Yeah theyre an authorized storz and bickel place. But three 10 off per hundred with a receipt isnt honored on big ticket items. Would have been better off buying online from an authorized place with better warranty. Not a good place for big ticket items. No where is it mentioned the restrictions on the 10 off per hundred spent as advertised on the receipt. The 800 the day I got my volcano hybrid and the 400 when I got my mighty dont count I guess. Ordered my crafty+ and gonna order my venty from planet of the vapes because at least theyre truthful and give a better warranty.

I walked in and noticed a new younger guy working and asked him if they carried terpenes and he said oh sure and (didnt) sold me a CBD mixture without a receipt..then I opened it smelling it, noticed it wasnt, and asked for my refund. New guy ended up paying for my refund out of his pay. This place is awesome but the new guy is not.

They really do have a great selection, and the employees are nice enough, but the quality of their products seems to be iffy. Bought a glass dab straw and part of it broke by the second use. Didnt drop it or heat up the glass itself. Used it as it was intended, and it breaks anyways in the most odd way. Called the shop about it and was offered nothing, only told All sales are final and was told that I could come in and buy a replacement. Yeah, no. Not gonna spend another $25 on another glass piece thats just going to break after one use. Its a real shame because their selection is so good. They just dont seem to stand behind their products.

Unfortunately had a bad experience here. Went in to buy a simple battery. The guy was friendly and took it out of the package to make sure it worked. He assured me it did. When I left I realized he never gave me the charger it came with and sadly the battery has never worked. I tried to reach out to them for assistance over the missing charger with no response. I also have tried charging this battery with one of the chargers I have and the battery never works. Will light up green like it is fully charged but when I go to use it then it just blinks red. Wasted my money. The staff are friendly but if they can’t do right on their products or even provide me the Charger they left our I can’t support the business.

Only been there once, but was sold after my first visit. Great prices, and the employee there was extremely helpful. Had exactly what we needed when every other store was sold out. UPDATE: still 5 stars. Different blonde woman working the counter suggested I try my vape before I leave to ensure it works (new brand) it was a bunk vape, and she got me a second one that worked. My current vape still has some juice, so I was just gonna go on my merry way.So vapor people: check your vape before leaving the store!! Really knowledgeable, even though like 4 of us walked in at the same time the guy was quick but gave everyone good service. He helped me invest in a good vape and I didnt feel like he was being pushy, he gave me option but just made sure I got my moneys worth. Super happy with my purchase.

Very wide assortment of both product and price range, just about something for everyone! The service there was top notch as well, though it would help them to have more than one person tending the shop so it could free up someone to assist customers (one than 1 at a time); still though this didnt have a huge negative impact and we were helped probably within 10 minutes

Visited here this evening to shop around for some new products as well as troubleshoot some issues with a previous purchase.A butane torch that I bought has been operating incorrectly. Rather than help me find a solution to the torch that I just purchased 2 weeks ago, the sales associate told me all sales were final and that she was incapable of providing any assistance. She also informed me that I “shouldn’t have bought such a cheap butane torch” ..... why are you selling cheap torches that don’t work in the first place.Usually I haven’t had treatment like that in your store, but after the quality of service tonight it makes me consider taking my business elsewhere

This has to be the nicest glass shop in all of Ross Park!! I was so impressed when I walked in there, I felt like I was in a west coast store. Very informative staff that take the time to get to know your situation and help you find the things you need as oppose to just taking your money for the most expensive items in the store.

Definitely price gouging! For months I’ve purchased OPMS green maeng da kratom 4oz around 32$. Just found the exact product and size on Murray Ave in Greenfield for 16$!!! Make sure you shop around!! Don’t get cheated.

Not much of an ejuice selection to choose from & prices were about 20-30% higher than competitors. The glass offerings were however extensive & had many choices to select from, just probably not a place i would make consistent shopping trips to for my needs, but it was okay.

If you are a vapor type of person, this smoke shop doesnt have much to offer. They seem to be more focused on the recreational marijuana smoker. That is fine if that is what the shop openly claims. This shop however claims to cater to smoking in general. They fail miserably in the grand scope..If you want a bong, pipe, or other novelty they got you covered.

They got you Covered for all the glass, cbd, vapes, accessories and stuff you need and everything more! Check out everything, look at every case. I always try and walk out with something when I’m there. Staff is friendly. In comparison to Glass Gallery and Wellness (who’s owners got busted for running a synthetic marijuana operation, so much for wellness ha) this place has double the inventory for a much better price, and also has a decent loyalty system. I always used to go to GGaW for my stuff, but the second I walked in here, could tell it would be a better overall experience, and when I talked to the staff, they exceeded my expectations. They are not pushy like other stores who just try and crank people in and out, and actually take the time to talk to you like a person rather than a custie. 10/10 stars this place rocks.

Very nice store! Lots of things your not going to see at your normal smoke shop. Prices are a little high but dont let that keep you from checking it out.

If I could give this place negative stars, I would. This place is ridiculous. All the employees are extremely rude. Singled out by being carded because I am a female and the other guy that came in after me did not get carded. Everything is over priced, from the pipes to the CBD products. The employee was bad mouthing this poor old ladys CBD product that she bought from another store, swearing left and right saying it was bull***t and fake. But claiming that his products were real and that other stores send employees to Flordia for a crash course on CBD and that its just a scam. He claimed to know all these things about CBD and THC, but his facts were false. This employee also ignored us for a half hour, neglecting to ask us if we needed any help until we were right in front of him. And yet he was fine with walking all the way across the store to card us. He didnt greet us, just demanded our IDs, and then barely looked at them. He was extremely rude and I was forced to take my business elsewhere. I will not be going back, and I suggest that you stay away from this location as well. There are plenty of other respectable businesses that also sell CBD and glass products within the area. Trust me, and go somewhere else for your CBD and glass needs.

Very kind and forgiving staff. Came in there to buy a water pipe for legal herb use only and they were very helpful with finding what i was looking for. Even thier vaping stuff was very top quality. They allow you to vape inside

If I could give no stars I would. Bald employee with a darker brown colored beard was very rude and disrespectful. Ive never had an issue with someone there before. Carded me and my friend because we are female, even though he barely looked at our ID. Every guy, including the ones our age (early 20s), wasnt carded. He was using very foul language to bash some cbd products and other businesses just so a lady would buy a more pricey cbd oil. Employee was informing the lady with facts that werent close to being accurate. He neglected to ask me and my friend if we needed help until we were next to him closer to the register, but it was fine for him to walk to the front door to bombard us about our IDs with no welcome. We were in the store for a half hour, yet he used that half hour to b**ch about cbd and thc products. Highly recommend to go to other businesses in the area. This location is bull***t not the products he was bad mouthing. There are way more respectible businesses that have better prices and products in the area.

This smoke shop has it all. Need anything wax(concentrate) related this is the place. They have all kinds of wax mods its insane.I recommend the Yocan evolve plus/XL at only $50 its very worth it!Need CBD products? No problem they sell those as well even for pets! Need grinders, bongs or air tight containers? They got you!Best smoke shop i have seen so far. The woman who works there is super chill.
