Came to Pensacola Florida for vacation I am a Oklahoma medical card holder and they gave me 15% discount for that I wanted to get a pipe that would remind me of this family vacation and forever will have a piece with me from this beautiful state, the service was really good kind friendly and willing to show you what you were looking for I definitely recommend this place and will be coming back again thank you psychedelic shack for making my vacation with this piece

Went in to buy glassware tonight and had an amazing experience. Staff was helpful in finding one that would work well and was patient in explaining how to use one for a first time buyer. Great experience and will go in again 👍🏽Dude was cool!

Went to Jeremy on 9th Ave with a request to have the side of my fingers tattooed. Every other artist I went to refused to do the work. I am fully aware there is a damn good chance they will fade and I made certain Jeremy was aware of this fact. He not only agreed to do what I wanted but also told me he would give me a touch up on them one time for no charge. I purposefully chose these tattoos to remind myself I have value. I am hoping that by the time they fade, I will know I am not trash.Thanks to his willingness to help me, Jeremy will be the only one I go to from now on.

This place is amazing. Went today for a nostril piercing, Autumn was my piercer and she was so awesome! The piercing was very well priced, $35 and it included the jewelry. Not only was it a good price but she walked me through every single step, including her washing her hands and changing gloves and everything. Ive had MANY piercings before but she is the first to walk me through EVERY step and explain everything to me. Also bought some after care wound spray for $8, and she gave me two coupons for 25% off for piercings! Cleanest and most professional place I have ever been.Not to mention the shop itself had some really cool pieces and a huge selection. Will definitely be coming here again, and not just for piercings!

I left my credit card at the store almost 2 months ago by accident (or dropped it in the parking lot or going out the store....?). I thought it was lost in my house because there was no suspicious activity on the account during that time. I stopped by the store, the last place I had a point of sale charge, just to say I had checked.They had my card safely stashed in their cash register the whole time, and they returned it once I showed my ID. I thought that was pretty cool and an example of great customer service, so I wanted to share.Thanks so much Psychedelic Shack!

Service was amazing! I went in to get an industrial piercing a few years ago! I then decided to come back to get another tattoo. The guy that did my tattoo (Jeremy) was super chill, very nice, also professional, and clean! Absolutely love how he calmed my nerves, and we just vibed, while getting my tattoo done. The prices are also very good! Absolutely would recommend this place!

I called wanting a quote for an Ashley piercing and the man who answered was super polite. Unfortunately they do not have a piercer but he was still kind enough to offer a recommendation. 10/10 customer service.

The service was above and beyond excellent. The moment my significant other and I stepped into the door we were greeted enthusiastically by a young man named John. I told him that I have been there a couple times before but it had been a while since I had last come in, he was very respectful and let us browse at our own leisure. Anytime I had a question he was quick to speak up with a answer that was helpful. The entire time he was very nice and patient while we looked for over an hour, making sure we knew about any deals. He even mentioned a raffle contest that I didn’t previously know about, but thanks to him I was able to enter into it! Very excited to come back again. I’m the few weeks that John said he had been there he was able to help with any type of question. VERY EXCELLENT customer service! Thank you John!

After a horrible experience at PTS nextdoor, coming here was a relief. Staff, all super nice. Soon as we walked in we were greeted with smiling faces. Which is always nice to see after youve had a horrible last couple of months losing loved ones. Phillip was great. Gave us a quote on the spot. My son gave him his ideas and he brought them to life. He made my son feel very comfortable and relaxed for his first tattoo. My son had LLK tattooed on his forearm, which stands for, Long Live Kara. In honor of his dear gf he lost in a horrific car accident this past March. Thanks Phillip and staff for turning a bad experience into a beautiful one he will always remember. We will definitely be back and we already have a few others we are sending your way!

A friend of mine needed to detoxify or the day would end badly for her. The cleaning product actually worked as stated my the cashier. She had a 5 hour time window of clean urine. I was amazed that she made it thru the gauntlet...lol

Since moving to Pensacola, Ive got my last 9 tattoos here. Great staff. Great artists. Marcos and Jeremy do outstanding work. Ive reviewed many compliments from others on the detail of their work; lines, shading, artistic interpretation. Would very highly recommend them.

