My husband and I had a wonderful experience here. We bought a Groupon to try it out. We are originally from the West Palm area so the drive wasnt but 2 hours. We frequent Orlando a lot and now we have found this little gem. The price on Groupon is the same in the Spa. Next time we will be paying them directly. Great service. Friendly. Jennifer and Lisa were a delight. I am super happy with the service provided as my body feels in heaven now. Thank you! 🖤

Great last minute couples massage. We had some time to kill before an 8:50 appointment down the road and decided to see if we could get a quick 30 minute massage. We actually had a 60 minute massage at a fancier place the day before, and this one was better and we both felt more relaxed after this one than we did the other. Great staff that knows what they’re doing. Thanks for a relaxing evening!

Booked a 90 minute couples massage. Arrived at 1:15 (thinking it would take 15 minutes to get ready and tell masseuse areas of concern-btw they didn’t ask at all just started) but another couple was there. Was taken back about 1:30. I checked my watch after using restroom and getting undressed and it was 1:46 pmI was told at booking it was 90 minutes hands on. They finished at 2:56pm. I was disappointed with the shortage of time and told the girl that checked us in. She argued with me and told me I was wrong and they could pull the camera video. I should have let her but didn’t want to spoil the day. Massage was good-just beware of the time. Also prices on Groupon are super inflated so you are not getting as good a deal as you think.

I enjoyed my massage at this spa. I purchased a Groupon for a Swedish Massage, but received Deep Tissue! No complaints because thats my preference. My masseuse (I forgot her name 🤦🏽‍♀️) took her time with me and got every lump and bump out. I didnt have to tell her what to hit bcuz its like she sensed it. The room was inviting but it could use an update. That wouldn’t stop me from returning. I enjoyed every minute.

Cozy environment with great massage. I had a Groupon for a couples massage, and the service was fantastic. We were greeted promptly at the front and taken back to our space immediately even though we were early. Our massage was great. The only downfall is the location. Its right next to a sports bar that blasts their music. I only noticed it before our massage as we were waiting for the staff to come in. But overall a great experience.

Disappointed! I purchased a relaxation massage for 1 hr because I wanted to be stress free for at least one hour and I received a deep tissue massage. Unacceptable! They are 2 completely different massages. The deep tissue is a strong massage and it hurts, it gets all your back nods out. A relaxation massage is soft and that’s what I wanted but I did not get. My massager was also a guy which made the massage much stronger and now my back hurts because of that. I had to stop him about 10-15 minutes in the session and I had to show him my phone so that he could understand what I was talking about because he barely spoke English. After explaining him that I purchased a relaxation massage he kept going at the nods in my back which made it even more stressful. The music was relaxing but I couldn’t relax getting a massage that I didn’t pay for. The managers of this place should know which person is getting which type of massage. If you want a relaxation massage, I wouldn’t advise coming here or if you are coming for a relaxation massage then make sure they give you a relaxation massage and not a deep tissue because they are completely opposites!I was also wearing some nice suede shoes and I put them to the side to get the massage. After the massage was done, I come to find out the massager spilled some of the body coconut oil on my shoes. I was very upset!!!!I wish I could get my money back!

We enjoyed our couples massage. We arrived early and were brought straight back. Everyone was courteous and professional. We were vert relaxed when we left. Nice experience.

Absolutely the WORST massage I’ve ever experienced in my life. My boyfriend bought us a 90 min couples massage and we got maybe 60 mins. We came in early and they made us wait for like 15 mins and then decided to end 20 mins early. They are not professional massage therapist and literally didn’t apply any pressure and the lady kept smacking me in the head when rubbing my back. At one point in time I had to ask her to actually put some pressure because it was like a baby was rubbing me and I hate that. We paid $225 for absolute trash and they had the audacity to ASK FOR A TIP. We gave one and I’m giving you all one now by saying do not waste your money here. The bathroom is also disgusting here. Basically this isn’t a SPA at all. This is a place I feel people come to for the happy endings only.

