much better the next morning. She’s wonderful and I highly recommend her.

After one session with Deb, next day I was able to move arouns more freely and the pain level went down. Deb deep tissue massage helped immensely! So thankful for Deb helping me a feel better!!

Amber is great with explaining what she feels you need but not at all pushy about it. My facial was fantastic and my skin felt awesome afterwards!

Arrived ten minutes before the hour for my first visit as advised, by 20 after, I was given an excuse as to why the masseuse wasnt going to be showing up. Pretty much blows the first impression for a new customer. Of course I understand this is not likely the norm, but after the difficulty in scheduling an appointment in the first place, along with the wasting of my time, I feel its worth it to put it on the record as something to be addressed by the management.

Ive never had an issue with staff or any services so I am not here to voice a concern on that. My concern is that I am a very busy person so when I am able to know I can commit to a service, its usually a few hours before. I try and use the App and have had luck in the past but there are many times I book and then get a call shortly after saying someone else came in and booked but they are not sure why I was able to do so. Well, in my mind probably because I booked it first... but yet Im the one who gets booted from the appointment. If your system in-house and your app cant communicate thats a problem. Again, because I use online I have to lose the appointment. I have many prepaids built up, again because I am busy, I have taken their suggestion of freezing my account so I can get caught up, BUT problem with that is, you cant schedule an appointment through the app... because your account is... frozen. So why do I get bumped because I was able to make the appointment on the app? Why cant we continue to use the app when the account is frozen, a purpose of freezing it is to get caught up. Again, great service, no issues with staff, place is always clean.

I have been coming to Kayleigh for the last 3-4 years, and she is amazing! She always checks in throughout the massage to make sure she is meeting the client’s needs. She is honest with her feedback and makes recommendations for other services when needed. She is so kind, and I can tell she has compassion for what she does. My therapists are different each time because of my scheduling, but every one has been good. The one I had last might was fantastic. She was sweet & when I got up from the table I felt like a wet noodle. I hope Massage Envy can pull up her name because she deserves a bonus.

I have always had great experiences at Massage Envy. Right now, I get massages from Doug S, who is amazing! He makes me feel very comfortable and relaxed during our sessions, and I really like his technique. Pressure is always right on, and he does a great job with my feet with the sugar foot scrub! I really enjoy coming in to see him every month, and hes always willing to go the extra mile to make sure whatever is bothering me isnt by the time I leave. That little bit of extra focus on my neck or low back is always good! I would recommend him to friends, and I always recommend Massage Envy to my friends with sore backs or facial needs! Ive been a member since about 2015, and I enjoy my time there! Very soothing environment after a crazy day at work.

Emily does a wonderful job providing just the right pressure to all the areas that ache and she is able to find spots you didn’t think were problematic. Highly recommend you secure her services, but do yourself a favor and schedule a 90 minute retreat from reality. I would recommend her to my own family…and actually have! The staff at ME on Maple is awesome as well. The facilities are clean, quiet, and perfectly maintained. I honestly have nothing but good things to say about the facility, the staff, and especially Emily.

Demo Deb is what they call and it ain’t a lie! She’s mighty powerful with her hands and works places you didn’t know were sore. I highly recommend her, as she’s been at it for 15years, so a plethora of techniques and experience. She it’s firm in her massages so if that’s what you prefer, check her out but there is a wait list for her appointments, so patience is needed to get in with her.The staff up front is always great and friendly too!

I really enjoyed my massage. Amber did a fabulous job. All of the staff up front were fabulous. The room itself is my reason for 3 stars. It was cold and bright. My feet were icicles the whole 90 minutes and I had goosebumps. I had hoped the room would be dimmer and warmer. The setting did not lend itself to relaxation. It was a blank white room with a fan (that was on the whole time), a table, an ottoman, and a light on the wall. There was a thin sheet between me and cold leather table. On top, I had a thin sheet and thin blanket. I am going to try a different location to see if this is standard. I had a massage envy membership about 10 years ago and remember the setting to be very different.

Jean is the best. Not only a great massage therapist, but a great person as well.

I saw Cassi for a stretch session followed by a massage. She worked on some really tight muscles and I DO feel better. Im trying to get relief for sciatica and other general body aches, and I believe this helped.

