For it being the first time I was gonna go here I wanted to make sure they had what I needed since It was a bit of a drive for me. When I called the person who picked up the phone was so rude I won’t ever give them even a penny of money. When Asking about a particular product he cut me off and said I have many many customers And that he is too busy and then he hung up no bye no nothing g! If your that busy why even pick up the phone then if your gonna act like that because you did nothing by answering except lose a customer. Great work!

Great selection of rolling tobacco and papers. A few good deals can be had. Staff are pleasant and do a fairly good job of keeping everything stocked. Its a long trip for me but I go often because I like it.

Bought a vape. That started leaking pretty much strait away. Ruined an expensive pair of jeans. The owner gave me 50% refund and wanted to keep the oil too,, which there was 3/4 still in the tube! I’ve been a customer there since I was 16 years old! I’m 39 now!! Different owner tho, I used to smoke out the back with the previous owner!! And get discounts being a loyal customer. Because of how greedy and deceitful they are. They will loose my business. He ripped me off for 30$ now that 30$ will cost him 10s of thousands in profit of what I would of spent there b4 smoking kills me!!!loll

Not so much a large selection of top end cigars. But the store was clean, and the clerk was friendly.. I bought 10 lower end cigars.. and the clerk threw in an extra.. so overall a pleasent experience!!

These guys are absolute OGs and they’re packing everything stocked - never been there and left disappointed. Been going there for years and will always return a happy customer. I’d give them 10/5 stars if I could!

Service is trash the guy does not know anything about the products in the store and if you ask questions he gives you a lame answer. I walked in first and instead of helping me out he helped out another guy and kept me waiting for 10 mins because I was trying to ask him more questions before I purchase. Finally decided on a disposable flum wafer and it was supposed to last 1600 puffs but it died in 400 puffs. Their stuff is old.

Products are junk and they have a million reasons why they cant exchange or replace items. Been going there for 11 years and unless you speak to the owner who is only there Mondays and Tuesdays, you will not get good customer service and problems solved. I will be having another conversation with him in person next Monday.Replace or refund the current junk sold and refused to handle by their extremely rude incapable employees, and I will find another smoke shop to go to. Done with this situation for good.

Dude at the counter is rude as hell. And then tries to rip you off on disposable vape devices.STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE THEY WILL RIPP YOU OFF.

One stop smoking gear shop, with a selection of smoking accouterments like lighters waterpipes and glass.A small but decent selection of cigars, and other things. Cold drinks and other stuff, theres a lot to see in this little shop. Worth a stop for your tobacco and alternate smoking material needs.

I walked in asked the cashier for help finding a whip he started to help me until about 2min later when two other customers came in. He then left me in the middle of helping me to check them out. Uhhhh hello ever heard of first come first serve? That was super rude of him I will not be going back.

I recently bought the blu e-cig starter kit. and the batteries dont last at all. So after being burned for $76, I went here. I bought a vaporizer for $79.95 + tax. I got home and it started to work then stopped. I go to return the item, and i get there and theyre locking the door. I was able to talk to them outside and they took the device and told me to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and they told me to pick any vaporizer lower or equal to the price. I picked the ego-c twist.( theirs already had customized everything. A skull tip, xl battery 4.3 inches long, v-core 2.0 tank. I wasnt planning on getting a vaporizer that was already decked out but seeing as its my first vaporizer i figure it would be easier to have one already done then me trying to get there.)They had me test it out before i left. No smoke shop i have been too has been this good. They took a $60-$76 hit by allowing me to return a purchase that had no warrenty back to them. And exchanging it.

When youre a valued customer, they sure do let you know. Any dollars off the total is great for me

Massively over priced. $4 more than circle k down the road. And the product was srale and dried out. Dont buy snus here.

I bought a cartoon of cigarettes when I paid cashier didnt give me a receipt for my purchase!!! I thought it would be automatic will handed to you I was wrong!!!