Got a massage with my wife. Jennifer and Lisa were wonderful. We feel so great and relaxed. Will definitely be coming back. Exceptional service.

$130 for a couples massage on groupon and received-Appointment was at 5:00, got pushed back to 5:30.-Unsanitary due to both masseurs coughing for the duration of the massage.-Audibly scoffed when I provided the tip amount and still was unhappy when I increased it.Overall, felt unprofessional and we will not be returning.

Was gifted a Groupon for a 60 minute massage and let me tell you this was the best massage I have ever had. I was greeted by the staff once I walked in, I was offered a beverage and told that they would be with me momentarily. The place was spotless and felt so Zen. Lisa was my masseuse and she was very thorough and professional. I left feeling so relaxed, she really worked on my problem areas and was sure to ask if the pressure was good. I HIGHLY recommend this place. I am now going to make it a point to go at least one to two times a month. Thank you Lisa for being ahhhmazingggg!!!

Terrible massage . My 8 year old would do a better massage and have more pressure. Came in and the place smelled of shrimp . Purchased a Groupon and it was more expensive than what they advertise so that was a waste of money.Truly bad experience , my “masseuse” kept coughing and breathing heavy. Truly go to the mall and sit in 1 of the chairs that charge you a couple bucks and you’ll have 10x better massage. Biggest waste of money I’m so disappointed

Had a couples massage here and it was fantastic. They asked about pressure preference early into the massage which was nice. Deep tissue massage with all of the extras described in the Groupon: reflexology, hot stone massage, foot massage. Overall a wonderful experience for my partner and I. The bar was a bit noisy at certain times but our massages definitely made up for it. My suggestion would be to maybe play the music a bit louder in the rooms but over still a 5/5 experience, thank you!

Bought the 90 minute couple massage from Groupon and it was wonderful! Didnt get their names but they were both very good! I have a muscle knot on my lower back that the guy was able to find without me even telling him and worked on it without me feeling any pain. The lady that greeted us was also very sweet and offered us water after the massage. Definitely recommend and would come back again!

I was across the street for a conference at the Hilton Doubletree and saw the sign. Was able to get in for an appointment pretty much right away. I got an hour massage from a woman (I believe her name was Jennifer) who was spectacular. She did the hot stones, walked on my back, and great intuitive deep tissue work. Not only that, this is probably the first time Ive ever gone to a spa setting where my hour long massage lasted for 64 minutes instead of 52 minutes, and that alone just makes such a difference to me.

I really liked this place and as opposed to the other reviews my massage was sound free from the bar next door and we had the first room as soon as you come in to the left. The only thing I do gotta say about the couples massage is that the masseuses did different techniques but other than I really enjoyed the massage. Will definitely be back.

I went to Z Massage while visiting from Canada. A wonderful lady was closing so I asked her what time they opened the next day. She offered to go back and provide a massage which I did. She walked on my back and provided one of the best massage experiences I have had. I regret not getting her info for future appointments when I visit again.

Horrible experience. We came in for a couples massage on our vacation. We were told wed get a $20 discount if we paid cash(red flag), as well as free hot oil and hot stones. We were never asked where they would like them to focus or the type of massage we wanted(red flag). We were expecting deep tissue massage and clarified that when we set our appointment as well as walking on the back, we didnt receive either. When we asked if they were going to walk on our back, they said we would have to go to a different room for that, but our time was up. We asked several times for more pressure to be applied and never got it. It was more like a light rub and patting, like u would give your dog. When they attempted to massage our hand they would snap their fingers as if they were mimicking our fingers being popped, really weird. They had the nerve to ask for a tip! Dont waste your time or money their website and outside of their business location are VERY MISLEADING!!! Hot stones last for all of maybe 2 minutes. Need I say more! ?

