Sells fake products. I bought a quick fix synthetic urine test and it was fake. Went to try and get a refund and told me to come the next day. Hopefully i can get this refund. They are selling fake products that mess with peoples lives.

Great glass, prices and service! Jerome, the manager, was great. He was helpful and really nice, I actually let him pick out my glass when I went in, not only did I get a dope rig but it was within budget. Check them out, ask him for help, you won’t be disappointed.

Hit and miss with their product seleciont. Went for elfbar one week and had every flavor and the next week didnt have any flavors at all.

I have been going here about 2 to 3 times a month for vape stuff for at least a year and the guys who work there during weekdays are beyond helpful. I always legit leave happy cause they have great customer service, but more recently I have unfortunately gone to this place on weekends and my experiences have gotten so poor that I will NEVER for any reason come back. I am not sure the young dark haired females name, but I have had about 5 experiences that have made me get to a point that I call before to prepare myself for what Im going to encounter with her. Not sure what I did to her, but everytime I come in she literally rolls her eyes and makes me feel like uncomfortable and unwanted its so weird. I try to ask a question and she snaps coldly as if I personally attacked her. She insisted there was no nic salt juice on sale which I turely doubt, but that osnt even important I can afford to buy what I want it was a small question that was answered with eye roll groaning and she must just hate her job not sure whats going on there. Needless to say she seems to have a issue with me a total stranger for no reason. I have noticed a completely different demeanor to the men customers that go in front of me so only explanation is jealousy or just not liking girls (grossly immature). I have been stuck at home 3 weeks during this lockdown I needed e juice this was the only one store near me I havent been anywhere in sometime and the only interaction has been with some rude snotty little girl and it sucks. Okay my rant is over and so is my business.

Had a issue and called in..ERIN was so amazing and help fix the issue... I would recommend coming only to the orange location due to the issues with online. Thank you Erin and to her manager for taking a bad situation and making it better.HAVING PEOPLE LIKE THIS WORK FOR A BUSINESS IS CRUSAL BECAUSE THEY CARE AND ARE RESPOSIBLE. Very subpar service and communication; not very friendly and inviting, I bought an item and the cashier there was very off putting. Selection was okay but definitely not worth the cost. Don’t waste your time here :) PS EVERYTHING IS FINAL SALE!

They honestly are the most unprofessional people Ive seen food,glass, anything customer service... I bought something on their website the order got taken out of the account then they proceeded too tell me that they didnt receive money because of my zip code well answer me this pipe king why did your website move on to the next step of the checking out process which is taking my information for my credit card ... if my zip code is not matching... Most PROFESSIONAL WEBSITES dont move on the next step because they dont just take your money for the fun of it WATCH YOUR MONEY CAREFULLY IF YOU BUY FROM HERE

Huge selection, friendly staff and well kept. Purchased my last 5 pieces from here over the last several years. Parking can be tight but be patient and spots always open.

My absolute favorite place to pick up CBD as well as tobacco and nicotine vapes. The people working in the store are always prompt, kind, and never without a smile. Would not want to go anywhere else to pick up my puff bars!

After hitting two other shops looking for our new Love in Life (Bong) we found it here at Pipeking with the awsome assistance of the employees Thank you brother! The right price and style we needed. Now were speeding home to break it in.

Sitting in the parking lot after JUST buying a vape tank and found out its not compatible with my battery. Walked back into the store and the guy wont return or exchange.Do yourself and everyone else a favor and go to the smoke shop on Chapman. Its .5 miles away. How ridiculous. Im sure this place will close with such poor customer service.