They have a lot of cool items for sale, some pricing is decent and other pricing is not. I think the girl was just excited however it came off pretty rude, but I asked this lady a question and she yelled the answer back into my face (she was right in front of me). I cannot speak on the tattoos here, but the glass art is pretty nice. Other than that one experience (which made me decide to leave), this shop is nice. The other staff were very nice and helpful.

They have beautiful pipes but the availability is impossible. Plus I dont care how awesome your art work is especially if youre rude. The fact that you have one great artist does not account for your bad customer service. Plus the piercing artist only does one at a time. She acts like shes so booked, but the shop was empty. She blocked out an hour for a nasal piercing. We asked if she could add 2 more piercings. More money but they could not accommodate that. So sad. We took our elsewhere and it was awesome.! So go to All about ink! Please Thank you to all of you!

I went here for a daith piercing and I will never go anywhere else now. My piercer Autumn was AMAZING! She was really friendly and fun while maintaining a professional attitude. She explained everything she did and made sure we saw that everything she used was sterile. My piercing was quick and the pain was minimal. Cant say anything about the glassware since thats not my thing, but they do have a wide variety. If you want piercings, I highly recommend this place. The majority of the staff are friendly, the piercing prices are amazing, and everything is nice and clean. Make sure you call ahead to book an appointment, because they rarely are able to do piercing walk-ins. If you can get Autumn, do it. Ive never enjoyed having a stranger stab me more.

Both the two times I have went here I have absolutely loved it! I went for my nose piercing back in October and again today. I went earlier because I got my conch pierced from another Tattoo/ Piercing place and was super unhappy about the jewelry they picked and the back was not pierced properly. They were super helpful and helped me carefully remove it and even said the piercing placement was wrong. They were super eager to help me and made me feel extremely welcomed. They’re were able to fit me in super quick and answered all my questions. Everything went super smooth! I will ALWAYS go here form now on out. Highly recommend this place!!

This was my first time getting a tattoo. I called and got an appointment the same day with Jeremy. He even worked my husband in as well. He was very professional and helpful with his knowledge of tattoos. He made sure we were comfortable through the whole process. The shop was very clean and everyone there was very nice and professional. I would definitely recommend Jeremy to anyone who wants a tattoo! Cool Dude!!

Great place to go to for body piercings! I got pierced today 4/1/21 by Punkn and it was a great experience. Punkn was very informative about everything she was using and doing. She sterilized everything in front of me, did a wonderful job at making sure the bar would fit my piercing properly and allow for swelling, she showed me that she was sterilizing the equipment/jewelry and she showed me that everything was not opened and wasnt expired. Piercing process was clean, quick and easy! Great piercer, great shop! Highly recommend to anyone who wants a clean, friendly shop to go to to get all their piercing, tattoo and smoking needs fulfilled!

I absolutely love this place. The Psych Shack has a wonderful display of artistic and beautiful smoking apparatuses. A good range of incence and body jewelry. I had my left nostril pierced by a lovely young woman named Autumn. She also pierced the ears of my 14 year old son who has autism. She was able to keep him comfortable and mitigate a lot of his fear. Wonderful. I ended up having an unexpected amount of swelling in my nostril about 4 days later. They had me in immediately to assess the piercing and make adjustments to the jewelry at no cost to me. I was extremely happy with my experience and will definitely return for any piercings I want in the future. What a great team. Thank you.

So it wasnt my first time getting a tattoo, but it was the biggest by far I have ever got. When I walked in the shop, I felt instantly welcomed.The staff are so awesome and were very nice to me throughout the whole time I was there. Jeremy is an amazing artist! He took the time to make sure every detail was done perfectly and talked me through everything. He gave me breaks when I needed it and frequently made sure I was doing alright. Other staff were excited for me and were very pleasant to talk to. The price was very reasonable and I would definately recommend this tattoo shop to anyone!

SO GLAD I CAME HERE!!!!I made a trip out to the shop from about an hour and a half away after I set up my appointment with Autumn, thanks to Ross. Ross and Autumn greeted me when I walked into the shop with kindness and gratitude. My appointment was due to an issue on a piercing that had recently become troublesome (after about a year that was done by another piercer in a different state). Autumn is an awesome person, very knowledgeable as well as made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable. I recommend this place and these kind individuals to everyone! The piercer, Autumn, knocked it out of the park again for me. I got my septum pierced today and the whole process beginning to end was fantastic. Autumn makes it such a huge point to make sure you fully understand what youre getting into with your piercings, aftercare, and she constantly asks to make sure you are okay through the entire process. Not only that, but the level of care that goes in to making sure everything is sterile is very reassuring and definitely what you want to see at any piercing location. Shes incredibly knowledgeable about everything she does, and the prices are very affordable as well. I recommend Autumn to anyone looking for their first (or eighth!) piercing!!