We had a couples massage, in which we set an appointment. 30 minutes prior to our appointment they called us to let us know that they were ready for us, that was awkward as we had an appointment of course. We were told if we paid cash that we would get a discount, we paid cash and didnt receive a receipt. The masseuse could not have been licensed, this was the absolute worst massage either of us has ever had. This place is a joke, highly unprofessional, and horrible customer service! Yes, we were asked for more pressure to be applied time and time again, but never received it! The owner will try to speak back on my review and say that the masseuse said that I was good with the pressure, but that is a lie!! It was not even a massage, it was a light rub. Very weird vibe going on, we should have stopped the massage..they also demanded a tip.! I always tip very well based on services received. We should have gotten a refund but instead were asked for a tip. They are located next to a club, in which you can hear loud music and people partying during your massage. We will be contacting the bbb and reporting you!!! Buyer beware!!! Dont waste your time or money at this scam of a place!!!

I often miss living in Asia because of the massages. Americans just don’t really do it like the masseuses in Asia. But THIS place reminded me of massages I got while living abroad in Asia! It felt great and we left feeling so relaxed. The ladies we got were firm but didn’t leave any sore spots on our body. My husband and I did a hot stone couples massage here using Groupon. We called far enough in advance to get a weekend spot and had no problems with our reservation.The only recommendations I would make for the business is to offer essential oils. I think they used baby oil but could have been coconut. It still felt nice but having the smell of lavender or something else would have been great. Also, the sheets are a little rough and overused. May be time for an upgrade. But the part that mattered most, the massage, was AMAZING!

Alice gave me a fantastic deep tissue massage! She even got on her knees on my back and glutes. Also, from the moment I first walked in I enjoyed the fresh, pleasant smell which was a very nice ambience for a massage store. If we lived in the area, instead of just being here on vacation, I would make Z Massage a regular part of my weekly routine! Very highly recommended!!!

I bought a couples massage on groupon and was expecting typical Groupon treatment. It was Sunday so it was their busier day and we got pushed back a little. The massage was absolutely worth the extra wait, my girlfriend and I enjoyed their attention to detail and the firm gentleness that our masseuses used on us. It was a full body massage and even though we could hear the bar next door during the Super Bowl, we plan on going again soon. Excellent massage and service.

Im literally in the car right now typing this after just having left the spa. Do yourself a favor and get a massage here!!!!! Im not kidding!! Dont ever go to a chain location like Massage Envy or whatever ever again. They waste your time and your money!! Z Massage Spa gives you more than you pay for! I wish I had brought more money to give a larger tip. :( My boyfriend and I got a couples massage and we cant stop talking about how great we feel now. I had to jump online and praise this place asap because I just had such a wonderful experience. Came for the hour couples massage with the bestie for $160. That means we each had an hour massage for only $80 and what we got for that massage was A LOT - super detailed and thorough massage. Although it was full body, we were so grateful they spent a good bit of time on our tight mid backs and shoulders and our lower back as well as glutes (all the areas that everyone suffers in). We even got hot stones included and we were not expecting it! They did sooo much better than many Hand and Stone facilities who would have charged a minimum of $90 for a 50 minute massage and hot stones. This place is a way better massage and value than Hand and Stone, and we both left feeling very impressed and relaxed.We each tipped $20 on our $80 massage which this day and age with inflation that’s only proper, especially for the amount of exertion and detailed work the masseuse puts in.One thing I wish I had known before I had come: BRING CASH! They pushed for cash because their tax rate for using a credit card is 4%.They have an ATM to withdraw cash there but it also charges $3.50 fee to do so. So just come prepared with cash from you bank to avoid paying unnecessary fees.

I got there late but they still took me in and I got a great 30 min massage with hot rocks. Clean friendly and very professional. I wish I had more time. Highly recommended

I have bruises on my shoulder blades from the massage I received here yesterday. As needed I asked the masseuse to be more gentle. At several points during the massage the masseuse straddled my back when working on my back which I thought was very unprofessional. This place is located next to a club or bar and their music drowned out the relaxing music. When I was paying, my masseuse seemed upset I wanted to pay with card and not cash and asked me several times if I wanted to pay in cash. Overall unpleasant experience, will not be returning, the Groupon price is not worth it.

