AZ Chute

Awesome place. Its like one huge maze and had a great time for the short period I was there. Unfortunately, I went just after opening, so it was kind of dead (6/29/24). There was definitely some fun to be had but its my fault for going in at a bad time. I live in Globe so it will be a while before my next visit but when I do, Ill be sure to go when theres a ton of action. The Cashier and older gentleman who gave me a tour of the place were really friendly (and attractive, heh). Overall, great first impression and cant wait for the next visit! I get the feeling Ill have the time of my life.

Huge maze and 4 theater rooms. First time here and so much fun. It gets busier in the evening but a good number during lunch break. Mixed crowd all sizes and really good entry fee during weekdays.

Great place, great customer service. I am a fan of the Chute especially post remodel. I went on a Thursday late morning around 11am and stayed until 2pm, had a great time. Crowd definitely skews towards bear/older but thats what Im looking for so all smiles here :) The front desk gentleman was very kind and customer service oriented.

There are pro and cons to this place and depending what it offers:Pro: The place is huge, it’s like a maze. One turn and another are lost which is fun and gym is has a lot equipment is that your vibe and the shower are surprisingly clean and some sort private you need a moment.Con: For bathhouses, it’s surprisingly not a bathhouse. For starters there is no hot or pool. The pricing and the time you are offered is very limited, you have 4 hours and what I pay for a locked and the service is 28 dollars and don’t get me started on the sauna. The sauna when I arrived wasn’t working and it was uncomfortable hot not in a good way.

All the time I have lived in the Central Phoenix area I had never been to Chutes! Awesome place for a full body work! All types are here, most willing to help you out with getting in a good workout! Check it out fellas, youll be happy you did!!!!

I like this place but the time limit is wierd. I was just into getting some good action when I got called to the front because my time limit was up. I travel a lot and go to lots of saunas. I have never been to one with such a short time limit. I could understand it if this place was super busy but its not.

Details about this place is unbelievable, I’d be careful to not be around this place especially when the owner is there! The owner likes to judge people and tell other locations of bathhouses lies to get you barred! I don’t appreciate and approve the behavior and lack of guest treatment the owner has to offer. I’m sorry but there comes to a point where someone whose never even touched cigarettes or had any tendencies of doing any other harmful adult activities be falsely identified as a user!! The owner is unbelievable and not fair to people who show nothing but kindness and respect to the staff! I paid A LOT OF MONEY into this business and that’s how I get treated? NO THANKS! You sir have to get re-taught guest adequacy. I don’t like the judgement that owner has and or how he doesn’t have a higher up, but who ever has power needs to shut him down. This is outrageous! If men want to be judged baised on how you look and act by the owner then I’d ADVISE YOU DONT SPEND A PENNY HERE!

This place has gotten worse over the years. Its not what it was a few years back. You now only get 4 hours (instead of 6) but are paying like $5 more at the door. They also close early on the week days. The last few times I have been there there were only a few guests and a few times it was only myself and like 1 or 2 other people. Also I dont want to be mean but I gotta be honest, the men who go there are not attractive-at all, for the most part. If I see a halfway cute guy its like winning the lottery. Ill leave it at that, to be respectful, but you get my drift. A few years back it wasnt like that. However the worst thing here is the staff. There has always been a problem with customer service, IMO, at this place. On a recent visit a front desk associate was extremely rude and aggressive towards me. This place still has potential but needs to really get it together. They should maybe do a discount for younger guests, or hold a college night where younger dudes get in for free. I dont know. They dont seem to want to market this place out to a younger crowd.

It was my first time there, but it was one of the best experiences in my life so far!. The amount of confidence I had in there was crazy and the employee who helped showed me around was very informative and a sweetheart. Definitely coming back soon :3.

This place rocks!I went there for the first time after some friends recommended me to visit with a partner, and I was not disappointed. The place is nice, has a good amount of space, the facilities are well kept and the people is friendly. The workers are nice and kind and the amount of fun exceeded the expectations. And the price! Wow, so cheap for so much, I’ll definitely be back with the same partner and who knows, maybe others.

Love this place. Steam room is nice, rooms themselves seem very thoroughly cleaned, and the glory mazes are pretty well put together. Of course the crowd on a Saturday night seems to mostly be older men but no complaints here.The staff here gave us a very warm reception on our first night in and the second visit was no different. Staff seemed quick, efficient, trustworthy, and very friendly. Love the little store set up they have in the front as well.Was a little hesitant to come here after reading some other distasteful reviews but dont let those discourage you. The place offers a pretty good night out and will definitely be coming back out.