Im a deep sleeper and woke up with my newly (1 month ) pierced nose ring out. I tried YouTube videos and to get it in myself but was unsuccessful. Called a nearby place and was given recommendations to try Mischief. Called her and even though she stated she was booked, she was really understanding, nice, and willing to help me out during get lunch break. When I arrived she was super friendly took my piercing and sanitized it. Afterwards she took me back to the room, explained how the ring was sanitized. Explained how she was going to taper it back in. Basically she cleaned my nose, used a long non needle like piercer and replaced my ring. Just a quick pinch and it was done. See stated this service was free even though I didnt get my original piercing here but I gave get something for being so helpful on short notice. Off to the side of the store they have the tattoo booths. Seating area. Majority of the store has paraphernalia. Then piercing display. Nice and clean establishment. Nice displays

I got all my piercings done here back in the early 2000s and never had any problems. Today I go in to get a piercing and met the piercer. All I can say, not sure how she can be the manager of piercing or have a job there pierod. Shes very rude and condescending. On top of that she would not pierce me because I didnt have an appointment and she didnt have time. She was standing behind the counter talking to an employee when I arrived and while I was looking around the store, no one was in the store and yet she didnt have time. After her being rude and treating me like she was better than me I took my business elsewhere and didnt have to have an appointment. They told me they get a lot of their business because of her and her attitude and having to have an appointment to get pierced. I tell you what, Ill never go back there. The other place will get my business from now on and the piercer is very friendly.

They have a very nice showroom, everything is well lit and easy to see. Not cluttered and very clean. The clerk spoke to me when I came in, I looked around and the manager Im guessing, came in and immediately spoke to me and made eye contact, which makes me feel like they enjoy their job and I get true customer service. So I had an excellent experience and I would highly recommend this store for your smoking needs, incense, burners etc.

Ive been a customer here for around 6 years but the aftermath of their customer service last night changed that. My belly button ring fell out yesterday, but since Ive had the flu my boyfriend went inside while I waited in the car. The boyfriend isnt a piercing guy so I gave him one of the balls from my other piercing (top and bottom navel) to help him out. He went in and asked for something like a round belly button ring while showing them the big gem ball. The lady responded, like a horse shoe? And he said uh, whatever a normal belly button ring is, sure.So she gave him a circular barbell. Which would be common for say, eyebrows, nose, and nipple piercings, but so INCREDIBLY uncommon for belly buttons. The huge gem ball he showed her was a dead giveaway too! He went right back inside and told the saleswoman that it was the wrong piece of jewelry to which she simply said, no returns. Not even a simple sorry. And now Im out money and have a useless piercing... Beware their brand of customer service here.

Customer service was ridiculous. Guy has all type of rings in there tells me I have to go somewhere else to find out what gauge piercing. He kept directing me elsewhere. Told me that there is tons of piercers everywhere when I came THERE for a ring. I drove 45 min to come here. Will not be back super rude customer service. Last time I was going to get some work done here the tattoo artist did the outline and told me to come back when I came back for the set appt he wasn’t any longer working. Same thing with the piercer. Made an appt.. when I arrived for my appt no piercer. Now I won’t even shop here for anything period. The worst place ever!!

Its a cool store and all the employees Ive interacted with were friendly & very helpful with whatever youre looking for. Theyve got some good tattoo artists and drawings to look through. The pipes, lets just say, theyre very proud of their glass pieces. Even the small ones are around $50. I dunno, maybe its just me but, Im not trying to spend a ton on my smoking device especially since Ill most likely break it anyways. Im obviously not their target customer. Its a little too pricey for me. Cool store to just check out though if passing by.

Customer service was good! I believe a bit of false advertising though. They contain too have everything you need smoking wise but do not carry the filler tubes required for making your own cigarettes. Being from California and just visiting, seeing that type of advertisement would lead one to believe they would be casting what I was needing Otherwise nice place.

