Went in to ask some questions about kratom and buy a new disposable vape and the associate I spoke with was very friendly and knowledgeable and definitely helped me with all the questions I had! Would definitely recommend! They also have some fabulous glass bongs that are pretty reasonably priced too! I didn’t do anything as far as the hookah lounge goes so can’t speak on that.

Best hookah place in Shadyside, and Pittsburgh overall. Great ambience and attentive staff. The music is always great as well. Great variety in hookah flavors, vapes, cartridges, etc. There are TVs to watch sports as well and free wifi. The owner Ali will go above and beyond to make you feel welcome in his lounge. I love visiting this hot spot when I’m in town and will be returning.

I had an incredible time at this hookah bar! The ambiance was inviting, creating the perfect atmosphere for a relaxed evening. The service was exceptional—attentive, friendly staff who made sure we had everything we needed. The variety of flavors available was impressive, and the quality was top-notch.

They offer great variety of flavors. Tried the double apple and it was really great. The place is well cleaned & organized. The guy was paying attention to changing charcoal and being around if you needed anything. He was so friendly and kind.

This place is a nice chill out vibe, love the atmosphere, you can bring ur own wine, just wish the music was louder, but definitely coming again

Fantastic new hookah bar. Its smaller than layali or djilah and they dont have food, but they have lots of other offerings and are really reasonably priced. Friendly staff, solid game selection, and good vibes all around.

Do yourself a favor: don’t go here. Check out the few other options in the city. Service is nonexistent and the staff couldn’t care less. An odd experience to say the least.

Peace-filled vibes for relaxing, entertaining, and/or working. Super friendly service with a little educational assistance included. Theres an endless supply of hookah products and other smoke/vape items to explore. You must check out the cookies n cream chocolate bars... just a small bite is all you need (trust me) perfect 10

Its a nice low-key place to go to. The environment is relaxing, the staff is nice and helpful with suggestions.

I quit along with half of the work staff after one of us had a seizure and we discovered it was due to the carbon monoxide poisoning (rating was ~200PPM! 50 is the level where you evacuate the building). Don’t go if you don’t want to be poisoned. The management will lie about it, but you can bring in your own CO detector (like I did) if you want to check.

Had a very nice and chill experience with friends. Went kind of early there was hardly anyone there and the vibes were excellent. Thanks so much to the guy who gave us cups for our liquor (BYOB Yes!) If you go make sure to try the mystery gummy bear flavor. Will be returning again!

Quoted work on a job for this person. What a COMPLETE waste of time. Not only did she not respond to my estimate, she then proceeds to call me a week later leaving a voice-mail acting like she wanted a quote. I then call back an hour later, and she says O nevermind! Complete waste of a persons time with no business common sense

My first HooKah! The staff was FANTASTIC! Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable of every product I inquired about. The atmosphere was very chill and relaxed. I will definitely be back.

Went on a weeknight & really enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff are awesome & the definitely the highlight of this place. Hookah selection is good, coffee is pretty cheap. That said, its pretty run down on the inside (e.g. rips in the couches) and the seating is a little crowded, so if thats not your vibe then Id stay away.

Great service and great atmosphere! Theyll come through and switch out your coals throughout your visit. The first time Ive seen a hookah with a chilled hose which made the smoke especially smooth. Id definitely recommend this as a great spot to chill with friends or get some work/schoolwork done.

Went here with a friend for the first time a few weeks ago and had a great time! The owner is a nice guy and theyre expanding to open a kitchen soon.Covid kept customers away for a while but somehow they made it! so if you wanna help out a local business w a good atmosphere, come! Ill be back 👍😄

If only every hookah spot could be like Loft. Great vibes, music, staff and hookah flavors plus more!!! Not only was the hookah great but they have pods and other refills so you dont have to go anywhere else. Will def be back.

Very friendly staff, chill environment, good lighting. They definitely dont try to rush you out and even come around to replace coals. Wide variety of flavors and surprisingly inexpensive.