Five stars review to this place I would give it a six if I could the front desk guy was nice and show me where I needed to go really a clean place the janitor was cleaning every 15 minutes but only there three hours anyone that needs more time need to go home and the sauna is not broken it is fixed and its running hot and if you gay and like daddy and old men here place too go 🎉🎉🎉

It was my first time at a men’s spa… I I was nervous and excited! He was cool when I got in there the gentleman that greeted me with really nice and laid-back I asked him questions on what the attire was and how to dress. I decided to get a room. When in the first room with the videos hello apprehensive LOL took off my towel started rubbing myself like a fantasy.Great great first experience will definitely go back again and fun walking around all excited through the halls

The place was kind empty, and it was Friday after 8 pm left at 12. Its still not too much, and well, the steaming room isnt working 😑I had fun but k was expecting more , front desk so nice person .

I went to this club at 6:40pm on Sunday September 15th. I went to the cashier and he said they have a special because they did renovations. He offered me a 1 day pass with a room for $8 or a 1 month membership for $35. I decided to take 1 day and signed a paper but he came back and said the room is $21 on top of the $8. I decided to change to the month membership for $6 more and he got an attitude. I reminded him that he is working in customer service and even though he was frustrated he he needs to control his tone of voice and attitude. He then got aggressive and told me i have to leave immediately. I asked for the manager and he told me the manager isnt there. He refused to give me his name. I was shocked and i waited for a moment and he started yelling at me to leave.

Great place meet new people very nice clean

Older interior, but very clean. Housekeeping staff is always mopping and it smells clean. Staff was very helpful when I needed directions from airport and assisted me in getting a taxi when leaving. Clientele is older and respectful. Like all places, its hit or miss when it comes to interpersonal chemistry, but I did find one man in particular that really made my night! Thanks!

What can I say its a place to hang. The guys are mostly older witch I prefer but the staff could use a lesson in customer service. Id recommend the flex its steam room is 3 times biggher and they have a Jacuzzi and salt water pool and smoking area chute doesnt.

So I went in on Sunday, barely anyone there but I got to work out in my little thong while men watched me, definitely a fetish fantasy of mine. They had a toy store there to and I found a toy I just had to have. Cant wait to take my toys next time, love to be naked. See you soon boys.

Ok this is the deal.I have visited this spot for the last six months about 14 times total.Pros: the maze, busier than flex on Fridays, other busy times are surprisingly during the week (lunch time). Decent crowd size 12-8pm on Saturdays. Other than Fridays, Saturdays , and lunch time forget it...its dead. Crowd tends to lean more middle aged (37-60). Mostly white guys with a sprinkle of Latino and one or two Arab, black, or Asian.Cons: owners/daytime works always seem to have an attitude ---guessing they are old bitter Queens who dont get laid, typically they have different standards for different customers. Late night crew are down to earth and friendly they tend to come after 11 when the crew shifts.Compared to flex other saunas: Flex phx tends to have a younger crowd if you like young also there is no pool or hot tub at chute which is fine by me but makes flex better if you are looking for that. The sauna at flex is also better but the mazes at chute balances it out. Chute is not pretentious and the vibe of the people reflect that. Owners and day time staff need to work on their customer service! Other than that decent bathhouse in Phx. Crowd sizes are moderate...never really packed.

I been here quite a few times. I so freakn love this place. When I was going there it was $10 for 8hrs. Im from Louisiana I plan on coming back to Phoenix to live. I will be at Chutes alot.

Last night a new clerk was there on the front desk. What a JERK. I rang the bell and after 2 minutes it looked that nobody was at the desk. When it was my turn to pay He stated a long angry speech, I explained my confusion but He didnt stop. Then I said I need a locker, and He said No, You dont. Come back when You have a better attitud. I just renewed my membership there for the 3rd or 4th time and never had a single problem at all. Im always respectful and had never been kicked out from any place. Of course Im not going back. There are other places where to go with nicer staff. But Id really like to know where to call for a complain. Im tellig the truth and there must be a secutity video of this.

Prefer the Chute to other facilites here in Phoenix. Very casual and friendly place to have some needed fun. Would give it 5 stars but there isnt a pool and none of the rooms have a private bathroom. Aside from those two items, by far the best spot to get spunky. No bitter or bitchy attitudes here...

This used to be a fun place. But now its over priced, smells like a urinal, half the rooms are closed, steam room closed, full of druggies. Save your money or go to the other place in town.

Everytime I go there they have some new rule which they will turn you away for. The most recent one was I had gum in my mouth.Ive been going there for a very long time, however the new guy at night keeps making up new rules every time. He also told me he had to search me before I could come in on a previous time. This is a constitutional violation.

Had a great time on Feb 1 and 2 in a sling room. Will go back again when in town. Clean great people behind the counter and enjoyed.

Beware of bed bugs! I spent and afternoon here, never layed down in a bed... I only sat on a wooden bench in the video room! I ended up with bed big bites on my ass, my waist, my belly and my chest! Too much pain for the little pleasure I had!

I enjoy the steam room and the freedom to walk around nekid, well, with a towel but even still.

I went there a couple of times a few years ago. I hope I can again. This time with my boyfriend! Well have a blast!