Peter is excellent. really enjoy my sessions with him. hes the best massage therapist I have gone to. I always feel better after our sessions. he is very skilled and professional. 100% recommend. the check in staff are also very friendly and professional. have not had a negative experience in the 3+ years Ive been a member. earlier this year, I had to cancel a session on short notice due to my dog passing away and they were so kind and empathetic. didnt charge me a cancellation fee even though I was expecting and would have accepted it.

Jean at the Massage Envy Maple location in Omaha is the massage therapist everyone hopes to find. I’ve been going to her for a couple years and she’s consistently 10 out of 5 stars, if we’re being honest. She is dynamic in technique and personality. She has the capability to do deep pressure which she combines with light stretching to give you the perfect balance of renewal. Jean responds positively to pressure adjustment requests and the continuing education she participates in is reflected in her technique. She is such a knowledgeable and supportive resource for her clients. There have been times where I go into the session looking forward to chatting with her, and then there’s been sessions where I just need to chill and retreat into my mind; she reads the room and supports whatever you’re feeling that day. The only caveat is that she may be booked out for some time, but expectedly so when you’re so good; she is worth the wait!! I just cannot say enough good things about Miss Jean. As for the rest of the facility, everyone at the front desk is so kind and everything is very clean. I’ve always felt very welcome and comfortable here.

Ive been going to Massage Envy for over a year now. While they require the membership to get the lower rate (which is still pricey after you leave a gratuity), I have found a couple therapists I really like. Ive gone to other businesses and feel that the professionalism is worth the extra money. I dont do any add on as they are pretty overpriced. They also did increase the monthly rate by $5 which just showed up as a surprise on my bank account awhile back. Maybe they sent an email, or it was in fine print of the contract, but I get quite a few emails from them so I may have missed it. I prefer deep pressure and since only a few do it, it makes finding an open slot to fit my busy schedule (and drive from out of town) a bit tricky. I have to schedule a month out. I really like Doug; he listens to what i need, is professionaland overall does a great job.

Cassie gave a great medium massage! I usually prefer firm, but I think I would have wimped out if it was any harder 🤣. I will be back!!

I had a tight shoulder and Vernon had great technique to help! I appreciated his incorporating stretches, deep tissue massage, and knowledge of anatomy/ kinesiology. I left very relaxed/ happy. I highly recommend Vernon!

Vernon does a fantastic job! He is always checking in to make sure that the pressure is OK and to make sure that I’m comfortable. There’s a reason why I’ve been coming to massage envy and seeing Vernon for so long! Wonderful experience!

My Massage Therapist is AMAZING, she knows how to really work the body and will find a knot and get it to crackle and pop by the end. She works the muscles hard, she isnt a deep tissue specialist for show!DEMOLITION DEB IS THEE BEST!

I struggle with neck and upper back issues secondary to an accident 6 years ago. The massage therapist I used after my accident moved away and I have struggled to find a therapist who really helped with my issues since she left. I am so happy to have found Vernon as he is the first to have really helped, even after just 1 session. He was professional, knowledgeable and understood what I needed, even more than I did. I liked him so well that I signed up for a monthly membership on day 1 so I could continue working with him.

This location is nice, clean, & everyone was super friendly - was just disappointed in the massage itself. I booked a deep tissue massage for some horrible knots in my upper back, so I told the therapist that is where I want a majority of the time spent. Unfortunately my massage therapist only spent 10-15 of the 50 minutes in the that area with medium/light pressure while barely even manipulating the knots. All in all massage envy is usually my go to, just sucked leaving there with the same pain I came in with for $135

Nicole B. is the best! Always very smooth and perfect pressure - and she always finds the areas that are bothering me and kneeds them away...or as much as time will allow for anyway :) Her treatment suggestions go a long ways in between sessions as well! #definitelyrecommend!!

First massage after a shoulder surgery. He was careful and slow but really helped to loosen it up and ease some of the discomfort.

Jean is my go to service provider at the Maple Street location! She’s awesome! She makes you feel welcome and very comfortable! I get vertigo from time to time and she’s more than willing to accommodate me. It’s important to me to have that feeling of ease when choosing a service provider with such a personable/ intimate service. Never have had a bad experience with the front desk employees and they are very friendly as well!

Vernon has been amazing. I have seen him a few times, and he always does a great job. I am a travel nurse, and Im on my feet all day. I have a lot of tension in my shoulders and upper back, as well as a patella tracking disorder. He has found all the knots in my back and shoulders, and worked on my IT bands. The pressure and fluidity of movements is perfect. I absolutely recommend Vernon to anyone looking for a massage therapist.
