Fun Karaoke! Not sure if this is Pasadena’s only gay bar. It has been here for sometime. Nice small town feel inside. Great friendly staff. Great memories visiting friends here when we wanted a low key night out.

I’ve been a customer of this bar for almost 20 years and I really have to say that I love this place. From the special events to karaoke and running into friends here makes it all worth it. I even met my partner here. Truly a special place.

Amazing time at The Boulevard. As a single women traveling I instantly felt safe and welcome. Between the staff and patrons I didnt feel alone or awkward for a minute. The drag show was incredible, especially with no cover?! Make sure to tip well! Karaoke was so much fun! Everyone gets really involved. Drank angry orchard which was $8/ea all night. Didnt order food. Would definitely recommend this place!

Best local neighborhood bar around. Great place to grab a drink, sing some karaoke, and even catch a drag show or two! Steve (the owner) is great; he’s hilarious and makes all his customers feel like family.

This place sucksThey make you. Get 2 drinks to sing and does not accept cards, their ATM charge you and doesn’t even work. Skip it. Go somewhere else

I had a lovely time here last night with my gf and metamour. The atmosphere was cozy (with excellent halloween decor), the bartender Steve was friendly, the regular crowd was lively and welcoming, the drinks were strong, I danced and sang and laughed (and lost a ring and dont even care 😆)

Fast service, reasonable price, downside is that they dont have any food items

I’ve had really good times here. Nice ppl and fun ambience. I wish it wasn’t cash only (especially considering that the cocktails ain’t exactly cheap) and I wish they’d hire a bouncer (you can never be too careful these days), but other than that, I really appreciate this place.

The -2 stars is for the damn patrons, the female variety who get drunk and right up in your face singing and clapping and then literary hang on you like you’re their best friend. No hunty, mind yourself and others’ personal space. Last night I wasn’t even finished with my first and only cocktail and my fiancé and I looked at each other and said, let’s go.Meanwhile, the staff is super friendly, bartenders pour enjoyable but expensive cocktails, shows are fun, and karaoke is typically a great time. A makers and Ginger and a Jack and Diet were $11 each. You used to be able to go here for less than that.

Very small place but a fun place to go to.

This is, hands down, the best bar in earth. I highly recommend checking it out. Friendly staff attracts friendly people and theres never a dull moment. You cannot beat the karaoke and atmosphere. You will feel like family here. The good kind of family that you enjoy spending time and spreading joy to all who follow. Thats just how it is here.

Owner is absolutely psychotic and accused us of lying over a simple misunderstanding. As a queer person I do not feel safe around this man at all.

Seriously Everytime I come here, they are never open on time. Last time I waited 30 mins for someone to show up even though there was a receipt on the door saying be back by 7:30, I had waited to 8:10 and nobody had shown up. So my friend convinced me to give The Boulevard another try. I showed up at 7:05, the bar said it was open, nobodys here.

On my way there now! HOLLA! Drag show is pretty awesome, karaoke is funtabulous, great bartenders! Best lgbtq bar/atmosphere youre gonna find in near area.

Picture 1993!!! I would hop over to the BLVD after the bar on Sierra madre There was a bartender nicknamed mother he always made me feel welcome. Its nice to see it is still there for the community.

I love this place! It is such a beautiful hole in the wall with good drinks and great drag. Absolutely recommend!

It was pretty chill. The staff was cool and it was nice playing pool and having a couple of beers. I would recommend definitely. Id rather go here than go to WeHo honestly.

The bar tenders kinda suck, not friendly. I have been here a few times and it always the same. The people are cool.

My favorite gay bar in the area. Friendly, welcoming, non judgemental. Lesbians are welcome any day of the week :)

A karaoke bar, I requested a song and then the DJ stole it as his own, and made it the last song of the night. Also they need to invest in an ATM.

I would take this place over anything in WeHo any day. Its a little loud, but the people are friendly and the drinks wont help you on your way to bankruptcy.

Terrible service... I was in this place and they didnt let me enter because I didnt have the Vaccine... They CANNOT Force People to get the vaccine to enter a Bar...They must have service for all people without discriminating against those who do not get vaccinated...
