Amazing couples massage with chocolate back scrub and hot stones. Nice relaxing place very quiet and tucked away from other businesses. Affordable and convenient they were ready for us as soon as we arrived and made sure to listen to our preferred pressure and areas of tension. Would highly recommend spending a tiny bit more and coming here over a really cheap strip mall place because its well worth it! Will be back.

I am 29 weeks pregnant so I decided to book a prenatal massage with The Garden Wellness Spa. Lucy was the woman who gave me my massage. Lucy walked into the room and asked, “how far along are you, nine months?” I went on to tell Lucy that I am 7 months pregnant. Later in the massage Lucy asked, “how much weight have you gained during your pregnancy?” I told Lucy I’ve gained around 35 pounds. She then went on to tell me, “no more cheeseburgers”. I was extremely shocked and taken aback by this comment. Lucy THEN went on to JIGGLE my lower back and said, “DIET, you need to go on a diet after you have your baby”. I had no words after she said that. I am a mid-sized girl and have gotten a countless number of massages (this was my first massage with The Garden Wellness Spa) , and I have NEVER experienced anything like that. I left the massage feeling uncomfortable. I would not go back again and I would definitely not recommend Lucy if you’re a mid/plus sized girl. The owner did offer a partial refund, but with how horrible and uncomfortable the massage made me…I do feel as though I should have been refunded the whole amount. People get massages to relax and to manage pain, not to be shamed.

My husband and I have been twice. We love this place! They provide great professional massage services! We got couple massages, facials, and scalp massage. We go to sleep each time on the massage table. Very relaxing! Highly recommend to all my friends and family members!

This was so wonderful. I got the “a new me” summer package. Lynn did my facial and I could give her 10 stars if I could. Her hands were like magic on my face. So relaxing. She also did extractions. Nikita did my massage. Powerful hands. Got all my knots out on my shoulders. I will definitely be coming back!!!

Just had the absolute, hands down, best massage of my life. Lucy, cannot commend you enough. Never have I had someone be so in tune with every kink I had in my back, shoulders, lower back, legs. Just insane how great and limber I felt post massage. I am just left speechless. So so good!

I get massages every 2 weeks and Ive never came out of a massage crying, shaking, full of anxiety and increased stress. It was sloppy and traumatic.I went with my boyfriend to get a couples massage. I have no issue telling a therapist to change pressure, but this was more than that.At the beginning she never adjusted the pillow by my feet so my feet was twisted for 10 min against the pillow, then I told her to move it. After moving it the blanket was completely off my feet, so my feet was freezing for another 10 min before I had the courage to tell her--but she didnt do much. I was freezing the whole time.The technique and pace was the worst part, Im not sure why she was SO rushed the entire time, I didnt feel like I was being massaged, almost like being soft pinched all over the body very quickly. (My body is still shaking in distress while typing this). It was very very sloppy.She flipped me over and put the leg pillow in the wrong place again, which was very uncomfortable, and so I just adjusted it myself.For the scalp massage part, she was literally dumping oil on my scalp so my head was drenched with it, I think it might have been tea tree oil but whatever it is, my whole head was burning because she put SO much. Ive used essential oils and tea tree oil shampoo before but it never felt like this. I didnt say anything because I kept thinking it was the last drops, but it kept coming.It did NOT feel like I got a scalp massage at all. She was doing a lot of scratching then maneuvering my hair like the way I do it when I’m washing my hair in the shower, except drenched in oil. It felt very bad.The massage was very uncomfortable and sloppy. Halfway into it I was wishing it was over, I was super tense and anxious laying there for what seemed like forever. My fault for enduring it for a full 65min.Also, her NAILS dug into my skin several times, which has never happened before in the 15 years I’ve been getting massages…At the front desk I had to say something because it was a terrible experience for a $85 massage. The manager kept blaming me for not reporting it in the room so that they can switch to another therapist. I was unaware I can do that (request another therapist in the middle of a massage) and also didnt want to mess up my boyfriends experience since it was his birthday.I already spoke up about the pillows, blanket off my feet, and feeling cold. I didnt think there was anything I can say to change her whole technique/pace. (I could hear the massage pace next to me which was steady and slow, unlike with mine it sounded like patting all over the place in super speed, not relaxing, rather distressing and impatient). At one point she was also breathing right into my face, which made me uncomfortable... I know this happens but it was pretty heavy. So I tried to hold my breath lol.It was very disheartening to be a customer and blamed for not speaking up in the middle of the massage to request a therapist change. Well now I know, but I wont be going back. They need to retrain that therapist about etiquette and technique.When the service wasnt good, and then things get turned around and blame placed on me...I came out breaking down crying and shaking, anxiety super high...thats pretty telling, for someone who gets massages done regularly.They did give me a discount at the end though.