Good massage for overall massage but masseuse kept asking for more money!! And at end asked for more tips! Good golly I gave a 30% tip already and she insisted for more!! Was an ok massage... not great but I walked out unhappy and frustrated with reversed the massage tension relief I had gone for in the first place.

🤦🏽‍♀️. Where do I start. Got this off Groupon and boy smh..Well what turned me off was not only did they stop my fiancés massage on three different occasions due to people walking in,the guy doing my massage was unorganized in my massage going from lower back to top shoulders missing entire middle, he kept leaning on the table, and kept dropping things that sounded like rocks or glass bottles next to my head. Impossible to relax. He kept slapping his hands together over my head startling me and just had no organization in the massage. The woman who did my fiancés massage, massaged his right leg only and due to the “time being up” she left the left leg but managed to massaged his hairline….I guess.When we left after already spending $150(plus tax) in a unfinished unfilled massage, the hairline masseuse runs my fiancé and I down outside and says you don’t want to leave a tip. Rude and unprofessional. Wasn’t a Swedish massage more like a manhandle

The service was excellent along with communication and understanding. I’m also pregnant and the lady who massaged me did such a great job at accommodating me and making sure I was comfortable. Got the couples massage with hot stones and it was pretty relaxing. They honored a price we found on Groupon. It’s in a pretty unsuspecting part of town and the building itself wasn’t the nicest facility, but I mean, our eyes were closed the whole time we were there haha.

Im a big fan of this place. I always call ahead because they are usually busy. If the phone is busy, I leave a message and Ivy calls right back. she is amazing, she always accommodates my time preferences and calls me back if someone cancels to see if I want an earlier time. she also asks me questions about what I want from my massage and matches me with the best masseuse whose style technique will best address what I want.The rooms are a good size for comfortably changing, and there was a heat-pad on the table to keep me warm since I have poor blood circulation and I am always cold. I have had the best massage experiences here, even compared to massages where I paid more. This place is professional, clean, and prides itself on quality service; I happily tip $20. I feel so lucky to be walking distance from this place so I can go as often as I need.

I went in for a couples massage. Saw this on Groupon for $140 and the lady in the front desk said she’ll give the same price to not buy it. She honored that. The massage was okay. It was a bit relaxing but I deff gotten better. The reason for this rating is that when we checked out they were so persistent about where the tip is and that I need to leave a tip. When I did, the lady was like you can put more please it’s two people. I told her you don’t tell me what I put. I make that choice and plus a tip is based on experience. I put 15 but felt pressure to put 5 more. If I come back to Orlando, I would go somewhere else. That left me such a bad taste.

What a heavenly massage! Jennifer also goes far and beyond to make sure that massage is exactly how the clients needs, and her touch is magical.Late at night, there might be music coming from the bar next door, so if you think that it might preclude you from enjoying massage therapy, simply book earlier in the day appointment.

When I walked in and was shown to my room I was thinking oh gosh is this going to be worth it. The rooms are plain no decorations no life in there. During your massage they play relaxing music but you can hear the bars music next door over top it.But the good part. Omg that was the best massage Ive ever had. Every time I thought it was over she gave me more. Every part of my body was in bliss. I never wanted it to end. The hot stones the pressure the reflexology the warm towel her climbing on the table with me was all AMAZING. I am going back next week and I am becoming a regular. This isnt your ordinary massage you get from the hotel spa, the massage chains, this is life

Took my hubby for a couples massage and this was my 1st professional massage ever. Workers did an amazing job. We went to Disney the day before and our legs were SORE to say the least we felt a lot better walking after they finished.Would highly recommend

I found this massage spa on Groupon. I called them to see how it works with appointments and if they had any openings. The lady told me that if I wanted to come on a Saturday do not buy the Groupon and just come in and pay cash. Since that was more convenient, we just went in and paid cash. The massage technicians did not even touch our necks or lower backs. So basically we paid for a couples RUB DOWN. IT WAS NOT GOOD. Felt the same as if we never even got a massage. On our way out the woman who we paid ask “are you not going to take care (tip) of the masseuse”? Number one, that was rude and number two, THEY DIDNT DO ANYTHING!!! You should NEVER ask for a tip. Learn some manners. I WOULD NEVER VISIT THIS LOCATION AGAIN EVEN IF IT WAS FREE.

