The owners and staff at DMC are in the top tier for their business. Diana and Gloria have been my waxers for more than 6 years. They are experts in their field but most importantly, they are excellent people. The quality of their work is consistent and never disappoints. I have been to other waxing businesses closer to my home but I always keep coming back to them. They are simply the best!

LISA SARAVO!!!!! should be THE ONLY PERSON THAT TOUCHES YOUR FACE! IVE BEEN SEEING HER FOR 3 YEARS! My face was covered in pimples, aggressive cystic and hormonal acne, blackheads, whiteheads, there was everything here. I did what a lot of people do and try to follow what I see people do online. Buying expensive products, not knowing how to use them, using too many of them, the wrong ones. I did all the things. I fell down the Instagram skincare whole and saw face reality products, tried buying them online and that failed. Had to go to spa the get them, that’s when found Dermi wax. Inside Dermi wax is where Lisa and I crossed paths, and the deal was done right then and there. After one facial and her careful assessment of my skin needed, we simplified my routine and used face reality products ONLY! Three years later I’m acne free, no breakouts at all really, and I’ve never felt more beautiful! Like I said LISA IS THE ONLY PERSON THAT NEEDS TO TOUCH YOUR FACE!

I just moved to Orlando and found this great spot. They do all wax services, massages, facials, foot detoxes and sell great products. Daiana Z is my go to girl!!! She is professional and knowledgeable on great beauty and health tips! Come check them out!

I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN AND I SUGGEST YOU SUPPORT OTHERS AS WELL.I’ll first start by saying that I’ve never been treated here. I have an esthetician but she is far from my home so I go here to purchase all of my Face Reality products.Yesterday, April 12th I visited the store once again to purchase products but this time with my sister. There were 3 women there. 2 older women and the younger woman that normally rings me out. The younger woman (brunette and I would say 30’s or so) is always super kind and offers advice for whenever I ask but there’s an older one that made my experience TERRIBLE. I should also mention that in the past (3-4 months ago) the older woman tried to gain me as client but I politely told her that I had an esthetician that I loved and just needed to purchase products at their location and she got extremely offended.Anyway, as soon as we entered my sister and I informed the younger woman that we were just there for products and she pointed us in the direction to find the products and said to let her know if we had any questions. 2 older women came out, one sat in the chairs and said nothing to us (which is totally fine) I am assuming she’s the owner, however the other comes over to help us. I didn’t want to be rude so I listened to her advice. After we were done I took the products to the younger woman to check out and that’s when the insults started. The older woman asked me what was going on with my skin. I told her I am having a breakout and she says “yes I knew when. I first saw you that it was something that you’re eating.” I tell her that I love cheese and she suggests that I cut it out of my diet. Cool, I totally agree. However she then proceeds to insult my acne (making strange faces and looking as if it’s the worst thing she’s ever seen) and asks me “why my face could not look like my sisters.” I was extremely appalled that she would say that to me. I brushed it off because acne is something that I struggle with and I know that stressing about it will only make it worse however that was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Even if I considered becoming her client, that definitely ruined any trust that I could ever possibly have with her. Like, do you make your clients feel this terrible about themselves? How could a client ever be completely vulnerable with you if you shamed them for having acne?I was going to let the situation go but I just couldn’t. It’s a great that I felt so beautiful yesterday (with a face full of acne) because this woman could have single handedly destroyed my confidence.To the younger woman who always helped me, THANK YOU. To the older women (I would say 60+ y.o. with an accent and medium blonde hair) I hope you find a heart, humanity, and compassion for your current clients and clients to come. To some acne may be nothing but to others, it’s everything.*I am sharing a picture of myself so that she and the owner knows exactly who I am. Please do not EVER treat any one this way. EVER AGAIN.To those struggling with acne, I am here with you and we will conquer this together!

Love, love, love this place! They really do care about your overall skin/hair wellness. Seasoned professionals that are detail oriented and kind. Left the state a few years ago and haven’t found a similar experience since. Happy to be back!

I swear by this place! I have been getting waxed by Gloria forever now and shes the only person I trust near my privates lol the staff is friendly, and their clients seem to love them. I’m a guy and I got my chest waxed for the first time. I called to ask if walk ins were available and walked in 5 minutes later. Lady at the front was very kind in explaining their products and services. Jessica was able to take care of me and she was great.

Dermi Wax was great! I made a last minute appointment due to a change in travel plans. They were able to get me in same day. I have the worst memory and am already doubting the name of the woman who did my wax, but I want to say Gloria. Regardless, she was really fantastic. She was super easy to chat with and was quick and effective with her work. I would highly highly recommend Dermi Wax, and especially her!