TLDR; The glowing reviews are misleading.I went in for a massage and facial, paid for a package.Massage;The masseuse had zero draping etiquette. It left me clinging on to the drapes to protect my dignity during the massage. She/they did not speak a common language so it was extremely hard to communicate.She/they also lacked knowledge of general massage strokes. Getting a massage from here leaves you prone to injury.Facial;I believe it was Lynn who did my facial. She did a half decent job. Tbh, the 1 star is for the facial. Although the manual extractions were not done properly, and my skin broke out in pimples 2 days later. There was no face mask applied afterwards to soothe the skin after extraction either.The receptionist offered a laughable $5 as apology for my ordeal.Spend your money elsewhere.

The Gardens Wellness Spa has been my go to for professional massage and facials for more than 2 years now. The integrity and professionalism of the staff is top notch and consistant. They have some good personalities as well. A waiting room is available to sit and sip on a tea before or after. At the front desk they have an efficient resevation booking sytem. easonable price for service recieved. Over the years I have crossed paths with other happy looking couples and individuals that had just finished their services here so I believe it is well liked by other people as well. I definetly recommend this pleasant woman owned business to anyone looking for that go to that is consistently accommodating.

My husband and I received a Valentines couples massage here and it was lovely. We had white chocolate covered strawberries followed by massage. There were add ons we didnt get at the time which I might be interested in another time. Everyone was friendly and professional!

This was my first time here and one of the worse massages I’ve ever received . I also got a scrub 0/10 . I appreciate the woman at the desk for being understanding of our experience . I would give them a second chance due to her customer service.

Got my first massage here about 2 months ago, and now, I make it a point to come back every week.The masseuses are so kind and professional, and the massages are AMAZING. I love relaxing with the 90 min deep tissue massage with Kim and then the 60 min facial with Jenny. My skin has never looked better after! The place is very clean and serene, its quiet and even smells so nice and relaxing. Affordable and consistent. Just give it a shot to spend your weekend here and you will not want to go to other spas in town anymore.

I was a rubber noodle after 90 minute massage with Kim, one of the massage therapists.Her style is a combination of massage, physical therapy and calisthenics.She intuitively spent more time on the spots I am having trouble with, and I didnt even tell her about them. Probably one of the best message Ive ever had in my life.Im so so happy to have found this place.

I brought my husband here today to try Gardens Wellness Spa out. He is a weight lifter so a massage would be great for his sore muscles. He absolutely loved it. He was a little sceptical because he is a larger man and he didnt know how well they would be able to do but he was so pleased with the experience that we will be coming back for sure!

My boyfriend and I went in on a Saturday morning and got the Summer of Love package. It included a 70 minute Swedish massage, chocolate back scrub, and hot stone foot detox. The experience was overall amazing. From the friendliness at the front desk, cleanliness, ambience, the dim lights, the lightly heated massage tables, the soothing music playing in the background to the cold waters after the massage. I appreciate the attention to details.My masseuse was Kim, she did an incredible job on my particular focus areas. Im 19 weeks pregnant, and the massages Ive gotten in the past tend to do a really light amount of pressure, probably due to me being pregnant and my petite size but Kim did the perfect amount of medium/heavy pressure and really took her time. My boyfriends masseuses name was Laura, she also did a phenomenal job. He was raving about how great his experience was and how she cracked his back as well as his feet. Were highly considering on getting the monthly membership. Highly recommend to anyone considering going!