This store is clean and well kept. They offer Tattos and piercings. They offer a WIDE range variety of pipes. Staff is quite courteous and helpful. While there we took the time to see many pieces. Brandon took the time and was quite patient with us. There is a great focus on the Art of pipes. There are MANY pieces they offer that are one of a kind and are not cheap china production. They offer many pipes to fit every budget. Had to grab cash to make our purchase as the storm from earlier in the day monkeyed up the data lines use for CC. ( not a big deal ) Many thanks for a great experience. We will be back!

My husband and I went to see mischief today for some piercings. I got a vertical hood and my husband got a didoe. Mischief and her apprentice made us both feel very comfortable as they were professional and very knowledgeable. We are already planning our second visit with them. These girls are great! I will never go anywhere else!

Nice store and nice people EXCEPT for the girl that does the piercings she is so rude and she spoke to me like I was beneath her or stupid? Any questions I had were answered rudely. She was very condescending. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and said maybe she was having a bad day... I have her a big tip because I figured everyone has off days and she did do a good job. The second time I went was my last time because she behaved the same way, actually worse. The other people are extremely friendly but she’s so nasty acting.UPDATE: Just checked the other reviews the piercers name was Mischief and apparently Im not the only one she was rude to.

Made my appt with Mischief to get my septum pierced and went in at 4, filled out the paper and they had everything all laid out for me. I thankfully got pierced by Mischief, she was super freakin nice and fun. She made me feel comfortable and explained everything she was doing, sterilization process, and was thorough with everything. WILL BE GOING BACK! Cant wait for it to heal and buy some jewelry from them.

I had a piercer named Autumn and she is just so adorably sweet. The sales associate was a guy with long light brown hair and he was also so adorably sweet. Told me not to wash my after care water bottle in my dishwasher because it will melt. They both informed me about retainers for my piecings if I would like to keep my piecings in during school semesters.

LOVE the Shack! Workers are really nice and they have REALLY cool stuff! The lady who does the piercing there is really super informative and really nice! If youre looking to get a piercing done it is definitely the place in Pensacola to go!!

Ive gone to the psychedelic shack for my last three tattoos and to purchase body jewelry. Jeremy Stafford does phenomenal tattoo work at a very good price! Add I mentioned, Ive also purchased body jewelry from there. They have a great selection to choose from and they will change your jewelry out free of charge!! The piercers there are very knowledgeable and are willing to answer any questions you might have. I will definitely be returning for any future tattoos or body jewelry.

Made an appointment for a jewlery change, nothing big. I asked if I could make the appointment at 2:00 and was told it would be 2:30 since the piercer comes in at 2:00. I checked in when I got there and was told it would be about 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, it was 2:40. I sat down, and the piercer called in another girl ahead of me. 45 minutes after my appointment time, another staff member tells me I need to go find the piercer and remind her Im here because they think she forgot about me. The piercer finally acknowledged me, however, she was in the process of helping a third customer find jewelry when she did. She told me it would take about 7 minutes to clean my jewelry, and she didnt come back for 20. Over an hour after my appointment was scheduled, and all Ive seen this girl do is talk to other people. Not to mention, I was under the impression that if she came in at 2, and my appointment was 2:30, that shed have time to get situated and be ready, not take 2 walk-ins before me. Everthing was extremely unprofessional. Apparently these people dont honor appointments or communicate amongst the staff. Will not be returning, would not recommend.

Customer service needs improvement. Stopped in with my son and husband this afternoon. The young lady with the blondish hair seemed bothered by our needing assistance with some of the glass items that were on the walls. She was clearly more interested in using her cellphone than helping a first time customer out. She was short with her answers and made us feel as if we were an inconvenience to her. My husband was made to feel incompetent and not worthy of being a customer. We will never be back nor will we be referring friends or family here.

They offer body modification, glassware and consumable products, like kratom and CBD. Good service. The prices on the body mods seem fair, I honestly dont know. The prices on the consumables seem near to steep, though thats likely because theres very little market saturation in the area. Would definitely recommend.

Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable about anything and everything you ask. The staff makes you feel comfortable and theyre incredibly friendly. Quality products, amazing tattoos, and a cozy yet unique atmosphere. 5/5 Will visit again

I have had 4 piercings done by Mischief and 1 by Autumn. Both piercers are very knowledge and always make me feel completely comfortable. I have never gotten a rude vibe from Mischief ever, she is sarcastic but that’s what I love most about her. Any other piercing shop in Pensacola can’t even come close to this one. I have never been able to customize my piercings before and at such a good price, either. I will always be coming here to get a piercing because so far I have had a 100% healing rate with all of them, when all about ink’s piercing was rejected. If you can’t handle sarcasm, or the f-word, you probably can’t handle a piercing either. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Read the last review. The girl piercer is super rude and passive aggressive and it took her longer than fifteen minutes to sterilize the needles while she just talked in the back so we left. I dont really feel comfortable with a rude chick that walks around glaring at everyone sticking a needle through my skin. Not to mention the super awkward conversation that one probably shouldnt have at work.

Warning: Long read, but incredibly necessary to know about before you give this studio your business and put your health/appearance in their hands.If I could give this studio negative stars, I would. I scheduled an appointment for a body piercing on Friday 2/12/21 at 5:30pm. A friend accompanied me, and we arrived 10 minutes early for our appointment. We were greeted by a staff member and given a consent form, and then ignored for the next 30 minutes. At 6pm, I asked one of the piercers, Holly, when I would be seen, to which she curtly responded that if our appointment was at 5:30pm, then we would be seen at 5:30pm. To reiterate: it was 6PM by then.After realizing her mistake, Holly shuffled us into a piercing room with Punkn/Patzee, an apprentice piercer who I was not informed was an apprentice in the first place. Punkn asked if Id eaten lunch, I replied that I had eaten a big lunch, about 4 hours prior to my appointment. She pulled out a bag of Jolly Ranchers from the supply cabinet and told me to suck on one. She sterilized the equipment, and while the candy was still in my mouth, she began clamping the area being pierced and readying the needles position. Realizing she was about to poke me, I insisted on spitting the candy out to avoid choking, and resituated myself to be pierced.The needle went in to the flesh incorrectly from the get-go, and I could feel Punkn pull the needle out slightly, re-angle it, and push through once more. I was absolutely mortified when I looked at the finished piercing. Instead of coming out in the symmetrical location that it had been inserted into on the other side of my n*pple, the needle was now poking out less than 2mm away from the orifice (i.e. n*pple hole).I began feeling faint and sweaty, and leaned back on the chair as she pulled the needle out. Holly came in the room and asked what happened, and Punkn told her that I didnt eat lunch, (as if that were true, or would explain anything at all). Instead of apologizing, Punkn breezed over what she had done by saying Lets go ahead and pierce the other one, and you can come back and Ill re-pierce that side for half-off, while turning to Holly once again and emphasizing that I didnt eat lunch. I was in awe of what had just happened, and told her that I would not be allowing her to re-pierce me. Punkn said ok, as if nothing had registered, and haphazardly placed a gauze bandage and tape over my breast. No aftercare instructions were verbally provided to me, and they were definitely not provided in writing. Punkns version of an apology was to say that she had literally done 3 pairs of t*tties just today, and that this literally never happens. Im struggling to even convey the amount of apathy that this woman showed after botching my piercing as badly as she did. Neither she nor the other staff present showed any remorse or concern for the wellbeing of me as a customer. Im still floored about this.My husband called later that evening to speak to a manager who told him that Punkn was an apprentice and was supervised during the appointment. To be clear, once again: she was NOT supervised. She did NOT provided aftercare instructions, or even a straightforward apology. I should have known from how they handled me arriving for my appointment in the first place that coming to this studio was a mistake.I cant speak for the rest of the piercers and artists who work there, but I urge you to NOT let Punkn practice on you, and if you do, ensure that she is actually being supervised, because she needs it.No one currently employed at Psychedelic Shack has followed up with me to date to apologize for the incident, by the way. The former head piercer, Holly, did reach out a few days ago to encourage me to file a formal complaint with the FDOH because even she does not agree with how the situation was handled.

Loved it!! Really friendly! Dustin was sweet ! Must say I was soliciting Girl Scouts!! And Alex did a beautiful bumblebee tattoo. I love it!!

At first they were helpful & told me they could tattoo me, but when I took too long looking at tattoos, the staff then changed their mind and informed me they didnt have time, and preceded to pretty much kick me out. I took my business down the street and Im glad I did. I will never come back to this shop.