Gloria made my Brazilian wax. She is very sweet and professional. My skin is very sensitive but she always taking care of and make it smooth with less amount of pain.I had my first foot detox with Diana and I can tell that every session it’s worth it. It helped me with my anxiety. I really recommend this alternative medicine. Diana is very professional and knowledgeable.The place is very clean and organized. I have gotten a Brazilian wax + buttocks strip wax twice from Gloria now and WOW is she AMAZING!!!! I have been getting waxed for over three years and she is the best I have been to in Orlando. She is super clean, kind, and professional! After just the first waxing my hair growth reduced by 50%. I was shocked after the four weeks after my first wax with her when i barely saw hair re-growing. She is also bilingual which makes me feel comfortable, and is a perfectionist. It was my first ever Brazilian wax and I had Jessica! She was very nice and informative about the service. The other staff members were also very nice and welcoming. I was a bit nervous, considering it was my first time but Jessica made sure I was comfortable and okay! I will be returning. This is where I came for my first Brazilian. I met Gloria and she was absolutely amazing. She is very professional and ensures that her clients are comfortable. Gloria introduced a product to me that helps prevent ingrown hairs and it is incredible. The smell of it is amazing, it’s an all natural product. I haven’t had any ingrown hairs and recommend this product to everyone male and female. I am going in for my third time and every time I always schedule for the next visit on the spot.

Dermi Wax Center is definitely a gem; the people there really care about their client’s comfort and satisfaction. I got a Brazilian, and I was taken care of by the wonderful Gloria. I love Dermi Wax Center! I have been coming to Dianna for waxing for years and she makes you feel so comfortable. She has amazing attention to detail and won’t let you leave without looking perfect!I also recently started seeing Martin for chair massages. He does a fantastic job and I always feel so relaxed when it’s over. He checks in throughout the massage to see how you are feeling and is very receptive to feedback. I scheduled a last minute massage today because of a terrible knot I had in my neck/shoulder and Martin was able to work it out.Dermi is the best all-around!

OMG! I have tried the Synergy Lympathic Drainage and I am a believer that this proceedure works. After my first treatment I had three bowel movements right after each other. I made sure to drink alot of water and use the cream (Shape Shifter) this cream works and this all im going to say about the cream.I have been lossing weight and my skin has been sagging. This Synergy Lmpathic Drainage is the next best thing to surgery for excessive skin removal.My trouble areas are my thighs, stomache and arms. I am confident that with my first (6) treatments I will be well on my way; ready for my debut on the island beach for my Vacation schedule in November.Thank you, Gloria for your consultanting and encouragement. I had just moved to Orlando and I was looking for a new place to get my wax, at this time I was already 9 months pregnant. And yes I was still getting waxed. I was looking to get my “last wax” in preparation for my sons delivery, it was getting close to my due date. I found Dermi Wax because of google. I read so many reviews, most that were great and recommended Gloria. Being that it was so close to my new home, I went for it. And I thank god for those who take the time to leave reviews. (Hence why I’m doing it now, for the next person!) If you are looking to get waxed for the first time or just get waxed at all, Brazilian, or deep bikini; whatever it may be! I highly recommend you give them a try! I’m the kind of person who does her research for a few days before actually making my final decision. And I love going here. My very first experience was so amazing. Gloria was sooo understanding being that I was huge lol and super sensitive, she was careful and sweet. Very attentive! I fell in love with their professionalism and their kindness. My son is now 6 months and I’m still going here and will continue to! I haven’t tried anyone else but I’m sure they are just as good, solely because of how amazing Gloria is. I doubt they’ll have anyone there who doesn’t know what they’re doing or that aren’t as professional. So again, if you’re looking for a place, look no further! This place is everything! :-)

After being slightly intrigued about waxing, and searching for plenty of waxing salons that also cater to men I stumbled across DermiWax Center and saw that the reviews were so positive.I went in and was immediately helped, and felt so comfortable.Gloria was intensely educational, conversational, and friendly. All of my questions were answered, and all of my concerns were alleviated. My needs were met, and my wants were accommodated.My first time getting my facial hair waxed was an intensely positive one, I will definitely make this a ritual.After studying cosmetology for a year, seeing all the state regulated techniques used and followed impressed me a lot. Because yeah it’s mandatory but I have been places for my eyebrows before where they just didn’t care and went about it haphazardly.I recommend the heck out of this place, definitely an experience.