BEST MASSAGE OF MY LIFE! My husband and I got the romantic getaway couple massage. Perfect way to unwind before our cruise tomorrow. It was less expensive than Massage Envy and much better quality massage. As soon as you stepped into the building you felt relaxed due to the smells, music, and overall vibe. Highly recommend to relieve stress and relax.

I had a couples massage with my boyfriend at this spot for the first time recently and it was the most relaxing, welcoming experience. They asked us how we wanted our pressure to be and asked if wed want scalp massages. Our masseuses were as gentle as we had asked them to be with just the right amount of pressure requested. We both left feeling like newly born humans. We will definitely come back again!

I tweaked my back in a workout and the next day my back was so stiff, I could barely move it. My entire back felt like it was in knots. I made an appointment online 90 mins for $100, super cheap! I felt completely healed after and the nice woman at the front desk is so so sweet! Highly recommend and I can’t wait to come back.

Place is clean. People are nice. The massage it self is not bad. Some are better than others, but ever all I like it.PRO: When ask them to go lighter or to focus on an area they do. Massage time they always go over like 3 or 4 min. Prices are good. Con: sometimes they forget which service theyre going to provide, need to remind them. Little English.

After reading a review for this massage place and that they did couple massages, we booked it for the next day and was very excited. We got to the a text that was able to tell the massagers where we needed the most attention to on our body. Mine was mostly my neck and my bf was everywhere since he works at a restaurant. We got there and was a very fast check in. Even the lady knew when we walked in by calling us by our names (very professional). We got to our room and pretty much enjoyed our time. The gentleman that worked on me was very nice to let me know if he needed to let easy to let him know ( I got the middle pressure massage). Overall we will definitely be coming back and doing this again. I enjoy sharing this experience with my partner. It was about $150 for everything and we also did a $30 tip. I feel very refreshed and highly recommended to others

I have had a handful of massages in my life but none as perfectly relaxing as the massage I received from Tee. (I hope I spelled that correctly) and my husband loved his first massage from Andrea. We did the couples massage with a sugar scrub and it was a great experience all around. I wish we lived in California so we could come back to these talented massage therapists!

I reached out on yelp, they were having a special and the owner honored the Groupon special I had found online. She was quick to reply and very friendly! She was able to get us in the very next day. The studio was comfortable and the atmosphere very relaxing. I had a medium pressure Swedish massage and my husband the sports. The therapists came right in and immediately started our massages. This was the first massage I have ever experienced, where I was very happy with the pressure. By far, one of the best couples massage we have had!

I went in for a couples massage with my boyfriend and can i just say the service they provided was amazing!! The price was fair and I think was a good deal because of the service they provided. We had the Bliss package which was $168 for a 60 minute swedish massage, 10min hot stones massage, and a salt scrub for your feet. Keep in mind that tipping for couples is $30-$40, they honestly deserved it for the amazing massage and ambiance. The front desk lady was really sweet. Definitely will be back soon!

My husband and I had a lovely couples massage here the other day. We were both exhausted and beat up from a hectic wedding weekend, and they were able to fit us in. I like a more productive therapeutic massage and my husband likes a very gentle massage. He fell asleep (what he wanted) while I enjoyed having all my sore muscles attended to. Thank you!

The two stars are for the massage therapist who work hard on people & the neatness of this place. They also answer phone quickly and they reschaduled my appointment time for me to accommodate me. The front desk lady is very nice.I will take one star off for each complaint I have.1. The room was cold and we said we were cold 5 times and they said they only have 1 blanket, which wasnt a blanket but a towel, that they put on my mom. The massage therapist tried to use the hot stones on me to keep me warm, but it wasnt enough since we were naked and the AC was strong. When they were exposing my skin instead of being able to fully enjoy the massage I felt very cold. It was hard for my mom and I to enjoy the massage since the cold temperature made us uncomfortable.2. The massage therapist who was working on my mom had a wet cough. Although she was wearing a mask it was uncomfortable for us to recieve care from a sick person. A wet cough indicates either the person has bacterial or viral infection. When I told the front desk person, she said she doesnt have covid. I am baffled that somehow covid is the only concern now days. A person who is sick should not be working on people specially if this is a wellness spa and not a sickness spa. I am worried my mom will get sick and it would be my fault for bringing her here.3. When I shared my complaints the ladies tried to come up with excuses that it was because of the CBD oil that we were cold. When they should have provided blankets. I spent 288$ for Two people today, its only reasonable to recieve excellent service when you spent that much money on a massage at a place that seems more luxurious than a regular massage place. This last part really upset me and made me regret coming here. People make mistake and the sick person probably really needs the money, yet making excuses for a poor service and having a sick person provide care is unreasonable & unethical.They refunded the CBD oil and the stretching service they provided but honestly that wasnt enough since they kept trying to come up with excuses instead of validating our experience and having understanding for our concerns.I will not be visiting this place again.