After a long travel I decided to stop and kill some time before check in.SUPER PROFESSIONAL. They were very nice and covered you with a blanket or towel when not working on a body part. If they were working on your right arm your left arm was covered for example. Never felt uncomfortable and I feel much better and relaxed

My friends and I booked massages. We had great communication and reminders, for our appointments. Although, we all agree we would not go back. The pressure the masseuse used was too hard. It hurt and you could not relax. I told my person she was using too much pressure, but she never changed her pressure. One of my friends had her person stratle her the whole time, making her uncomfortable and she was walked on. My sheets were stinky. We woke up the next day feeling as if we were run over by a car. Two of us have bruising. I would not recommend this type of setting ro anyone.

We had a 90 minute couples massage in June and we both really enjoyed our massages. We have had massages every time we come to Orlando at different places but from now on it will be here at Z Massage, we liked them so much we booked another massage for the day before we head back home.

Upon reading the reviews. I did not put a high expectation given the amount of money we paid for couple massage. I am not so sure if going to groupon is the great idea. I would call them and ask to match you the price because it seemed like they are losing money to groupon charges especially to if you want to support locals. My husband I are from MN spending our honeymoon in Orlando. Our massage is great I think. We paid almost 130 in groupon for 1hr couple massage with hot stone. This is my first time and I have no idea what type of massage feels like. All I can tell is we feel relaxed that whole 60mins. Front desk lady was so kind, accomodating for reschedule earlier time and gave us water on our way out. I would come back to this spa.

Very underrated place, literally. I go to massage often, and to be honest I am surprised that the rating for this place is low. Noise level leaves something to be desired however because they are located near a bar. Very detailed massage, they work on nook and cranny.

Im a massage therapist of 15 years and I know what a good quality massage is. My significant other and I decided to do a couples massage hoping to get an amazing relaxing experience based on reviews. Needless to say their massages are low quality. It appears as if they learned their skills from watching a video and never got professionally trained. One therapist did more of Tuina medical massage then a Western massage. Massage was slightly painful and deep. Great for those that have a tolerance for pain and not good for those that want to experience a therapeutic relaxing session. Also the therapist did poor in draping and when I asked to be covered she started laughing.This is my personal experience and my significant other also found his treatment to be mediocre.

My experience was AMAZING! Alex was the masseuse Ive ever had! Im definitely coming back.. when I arrived I could barely stand up and when I left I felt like I had purchased a new body! We have been getting professional massages for decades and got two while vacationing in Orlando. This one was the second, and definitely the best. We got a couples massage and they both did excellent work. Very clean place and convenient to where we were staying. We’d recommend Z Massage to anyone.

Great massage, came here last minute as the Ritz Spa was completely booked. Had low expectations but this place delivered and at half the price of the Ritz. Went with my husband for the couples massage, it was deep tissue with hot stones. They did a great job relieving tension it was very relaxing.

Very very very unprofessional. Spend your money elsewhere. The massage was horrible they left my wife with bruises everywhere. They also opened the door in the middle of our massage where everyone could see us while we were laying there with only towels covering us. The worst part is we tipped accordingly to the personal experience and the man at the counter laughed in our faces at the tip amount and pushed for more of a tip with a very bad attitude. Definitely would not recommend. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!

