It was my first time visiting the spa.Pros: friendly staff, the spa is quite large and has an extensive list of services you can get. The facilities are what youd expect at most day spas, there is a nice lagoon area with a pool/hot tub where you can relax before treatments.Cons: The robe they provided me did not fit (Im large chested) so I had to wear my street clothes. I booked a 90 minute treatment with an add on 30 min scalp massage. I got to my appointment 30 minutes early but had to wait for my attendant to get me over when my appointment was supposed to start. The service was extremely relaxing but I think my attendant didnt manage the time well because she ran out of time and didnt massage my front upper body...and the scalp treatment, she essentially just put oil on my hair. No massaging, and definitely not for 30 minutes. I felt like I didnt get the full treatment that I paid for.Lastly, I went to shower after my treatment and there was no water pressure/ the water was ice cold, no hot water.I stay at this resort once a year, I would come back but would probably stick to a cheaper less intensive treatment. I dont think I got my moneys worth this time. Otherwise its a nice spa.
The spa is well decorated. The colors and items give it a very chill vibe. It is a pretty small place. There seemed to be too few staff to really tend to me and my husband. We got the spa pass and used it on a Thursday. It was a fine experience but I would not pay for it again.
Christy Cruz, hair stylist, nailed it! She didn’t know me. I had an appointment at 10:30 am and asked for an updo. And I asked if it could not fall out by evening. She shampooed me and styled my hair. It was perfect through 6:30 dinner and later dancing!, all the way back to my room. She was pleasant and so sweet. The salon was comforting and relaxing. Everyone was very professional. I had no idea what to expect but had to try. I highly recommend!
Jessica did an awesome job with the scrub and soak! She was friendly and professional. The facilities here however are only average. There is an indoor co Ed pool (very small) and hot tub and steam/sauna in each locker room. However the facilities could be better and have more amenities overall such as an outdoor area for spa guests (aside from the main pool)
What a fabulous experience. Had the Neroli oil massage with Desiree. The perfect blend of olfactory and muscle relaxation. Bring your swim suit and spend some extra time in the coed Lagoon room.
Just got finished with a therapeutic couples massage. My fiancé and I are very super satisfied. The lady that I had was Desiree. (Sorry if I misspelled.) we don’t remember the gentleman’s name. But he was awesome too. Highly recommend this place. Thank you guys!!!
I had the best experience here this past weekend for my birthday relaxation. Shannon was amazing and was very knowledgeable about the best ways to release tension in problematic areas and give great suggestions. Kristi was fantastic as well and so knowledgeable about skin types while giving me a facial as I wasnt aware that my skincare routine was lacking a few extra things. Overall just amazing.
My cousin and I went to this spa to rejuvenate ourselves after a hiking-heavy trip we took. The spa gets you access to a really nice lounge room with a body-temperature pool and hot tub. We both had our Swedish massage from Brian. I hope Brian and/ Brian’s manager sees this because he has MAGIC HANDS. I have had a lot of massages and I can say his was one of the absolute best. We both felt like jello (in a good way) afterward. The spa also got us access to the main pool so we were able to relax after relaxing :) Highly recommend!
Spa day with the moms! 💁♀️ I had a deep tissue massage with Sierra, who absolutely rocked my world. My mom did the pear wrap (full body scrub, followed by a wrap and massage) of which she said was fantastic. We both got there early to relax in the hot tub and steam room. Some of the facilities could use some updating and of course the prices were high, but overall the services and experience was worth it.
A surprisingly great spa!Pros: Our massages were amazing! We had Brian and Desiree who both did an incredible job. It was so relaxing. One of the best massages I’ve had. The pools in the lounge are also lovely. The design is so nice and the pool area was clean and pretty. The front desk is so sweet! Everyone we spoke with on the phone and checking out were great.Cons: Omg the music during the massage was distracting! It had pauses in between like a CD. I’d look into a ambient spa playlist on Spotify for something more updated. It was weird. The BIGGEST issue here is the locker room. It was gross. There was hair all in the drains of the showers and sinks. The shower shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were really cheap and made me feel like I was at a dog wash. There aren’t clean packaged combs or much for making yourself put back together. If felt like a gross dorm locker room. The restrooms weren’t clean and were out of toilet paper. There’s 1 chair to sit in for the entire space. It’s got chips in the paint. Just not what you would expect for a high end spa. Once they fix the cleanliness and amenities in the locker room- it will be a must go. Until then, I would consider other places.
My favorite spot in the entire Valley, and coming from a local thats saying something. You have to get there at least an hour early so you can enjoy the Buddha Lounge. The lounge consists of a wading pool thats not too hot and just right. Also theres a Jacuzzi thats usually around a hundred and two degrees. While you are lounging and awaiting your spot treatment, you can stare up at the ceiling at the cool lighting effects that envelop the room. There are several stations of infused Cool Waters and bowls of fruit as well. Plenty of fresh clean towels for you to choose from and lounge chairs to lay on. Both men and women are welcome here. The spa treatments are not Bargain Basement. This is a luxury spa so be prepared to spend a little money. But also be prepared to be pampered unlike anywhere youve ever been. Highly recommended for visitors and locals alike. Locals should consider signing up for their monthly membership which allows for one free 50-minute treatment per month as well as unlimited access to the Buddha Lounge.
The place is big and nice structure. It needs a update, specially the carpet in hall and rooms. That makes it smell bad. The rooms are big and nice, but always the carpet the problem smells. The bathroom big,but needs a update the tub. My room, problems with drainage and Faucet moves..the beds are confortable..and the swimming pools are great...the day we left at 9 no water and no AC to do some working...
Very friendly spa to get some massage and pedicure
Beautiful place with very helpful employees. The spa itself is a private oasis kind of place tucked into the place where comfort and privacy are a top priority. Great place!
The massage sucked paid a lot for nothing
Just spent the day at the spa. Nice facilities but nothing special. I used a Groupon, otherwise Id consider their normal price to be overpriced, so check to see if they have one available before you go.
Got a massage and it was great! Everyone was very nice and professional.
Great service, friendly staff, and massages were amazing.
Great massage and a great atmosphere for relaxation.
Desiree was amazing. By far the best massage I have ever recieved.
Poor customer service and communication. They never answer their phones or call the customer back.
