Where do I start! The first time I called I was greeted by Lisa with her kindness. I booked my first treatment for a hydro colon cleanse! The best decision I have ever made! Kasia was the one that did my hydro colon cleanse and is amazing at what she does and how she treats her patients! I will def. be going back when in town!

Decided to try the infrared sauna here based off of all the talk about how sauna could aid in workout recovery, and I cant deny that the following day I felt really rested and recovered. Could be for any reason, but the correlation based off my one visit is there..! Will definitely plan on coming back sometime, maybe keep it as a go-to for when I feel I need the extra healing boost or small metabolic workout

How have I not reviewed yet? Ive been going to Kasia for massage treatments for several years. I always say she has magic hands. I used to get frequent migraines from my neck and spine. I couldnt tell you the last time I had a true migraine. I have had onset if headaches but typically its when Im due for a massage & Kasia works her magic and resolves. Kasia is also one of the kindest people youll ever meet. Very thankful for her!

This place has been a life changing place in many levels.. my daughter battles chronic Lyme disease and Kasia has helped us SO much. And to my surprise if it had not been for the detox that We get from this place I would probably not be here right now. Because of the cleaning i was able to have a cancer with in me found and removed. That happened after my 3rd visit. And Kasia and Theresa have been so helpful and kind. Kasia has turned into my best friend, people like her are so hard to find. I really recommend this place. The receptionist Lisa is so sweet and very helpful. She keeps me on track. I had never had a foot detox. Went in for a foot detox. Appointment was on time It was an interesting experience. The Detox cost $45. But if you purchased a package it brings the cost down to between $22 - $20 each visit.The employees are all very friendly.

Leaving a review for Kasia and her team at Healing of the Body & Mind, LLC is an easy task. From the moment I set my appointment; walked in the door; and experienced my first hydrotherapy appointment, it was awesome! I knew I made the best choice for my health journey Day 1. I was experiencing a great deal of pain in my lower back and it was noticeably diminished after my first appointment. The education, while being serviced is a bonus. Do yourself a favor, GO IN…you will not be disappointed!

I dont give many reviews but I have to say how impressed I am with Kasia and her facility. When you meet someone who goes far beyond what is expected you need to speak up. The facility is well thought out, clean and organized. Everything is professionally handled from beginning to end. You couldnt be in better hands, her knowledge is outstanding and the care you get is extraordinary. As someone with cancer, I can say, Ive had my share of experiences with colonics and Kasia is the best, by far!!! Its obvious she cares about her clients, I am very grateful to have found her. I feel rejuvenated everytime I leave.

I received an appointment with Kasia as a birthday gift, and I am extremely grateful for it. The establishment was clean and inviting. Kasia made me very comfortable and was extremely professional and friendly, but above all, she was gentle. The establishment was incredibly clean, and they open the new sealed products for my hydro therapy in front of me. I booked a following appointment immediately after receiving my treatment, and I will be a continuing patron going forward. I was beyond satisfied and Kasia provided constant communication and information throughout the entirety of the therapy.

I was a bit apprehensive, pretty nervous actually to have the colon hydrotherapy that my Naturopath recommended I do. I was having a dulling pain in my upper gut for a really long time. I felt like it was time to clean my system out in hopes that I would feel better. I had good intuition to give Healing of the body and mind a try based on all the great reviews I read. I’m really happy with the service Kasia provided. She was very friendly and you can tell she genuinely cares about your health and well-being. I had the Colon hydrotherapy treatment and OMG, I feel great. Kasia was so patient and knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable. It was my first time and I was a little weirded out. I decided to get it done because I was feeling bloated, tired, and just all over felt blah. I tried vitamins, getting more sleep, meditation...etc but nothing made me feel better. I had it done on Wednesday and Thursday (you really need to go 2 days in a row). I feel both physically and emotionally lighter. I suggest if you are feeling the same way that you give it a try.

When I was told I should look into colonic hydrotherapy I had no idea where to start so I started doing research of salons in the area that provided this service and found Kasia at Healing of the Body and Mind. I felt extremely comfortable with the treatment plan that they prescribed and was thoroughly educated about the procedure and process. I’ve been going to Kasia for different treatments ands therapies and I always love it. Her and the staff are amazing, Kasia is very Knowledgeable and she really cares about your wellbeing. You have to go and experience it your self.

This place is awesome!! I have been doing colonics with Kasia and she has been great. I have visited other colon hydrotherapy clinics before but I must say that she gives you a wealth of information alongside your colonics which has helped me on my path to healing. She has helped me to understand some of the things that I was doing wrong and she spotted my problem within the first session. This I truly appreciate and look forward to continuing my healing with her.

The best place to To go if you want to feel better. Kasia gives the best massages that are priced extremely low. She is an expert in her craft ask her anything about any one of the products she offers and sells and you can tell she has spent years researching what works and what doesn’t. The enviornment at Healing of the Body and Mind is comfortable, relaxing, and clean. Kasia is so wonderful at what she does and you can see a true compassion and caring for people struggling to cleanse and care for both their minds and bodies. I am posting this rating based on my colon hydrotherapy experience at this spa. What would normally seem as an unnerving and vulnerable situation was made safe, educational, and comfortable by Kasia. The best thing I could have done for my body was walk through the doors of this spa.

Healing of the body and mind is beyond fantastic. Everything offered is healing, relaxing and rejuvenating. The sauna is great and I love that I can shower there before leaving to carry on with my day. I have been amazed by the ionic foot detox each and every time I have done it. Every massage I have received has been outstanding. Colon hydrotherapy that my naturopath recommended to complement my chelation therapy has been truly, truly beneficial in my heavy metal detox. I also see the acupuncturist there for other services related to hormone and sleep issues and really trust her completely. Everyone I have come into contact with from Marcie at intake to Kasia for her services to Dr. Chenaur have been quite enjoyable to interact with and I feel they are sincerely interested in my health and well-being from all angles. Thank you for putting all these services under one roof! It is really convenient and close-by.