I had a very good experience. ivy is very sweet and did a great job at reducing my knotted muscles. It was a full fantastic hour unlike other places that cut rime short.She was very attentive to my comfort level.And the receptionist was also extremely nice. Some part of the massage was great like the hot rocks but everything else was poor. Massages are suppose to be relaxing and with pressure which I understand that but I was in pain the whole entire biting the towel beciaee I was in so much pain! Its the next day and I have bruises and Im really sore.. I get massages all the time so this isnt my first! Than had the nerve to tell me my tip wasnt enough!!! After I was in pain for an hour.. the nerve.. I know ill never come here again just warning you!!! Go somewhere else

First let me start by stating I have had dozens of massages over the years - therapeutic, swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, sports, aromatherapy, couples and thai. I have had many different experiences to know a base of how massages should be done and how a massage therapist should treat their clients.The whole situation was sketchy from the beginning and we should have listened to our gut and canceled the moment we walked in. However, it was the last day of our vacation and we had been looking forward to a massage all week after walking the parks for 3 days.We called a few days ahead to make a reservation for a Friday at 3 pm. We were given instructions to arrive at a location different from the one advertised. After arriving promptly for our massage time, we were told it would be a 15-20 minute wait. I would expect this as a walk-in customer, but not for a reservation with absolutely no one else in the facility. We were then instructed to pay for our couples massage. We told the lady working the front desk that we have never done that before and that is not typical, but she insisted. After running our card and not thinking anything of her not telling us our charge, we go to sign our receipt and see the charge is much higher than expected. We tell her that is not the advertised price and she says there is nothing she can do now but can give us the difference back in cash after the massage if we would like. We were a little skeptical but trusted she would keep her word, even though we found it strange.We waited in the room for close to 20 minutes before the massage therapists arrived. No liability waivers were signed and no questions were asked on what areas we wanted to focus on or what type of massage we wanted. The lady at the front desk was well aware we were there for a thai massage though when we walked in and said “best thai/chinese massage in area”. We believed to be getting a thai massage until instructed to turn from our back to our stomach. We told the therapists we had expected a thai massage and they seemed a little surprised. The one therapist was a lady and not dressed at all for the job she was doing. She had a short black dress on and apparently felt uncomfortable doing a thai massage dressed like that. The woman working the front desk proceeded to enter the room to say she would be giving the thai massage for a few minutes. I found that extremely odd and uncomfortable. What she gave was definitely not a thai massage and almost fell off the table doing whatever massage it was.During the whole massage, the door to our room was left cracked open. The bass from the sports bar next door was also loud enough to be heard over the music they had on in our room. Also it is advertised to be free hot stone massage, we were not given that. After the massage, the woman at the front did give us the difference between what we were charged and the advertised price. Our experience was not great and we were unsure of even tipping. We have always tipped well, for any service we get in restaurants or massage, and the woman basically told us no and that is not an acceptable tip amount. Her attitude towards us at that point was not pleasant. We told her we normally tip a higher amount but our whole experience was not pleasant. She was obviously not happy but didn’t seem to care that a tip is not an expected amount. We were not given the massage we asked for at the time we reserved, so we tipped appropriately given the circumstances.I have no idea if anyone who gave us a massage is licensed or trained to do so. I will be calling the business to verify their business license and therapist licenses, and report them to the better business bureau. I would give this business negative stars if possible.

My husband purchased this for us on Groupon after the first Groupon company didn’t respond to our inquiries for an appointment. We were scheduled to have our couples massage at 1 PM however they called us as we were leaving the house and asked us to come at 1:30 because the people before us were late. We decided to keep going arrived at appointment at 1:15 waited until 145. The establishment Is in a strip mall next to a bar and a liquor store inside it has has missing ceiling tiles all over the place it looks like they had a leak and it was never repaired, it doesn’t smell clean, the massage tables are not even professional tables they look like they were just made by a not-so- experienced carpenter and very uncomfortable it’s like you’re laying on bare wood. Unfortunately we had a 90 minute massage ahead of us. Normally you would be already in a relaxing atmosphere going into the massage but we just were not. The massage therapist came in, mine was very very rough so much so that I am now having to soak in a hot tub to relieve the shoulder and neck pain that I have after the massage. We were not required to complete any paperwork sign any waivers we don’t know if the technicians that attended us or even licensed therapist it’s just a bad deal all around. This will be the last time that we purchase a Groupon for a massage session. It’s definitely worth paying more money for a relaxing therapeutic experience..

