Went in after 5 years of not vaping. Asked the dude to get me set up with a full kit and got a great setup. Walked out spending $300 but worth every penny. Great flavors and great service. Highly recommend this shop. Thanks!

Most excellent service! A very pleasant young man named “Noah” has assisted me multiple times and is professional and knowledgeable of the products. I switched to this store because the previous business I had never was appropriately stocked and rarely had my brand.Noah should be management. Solid employees are difficult to find and as a staffing recruiter, I would totally poach him. Kudos Noah & Cool Vapes!

Ive been in there twice. No one there puts in any effort to help you but quick to sell you something you dont want because you know what you want and play stupid at a request. I will not go back to the store, because they did not respect my no. I hate pushy salesman I get its their job but respect a no and you will get my business.

I have been making my own vape juice for years now. But I still like to randomly stop in vape stores to see whats new and different. no Worries type of vibe. Definitely my type of store. No hard sale, but very well informed about the products they sell. I know their are bigger places in the Area, but I really like this shop. It has all the stuff that I need and the staff is super cool!

The gal that helped me didnt try to pressure me into buying one grand like other people have. They asked me questions on what I liked and budget. Helped with juice into on what was super fruity and helped me sign up for rewards and have me $5 off my first purchase.

This store is awesome. Every employee is helpful and a pleasure to see. I can come in here to ask anything about smoking and vaping gear.

I have been using Coolvape for the last 3 years, never had an issue. There was a shipment error ONCE but they quickly made it right with me.Consistent, reliable. Thanks

Smaller Selection, but a good amount of juices. If you need a new mod or parts you’ll have less to choose from. However it is a smaller space so it’s understandable. Prices aren’t bad, but in house juices at other places you might find cheaper.

Awesome shop with a great variety! Stopped out today and got my 1st liquid system. Staff was very honest, helpful, and friendly. The person that assisted me didnt try to make over on me and sell me the top of the line items. She asked alot of questions and let me sample countless flavors to find my liking. In fact I opted to upgrade the battery on my own since I typically work 10+ hour days.

I was one of 3 people that entered the store. We were served within 30 seconds. They have an amazing selection of juices. They also have a juice bar of their own juices. You can choose the nicotine mls you prefer when you shop at the juice bar. Prices are fair, but I feel the juice bar was a better deal.I HIGHLY recommend this place. 2 thumbs up!!!

The guys that work there are so knowledgeable! They helped me choose the best flavors that I preferred and have yet to get a bad recommendation. You can mix to your own specifications with or without nicotine, MG preference so on and so forth. They have a book of all their own flavors that are in alphabetical order by groups. IE: candy, desserts, tobacco...etc. That to me was awesome! I didnt have to ask what each name/flavor consisted of. Super patient with me also, considering how indecisive I am. Definitely worth my drive to visit. Highly recommend and i will be returning soon! Thanks guys! Your appreciated!

Love their house juices! Theres so much of a variety that I try to pick up some different flavors every time I visit. Service is quick and efficient. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Cant beat the prices either.

Staff was a huge help. They are very know the products and can tell you everything about them! The taste Bar is great to get your $1.00 member ship and taste all you can for a year! Ill be going back for more flavored this week! Its always a great experience!

The staff there is always so helpful... I went in there the other day because I just bought a mod and didnt know how to use it. The male cashier showed me how to work it and what everything meant. This is the one store I go to for my juices because they have such a great selection.

I am so glad that I discovered Cool Vapes! The store was very inviting and organized. The owners were very knowledgeable and helpful. The ability to sample the custom made e-juices is a major plus to me! There was a comfortable sitting area to sample the juices that were all very good. I am looking forward to returning to Cool Vapes very soon!

Very knowledgeable staff who go the extra mile to make sure you get exactly what you want. They always take their time explaining products and troubleshooting any issues you may be having. Everything is reasonably priced and their in house juices are all good. Even when its busy, you never have to wait very long for service. I refuse to shop anywhere else for my vape needs.

Every time I go to this shop they are beyond friendly and helpful. Ive been going here for almost seven years and have only been to one other shop that even comes close to the customer service they give you here. This is the only place I recommend for customers who want workers that know specs on all the products they sell and are honest with the product features and capabilities to help you determine what is best for you and what you are looking for. Its a relaxed, laid back environment and youre not rushed to make any decisions if youre the type to ponder your options and not just pick something to be in and out as quick as possible. They dont try to upsell you just to make money. Their house juice is excellent and if you want something sweeter without the price tag of a brand name but like the flavor (you can sample) just ask to add a tad bit more sweetener to your house mix selection. This is an honest and reputable establishment and I cannot say enough about them!

