The price was great and the hookah kept going and going... Tasted so good after two and half hours. Highly recommend this place! The atmosphere is chill af.

Honest review. This is a really fun place to hang out at and the prices are extremely reasonable. Staff is friendly. Try the fruit loops tobacco. The reason for not five stars is that the furniture is a little sketchy. Leather couches, booths, and small tables are all around but they are stained and burned, presumably from patrons of a lesser caliber. The art on the walls reminds me of a college dorm, in a good way.Weeknights and weekends are different atmospheres. Its the south side and there are crowds Friday and Saturday nights. The bouncer was doing well, and has good judgement.

Best place in town for hookah for sure. Great service of frequent charcoal adding. During weekdays is excellent place to chill and city life vibes during the weekends with DJ and various music hits.

Such a wonderful experience over here. The workers were so good to me and it’s such a wonderful place to be. I’ve tried almost every hookah bar in Pittsburgh and this one takes the cake. I love everyone here and it’s the place to be! You have to check this place out on the weekends as well! Thank you so much!

Sam and Hamsel are the staff that I encounter the most. they are friendly and subject matter experts with hookah and shisha. They are accommodating for in store purchases and if you want to stay and smoke awhile they are very respectful of your time and space. These guys have great music in there at all times and its packed on weekends with good vibes only. Clean accessible private restrooms complete the package for this place.

More toward the younger crowds but still a mix of ages that range. Great music no food but you can bring your own also a byob. Gets hot but worth it just makes the club hookah feel that much better.

Place is cool & chill af. Good music, good hookah, chill vibes. BYOB & Bring your own food. Love the owners. Only thing is The one security guard is rude af every time. Dont know what his miserable problem is. Dont know his name, but I’m sure yall know who I’m talkin about. He gotta go.

Good place but lowkey feel judged by a few people in there. I wouldn’t be making this post but owners girls pointing at me and my boy caught it. I look back and see her and the dude and other girl looking at me in a weird way that felt like shade idk, just a weird feeling and I confront dude to see what was up and he acted like he didn’t know what I was talking about. But other then that great place to dance and chill with your friends.

Uruk Hookah is hands-down the best hookah lounge in Pittsburgh. Ive been to them all, and the atmosphere at Uruk surpasses all of the rest. It is a very friendly and inviting place, that is BYOB if you are 21 and older. Definitely worth checking out if youre into hookah. It is new and upcoming and you will not be disappointed stopping in for a bit!Go there, now!

It would be a great place if they wouldnt ask you for $20 per person to get inside, or that was just a security man trying to make some extra cash, just want to make sure everyone is aware,EDIT: lets see if hookah bookah is doing the same thing.EDIT #2: hookah hookah is free to get in anytime. But in this case Ill change it to 2 starts, just because $20 per person to get inside I think is ridiculous, are you trying to get more business? Or lose more?

An after hours spot on the Southside. Lines are always long, and not in order just all over the place. Security at door barely can handle the crowd. Also a lot of foreigners and young people here and when I say young just probably turned 18. Also there is no order on how to get in either know someone that’s in there that will come out and bring you in or push through the crowd to the front and try to persuade the bouncer. Play a lot of today’s hip hop , lounge, dance floor, pool table type of vibe. Hookah place.

Another place i have visited in this city and the people that run it are very genuine and awesome. On the weekend is a club environment expect a nice crowd. The regular days are very chill. Definitely recommend to visit.

Stood in the rain for 10 minutes in a semi line and watched the bouncer yell at people from the 3rd step and let people in that wasnt in line. Once inside, it was overcrowded and very small. Only 1 bathroom total. The DJ was very inexperienced. The service was nonexistent. I will not return. The only reason they didnt get 1 star, is because of the hookah and the hours they stayed open.

Hookah was very bad from the beginning. I got grape mine and he brought it out with 2 coals on it as I asked. When I told him it was harsh he just added a third coal and moved the spots which resulted in even harsher hookah. Then I asked to get a refill. I wanted a different flavor because the flavor they packed was poorly packed and tastes bad when it burns quick. They told me I had to get a whole new hookah and that I could only use the same hookah flavor I ordered. Aside from that it took forever to get coals, I had to wait 20-30 minutes for charcoal and asked 3 or 4 times before he finally brought them out. The places decor is awful, the music selection is poor and extremely loud on really poor speakers. If you wanna play music that loud invest in good set of speakers.

Great shisha. Nice atmosphere and superb service. Stays open late. Wide selection of flavored tobacco. Cant find this anywhere in city. Big fan and will always visit when in town.

Nice place for my fellow Afro people who love to chill while smoking some hookah. The space isn’t too big but I Would definitely recommend.

Horrible place, weak music, one bathroom, dirty, half the people going to the bathroom play with their nose and aren’t even using the bathroom, don’t sell any alcohol, too crowded, music is way too loud can’t even talk to anyone without being face close.... horrible atmosphere

I go frequently on Saturday nights. Its always a good time. I prefer the music here over other places and the crowd is friendly.

Uruk hookah lounge is definitely one of the best hookah lounges in Pittsburgh! It is a really good place to relax and smoke superb hookah. Great ambiance and hookah!

Chill spot on the south side before all of the bars. Its BYOB and they have a bunch of table games to play. Prices are also decent

First time visiting Pittsburgh dj was very versatile with the music. Nice little vibe.

Open late and good hookah. On weekends the DJ plays music waay too loud for a small place, but some people like that.

Now this spot right here is gonna bring me right back to Pittsburgh. Really cool spot , decent music and the guys in there are amazing.

Good shisha bar centrally located.Good pipes and many types of tobacco.Big heads that last a long time and natural charcoal.Friendly staff and good service.Prices for pipes are okay and drinks are quite cheap.There is only one toilet.The interior is a bit old and needs to be renewed or everything renovated.The bar does not have its own parking space.
