I was very nervous to go in because I have no experience, but the cashier there was absolutely amazing. They also had me try the product before I left the store to make sure it worked. Overall, amazing experience and I will definitely be using this as my regular shop from now on!

This is by far the best place to buy all of your vaping products whether you have vaped for a while & especially if your are new at it. Kelly, the owner, Josh & Justin give A++ customer service every time no matter what your needs are. They are so personable Ive come to feel like theyre old friends. Buyer beware!! A young man sold me a $55 unit, when got home the unit would not charge, when i tried bringing it in they said too bad! With all the money i have spent there you would think they would be helpful but I was treated like Garbage! DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY THERE! Its over priced and Trash and their customer service is even worse.Do yourself a favor and go to Vaper World, twice the liquid per bottle and cheaper and not watered down!!

I went in for the first time on my lunch break, the guy working was super friendly and very knowledgeable. Give me some advice on how fix my pod and even gave me the supplies to do it. I will definitely be going back!

They helped my wife get off cigarettes and with their ability to adjust nicotine levels she has literally cut her nicotine level from 32 to 12 and she enjoys their juice.

Very nice and helpful , everyone who I spoke to was knowledgeable and had insight into what I was looking for . I will say the only fallback was there was a very small selection with that selection was for very niche consumer . So if youre looking for a place that might have a juice you havent found anywhere else for part that you need from here but if youre looking for something that you have at every store you might as well stop someplace closer

Bought a disposable vape and soon as I got it home the battery wouldn’t shut off brought it back and they said there’s nothing they can do. Very disappointing To spend almost 30 bucks on a disposable vape to try and get away from cigs and they don’t stand behind the products they sell. Just lost business for them. Wouldn’t recommend at all

Twisted E-Liquid is the best vapor store Ive ever been to. Theyre right down the street from me, so super convenient, but that doesnt matter. If they were a 30 minute drive from me, Id make the trip. Excellent house juice blends, and they have just about anything youll ever need, and if they dont have that obscure vapamajig youre looking for, theyll order it for you super fast. Cmon Google let me give these guys 6 stars!

Bought a small water pipe today, no matter how little water I put in it, I still suck up water. Bad design. I have only put water in it. Its still clean. They wont refund my money. I know not to buy here again