Extremely good! Much better than Monster Vape - if youre looking for juices/tanks/small kits, this is the place to go. Cheaper and a much better range of juices (both branded & store brand). The hookah is well priced and the service is great. Staff could be more knowledgeable about the vape products, but they make up for it in patience and kindness.

Awesome place. Love sitting upstairs. Nice menu and great variety of smoke. Staff is wonderful. What I really like a lot is the hours of operation...perfect for those wee hours of the morning chill.

I’ve been frequenting this place since 2016/2015. Hookah had always been too notch. However, they recently started selling delta 8 gummies, and putting new expiration date stickers over the original expiration date of the package. The exp. date of some gummies I bought the sticker said 11/2022. However when I pulled the sticker back the original exp. date is 12/2021. Beware of this place and the products they sell - UPDATE: I went back and they politely explained that it was a packaging problem on the manufacturer’s end. They kindly gave me a new pack. All’s well ends well.

The staff used to be very friendly and attentive. Lately it seems like some of them are just bored or miserable. They took out riser seating area in the one corner of the room and stuck two couches in the middle of the room. Its lost its charm. Some of the couches are all beat up. I agree with another poster that the bathroom is gross. I would have thought they would have updated it a bit by now. Idk. I used to like it here, now its just meh.Update: 08/31/18 They keep changing seating arrangements and furniture. It just feels uncomfortable now. Were probably not going back.

Wandered in late last night to find some e-juice and see this relatively new addition to Shadyside. The staff couldnt have been better (esp. given that I got there at closing), and I got several new flavors to try out at great prices.This location is, I believe, moving more towards Hookah Cafe and away from Vape Shop. I hope theyll stay vape friendly and keep the great juice selection, but Ill return for the service and atmosphere regardless.

Very robust assortment of flavors available. Waiters are great at keeping the sheesha well heated and the hookahs smoke great. Ive been here 8 times now and havent found a better hookah bar to go to.

First and last time here for sure. Went to share hookah with some friends and had an awful experience. We asked the girl Madisson for suggestions on flavors to order and the girl basically laughed at us and wouldnt help. Once ordered we waited forever for it because she did not tell the other person working to even make it. It ended up tasting like soap. The one kid finally replaced it with something much better but we were not able to enjoy it long because then they were closing. The owner needs a complete overhaul of staff. Awful.

Very relaxed environment. Im there about once a week and always enjoy it. Lights are dimmer, but just enough to reduce eye strain so I dont suggest trying to read a book or something. Bathroom could be redone, but I dont really use it much anyways.

Definitely the place to be when out on a weekday and especially weekends. Exceptional customer service and huge variety of flavors. Great music and atmosphere. The person in charge have managed to create the perfect balance.

Never had such a bad and nasty hookah in MY LIFE...staff are very unfriendly, shisha is old and out of flavor, place is loud and nasty... the guy with tattoos make hookahs and says it is what it is.... never ever again will go there...that was THE WORST hookah Ive ever had...but hey, waste your money and find out yourself

Ive been in twice so far and plan to become a regular. Even though this is their soft open, the staff is all very knowledgable, kind, and helpful! Cant wait til the 2+ hose hookahs come in :)

Excellent hookah cafe in the burgh with a wide selection of hookah flavors (Island Papaya/Paan is a personal favorite) and vape related goodies. Extremely welcoming staff and a great place to wind down, relax, and socialize.

Very quiet place. Bring your own booze and food. The music was very mellow and downbeat, so prep for a bad trip fam.

The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable around hookah and the quality of hookah is great but this place is dilapidated and rundown with holes in the couches, stains on the floor, and bugs in the bathroom. So even though the hookah was enjoyable it was not comfortable to hang out at.

Service is great. There are a lot of flavors available. I went for a private party of my organization. A nice place for a gathering of 25-45 people

Excellent customer service and great hookah! They continuously change out the coals (which are coconut not the garbage brickets) and its just an overall great and chill atmosphere!