If youre thinking about going here to get pierced, go elsewhere. The piercer Autumn was very nice and professional, but she left, and the other one, the head piercer Mischief, is extremely rude.Last summer I came in late for a piercing change because a lot of things had been slipping through the cracks because of my grandmas death a few days before, when I came in I had clearly been crying, and Mischief was rude, unsympathetic, and turned me away because I didnt honor my appointment. I DID NOT appreciate being treated that way after I had been crying the whole way there.I have been treated rudely by her three times now, she thinks she can walk all over people as she sees fit. Just today I came in for a piercing, and was 5 min late because my boyfriend misplaced my car keys. She was very condescending and told me that since I was late (5 MINUTES) she had already taken someone else and could not see me. Anyway, terrible customer service, avoid this place and the head piercer Mischief at all costs, go to Tit4Tat instead!

They do not require masks... its not only a store but a tattoo & piercing shop. How they can justify not taking the proper precautions boggles the mind. I will not be going here anymore. This is incredibly irresponsible.

Tattoo artist cancelled morning of. If we hadnt been waiting for shops to open up again for months, it might not be as big of a deal but professionalism is key. I dont have another day off in the forseeable future to get the work done and he shows no remorse. If I call out the day of, I get fired.

This has got to be the best head shop/tattoo shop on the gulf coast Florida panhandle. Its a must see destination for the products and the artwork of blown glass and handmade items. Check it out! Its definitely a go out of your way pit stop. A must see destination!

Me and Karen (mother) came to visit Mischief to get our daith piercings changed out. She showed us a lot of daith earrings to choose from, really educated us on the diffetent types and prices, and help us decide which daith piercing we would like in the long run. Cost of changing out 4 piercings and tip $50. Me and mom got the same earrings.

Given 2 stars because the workers were nice. Bought a water pipe less than a week ago, barely used it and noticed detective piece has hairline crack along the inside of the swiss pyramid. Never dropped, never manhandled. Spent over $200 on products while there, the water pipe alone was over $130 itself and I drove from close to Panama city. The worker even admitted i was not the first person this has happened to. The worker gabriel tried to speak to the owner, even sent them photos, was told if I come back and spend another $200 (I had to spend what i paid for the piece to get 50% off) they would give me 50% off. Wont be going back, and I really enjoyed the nice workers but the owners buy terrible products and dont care. Ill buy my pipes online from China instead and pay 80% less. Thank you to the workers who were kind, for listening to me when I explained my illness and helped me pick out a piece out of dozens that would suit me best.

I got my lip pierced here. Im out of town on vacation and it was cheap because it was so expensive where I live to get it done. I got a 10% off card and Jenigans did my lip piercing she was very informative about everything and everything was sterile. Later that night was laying in bed at my hotel and I felt something in my mouth the lip ring came right out of my lip and I lost the front piece I couldnt get it back through the hole and was so upset that it fell out because it shouldnt of came out 3 hours later. I ended up getting the lip ring back in and found the front piece 1 hour late and got it back in. I was very upset because she probably didnt tighten it all the way Im not sure but it shouldnt of been able to come out. So I have a feeling it might get infected. But its healing ok so far. That was the only negative thing about the experience.

Autumn was amazing. She saved my dermal piercing after I thought it would be a goner. Let alone being super calming and the least pain I have ever felt dealing with my dermals.

The employees were stellar! I wish they could find another piercer! Jewelry selection was ok, but they had the necessities I had need for. Thank you for all your help!!

I had a pierced named autumn and she was very sweet and explained everything and took the time to make sure I knew everything to do for the aftercare, definitely would recommend her to anyone who wants to get pierced

Ive had Mischief do all my piercings (nose, lip, ears, naval) and she does so amazing! I plan to come back for my septum and another ear piercing and I will make sure to ask for her people personally.

Really cool place! Sells head shop products, clothing, accessories, body jewelry, CBD products...all sorts of stuff. Also have body piercing and tattooing on site. Very clean inside. Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable.

My wife received an excellent tattoo here and the glassware while not my thing is visually amazing in depth and variety. I did pick up a few incense sticks here that smell great.

What more could you ask for from a head shop? Everything you need and things you never knew you needed. Large selection of original glass pieces by local artists, Dime Bags purses and duffels, and body art. Staff is AWESOME! Thanks Shack.

I know the owners and this place has been alot better than a few months ago. The guy there is really helpful. Last few times i have gone its been pretty great.