Great place for a great massage, I promise!

I booked a couple massage with Groupon. They told me they dont have availability for Groupon but if we cancel with Groupon I can pay them via Zelle, venmo, cashapp. The massage was VERY rough and painful. I had many massages and never experienced anything like it. I gave a tip. They literally argued with me and told me it was not enough. They recommended a percentage . I tip based on the quality not what a merchant expects. I definitely wont be returning.

Walked in sore with aching back after a full day at SeaWorld. Only booked for 30 minutes and within that 30 minutes I got far more than expected. Very good massage. Therapist has good strong hands for her size.

They didnt accept the Groupon I purchased, but they did honor the price. Also, they are cash only, which I did not know until it came time to pay and they told me they do not accept cards. The massage was fine.EDIT: In response to the owners claim that I needed an advanced appointment to use a Groupon with them, I want to say that I did have an advance appointment, I was told over the phone while setting up my appointment that they were not accepting Groupons. I do reiterate that they are a cash-only business since, when I handed them my card to pay, they said they do not accept card and that I could withdraw cash from the ATM in their lobby, which charged me $9 to withdraw $140, which is more than 4%.

Ivy has given me the best massages that I have ever had! My boyfriend gets massages here as well and he has gotten massages from the other therapists, but I do not know their names. He says they are amazing as well! We like harder massages and you can choose your preferred intensity.

I was on a vacation and had a mommy day. After going to get my nails done I went and had a massage it was the worst experience. She put me in a room and just came back I had no idea what to do it was my first massage then got upset I wasnt undressed I didnt know what I needed to do. Then the massage hurt so bad she was pushing so hard it was not relaxing at all. She just kept massaging the same spots over and over.

I’m so disappointed in my overall experience. I paid $80 for a 60 minute massage, but only received 45 minutes total. To top it off my massage therapist left the room 3 times in the middle of my session to attend to the door. I thought she’d make up to me at the end by giving me some extra minutes, but boy was I wrong! At the end, I honestly didn’t feel like tipping her. I’ve worked in the business, so I understand the importance of receiving a good tip. But you have to earn it by doing your job or at least providing the 60 minutes service per agreement. I felt obligated to tip because the therapist wouldn’t let me leave to go to the car to get cash and then asked for 20%. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF AND I RECEIVED THE WORST MASSAGE OF A LIFETIME! Go elsewhere, trust me!

Couples massages were all that. The ambience, professionalism, and care to/of our specific needs was amazing. The GROUPON deal was great too. We will return.

Horrible experience! I first contacted them to make an appointment as I had a Groupon, I called on a Thursday for Friday and they told me that I could not use it on weekends when there was nothing written that I could not use it on a weekend. Then I called them today to make an appointment for Monday and they told me that I cannot use a Groupon. She told me that I can go in person and make an appointment with them and she would give me the Groupon price after I already paid for the Groupon because they don’t accept Groupons. If you don’t accept Groupon why have your website on their account? Taking my money elsewhere.

Husband got a Groupon, we didnt make appt just walked in. The guy was very friendly and the massages were perfect!!

The attention was terrible, we asked for couples therapy for me and my best friend, it lasted less than the time, they offered reflexology in the package and they never gave it to me, the massage person entered and left the room at least 5 times while it is supposed to be the time of the massage, the noise of voices was not normal, I cant even move because of the pain in my lower back and the price later was double, it was not relaxing at allOtherwise I would never go back to that place again… I went for a relaxation massage and came out stressed and sore.