I went to get my wax done for the first time here. I have been getting waxed for the past 3 years at a chain wax center, and decided to try Dermi Wax Center because my usual spot was starting to slack on consistency as far as not waxing as good, and having to come back a day later due to missed areas. My first impression as I walked into Dermi Wax was that the office was relaxing and very clean. The 2 services that I got done here were so precised and actually almost painless, which is rare because at the other place almost E-V-E-R-Y time! They took their time and walked me through everything that they were doing. I also have been using their natural body wash and have been exfoliating everyday, which FORTUNATELY has kept me smooth WITHOUT ingrown hairs, opposed to the other Wax Center that I used to go to and the products that I use to use from them. This is a family owned business, and you can tell how much they really love what they are doing! The pricing was extremely reasonable, especially for the exceptional service that they give. After 3 years of being committed to the other Wax Center, I will be leaving them for Dermi Wax! I HIGHLY recommend this amazing place, especially since this business is Christian based! Glad I made the switch!

I just had an experience that I couldnt keep for myself. As a person who get this service done regularly this was amazing! First I had an amazing massage done by Martin who rely target my stiff muscles. And by the way he target everything even to my hands I never had a masseuse massage me like this. Fantastic!.Than I went to do my wax by Gloria what a amazing experience. All thiis time I used to go to European wax. Now I know where to go from now on. This experience left me not only totally clean but not in discomfort, and it is so much more personal. I didnt feel like I number in and out! Daiana is hands down the best person to wax with. In the past I have had a hard time getting a wax because of the pain. She is extremely gentle in the way she waxes and extremely detailed. Not only that, she makes you comfortable with conversation and is quick. 100% recommend her when you go!

I have been coming here for 3 years and love it! Will never go back to EWC after coming here. They use natural ingredients as much as possible and are very thorough with all of their services. The wax is so gentle and it hurts as little as ripping hairs out can be. Daiana will make sure every single hair is gone after a wax! I hear Jessica is the quickest so there is a wax specialist for everyone.

Came here to do my very first Brazilian wax when I was about 22 years old… I was so nervous when I got there. But all that quickly changed when I was greeted by Gloria… She was super professional and extremely friendly. when it was time to get waxed she talked with me through out the entire session. Constantly reassuring me that Im ok after every pull. She was patient and genuinely wanted me to feel comfortable... when it was over, I scoped out the results and I didnt see a single hair in sight! (Shes a perfectionist like that) lol.Anyways long story short, Im now 26 and I still come to dermi wax religiously to get groomed up. Gloria is still as warm and welcoming as the very first day and I cant imagine going anywhere else.

Today was my second time here in Dermi Wax, and the customer service and quality of this center is a A+ I personally was attended by Gloria and she is amazing, very knowledgable and caring to her patients needs. I will continue going here.

Worst experience ever. I came here for a Brazilian wax that I purchased through groupon (grouponers beware!!) When I arrived the lady at the front desk made things feel pretty awkward, not saying a word but shuffling her eyes from me to her desk. Luckily for her there was an esthetician in the room to greet me. She gave me a paper to fill out with the standard yadda yadda and when I was finished off to the room we went. The room looked like a doctors office, nothing relaxing about it at all. The lady that I was given did not leave the room as I took of my pants which was weird.. And as soon as I laid on the table she pulled out a bottle of baby powder and starts going to town. And I mean baby powder GALORE!! The actual waxing was fine although she had a weird waxing method I wasnt used to, whatever. But the ENTIRE time shes upselling me products and talking my ear off. I say yes to the products, cuz hey they sounded pretty cool. She also tells me that the tangential is extra, which Ive never experienced either but I agreed. After it was over she asks if Id like to leave a tip and I say sure $10 is fine, which she disagrees to and informs me that she doesnt get any money from groupon. So in addition to paying for the groupon which was $30, I ended up spending $40 on top of that from upselling and being guilt tripped. She didnt clean up any of the wax or baby powder when she was done with me, and I left feeling ripped off and stupid with my butt stuck together with wax. She also spilled wax on my shirt and couldnt get it off.... And to top it all off, I got an infection from it (warts I believe??) which is why I finally came to write this review. Bottom line, dont come here. Ill be going back to my regular wax lady.

Bad customer service. They don’t like serving people with Groupons and tell you to wait two weeks before booking an appointment. I don’t understand why they have it Groupons if they don’t want to accept Groupons. They lied straight to my face when i called to book an appointment. They said they were full once i said i had a Groupons. Horrible! Definitely not work going to a place like this.