Went here for the first time yesterday 11/12/14, and absolutely LOVED it. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Went in looking to purchase two new set-ups, explained what we were looking for, and got what we wanted. I really appreciated the fact that the gentleman helping us wasnt just trying to sell us the most expensive thing they had. He listened to what we wanted, and delivered, with two, (so-far) great products at reasonable prices.They have many flavors of juice to try, a menu that helps you choose, a bar to sit at while you test them out, and a friendly bartender who will get you any flavor you may want to try, who even made suggestions on things we might like. Also, before leaving, the gentleman helping us showed us how to get everything set up and made sure it all worked properly.I will definitely be returning to this store!!! Its very clean, and bright,and the staff is so helpful. Ive been to two other vape stores and left both times without making a purchase. Have an older model e-cig that was purchased online - before you could find them in stores, and lost interest because of the inconvenience of having to order and try everything from online, so the convenience of having a store to try different things will be a HUGE perk that will hopefully keep me using it.Whether you have vaped before, or are totally new to the the idea, I definitely suggest checking this store out!

The atmosphere is amazing. The people here are always welcoming and very helpful. I can’t stress it more highly satisfied I’ve been coming here every time I want to make a good purchase and get to learn more in vaping. Unlike other stores I’m not going to mention I don’t want to be rude but like I said very satisfied.

This is the place to go for juice in Pittsburgh. Ive been around the block and vapped for years. After trying about all of them, cool Vapes became my main spot. Employees are always friendly and knowledge about product and will not hesitate to help. The owners kindess truly shines and makes me always feel welcome.... The staff is very knowledgeable with great customer service skills, but the shop itself does not honor the products that they sell, and they will do nothing to help you with warranty services.I bought a mod for $78.00, and it didnt last 3 weeks. When I took it in to be looked at in under 3 weeks, I was told that the boss will do nothing for me for having sold me a deficient product> the young sales person then said, and he even posts that on the walls.He was right! On the walls were notices that Cool Vapes is not responsible for deficient products! So, the owner will not back what is sold out of his his business? How about I post this on your wall...Glass Gone Wow is outstanding and they DO back the products they sell. They are right up the road, and they are worth the trip!

Its a very nice and friendly place. All the workers there are very helpful and cool to just chat with. The owner RJ runs an amazing shop and picked great people to work for him. If you are looking for a shop with great prices and a bunch of products this is where you want to go.

Cool vapes is definitely a good vape shop. They have everything from E-Juice, Mods, Glass, CBD & Delta-8! I usually stop in for juice & coils. They have good prices, & they give Veteran Discounts. That’s two thumbs up in my book!

Cool Vapes had about everything you could imagine. There was a gentlemen, I believe his name was Chad, very helpful in helping me find exactly what I needed. He was very quick and efficient with my experience. Cool Vapes is 5/5 stars 7 days a week.

Love this place, and I visit about twice a week, but the way the staff follows you around us a little unerving. I get it that theyre there to help, but let me browse a little bit! Its almost eerie. I walk to the left of the juice case, the guy follows me. I walk to the right, he still flows me. Someone even said to me today wow, were really getting our workout in today walking back and forth. Yeah. Ya dont have to. Let. Me. Browse.

Best local vape store by far. the staff helped me pick out a new setup that would be best for my work day (Im a mechanic so things have to be durable). My lady and I walked out with perfect for us setups having paid a few dollars less than having ordered it online. I had a heck of a time with the tank i purchased failing constantly. I went back in twice now to sort out the issue and both times the staff were very concerned about finding a solution. the first time they replaced half the tank and today they replaced the coil, the battery, and generally made it work before sending me on my way with a free small bottle of juice. I went in quite irritated and left satisfied. the great pricing and selection on everything from a small stick battery to a full blown RDA has for sure stolen my business from the internet. In fact, Im waiting to buy a Kayfun from here instead of ordering it 2nd day air for the same price because I would rather support these guys.

Came in for a spare battery and was impressed with how organized, well stocked and clean everything was. Place felt like an upstanding establishment and the one worker, Teresa, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

Cool Vapes is really a pretty cool place. Found them as I was driving along McKnight rd. and stopped in to ask a few questions about e-cigarettes. The person helping me, Mike if I remember correctly, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Very clean and organized place of business. If youre in the market for an e-cigarette stop in and Im sure theyll have what youre looking for.

Terrific friendly and helpful staff, big selection of flavors. Very patient as I tried SO many flavor samples. Gave me a punch card, too, for future discount.