The folks here are so wonderfully amazing. I have come here for my first helix peircing (and soon to be second) and will be coming for my future tatoos. everytime someone asks for a place to go for piercing and tats, i send them here. i have recieved nothing but wonderful and professional service, and highly recommend the psych shack!

I don’t know if I just got unlucky or if they just don’t care what they put on people’s bodies . I was happy with the tattoo at first because I was so eager to get it done but after looking at the tattoo pictures in my phone that I showed the artist and looking at my tattoo I am disappointed I spent so much now I have something on my body that I don’t want and when I corrected him about how I wanted it he got annoyed but now I have to get it added on to just to have it the way I really wanted it I asked for realistic and to cover over a scar the scar isn’t even covered and it’s not realistic looking at all and looks nothing like the pictures I showed him he tattooed it the way he wanted not the way I asked

Screw this place. I had a one star review already posted over the extreme crap quality of their stuff but I deleted it to give them another shot..... That was a mistake. My wife and I stood waiting for 15 mins to get help. Wasnt a big deal because they were helping people already. But when they finished up they went straight to the people that had literally just walked into the store instead of the people waiting at the glass clearly needing help.

Always clean and the staff is great, but dont deny customers a sale because they word something wrong. Not everyone knows how to refer to a tobacco pipe or a whipped cream dispenser. I mean Im cool but some of these people need a heads up.

The Psychedelic Shacks door now reads that they recommend masks, that they are NO LONGER REQUIRED per the owners, though employees are uncomfortable with this and now left to advocate for their safety, completely unbacked by the owners.Its a TATTOO/PIERCING parlor as well as a smoke shop. If this is their level of safety during a pandemic, what are their standards for basic hygiene??

As a Florida State Medical Cannabis card holder its hard to find places to buy tools for my using my medicine without it seeming sketchy. Luckily PS is always warm and welcoming, and every week they have new products and sales! Probably get a tattoo there soon too!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE! RUNNN!! Mischief or whatever her name is tried on TWO PIECES OF NOSE JEWELRY ON ME to see which one fits. I was curious, so I asked what was she going to do with it since it has been placed inside of my nose which means it is USED/WORN now... SHE SAID “technically it hasn’t been worn, it’s goes through the autoclave two times.” They SELL JEWELRY THAT HAS BEEN PUT INSIDE SOMEONE ELSE’S BODY. I AM DISGUSTED AND SCARED TO DEATH. Fortunately, I had to wait a few days until they got new jewelry in stock. So I am praying to GOD that the jewelry inserted in me was in fact, BRAND NEW since I had to wait a few days until new jewelry came in. I called them after I read online that, that was illegal to do & some guy on the phone LIED & SAID THEY DO NOT DO THAT. I could hear her in the background LYING & SAYING THAT THEY DONT DO THAT l. When she told me they did.

The pipes can be a bit pricey, but quality glass is pricey and you grt what you pay for. Jeremy is one of the best tattoos in town by far. All your needs can be met here. They still sell kratom but thats also on the wee bit pricier side but yet afain price reflects quality as they have some of the most potent and freshest kratom in town. The cbd they sell is also some of the best in town. No hemp bud yet but that may change in the future.

I’d give less than one star, but it won’t let me. I understand, we were a minute (or three) past closing time. However, you’re still a RETAIL/SALES shop. How in the world do you turn away business in the name of, so sorry, you’re too late. Since when do employees (obviously NOT the owners) just turn away customers who’ve spent more than enough money in your shop, theee minutes past closing. Mind blown. Absolutely horrible service... the GM is rude and nasty and I will never ever go there again... WARNING to all dont go!!! There are other artists and shops available that actually care about their clients... when youre getting a tattoo/piercing its forever and you should think about this... if I could post without a star it wouldnt even have one...

Cheap Kratom thats way overpriced super nice people that work there but they will not answer questions they love to say Im not a doctor bro I cant answer that bro but they are friendly but I would not recommend purchasing your Kratom there you can easily easily get it for half price most anywhere else and they sell opms products which have a really bad reputation

I was sold the wrong size bar for my nipple rings when I realized it I called and asked if they could exchange the bar and was told no. I paid $145 for my rings and cannot wear them not to mention when I asked if they had Military Discount I was told yes but when I showed my dependent ID I was told they cannot accept it.

Horrible service, very condescending with no reason for it. Wouldnt go there again or recommend anyone to go there. I wasnt even there long enough to look because the person I spoke with was so rude.
