Great place to buy mods coils and juice. Staff is very knowledgeable about your needs. They have a good selection of single and double battery mods. Also a great almost of disposables are available. They also has a good selection of tanks and coils.

I stopped in today to purchase a vape kit for my fiancee and was helped by Jeremy. Im new to everything and he walked me through several kits giving me pros and cons including how the kit fully works. I went with the blue Coolfire 4 kit. Thanks Jeremy for everything!!

Not the JJs that I had shopped in the past. Though the Young man that waited on me was very helpful and informative and patient . Unfortunately the young woman (I assume the manager ?) Came from the back and interjected herself into the conversation / sale. Down hill from there - suggest keeping her and her attitude in the back. There wasn’t anyone else in the store - yet My presence was obviously interrupting her peaceful day. I made my purchase from the young man. I won’t be back.

Great staff and store. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I have been going there for 5 years and the same staff have been there consistently. They go out of their way to help you and make sure you get what you need or something close. Sure, you can get it cheaper online but why not support local and see a friendly face too.

Not very good, sold me a vape that has pods because they dont carry any DIY stuff, and the pods they sell me have a ~30% chance of not working right out of the box, and they said they dont do refunds. It kinda feels like im getting $5 stolen from me every time it happens. JJ Vapes is lucky that im literally addicted to their product.

I came into the store with my mask on, lowered it for a moment while looking through the catalog and was rudely told to put my mask up. I looked around the store and at least 4 people either didnt have a mask on or had it down. I understand the safety concern yet staff should inform ALL customers.In truth the clerk was irritated I was finishing a phone call when I came in even though I immediately apologized for being on the phone when he approached me. Im giving 3 stars only bc the young man who actually waited on me (Tyler) was very knowledgeable, great and respectful.

I visited the store just before closing. Drove 30 minutes from another town to reach the store. Went to buy vape for my son. Was denied a sale because I spoke about my son. I told them I am buying the vape, and it is for me. Im 67 years old. They denied me to purchase it. I explained that I have a sleeping child in the car, and Im from another town, and I need to get this taken care of today. I was denied the sale.

A great place to shop for your basic vape essentials, they offer a great variety of vape juice, however its not all encompassing. This being said, prices are great and the employees are greater.

I used to order ALL my vaping supplies through the mail. Im so happy JJ Vapes opened a Peoria location! Great service, professional, and cheaper- not to mention I dont have to wait anymore!!

The best staff ever! Sally is super helpful and they can always answer any questions about your vaping needs. I wish they had a selection closer to their house juice they no longer carry but I am a repeat customer for over a a year now.

This is a great place . My hubby is newer to vaping-only a year. But we both prefer it now!! He loves playing with the flavors!!! The guys here are so patient with him in explaining things. I fully recommend this place!!!!!

Over priced and the staff has no clue what theyre doing. Went in to buy a coil and was assured the coil they sold would fit. Get home to change it and its not even the right style of coil. Very disappointing as a former regular to see how bad they are now.

Its hard to rate vape shops. Theyre mostly small businesses with great customer service. Ive been to every shop in town, and I recommend them all. JJS gets five stars because I go in looking for old, obsolete mods and tanks that I love using, and theyre the only people who have them still in the back. If you want something you cant find elsewhere, you might try looking at JJs

This is the first place I went when I decided to quite smoking and try vaping. Ever since I walked in the door about 1 1/2 years ago, Ive been greeted with smiles from the entire staff. They were extremely patient with me as I knew nothing about vaping. Unfortunately I found on a Sunday that I had run out of juice and had to go to another competitor. It was a nice place but I just prefer JJs overall! Great job guys and gal : )

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. (If you dont read all this just read the bold letters!) I travel for work and have visited vape shops in every corner of America from New York to California. Never have I been more disappointed in CUSTOMER SERVICE. Huge shop, great selection, walking in I was very impressed. But then after 5 minutes of walking from counter to counter and being the only consumer in there without so much as a hello or what are you looking for, I had to ask to see some juice. They had 5 (FIVE!) Employees working, all in their matching JJvapes shirts and nobody wanted to help! Fortunately Im experienced and new what juice I wanted so I grabbed my juice and left. I asked one employee a question and he literally said I dont know turned his back and walked away. Its sad because they do carry good products and juice. With that being said, I know the distributors for 2 of their premium lines and will let them know how their product is being presented. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! HAVE NEVER, EVER IN 2 YEARS OF VAPING EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS! APPALLING.

Tons of selection Im a first time vape buyer, they were very courteous and walked me through setup and maintenance. I recommend this place it is a little pricey but worth it.

My go to spot for all things vaping. The staff is super helpful and professional. My coil burned out literally as I was walking in to get liquid this afternoon. They changed my coil for me and even cleaned everything for me before changing it. I highly recommend JJVapes! Thanks guys!

Great place to chill, try every flavor... awesome staff who recognizes regular customers even if u come in every 6 weeks! Great place to setup and cleanup ur vaporizer with relaxed atmosphere like a jewel of a dive bar Dont go down in nicotine levels unless you want to go through a 30mL a day! They definitely don’t have the selection they use to and I’ve always loved shopping local but when I can order the exact same thing online for half the price on juices and coils I’m sorry but have to order online just got 4 bottles online for 34$ and it would have cost me 80 there

The staff at JJs have always been exceptional! They are knowledgeable and always helpful and friendly, too!

They dont have a large selection of devices anymore, now its mostly pod systems and 2 or 3 Sub-Ohm tanks. No modern RDAs or anything special, just basic stuff.
