Been coming here for about 2yrs since I moved to Pittsburgh, dudes that work here are always great (and have good taste in TV shows lol), funny too. I only come here for flavored vapes & the one I got today was busted, guy switched it out at no charge and gave me a sticker too. Always my go-to when I need a new one 👍

One of the only good shops for dab rigs, wide selection low/high end and a very helpful staff. Went in for a banger and came out with a new recycler because it looked cool and the price was good. It has a better function than anything else I own

Best Smoke Shop in town!!! Massive selection of Kratom/ O.P.M.S. Vapes/ Papers/ Blunts/ Woods. Huge selection of goodies and rollies very chill staff and extremely helpful. The owners are usually in so if you have a fav product that you might want to see in just ask they usually will get it in.

Came here on a whim, and Im glad I did. This shop has it all when it comes to Tobacco I met 2 wonderful characters Drizzy and Mark. I recommend them 2 as they helped me get right give them dudes, and a mf raise for real. They know the all product was very patient with my questions and made me just feel comfortable. I come back weekly now just because of them and the service they provided.

Bought a disposable nicotine vape, it tasted like burnt filter. They told me thats what its supposed to taste like. I took it home and opened it with my pliers. There wasnt any liquid in the vape. I wouldnt be surprised if they sold me a used vape.

Went in there to buy a coil for my vape and the guy working didnt know what he was doing. So I had to go on a whim and guess what I needed. If the coil dont fit Im not going there again. He was nice but not that smart. Hence why the 2 stars.

Bought these gummies which I have bought many times before. Usually 20 bucks each and today they are all of a sudden 35 dollars. Ridiculous

This place is awesome!! It has more than just smokeable items !! The selection has grown so much since they first opened! I always get stuck looking around at everything because there is so much! Some of the most unique glass items are right here in Pittsburgh. They are great supporters of local vendors and Pittsburgh artist!!

Love the atmosphere at Smokey bros. There is such a vast collection and the staff is always accommodating and goes above and beyond to help customers. The blond female employee (sorry I don’t remember your name) particularly stands out, she is extremely knowledgeable about glass products and I feel like I not only made a great, informed purchase, but I also learned so much for future purchases. Love seeing a lady in this industry! My hats off to you all

Ladies!! Please do not go in without a man. I feel like every time I go in there I get tricked into buying something I dont actually want or the quality is really terrible. Even if I explain exactly what I want they never actually give me what I want except for when I go with my boyfriend. The staff is argumentive and know nothing about their products. Id rather them tell me theyre not sure about a product then lie which is what they do every time I go there. I hate coming to this place and its overpriced as hell. I honestly dont think Ive paid the same price twice for the same products. Terrible shop all around. -3 stars if I could tbh.

Great store for all your smoking/vaping needs…these folks are really knowledgeable about their products and if an item is defective, are quick to refund or replace. They have an amazing stock and reasonable prices. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Sign on the door says mask required. However, this is not enforced and the staff not wearing masks. Unacceptable in December 2020. I turned around and walked out. Take your business elsewhere until they can get on board with the rest of the responsible shop owners. Otherwise looked like the typical head/vape shop.

Good selection of products but the clerk staff seem unknowledgeable. Make sure you have a reference of the product you want or they will not know what you’re talking about. I asked for a regular vape for CBD oil and they suggested a dab pen to me. They seem to want to sell you the most expensive items. The staff are friendly enough but not helpful. Forget about returning anything.

Great shop local shop I would love to support however last couple times I went in, three different employees and the owner all not wearing masks in a small enclosed shop...even though all of their customers do. Will not be returning.

***********WARNING********Do Not Buy Anything From This Vape Shop. I purchased a R2 Vape pen that never worked out the box the battery would not charge. They said sorry but there are no refunds, I didnt want a refund wanted a new battery.Owner Said I could buy something else at 20% off. The owner or who ever he was told me they have no way of knowing if the product works or not(that was a quote), hence their no return policy. I REPEAT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VAPE SHOP...Go to AMAZON its cheaper with a return policy...And we all know these other reviews are friends and family members.
