I have been doing massage here for five years. This is the cleanest shop nearby. I like its cleanliness and neatness. The masseur is very enthusiastic and has good skills. I often go there because it will relieve stress and relax.

This place is really great. Very clean and relaxed atmosphere and the massage was very skilled. Had a huge knot in my shoulder and the masseuse really helped me to relieve my pain which had been bothering me for a while. I will definitely come back here again !

Its clean, inviting, and fully stocked with high-quality products. The services are top notch.

Came here for a 30 minute massage. Paid up front and at end was forced to tip more. It’s a Rub and tug establishment. Please Don’t come here.

The massage was pretty good , but before even getting the massage I was asked to pay and tip. I’ve been to other spas and this is never the policy, I found that very odd. when I tipped I was pressed about how they didn’t think it was an adequate amount despite me never even receiving the service before tipping. when I tipped at the end I found the masseuse to be rude and insistent about it. The door also kept opening and closing during my massage which made me pretty uncomfortable.

Very nice and clean spa.All the personal very Profesional and kind.They make you feel like a king.I have being going to Pasadena Day Spa for a long time.You always get your moneys worth. Highly recommended 👌 👍

Scheduled me an appointment, drove 25 minutes to get here and they changed the appointment because another customer came in. Don’t schedule if you can’t deliver. Won’t come back. Unprofessional time wasters.

It was my first time here. The shop was very clean. The masseur gave me acupressure and back massage, which solved my back pain problem. I will come again next time.👍👍

Just had a great massage by Jessica! I called in at about 5:30pm and asked if I could come in at 6:30. Im Happy they were able to schedule me in. I’ve been having horrible sciatic pain and it was just getting unbearable. Once I was in the room on the massage table, Jessica asked about the pressure I preferred which is great some people are quick to just get started so I appreciated that. Definitely had lots of tension in my back so she massaged and was able to step it out (stepped on my back) and it was so good. It felt like time flew by I was so relaxed. I will be coming back soon & referring friends :)

Its sad to say i will not be coming here again. The receptionist was welcoming as i called prior that day to ask what they recommended for a chronic back issue and she said to come in. I didnt catch the masseuses name but overall the deep tissue massage seemed to be touching trigger spots and i felt sore the next day, which is great. The issue is that i was sort of rushed and the masseuse didnt seem to care about my questions, during the whole massage she was texting with one hand and rubbing my shoulder with the other, and immediately after i was pressed for a tip as i was getting my things together. They do seem to know what they are doing, i believe it was just the masseuse and not the buisness.

I must say I have been there a couple times and my experience was excellent. The therapist was amazing.She ask me what type of massage I like and what was my pain. So great place, very clean.

I continue to come back because they do such a great job at releasing stress and reducing pain. Very pleased with the massages.

The worst massage place ever do not come here I brought my boyfriend here as a surprise and the massage was an hour of u even want to call it a massage all they did was our back and DEMANDED we have them each a $20 tip unexceptable save your time and money and go to a better one because this place is just a waste of your time and money.

I called today asking for a male massage therapist and whoever answered the phone hung up on me.

What a scam! Only rubbing the body for an hour and charge a lot of money and still beg for tip.

A very good relaxing experience with expert hands that are good for release the stress.

Good for asking for tips in my bulbous life and of course I dont recommend it

Bad service.! ! !1 hour Massage just 45min finish.in the middle go restroom few minutes. Insincere, the one hour massage ended in 45 minutes. I had to go to the toilet for a few minutes to wash my hands.
