Elements Spa Hilton Palm Springs

Checked in the hotel Thursday around 3pm ish and saw the spa on the second floor. There is a qr code thing to scan and they give u a number to text them to book... I text them before 5 pm on Thursday and it is Saturday now snd they have not text me back.. The front desk told me they open at 10am and close at 5pm... It is dark in there and they havent gotten back to me.. Very unprofessional.. Why leave a number to text them when they dont text back....cant wait till I check out I have a feeling my review on the entire hotel will not be good.. So far I was charged for something I shouldnt have been charged for so a little upset

Not as luxurious as I expected. I will admit this spa is very relaxing and the staff is very sweet and accommodating. The steam room is awesome and the massage was fantastic. I will be back very soon!!

Service and amenities were great. Came here with a group of 6 and went 2 at a time. Used pool and steam room when not getting massages. Each couple thought the massage therapists were great. Relaxing morning

Room 248 was very spacious and FYI two beds lovely walking shower. Dont forget if you ever go they keep the blow dryers in a cotton bag under washroom sink.

My wife called for an appointment today for a facial. She was given a 1:30 p.m. appointment by Paula. Around 15 minutes later, Paula called and asked her to change the appointment to 2:15 p.m. My wife said okay. Then Paula called again around a half hour later and wanted to change the appointment to 4:45 pm. My wife was then upset and just said to cancel the appointment. This was a complete lack of professionalism and we were very disappointed with the service!

Taru Don is simply amazing. I felt stress free and completely relaxed after the massage. Elements Spa Hilton has a great location and the atmosphere was simply divine. I would recommend this spa to anyone that enjoys great service with a wonderful masseuse.

They never showed up when I finally heard from them they said they had it written down at the end of the month which is even worse because I confirmed verbally the day and the time which means they were not paying attention save your money

No openings. Never know when they will be open. Snotty receptionist. Li.ited services.
