Probably the first vape store Ive ever been to where I felt that I was given honest and knowledgeable answers. Also, it felt like the young man working there genuinely enjoyed talking to the customers before me and then when I was up I got the same treatment. He also had no problem talking to me after the sale was already made. I was told by him that the other workers and owner are even nicer and if thats the case, congratulations Diversity you just found a customer for life!

Ive been to many vape stores throughout Pittsburgh. This store is hands down the best for fluid. The owner will make any crazy combo of juice. He caters to your taste buds. He knows his stuff and he is hands down the most friendly man Ive met. His e juice is the best around and he makes it on the spot

I really love this shop! I usually go there to buy juice, which is always priced reasonably & of great quality & variety.They also have lots of things other than vape juice; from vape hardware, to incense, to salt rocks & a few other cool items.And the 2 guys that work there are pretty awesome as well! Very polite, very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable & very professional guys.Great Vape Shop... 5 Stars!

I love this place. When I was brand new to the vaping world, they look the time to explain everything to me and get me in the right direction. Ive been to a few other vape places when Ive been in a bind, but nothing beats Diversity. The guys are so laid back, knowledgeable and theres no pressure. I recommend this place to everyone that has even toyed with the idea of vaping.

Nice atmosphere, good selection and great staff. There are other vape shops nearby, but this is my go-to. Punch card loyalty, reasonable prices and the employees know what theyre doing.

Had a great first time experience at this shop. Ben was very pleasant and he answered all of my questions. Nice selection of vaping products and also a shelf dedicated to incense which gave the store a wonderful aroma.

This place is the bomb the employees are helpful kind & courteous. I was there today & a customer was very disgruntled and as much as the mgr tried to help her she wouldnt hear or at least be polite to him. I also had a problem with a battery which it took no time at all to solve. I love this place the manager was kind courteous & very understanding of my situation. The disgruntled woman said she was going back to Steel City Vape, I say send them a sympathy card along with a fruit basket for putting up with her. Keep up the good work

I had been trying to quit smoking for years. I decided to try vaping. So I stopped in Diversity. I got great advice bought everything I needed at a great price and havent touched a cigarette since. If youre already vaping, or thinking about it. Go there. You wont be disappointed. Thanks Diversity. x-smoker.

Wasnt doing so good with cold-turkey not smoking. And, my $$$ was pretty run down. The guy went about as cheap as possible for me, got a useful little vape gizmo for right around $20! Free thing of juice to boot- Ill definitely be back!

I was on the hunt for an ipv4 box mod and this location had it. At over 40 dollars above online price it was my own choice to go here and pay that extra to get the mod quickly, i dont hold that against diversity at all. When i walked in it was very dark and oddly lit, made me feel like i was in a palm reading shop. They sell odd Himalayan salt rocks, incense, and vape stuff. I suppose it could appeal to some but it was very odd for a vape shop. The person i spoke with sold me the mod i wanted but when i got it home it is obviously used with scuff marks and multiple marks on the body. It is too much of a hassle to take it back as i live more then 30 minutes away. I shouldnt have to take it back. They also dont have much for juices if you arent a beginner in vaping, using a small pocket vape. Most of their juices are higher in nicotine and at sub ohms 6mg/12mg+ wont really be too pleasant for anyone. Might go back and ill update my review if my opinion changes, hopefully when there is a different employee working.

Best juice around, by far! These guys know their stuff. Call if you know what juice u want, including nicotine strength, and it is ready for pick up the next day. I recommend the cinnamon vanilla custard.

An actual 100% vape shop. Not one of those vape shops that have 1 small case with 2 rigs and 5 different flavors of vape juice and the rest of the place is case after case of glass pipes. Do not get me wrong if your into the glass pipes more power to you. Its just not my thing. But when I want a new rig I want more than 2 types to choose from. Diversity has it all. Cases of new rigs and so many flavors of vape juice it hard to pick just 1. Its my new favorite vape shop.

I have been going to the shop for years. It is hands down the most friendly and helpful vape store in Pittsburgh. If you are looking for the best and honest vape shop experience Diversity is it.

Love their e juice and Im pretty picky. I purchased Bens Zen and Outlander and both are all day vape fantastic! Great prices and great customer service too.

I love this vape shop. The owner is very helpful and kind. I try to get here as often as possible. I just wish they opened earlier!

I bought an extra tank walked out of the store and thought maybe I shouldn’t spend the money. So I went to return it and they charged me a “30% restocking fee”. I would give them 0 stars!!!

This is the best place for Vape. Its always fresh and the customer service is out of this world. Highly recommend this place.

Friendly, but expensive! $25 for a pack of coils, when I can go about 10 minutes away and get them for half the price.