@@@@@@@@ AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID@@@@@@@@This place is a rip off get you in and out store.First o first of all all their juice is mount baker vapor juice sold it double the price they are also bought a bottle of zeros milk for $15 and I went in today to grab another one Ill look at my receipt its $31 almost double the price so thats kind of upsetting they claim I mustve been on sale when you bought it but every single sale bottle I bought has had the original price on the bottle on the sticker on the bottle never the sale price.The other bottle I have at home is 15.99. Double the price for the same thing. Rediculous.I would avoid the store with a 10 foot pole never go near there and stop down the road to keep it classy go take care of you like a customer should be treated and not just put you in and out the door like cool Vapes willI used to be able to buy juice underage from the store all the time but now Im Almost 24 They have to scan your ID every time you go in and who knows what database that could save two and I only do that half the time so Im always quiet and I lost my ID so Im questioning whether always go in or not to send someone in and half the time they dont even ID me its so inconsistent there ever since they change managers it has went downhill very fast.Super frustrating and shady store. Very nice store and they have soooo many different brands and flavors.... Deff something for everyone!

Their house juice is on point. I recommend the blue razz flavor. Its subtle, yet sufficient. Subscribe to their email list for some pretty sweat discounts (on holidays, mainly).

Gear place, friendly people. They have all the popular brands that Ive been wanting to try. It amazed me when most places i called didnt havent certain juices, this place did. I will definitely be going back in the future.

I had been going to cool vapes since their opening day and am in there at least once a week and most of the time twice a week. Needless to say I have probably spent over a grand on liquids and buying all of my equipment there. Dont get me wrong Ive never had a bad experience there until as of late. To make a long story short I had a mod battery that I bought there about 3 months ago (innokin cool fire 4 had receipt and packaging in hand)I had it there about a month ago due to misfiring and then today as I plugged it into usb last night and it wouldnt charge. For both of these incidents I dealt with the manager. Each time he talked over me, treated me like a punk teenager (in which frequent there and are quite disruptive) Im a 35 year old professional) and minimized the issues (although Im pretty knowledgeable with vapor equipment due to experience and research) he took none of my input, again talked over me,and today even having me stand there telling me look its charging then walking away repeatedly as I told him that it wasnt (I tried making the point that it shows a lightning bolt inside the battery indicator when it is). He just dismissed me and walked away while I stood there. All in all his decision was well its 3 months old they go bad as he spoke to others in between. Did not offer to replace it or assist in contacting innokin (believe me I dont abuse my equipment it cost too much). Ive had ego batteries last longer, this is not a valid argument on his part! Tried making a point that Ive been a repeat customer since opening day there, meant nothing to him. Not even sure if he heard me as he continued to talk to others. I walked out and will not return. The younger guys that work there are great but seem timid and not as outspoken or helpful when the manager is around. This is sad a business is run this way and for all the business I gave them and numerous friends Ive sent there. I will not recommend anymore and will continue to give low rate just for the fact of the interactions Ive had with management. If youre reading this there are 2 stores in blawnox. Go there! They even offered to help me in contacting innokin about my cool fire and it was my first visit today. If you do go to cool vapes make sure the younger guys are there themselves, believe me theyll be a whole lot more social and helpful. Too all of you rating this store a 5 just wait until something goes wrong with something you buy there! Youll think differently I guarantee it.

Great vape shop! Super good prices on vape juice. All the employees Ive met so far have been awesome and super helpful.Theyve given me solid advice on new mods and tanks.

They have almost an endless amount of flavors but when I was asking questions since it was my first vape and was trying to quit smoking cigarettes the staff member helping me was more focused on taking fat vape rips and ignoring me and telling me I’m just trying to get a vape because “young people want to be cool” when I look young but was older than him I know because for some reason he flashed me his I.D. I’ll try it again because of all the flavors I hope the service is better and they don’t think their better than someone who’s trying to ask questions before making an investment

Staff is frendly, prices are reasonable. BUT, the tester they have you use to try their flavors is terrible. It really make all of their flavors taste like trash when they actually dont.

Huge selection of house vape juice, all of which you can try out. Theyll even mix flavors and you can pick out your level of nicotine for each blend. Super friendly staff, very helpful. They even do loyalty cards towards free vape juice.

Staff is inviting and pleasant and attentive.. They were not pushy. They were vary patient with me and were able to answer all of my questions. They also did not attempt to sell me something I didnt need.

A little pricey for me but the staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. Love the tasting bar but they are not cheap, wish they threw in a sample with my purchase but all in all nice shop.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff! They were able to mix me some unflavored, no nicotine e liquid which I had trouble finding anywhere else! Huge selection.

Staff was alittle lax and constantly vapping but, at the same time very helpful. They have a fairly extensive inventory of vape machines which is nice. Reasonably priced.

Great staff, theres usually at least one person who can help you with what kind of battery you want, to the tank to use, and they dont just tell you to look at a catalogue.

I bought a vape over 100 dollars. Never worked and would not charge. Took it back. They charged the battery but still would not work. Went back again and was told i need to buy another battery and wall charger. Did not want to spend more for vape that doesnt work. Would not offer return or discount nothing
