The gentlemen who work here are very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. They always help me find what I need, and they always have it in stock (I usually buy coils and juice). I really like their setup, too. Spacious and relaxed. So I always keep coming back!

They have a great variety of vaping juices, mods, sticks, and miscellaneous like coils, batteries, atomizers, etc. One of the most value of this place is the attention, nowadays is hard to find a place to feel youre welcome to be there, to have a sit, to receive a recommendation, to really feel attended. This guys are oriented to help you. Like I read recently, theyre the best vape shop in town. I really really appreciate this, hope never decay!

Been hitting smoke shops since 16 yo. This smoke shop is awesome. I dont write reviews much at all but had to because of the great service i always get. Questions about my vape always answered and they have a big selection of items. They always take care of me.

This is honestly the only smoke shop I go to. Other smoke shops in the desert doesn’t compare to this place. Plus they always have the best vape juice selections and newest disposable vapes. They always have elf bars, lost Mary’s and my newest fave - lush alien with the adjustable air flow. Everyone here is always super friendly and can always suggest something new to try based off your favorite flavors. You guys are awesome!

Absolutely best SMOKE shop there is. I’ve been coming here for years because they have all of my favorite vape juices and the best customer service. Plus they have the lowest prices on elf bars that I have seen. Highly recommend, absolutely love this place and the whole staff!

Ive been trying to find a quality trustful affordable vape shop that I could rely on for all my vaping needs. After researching online E-Cig City kept popping up with great reviews. I had to see for myself and found one of their stores just 12 minutes from my place in Palm desert CA. I met the manager and the owner and they were very cool. They had everything I was looking for and at a great price! They are now my go to place for all of my vaping needs. They have a great selection, and if they dont have what youre looking for they will do their best to find it and order it. You have to check it out for yourselves! Highly recommend!!!!

This is the best vape shop in the Coachella 💙 Valley and the only one I go to! The owner Mike🫡 is very personable and constantly has amazing deals to offer including a clearance section!They recently did some construction so the shop is clean, organized and fully stocked with vapes- puff bars💨-juice-glassware-everything you need!A thousand ✨ stars keep it up guys!

This is my favorite shop between the desert and LA (i frequent both places)They have the largest selection of juice (regular or saltnic) that takes up the entire wall of their store! they always have all the flavors of disposables in stock that I am looking for (which is rare in most smoke shops.) I also get my pipes and rolling papers from here too. they are a one stop shop for everything i need and the staff is super cool and knowledgeable. Also, A++ for super clean store appearance, definitely a cut above the rest. highly recommended.

Best vape shop in town!They have a great overall selection of products and the staff knows their stuff when it comes to the inventory. Anytime I have a question on something they have a knowledgeable response and really help out. Ive never been let down by one of their recommendations for a product.

Helpful staff; got a good recommendation for a vape. Signed up for their rewards club. They dont have higher nicotine content juice in the store like Im used, so slightly disappointed with that. But the staff was nice and the store was sizable, the stock was varied, and it was clean. Moved here recently so nice to find a good vape store near by.

Love this place for there puff bars. All sorts of flavors and you do not have to worry about a mod or juice because they are disposable!.! But they have great juice too. Great great place to buy from. Thank you guys! :)

Pretty pathetic when they won’t let you bring your 10 pound dog inside the shop and it’s 110° I guess I guess they don’t want to sells are not important. Specially when I’ve brought My dog in the shop several times , by apperentky the “owner” watches the camera and wouldn’t be okay with it.Except when the owner is there, he’s fine with it. I’ll take my Vape addiction online and save instead of supporting our local b&ms.

This is a huge SHOUT OUT from me to any of you who vape. When I started vaping it was confusing and I went back to cigarettes time in time again frustrated with tanks, juice, battery power n so on. It felt like it was more expensive than buying packs of tar.I discovered E-cig city n have not had the need to smoke another cigarette.These people, who work at this location, know what they are selling. They are familiar with everything in the store.