I got the couples massage with my boyfriend. I got kind of lost because were not from the area but they were very accomodating about keeping the appointment and everything was extremely pleasant. Very relaxing and they are very nice. I would definitely go there again.

My experience here at The Gardens Wellness Spa was amazing! I came in because my neck was hurting for weeks and Nancy my massage therapist did an amazing job! She right away knew where my pain was coming from and said that it seemed like a tendon. I felt so much better after and of course a little sored for 2 days, but worth it! Im definitely going back in 2 weeks and make it a routine. Also, great customer service in the front desk.

We had a couples massage earlier today and we have nothing but great things to say. We are not from the area but were simply visiting so we knew nothing prior to our visit other than reviews from others online. They were FANTASTIC matched the Groupon price when we called to ask. It was a very clean, nice, and relaxing atmosphere. The massage therapist were wonderful and gave great massages. The lady running the front desk was also very nice and pleasent. If we visit the area again before our move we will be back.

The massage was great. But my treatment included scalp massage, which I did not receive. I was told she didnt know how to do a massage on my hair. She then tried a 2 min head massage. Im a littlebaffled. This is the second time this has happened.So I guess they dont massage your scalp if you have ethnic hair.

Went in for the 90 minute couples massage and hot stones. We arrived a bit early, and they brought us in right away, so already doing good!The massage tables were very comfortable, and heated as well. The masseuse was very skilled, knew just the right areas to focus on, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The stones were hot, and loosened up the muscles deep.Finishing it off with a head massage, then ginger tea and chocolate. Couldnt ask for a better afternoon.I walked in tired and sore from days of Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and walked out a whole new person. This will probably become a tradition for of future visits to the area :)

This place is calming as soon as you walk in. There is a separate seating room which smells wonderful and helps you relax. Then when you go into your massage room there is a cute garden outside for you to look at before your massage (dont worry they close the drapes when you have your massage). My massage therapist was amazing. She listened to my needs and did a wonderful massage. After the massage, you go into a tea room where they have a ginger tea waiting for you. I definitely recommend this place and cant wait to go back.

Bought a group on for the couples massage. Overall it was very good. They seem to do a decent job. Didnt provide a pillow when youre on the back which I thought was weird. Other than that a little too pricey for my taste.

Just got done with the 60 minute swedish massage. The ambiance of this spa is so peaceful and beautiful, they really took time in making it a calming and welcoming environment. The service is very nice as well and the massage was amazing! Definitely reccomend to come here this was my first time but I know it wont be my last.

This was a great groupon. I called a week in advance to schedule an appointment. The recipient was very friendly I made sure to mention that I had a groupon and I had no problem. I added the $10 deep tissue with Vi and it was well worth the money. She did an excellent job the hour seem to fly by. I highly recommend.

I went to get my brows and lip waxed, the person that did my waxing had no idea what she was doing. I had to ask for wax to be removed and once home, I looked at my brows closely and noticed the horrible job.. uneven and had dried up wax. She even got wax in my hair.. never going back dont care how welcoming the receptionist was!

The place is very beautiful inside. But other than that, they ask you how much pressure you want done and the parts of your body you want massaged, and they dont respect that. I asked for a gentle massage, and I had back pain for 3 days. That same night I couldnt sleep because the back pain was so strong and intense. They also make you give a mandatory 20 dlls tip per person, that shouldnt be the case. They shouldnt force you to tip a certain amount when you end up more sore.They respected the time and served us quickly. That was good.However, my husband did like it.
