Found this store a few months ago and couldn’t be happier! I previously shopped at Smoke R Us but due to poor customer service I refuse to shop there anymore. At Crimson Vapor every employee knows the products they sell. Anytime I’ve had an issue, needed advice they took care of it! Won’t shop anywhere else!

Very great place to get your supplies. Jason and Terry are great people and make your visit worth the stop alone. Good prices on all products. Not like the other vape shops in the area. Will be back as often as possible!

Guys there have been very helpful and friendly while my husband and I have been learning more about vaping to get away from cigarettes. Kind of wish they a little more selection on flavors, but can understand why from a business standpoint.

I like to support local businesses.. HOWEVER, Last time I stopped by because my mod wasnt working. An employee told me it was because I needed new coil. I bought coils .. still not working. He said what you really need is new battery. I bought 1. When the other employee started to replace battery he said.. Ohhh you had battery in upside down.. I said Then I obviously didnt need the items I just purchased did I??. He assured me the battery I bought was superior to the 1 I had. I was very upset and frustrated. I said ok whatever.. And started to leave the 1st salesperson told me I couldnt put my original battery in my purse..That it would explode. He said just give it to me ..Ill dispose of it for you.!!!! I was so frustrated and upset by then I wasnt thinking clearly.. There was nothing wrong with my battery Except I had it in upside down! Im not an expert I am a vaping newby.. As you can tell by my above statement. The employee also knew I didnt know what I was doing.. He sold me things I didnt need. I might could have lived with that..but he also talked me into giving him my battery that worked when right side up. I feel I was robbed! Im not sure what he did was legal ?? But I am Positive it was unethical. I dont know how the Better Business Bureau will feel about the employees basic theft of My property.. I havent contacted them yet......

Crimson Vapor has good deals and the employee I’ve met is always so nice and helpful.. As a matter of fact, they didn’t have my vape juice and the staff member wrote down my vape juice in a note, talked to the owner about it, and next time I came in BAM! The owner now always has my fav juice in stock.

Terry has been in the vaping game since the start.. More than likely he will be there when you are. Dont sleep on him! Get what you need and more while being safely and expertly advised on any new equipment or gear. Keep it up boss 🤙🏼

All I have to say I love thus place. The guy thats always in there is awesome. He will talk and joke. Theres couches and a TV for lounging. If you need to be educated on ANYTHING he will be more than glad to educate you.
