Would be nice if the place was actually open during the posted hours. Also doesnt have the newest parts for the newest mods they sell. Sign says open at 11 and Im here at 11:15 and its closed

I purchased two pens from this shop, and one broke. The one that broke I had for 2 weeks before it no longer was able to work. I took it back and he gave me another broken one. The shop owner said he typically does not warranty the pens, but obliged me and gave me the broken one. Called him back and he said there was nothing he could do.

My go-to shop for anything I need. Mike always goes out of his way to make sure that me or anyone that comes in, leaves happy and satisfied. Place is very cozy, clean and has an all around nice feel to it.

Followed store from previous location. Yes, theyre waiting for new signage and getting settled in to their new diggs but the place is tidy and has great selections for all your vaping needs.Been going to these guys for years + they always want us to leave satisfied. If they dont have what you need, most likely they will order it in for you.. A+ customer service!

Great shop. Even better customer service. After a couple times going in they remember you. Love the new shop as well. Will have our business for as long as we are in Arizona.

Great store, went to original location and the service hasnt changed one bit. If you dont know what youre looking for or have questions about vaping my main man will take care of you.
